1. Three experiments were carried out to determine the effects of feeding diets containing different concentrations of cholecalciferol, 1 a‐hydroxychole‐calciferol (1‐HCC), 25‐hydroxycholecalciferol (25‐HCC), 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalcif‐erol (1,25‐DHCC) and ascorbic acid on the incidences and severities of tibial dyschondroplasia (TD) at 3 weeks of age in male broiler chicks.

2. In experiment 1, replacing 75 μg cholecalciferol/kg with the same weight of 25‐HCC decreased significantly (P<0.01) the incidence of TD from 65 to 10%.

3. In experiment 2, the incidence of TD in the control group was lower, but feeding amounts of 25‐HCC up to 250 μg/kg had a linear effect on the incidence of TD that was significant at P=0.06. There was no effect or interactions with dietary addition of 250 mg ascorbic acid/kg. Dietary addition of 5 μg 1‐HCC/kg decreased TD incidence from 21 to 5%, though the effect was not significant (P>0.1).

4. TD incidence in experiment 3 was too low to determine an effect of 25‐HCC or 1,25‐DHCC on TD incidence, though in this, as in both other experiments, the severities of TD lesions were always lower with diets containing cholecalciferol metabolites.

5. Hypercalcaemia was not observed after feeding up to 250 μg 25‐HCC/kg in either experiments 2 or 3.

6. It is concluded that 25‐HCC may be an effective practical means of improving broiler leg health by alleviating the incidence and severity of TD.  相似文献

1. Two experiments were performed to compare the relative effectiveness of feeding 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol (1,25‐DHCG) in minimising leg abnormalities in broilers with other methods and to investigate interactions between dietary 1,25‐DHCC and calcium.

2. Adding 5 μg 1,25‐DHCC/kg to a diet containing 12 g calcium/kg was more effective than early food restriction or meal feeding in preventing leg abnormalities but was found to cause a growth depression.

3. The second experiment, which had a factorial design, with diets containing 7.5, 100 and 12.5 g calcium and 0, 2.0, 3.5 and 5.0 μg 1,25‐DHCC/kg, showed linear and quadratic interactions between these dietary factors. Diets with higher concentrations of both 1,25‐DHCC and calcium resulted in growth depression associated with hypercalcaemia.

4. The incidence of tibial dyschondroplasia (TD) at 3 weeks of age was highest with the basal diet containing 7.5 g calcium/kg and was markedly reduced by addition of 1,25‐DHCC and/or calcium. The incidence was very low or non‐existent when 1,25‐DHCC was fed at 3–5 μg/kg or greater.

5. Feeding 5 μg/kg 1,25‐DHCC had no effect on plasma 1,25‐DHCC concentrations, although at the higher dietary calcium contents plasma concentrations of 25‐hydroxy‐ and 24,25‐dihydroxy‐cholecalciferol were lower in those birds fed 1,25‐DHCC.

6. It is concluded that 1,25‐DHCC is most effective in preventing TD without accompanying growth depression when it is fed in conjunction with diets containing less than 10 g calcium/kg.  相似文献

1. The effects of graded amounts of dietary ascorbic acid with or without 10 μg/kg dietary 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol on performance, blood and bone variables were measured in broiler chicks.

2. 1,25‐Dihydroxycholecalciferol prevented the tibial dyschondroplasia and rickets caused by feeding a low calcium diet. Gain:food was decreased, but body weight was not affected by feeding 10 μg/kg 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol. Phytate phosphorus retention was increased by dietary 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol.

3. Dietary ascorbic acid did not influence the incidence of tibial dyschondroplasia, but did reduce the incidence of rickets at a dietary concentration of 250 mg/kg. Gakv.food was increased when 250 or 500 mg ascorbic acid/kg diet were added along with 10 μg/kg 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol in one of two experiments.

4. Alkaline phosphatase activity and plasma 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol were not affected by the dietary treatments. Plasma 25‐hydroxycholecalcif‐erol concentration was decreased by dietary 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol.

5. Ascorbic acid had no synergistic effects with 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol on the blood and bone variables investigated in broiler chickens at the dietary concentrations of 1,25‐dihydroxycholecalciferol used in this work.  相似文献

1. An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding supplemental tryptophan during the two weeks before market on growth, mortality during transportation, meal quality and brain neurotransmitter concentrations in male turkeys.

2. Brain serotonin, 5‐hydroxyindoleacetic acid and norepinephrine concentrations were increased dose‐dependently with 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 g/kg supplemental dietary tryptophan.

3. Supplemental dietary tryptophan had no effect on body weight gain, food intake, food efficiency or mortality.

1. The effects of DL‐ethionine, given in the diet or by injection, on growth, hepatic glycogen and lipids, and the activities of some cytoplasmic NAD‐linked dehydrogenases and NADPH‐producing enzymes were investigated.

2. Growth virtually ceased after feeding ethionine for 2 d.

3. Ethionine induced an accumulation of lipid, decreased the activities of malic enzyme and isocitrate dehydrogenase and increased the activity of lactate dehydrogenase.

4. The concentration of glycogen in the liver of ethionine‐fed chickens increased for 3 d in spite of a decrease in food intake, but then decreased.  相似文献

1. Eighteen diets supplying all combinations of three phosphorus contents (3.1, 4.0 and 4.8 g non‐phytate P/kg) and six vitamin D supplements (37.5 or 150 μg cholecalciferol/kg; or 16 or 24 μg 25‐hydroxy‐cholecalciferol/kg; or 37.5 μg cholecalciferol/kg with either 16 or 24 μg 25‐hydroxycholecalciferol/kg) were fed to 2 880 pullets of two stocks from 64 to 74 weeks of age. The birds were housed in eight light‐proof rooms, four of which had 24‐h light‐dark cycles (16L : 8D) and four had 28‐h cycles (20L : 8D).

2. The dietary treatments had no significant effect upon food intake, egg output, shell thickness, shell deformation or specific gravity of the eggs.

3. The 28‐h cycle reduced mean rate of lay by 4.5%, increased egg weight by 5.8% and increased shell thickness by 9.4%. The proportion of eggs with shell faults revealed on candling was reduced from 4.1 % to 2.8%.

4. It is concluded from this and other sources that decreasing dietary phosphorus or modifying vitamin D supplements may sometimes lead to increases in shell thickness of the order of 1 to 2%, but that these changes are unlikely to result in a measurable reduction in the proportion of cracked eggs late in the laying year.

5. A 28‐h light‐dark cycle results in a longer and more uniform interval between consecutive ovipositions and thus gives reliable increases in shell thickness which are large enough to reduce the proportion of cracked eggs in many practical situations. Whether it is profitable to use an ahemeral cycle will depend upon the relative prices paid for eggs of different sizes.  相似文献

This study was done to evaluate the effects of different dietary digestible lysine (dig Lys) levels on growth performance, blood metabolites, carcass and breast yield, and breast meat quality of broilers 23–38 days of age. Three hundred 23-day-old Cobb-500 male broiler chickens were allocated to a completely randomized design with five treatments (finisher diet containing 0.88%, 0.94%, 1.00%, 1.06% and 1.12% dig Lys) and six replicates of 10 birds each. Feed intake (FI) was not affected by different dietary dig Lys levels. Weight gain (WG) linearly increased and feed conversion ratio (FCR) linearly decreased with an increasing dietary dig Lys levels. With increasing dietary dig Lys levels, carcass and breast yield and breast meat hue angle (h*) linearly increased, but abdominal fat decreased quadratically, whereas breast meat lightness (L*) and ether extract composition linearly decreased. Dietary dig Lys levels did not show any significant effect on serum metabolites, breast meat cooking loss and water holding capacity. Based on the linear broken-line regression models, the weight gain, feed conversion ratio and breast yield were optimized when dietary dig Lys levels were 0.95%, 1.01% and 1.02% respectively. It is concluded that Lys requirements vary according to what productive parameter is taken for optimization. A minimum of 1.02% dig Lys concentration in the finisher diet is suggested to optimize breast yield, feed efficiency and performance in broiler chickens.  相似文献

1. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary β-glucan and kefir (a fermented milk product) on growth performance, blood profiles, relative organ weight and meat quality in broilers.

2. A total of 375 day-of-hatch mixed sex ROSS 308 broilers (BW of 46 ± 0.1 g) were used in a 5-week experiment and randomly allotted to one of the following dietary treatments: (1) NC, basal diet; (2) PC, basal diet + 40 mg/kg of avilamycin; (3) B, NC + 0.1% β-glucan; (4) K, NC + 0.1% kefir; (5) BK, NC + 0.1% β-glucan + 0.1% kefir.

3. During weeks 0–3, broilers in B, K and BK treatments had higher body weight gain (BWG) than those in NC treatment. During weeks 4–5, BK treatment had a higher BWG than NC treatment. Overall, broilers given PC, K and BK diets had higher BWG than those given NC diet. The feed efficiency ratio (FCR) was improved by PC treatment.

4. Relative liver weight was increased by B treatment, whereas the relative weight of breast meat and gizzard was higher in BK group than that in NC group. Broilers given PC, B and BK diets had greater breast meat redness value and reduced drip loss at d 5 and d 7. The cooking loss was also reduced by B and BK treatments compared with NC treatment.

5. In conclusion, the results suggested that inclusion of 0.1% β-glucan and 0.1% kefir, either individually or combined, would improve growth performance and benefit meat quality in broiler chickens.  相似文献

1. The present study was conducted to determine the possibility of using low‐protein broiler diets supplemented with synthetic amino acids. The effects on performance, carcase composition and nitrogen retention were evaluated.)

2. A starter diet was given, ad libitum, from 7 to 21 and a finisher diet from 21 to 42 d of age. Body weight, weight gain, food intake and food conversion (FC) were determined at 3 and 6 weeks of age. Abdominal fat deposition (AFD), carcase yield, carcase fat and protein and nitrogen retention were determined at 6 weeks of age. During the starter period chicks were given a 231 g/kg crude protein (CP) diet and a low protein diet supplemented with synthetic amino acid, a: to National Research Council recommendations, b: to the concentration of the control diet, and c: in agreement with the pattern of body composition. Glutamic acid and glycine were added to some diets as sources of non‐essential amino acids (NEAA). All diets contained 12.62 MJ metabolisable energy (AMEn)/kg. The diets administered between 3 and 6 weeks were comparable to the starter diets, except that they contained more AMEn (12.85 MJ/kg) and less protein.

3. Performance equal to that of high protein controls was obtained with birds fed a low protein diet supplemented with synthetic essential and NEAA to the amounts in the control diet or based on the amino acid profile of body protein. This was not achieved with low protein diets supplemented with synthetic amino acids to the amounts recommended by NRC.

4. Without altering performances, the efficiency of protein utilisation of birds fed on low protein diets was superior to that of birds fed on the commercial control diet and their nitrogen excretion was reduced by 26%. The percentage carcase yield and protein was unaffected by the dietary regimen but carcase fat content and AFD increased as the protein content of the diet decreased.

5. These results show that it is possible to obtain the same performances with low protein diets supplemented with synthetic amino acids, using an ideal amino acid balance. However, low protein diets result in a higher carcase fat content.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on laying performance, egg quality, digestive enzyme activity, hormone level and immune activities in Roman hens under heat stress. Roman hens (320 days old) were fed with 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mg/kg GABA, respectively during a 60-day experiment. Compared with control, supplementation of 50 mg/kg GABA improved the laying performance and egg quality by significantly increasing egg production, average egg weight and shell strength (P < 0.05), while decreasing the feed–egg ratio and cholesterol level. Anti-oxidation activity was improved by significantly increasing the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), but decreasing malondialdehyde level in serum (P < 0.05), while significantly increasing the glucose and total protein (TP) level, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), insulin, triiodothyronine (T3) and free triiodothyronine (FT3) levels, and IgG, IgA and complement (C3)activity in serum (P < 0.05). The results indicated that oral GABA improved laying performance and physical condition mainly by modulating hormone secretion, enhancing anti-oxidation and immune activity, and maintaining electrolyte balance. Fifty mg/kg was the optimum level for laying hens under heat stress in the present study.  相似文献

1. Three experiments of 3 or 4 weeks’ duration were conducted with broilers fed on diets containing 60% of rice bran treated in various ways.

2. Autoclaving rice bran for 3 to 20 min significantly improved its feeding value as measured by growth rate of chicks; bran from parboiled rice was equivalent to the autoclaved rice bran and was not further improved by autoclaving.

3. The growth inhibition of rice bran is not due to its trypsin inhibitor activity.

4. Lipase activity in rice bran was destroyed by autoclaving or parboiling and may be a useful index to predict the adequacy of treatment to improve growth.

5. The metabolisable energy of the rice bran samples was about 12.55 kJ/g and was not influenced by treatment.

6. Ethoxyquin did not improve growth of chicks fed on diets containing rice bran and was less effective than autoclaving or parboiling in preventing the development of rancidity.  相似文献

γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a natural nonprotein amino acid distributed in animals, plants and microbes. GABA is an inhibiting neurotransmitter which takes great effect in mammalian central nervous system. We carried out the research to study the influence of GABA on blood hormone concentrations, antioxidant status and meat quality in fattening pigs after transportation. The 72 pigs with a starting weight of approximately 32.67 ± 0.62 kg were randomly allocated to 2 groups based on dietary treatments, containing 6 replicates with 6 pigs in each. The pigs were fed dietary supplementation of GABA (0 or 30 mg/kg of diets) for 74 days. Twelve pigs were randomly selected from each group and assigned to the either 1 hr of transport (T group) or no transport (N group), resulting in two-factor factorial design. Compared to the control, GABA supplementation increased average daily gain (ADG) (p < .01) and decreased feed–gain ratio (F/G) (p < .05). The pH45 min was lower and drip loss was greater in the longissimus muscles (LM) of post-slaughter of transported pigs (p < .05). The pH45 min of 0/T group (group with 0 mg/kg GABA and transport) was significantly lower than the pH45 min of the 30/T group (diet × transport; p < .05). GABA supplementation significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) concentration (p < .05) before transportation. Following transport, pigs fed GABA had decreased concentrations of serum malonaldehyde (MDA), adrenal cortical hormone and cortisol (p < .05). The results indicate that feeding GABA significantly increased the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs. The transportation model negatively impacted meat quality, antioxidant indexes and hormone parameters, but dietary supplementation of GABA could suppress the rise of drip loss of LM, ACTH and COR and suppress the drop of pH45 min of LM after transportation stress in growing-finishing pigs. 1. Two experiments were conducted with male broiler chicks from 2 to 5 weeks of age to determine the effect of dietary protein content and amino acid balance on the response to dietary sulphur‐containing amino acids (SAA) in terms of performance and carcase quality.

2. In experiment 1, 5 graded amounts of a DL‐methionine and L‐cysteine (1:1 by weight) mixture were added to basal diets containing 197 or 233 g crude protein/kg. The diets containing 197 g protein/kg were fed with or without the further addition of 36 g crude protein/kg from nonessential amino acids. The amino acid balance of all diets was kept constant for all essential amino acids except the SAA. In experiment 2, 5 graded amounts of SAA from either a crystalline source (DL‐methionine or a mixture of DL‐methionine and L‐cysteine) or from intact proteins were added to a diet containing 208 g protein/kg.

3. At each protein concentration there were significant responses to the SAA addition in weight gain, food conversion efficiency, and carcase quality. Non‐linear exponential regression analyses were used to describe bird responses to SAA concentration. The broiler chick's requirement for SAA increased with increasing dietary protein concentrations ranging from 197 to 259 g protein/kg.

4. The utilisation of SAA differed also with differences in origin (crystalline or peptide‐bound), and methionine:cysteine balances. Compared to DL‐methionine, a 1:1 mixture of DL‐methionine and L‐cysteine was only 81% or 86% as effective in supporting growth or food conversion, respectively. SAA from added protein was even less effectively utilised.

5. The addition of nonessential amino acids tended to decrease food intake without affecting SAA utilisation.

6. Slaughter yield and breast meat yield were clearly increased while fat deposition was clearly decreased, by SAA addition. The response in breast meat yield suggested an important economic benefit for further meat processing. Nitrogen retention was significantly enhanced by SAA supplementation from crystalline sources, and this led to reductions of up to 30% in the amount of nitrogen excreted per kg weight gain.  相似文献

Background: Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis (SE), as a major cause of foodborn illness, infects humans mainly through the egg. However, the symptom of laying hens usually is not typical and hard to diagnosis. In the present study, it is studied that the influences of SE infection on layers' performance, egg quality and blood biochemical indicators. It will help us to improve the strategy to control SE infection in commercial layers. One hundred layers at 20 wk of age were divided into 2 groups, 60 hens for experiment and others for control. The experiment group was fed with the dosage of 108 CFU SE per hen. The specific PCR was used to detect the deposition of SE. On the 8 d after SE infection, 10 hens from the control group and 30 hens from the experimenta group were slaughtered to detect the SE colonization. The production performance, egg quality and blood biochemical indices were also analyzed. Results: The results showed that the colonization rate of SE was highest in caecum contents (55.17%) and lowest in vagina (17.24%). For the eggs the detection rate of SE was highest on the eggshell (80.00%) and lowest in yolk (18.81%). SE infection had no significant influence on production performance and egg qualities (P 〉 0.05). The difference of laying rate between the experimental and control groups was less than 0.30%, and both were approximately equal to 82.00%. The blood analysis showed that the aspartic aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) of experimental group was significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). For experimental and control groups AST values were 236.22 U/I and 211.84 U/I respectively, and ALT values were 32.19 U/I and 24.55 U/I. All of coefficients were less than 20%. The colonization of SE in organs increases the enzyme activities of AST and ALT in blood. Conclusions: SE in feed could invade the oviduct and infect the forming eggs. Effect of extended storage on egg quality, embryo mortality and hatchability in FUNAAB-ɑ chickens was determined. Hatchable eggs (n = 288; weighing 53.2 ± 4.67 g) collected from a flock of FUNAAB-ɑ layer breeder hens aged 32 weeks were stored in egg tray with broad end up under 16 ± 1.5°C for either 0, 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 d. Before incubation, eight eggs from each group were evaluated for internal and external quality traits. Remaining eggs were set in an incubator and transferred into hatcher on embryonic day 18. Data collected were subjected to one-way analysis of variance. Egg weight loss (EWL; p < .001), surface area (p < .001), yolk diameter (p < .001), inner and outer blastoderm diameters (p < .05) and dead in germ (DIG; p < .001) increased with storage duration while yolk height (p < .001), yolk index (p < .001), albumen weight (p < .05), albumen height (p < .05), albumen index (p < .01), Haugh's unit (HU; p < .05), fertility (p < .001), hatchability of set (HATCHS; p < .001) and fertile eggs (p < .05) decreased. Weight losses of 0, 1.2, 2.2, 3.4, 4.6 and 6.1% were recorded in egg stored for 0, 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 days respectively. Eggs stored beyond 8 days exhibited higher DIG and lower HATCHS. Shell percentage in 4 days storage (11.4%) was lower (p < .05) than in 16 days storage (13.4%). Shell thickness was similar in eggs stored for 0 to 12 days, but 8 days storage (0.60 mm) had thinner (p < .01) shell than day 16 (0.71 mm) and day 20 (0.73 mm) storage. Internal quality unit (IQU) was higher (p < .05) in fresh eggs (180.4) than in 12 days (167.8) and 20 days (167.8) stored eggs. Extended storage of FUNAAB-ɑ eggs caused EWL, surface area shrinkage, lowered HU and IQU, loss of yolk and albumen quality, increased blastoderm diameters and DIG, and decreased egg fertility and HATCHS from day 8 forward. Storing FUNAAB-ɑ eggs beyond 8 days reduced quality parameters; therefore, other mitigating factors are recommended when storing beyond 8 days.  相似文献

1. Gastrointestinal size, intestinal absorption of glucose and L‐methionine, and intestinal endogenous nitrogen in Pekin ducks were measured after the birds were subjected to force‐feeding with excessive amounts of a diet based on maize or barley for 12 d.

2. Force‐feeding significantly increased the weight and area of the crop, the weight of the proventriculus, the length and area of the jejunum and ileum, but decreased the weight of the gizzard and the thickness of its caudodorsal thick muscle. Feeding a barley‐based diet also decreased the thickness of caudodorsal thick muscle of gizzard.

3. Force‐feeding enhanced the absorption rates (μmol/cm2) of glucose and L‐methionine in both jejunum and ileum. Ducks fed on a maize‐based diet showed a slightly higher absorption rate of glucose compared to those fed on a barley‐based diet.

4. Force‐feeding caused a significant increase of endogenous non‐protein nitrogen (μg/cm2/h) in both jejunum and ileum and a slight increase of endogenous protein nitrogen in the jejunum.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of laying hen diets supplemented with δ-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and vitamin C (VC) on productive performance, iron status and egg quality. A total of 252 Hy-line brown commercial laying hens were fed two levels of VC (0 and 500 mg/kg) and three levels of ALA (0, 5 and 10 mg/kg) in a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement from 57 to 63 weeks of age. Each treatment contained seven replicates with six hens in each replicate. Supplementation of the diet with both ALA and VC resulted in a significant increase in egg production during 4-6 weeks (p < 0.05). The haematocrit (HCT), total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), white blood cell (WBC), total protein and albumin concentrations were not affected by the dietary treatments. However, ALA and interactive effect of ALA and VC were observed to increase the RBC, haemoglobin and serum iron concentrations (p < 0.05). In addition, inclusion of both ALA and VC increased blood lymphocyte percentage in relation to hens not supplemented with ALA (p < 0.05). Moreover, single effect of ALA or VC improved (p < 0.05) the yolk colour unit and albumin height from 3 to 6 weeks. The egg shell colour was increased (p < 0.05) by the effect of ALA. The addition of VC also led to an increase (p < 0.05) of the Haugh unit at the end of the experiment. However, neither ALA, nor VC exerted an effect on egg weight, egg shell breaking strength or egg shell thickness. The results demonstrate that dietary ALA and VC supplementation can improve the iron status and egg quality of laying hens.  相似文献

Abstract

Run‐off and soil loss were monitored from a climax, subclimax and pioneer veld, each on a 5,9%, 4,1% and 2,1% slope, by means of a rainfall simulator on a Valsrivier soil form. With rainfall intensity, soil moisture content at the beginning of each rain storm, and soil texture the same for each treatment, plant cover and composition had a significant (positive) (P≤0,05) influence on the amount of soil loss and run‐off that occurred, as against the insignificant influence of the slope.

An average of 6,2 t/ha soil loss and 80,6% run‐off of the amount of water applied occurred from the pioneer veld (0,7% basal cover) on the steepest slope. In all the successional stages more run‐off and less soil loss occurred from wet soil than from dry soil. Significant (P≤0,01) relationships between basal and canopy cover were obtained with run‐off and soil loss.

The climax, subclimax and pioneer veld produced on average 0,57 g, 0,23 g and 0,07 g aboveground phytomass for each litre of water evapotranspirated.  相似文献

1. The effect of gradual acclimation to high ambient temperatures on egg‐shell quality was studied in the Sinai fowl, the commercial White Leghorn, and their reciprocal crossbreds.

2. The Leghorn egg was characterised by a thinner and weaker shell compared with the Sinai and the crossbreds, at all the experimental temperatures.

3. In contrast to other reports, high ambient temperatures for a long period had only mild effects on egg‐shell quality.

4. The results suggest that gradual acclimation to high ambient temperatures might improve the efficiency of the physiological mechanisms involved in the hen's response to heat. Consequently, the reproductive process adapts to the hot environmental conditions.

5. The results indicate that the Sinai breed might be used for future selection of a breed, highly resistant to extreme environmental conditions and with an improved shell quality.  相似文献

This study aimed to detect the effect of Gallus TGFβ1 on the biological behavior of MDCC-MSB1 cells. MDCC-MSB1 cells were transiently transfected with Gallus TGFβ1 overexpression vector, interference expression vector, and the corresponding negative control. Then, the expression of Gallus TGFβ1, the cell proliferation, the cell cycle and apoptosis, the migration and invasion of each transfection groups were examined. Results showed that compared with the corresponding control, the MDCC-MSB1 cells transfected with overexpression vector of Gallus TGFβ1 could up-regulate the expression level of TGFβ1, the proliferation of MDCC-MSB1 cells was significantly inhibited, G1 phase cells were increased, S and G2 cells were decreased, the apoptosis rate of the cells was increased, the migration and invasion ability were decreased.However,the MDCC-MSB1 cells transfected with the interference expression vector of TGFβ1 significantly down-regulated the expression level of TGFβ1, cell proliferation was improved,G1 phase cells were decreased, S and G2 cells were increased, the cell apoptosis was decreased, the migration and invasion ability was increased. The results showed that Gallus TGFβ1 could inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of MDCC-MSB1 cells, and promote their apoptosis.  相似文献
