论社会主义的科学性与价值性的统一——兼评民主社会主义伦理价值观

民主社会主义认为社会主义具有“自由、平等、互助”等价值，因此，社会主义取代资本主义是人们一种道德追求，是道德力量使然，社会主义的实现，不具有历史必然性和规律性。唯物史观则认为，社会主义是科学性与价值性的统一，前者是后者的前提，规定着后者实现程度和速度，后者是前者的必然要求，并为前者提供精神动因。中国特色社会主义与民主社会主义存在原则区别，那种认为只有民主社会主义才能发展中国的论调是荒谬的。

Bovine brucellosis in the southern regions of the Somali Democratic Republic

Summary For the first time a survey of the prevalence of bovine brucellosis in three regions of the Democratic Republic of Somalia has been carried out. Blood sera were tested by the SAT and CFT and milk samples by the MRT. An average prevalence rate of 9.5 per cent (SAT) and 12.0 per cent (MRT) was found. There were considerable differences between regions and the reasons for this are discussed.

Resumen Una encuesta epidemilógica sobre la prevalencia de brucelosis se Ilevó a cabo por primera vez en tres regiones meridionales de la república democrática de Somalía.El suero sanguíneo se analizó mediante las pruebas SAT y CFT y las muestras de leche mediante la prueba MRT. Se encontro una prevalencia promedia de 9.5 por ciento (SAT) y 12.0 por ciento (MRT). Se encontraron diferencias considerables entre regiones lo cual se discute en el trabajo.

La Brucellose Bovine Dans Les Régions Sud De La République Démocratique De Somalie

Résumé L'existence de la brucellose bovine est signalée pour la première fois en République démocratique de Somalie. Des échantillons de sang ont été testés par les techniques du SAT et du CFT et des échantillons de lait par le MRT. 9 p. 100 par le SAT et 12 p. 100 par le MRT ont été trouvés.Il existe entre les régions de larges différences dont les raisons sont discutées.
