用γ射线辐照玉米自交系“公70”花粉诱发突变,获得突变自交系“原辐17”。用淀粉凝胶电泳分析“原辐17”与原亲本“公70”杂交和回交后代的酯酶同工酶,并观察苗期叶鞘色泽,证明“原辐17”的酯酶同工酶和叶鞘色泽的变异是分别由一对等位基因突变的结果。用“P×Q“杂交模式测验,经方差分析证明。“原辐17”的株高、穗位、穗长、千粒重、产量以及配合力等,与原亲本“公70”的这些性状之间发生了明显变异。说明突变自交系“原辐17”在一系列基因位点上发生了变异。  相似文献

辐射处理六倍体小黑麦黑杂266×普通小麦克79F3-392的F0种子,通过一定的选育程序,选出了龙辐麦4号,龙辐10946和龙辐10877 3个易位系,经Giemsa-C带技术鉴定,其易位形式分别为6BS/6RL,2AS/2RL和7RL/7AL。酯酶同工酶和过氧化物同工酶的分析表明,3个易位系和黑杂266具有共同的特征酶带。试验证明,3个易位系具备双亲的优良特征特性,其中龙辐麦4号已由黑龙江省品种审定委员会审定推广种植。  相似文献

本试验以龙辐麦3 号为试材,研究了小麦开花期将不同浓度的平阳霉素通过穗茎注入小麦体内的诱变效果。结果表明,处理后的龙辐麦3 号在株高、穗长、小穗数、主穗粒数、千粒重等方面发生变异,试验浓度范围内随浓度的增加M1 代生理损伤加大,在M2 代100μg/ ml 浓度的平阳霉素处理的突变频率较大,各性状的变异系数明显高于对照。  相似文献

航天诱变新品种龙辐麦18的选育及其主要特征特性分析   总被引:5,自引:5,他引:5  
比较了航天诱变选育的高产优质抗病新品种龙辐麦18与亲本龙94-4083在植物学特征和主要农艺性状上的差异。结果表明,龙辐麦18生育期较其亲本长2d,株高高5.1~5.4cm,产量构成因子也有不同程度的改善,较亲本增产5.3%~6.4%,且差异达到显著水平。龙辐麦18不仅保留了亲本龙94-4083的主要优良品质,而且增大了抗延阻力和面团面积。在龙辐麦18 DNA的RAPD分子标记检测中,60个引物的多态率为6.7%,与其亲本在OPAQ-6、OPP-4、OPP-2和OPK-154对引物扩增产物上存在多个位点的变异;在低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基基因标记中,发现龙辐麦18具有1条1151bp的特异谱带,该谱带对应的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基为GluA3e,这可能是龙辐麦18较其亲本具有更大抗延阻力和面团面积的原因之一。龙辐麦18与亲本主要特征特性的对比研究充分证明了航天诱变育种的有效性和可靠性。  相似文献

用六倍体小黑麦“黑杂266”作母本,3个春小麦品种“龙辐30138”、“龙麦11号”、“龙辐10271”为父本进行远缘杂交,杂交前用~(60)Coγ射线600—1600rad活体慢照射雄配子或雌配子。通过对受精过程的切片观察,授粉后6小时,辐照雄配子的有61.70%的胚囊解体,辐照雌配子的为70.00%,未经辐照的为59.38%。辐照处理明显提高了杂种的结实率,但是,结实率随剂量的增加而下降。试验表明,辐照雌配子和雄配子的适宜剂量分别为600rad和800rad,但不同品种间辐射敏感性有很大差别。辐照对杂种籽粒的完好率有明显提高。应用组织培养技术进行胚挽救,可使有胚无胚乳杂种种子获得幼苗。  相似文献

采用~(32)P内照射川育5号,选育出了川辐1号。采用~(60)Co丁射线辐照杂种F_2种子,选育出了川辐2号、川辐3号和川辐4号,以及多抗新材料4037和2270。川辐1号与常规品种绵阳19的染色体结构间差异较小,川辐2号与川辐1号之间有1对染色体结构存在差异。川辐2号与绵阳19号也有1对染色体结构存在差异。4037与绵阳19的杂种F_1,大量形成1个四价体,4037与川辐2号的杂种F_2,形成四价体、三价体、2个单价体、4个单价体的细胞都有,4037是一个典型的易位系,其基因组成与绵阳19更接近。2882的染色体结构与几个品种之间都存在着差异,其染色体结构值得进一步研究。4037的抗白粉病基因由主基因控制,表现为加性效应,为单基因遗传,是由~(60)Co丁射线诱变产生。  相似文献

用 2 0 0Gy6 0 Coγ射线辐照玉米自交系黄早四干种子 ,引起玉米自交系各性状的较大变异。M1表现出明显的辐射生理损伤效应 ,M2 、M3的质量性状未发现有明显的变异 ,但生育期、株高、穗位高、穗长等数量性状出现较高的突变频率 ;M3开始出现黄、白化苗、矮生株等隐性突变和雄性不育株 ,同时在粒色上也产生了有明显变异的个体。再次证明异花授粉作物的辐射诱发突变导致M2 形成杂合的植株 ,而诱发突变大多为隐性的 ,需在M3纯合后才表现出来 ,M4 代测交种试验结果表明 ,自交系经辐照后 ,有选择出高配合力个体的可能。  相似文献

用60Coγ射线和叠氮化钠(NaN3)处理玉米愈伤组织,在含1.0%NaCl的高渗培养基上筛选,对再生植株株系进行耐旱性鉴定。结果表明,20 Gy的辐射和1 mmol/L NaN3是较为适合玉米愈伤组织诱变的处理组配。22个再生植株株系中,有5个诱变株系的耐旱性高于未诱变对照,其中1个株系的耐旱性与耐旱自交系“81565”接近。此外,从M1代株系中发现了1个雄性不育株,鉴定为细胞核隐性单基因控制的孢子体雄性不育。  相似文献

Soil fertility problems resulting in low maize yields in smallholder farms are common in the West African moist savanna. The effectiveness of commercial foliar fertilizers in improving maize growth and yield was evaluated in three savanna agro‐ecological zones of Nigeria in two steps. In step one, eight commercial foliar fertilizers were assessed in a greenhouse study with two soil types using maize (Zea mays L. cv. 2004 TZE‐Y POPDT STR C4). The treatments included a control and a reference that received the optimum concentrations of nutrients. In step 2, three promising products from the greenhouse study (Turbotop, Agroleaf General, and Agroleaf high‐P) were evaluated under field conditions to validate the efficacy of products to enhance crop growth and yield. The foliar products were applied at the rate of 5 kg ha?1. The treatments also included three rates of P application (0, 30, and 60 kg P ha?1) as triple super phosphate (TSP) with or without foliar fertilizers. In the greenhouse study, differences in maize shoot dry matter yield and N and P concentrations, attributable to the spraying of the commercial foliar fertilizers, were observed for both soils. Spraying Turbotop, Agroleaf General, and Agroleaf high‐P gave the highest shoot dry biomass and N and P uptake compared to other products. Under field conditions, foliar spraying of Agroleaf high‐P significantly increased the shoot dry biomass of maize compared with the 0 P treatment in all locations. The grain yield of maize ranged from 1 to 4 t ha?1 with significant differences across sites. Products with high concentrations of P and N in their formulation improved maize yield suggesting that appropriate management of P and N resources is a prerequisite for a sustainable maize intensification in the savanna agro‐ecologies.  相似文献

为了明确长穗颈光温敏核不育系福eS1生产过程中产生高秆株和矮秆株的原因,对高秆株和矮秆株的主要农艺性状、遗传和花粉育性等进行了研究。结果表明,在福eS1的生产应用过程中会出现高杆和矮杆2种异型株,它们出现的频率分别约为9.3×10-5和2.1×10-5。高秆株的株高比福eS1显著提高,株高的增加主要由于倒一节间长、倒二节间长、倒三节间长等的显著提高;高秆株的抽穗期比福eS1提早3~5d。矮秆株的株高比福eS1显著降低,包穗严重,倒一节间长缩短,主要农艺性状与培矮64S相似。遗传分析表明,福eS1中的高秆株仍为原来的长穗颈基因所控制,而矮秆株的产生是由于eui基因发生了回复突变。高秆株在可育期的结实率较福eS1高,在不育期表现出不同程度的可育。结果表明,福eS1中的高秆株是由于其育性转换温度升高,使其在可育期结实好,不育期表现不同程度的可育,导致高秆。  相似文献

Previous studies on pollen dispersal helped to identify objective parameters of coexistence of genetically modified (GM) and conventional maize. Nevertheless, data on the quantity and dynamics of airborne pollen flow (APF) in air layers above and around a maize field, and its contribution to the rate of cross-pollination, are still missing. In 2004 and 2005, 690 pollen traps were arranged at different locations relative to three maize fields: in the maize fields itself, and in fields adjacent to the maize fields, consisting either of grassland or wheat stubble. The traps were positioned along strings over maize, wheat stubble and grassland at two fixed heights relative to the maize plants: immediately above (0 m) and 1 m above tassel height (1 m). Whereas the traps positioned at 0 m over maize indicated the amount of pollen shed, those located at 1 m above tassel height indicated airborne pollen flow to this upper air layer. The amount of pollen at 1 m relative to the amount of pollen just above the tassel, ranged from 4% to 40%; very high values correlated with strong winds during flowering. These winds were not strong enough to transport significant amounts of pollen farther than a few meters away from the pollen source because above both adjacent grass and wheat stubble environments, the amount of pollen at 1 m above tassel height was similarly low. In one single experiment and at 0 m above tassel height, a significantly higher amount of pollen was found over wheat stubble than over grassland. During this experiment, high temperatures and low wind speeds coincided with pollen shed, which may have favored the generation of thermals over hot surfaces, capable of lifting pollen grains.  相似文献

Abstract

The relationship between soil test phosphorus and crop response has not been studied for maize (Zea mays L.) in some major benchmark soils of Zambia. The suitable soil test procedure for estimating available P needs to be identified. The objective of this study was to compare two soil test methods, impregnation of phosphorus (Pi) and Bray 1, in predicting P requirement of maize grown in Makeni (fine, mixed Isohyperthermic Udic Paleustalf), Maheba (clayey, kaolinitic, isohyperthermic Haplic Acrustox), and Konkola soil series (fine, oxidic, isohyperthermic oxic, Rhodustalf). The three soil series were treated with 0, 262, 524, and 1,048 mg P per pot as triple superphosphate (TSP). Maize was grown in pots, and after 8 weeks the plants were harvested and analyzed for total P concentration. Phosphorus uptake (P uptake) was calculated as a product of P concentration in the plant and maize dry matter yield. The soil was dried, sieved and analyzed for available P. The available P content estimated by Bray 1, and Pi soil tests was correlated with maize dry matter yield, and P uptake. The P which was extracted from Makeni soil series by Pi soil test correlated highly significantly (r=0.996**) with maize dry matter yield, but the correlation of maize dry matter yield and P extracted by Bray 1 soil test was not significant (r=0.908 ns), Correlation of P uptake with P extracted by Bray 1 soil test was high and more significant (r=0.991 * *), than correlation with P extracted by Pi soil test (r=0.958*). The P extracted from Makeni soil series by Pi soil test correlated highly significantly (r=0.996**) with maize dry matter yield, but the correlation of maize dry matter yield and P extracted by Bray 1 soil test was not significant (r=0.908 ns), Correlation of P uptake with P extracted by Bray 1 soil test was high and significant (r=0.990**), as well as correlation with P extracted by Pi soil test (r=0.958**). The correlation of P extracted from Maheba soil series by Pi soil test and maize dry matter yield followed the same trend as for Makeni series with correlation of r=0.990**. The correlation of P uptake and P extracted by Pi soil test was high but less significant (r=0.955*) than that for Makeni soil series. The correlation of P extracted by Bray 1 soil test with maize dry matter yield was high (r=0.973 *) and significant, but the correlation with P uptake was low and not significant (r=0.879 ns). The available P extracted from Konkola soil series by both Bray 1 and Pi soil tests produced poor and not significant correlation with maize dry matter yield, as well as P uptake. The results show that Bray 1 soil test extracted larger amounts of P from all the three soil series than P impregnation (Pi) soil test. The results further demonstrated that Pi soil test was consistently more closely related to P uptake and dry matter yield of maize grown in Makeni and Maheba soil series. Therefore, Pi soil test was more effective than Bray 1 soil test in evaluating soil solution P that the plant usually takes up.  相似文献

为了研究不同基因型玉米品种对Pb的富集特征,选用2个Pb低富集玉米品种(曲辰11号、曲辰3号)和2个Pb高富集玉米品种(靖丰8号、旭玉1446),开展Pb胁迫(2 000 mg·kg-1)下的大田试验,研究了玉米植株生物量的变化、各部位Pb含量、Pb总吸收量、富集与转运规律、土壤p H值及有效态Pb含量。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,Pb胁迫导致4个玉米品种根、茎、叶和籽粒生物量不同程度的下降,总生物量下降9.65%~20.46%,但低富集玉米品种生物量的下降程度小于高富集玉米品种;(2)玉米各部位的Pb含量分配规律为根叶茎籽粒,分别为95.39~121.02、25.56~43.21、14.06~25.41、2.52~5.38 mg·kg-1;低富集玉米品种根的Pb含量高于高富集玉米品种,而茎、叶和籽粒的Pb含量低于高富集玉米品种;玉米植株对Pb的总吸收量为4.46~7.94 mg·株-1,低富集玉米品种植株的Pb总吸收量显著低于高富集玉米品种;(3)不同基因型玉米品种对Pb的富集系数和转运系数均小于1,表现为低富集玉米品种低于高富集玉米品种;(4)不同基因型玉米品种土壤p H值为6.60~6.82,且低富集玉米品种显著高于高富集玉米品种,土壤有效态Pb含量范围为969.86~1 116.15 mg·kg-1。  相似文献

Forty genotypes representing maize genetic diversity from the Island of Madeira were screened for resistance to aluminum (Al) in nutrient solution. Seeds of maize were obtained from local farmers from field plots spread around the island in a range of altitudes from 99 to 1000 m above sea level. The content of ionic aluminum and the pH of soils cultivated with maize were determined. The mean pH value of all examined soils was 4.9, while the mean ionic Al content was 0.76 cmol kg–1. Seventy‐two hours (h) exposure to 100 and 200 μM Al followed by a 48 h recovery period of 4‐day old seedlings revealed significant differences in Al resistance in the Madeiran maize germplasm. Root survival and regrowth exceeding 80 % of the seedlings were observed in 22 and 8 of the tested genotypes screened at 100 and 200 μM Al in nutrient solution. High Al resistance among Madeiran maize genotypes appeared not to be associated with the lower pH of soil, and did not correlate with the amount of soil Al3+ or the altitude at the site of collection. The high level of Al resistance of the maize cultivars indicates an initial genetic trait enhanced by open pollination of maize.  相似文献

Changes in the digestibility and the properties of the starch isolated from normal and waxy maize kernels after heat‐moisture treatment (HMT) followed by different temperature cycling (TC) or isothermal holding (IH) conditions were investigated. Moist maize kernels were heated at 80°C for 2 hr. The HMT maize kernels were subjected to various conditions designed to accelerate retrogradation of the starch within endosperm cells. Two methods were used to accelerate crystallization: TC with a low temperature of –24°C for 1 hr and a high temperature of 20, 30, or 50°C for 2, 4, or 24 hr for 1, 2, or 4 cycles, and IH at 4, 20, 30, or 50°C for 24 hr. The starch granules were then isolated from the treated kernels. The starch isolated from HMT normal maize kernels treated by TC using –24°C for 1 hr and 30°C for 2 hr for 2 cycles gave the greatest SDS content (24%) and starch yield (54%). The starch isolated from HMT waxy maize kernels treated by TC using –24°C for 1 hr and 30°C for 24 hr for 1 cycle had an SDS content of 19% and starch yield of 43%. The results suggest that TC after HMT changes the internal structure of maize starch granules in a way that results in the formation of SDS (and RS). They also suggest that thermal treatment of maize kernels is more effective in producing SDS than is the same treatment of isolated starch. All starch samples isolated from treated normal maize kernels exhibited lower peak viscosities, breakdown, and final viscosities and higher pasting temperatures than did the control (untreated normal maize starch). Although peak viscosities and breakdown of the starch isolated from treated waxy maize kernels were similar to those of the control (untreated waxy maize starch), their pasting temperatures were higher. The starch isolated from treated normal and waxy maize kernels with the highest SDS contents (described above) were further examined by DSC, X‐ray diffraction, and polarized light microscopy. Onset and peak temperatures of gelatinization of both samples were higher than those of the controls. Both retained the typical A‐type diffraction pattern of the parent starches. The relative crystallinity of the starch from the treated normal maize kernels was higher than that of the control, while the relative crystallinity of the starch from the treated waxy maize kernels was not significantly different from that of the control. Both treated starches exhibited birefringence, but the granule sizes of both starches, when placed in water, were slightly larger than those of the controls.  相似文献

Native starch granules of 11 selected cultivars (potato, waxy potato, sweet potato, normal maize, high‐amylose maize, waxy maize, wheat, normal barley, high‐amylose barley, waxy barley, and rice) were treated with a calcium chloride solution (4M) for surface gelatinization. The surface‐gelatinized starch granules were investigated using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In general, those starches with larger granule sizes required longer treatment time to complete the gelatinization. The salt solution treatment of starch was monitored by light microscopy and stopped when the outer layer of the granule was gelatinized. The surface gelatinized starch granules were studied using scanning electron microscopy. On the basis of the gelatinization pattern from calcium chloride treatments, the starches could be divided into three groups: 1) starches with evenly gelatinized granule surface, such as normal potato, waxy potato, sweet potato, maize, and high‐amylose maize; 2) starches with salt gelatinization concentrated on specific sites of the granule (i.e., equatorial groove), such as wheat, barley, and high‐amylose barley; and 3) starches that, after surface gelatinization, can no longer be separated to individual granules for SEM studies, such as waxy barley, waxy maize, and normal rice. The morphology of the surface gelatinized starch resembled that of enzyme‐hydrolyzed starch granules.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung In dreijährigen Untersuchungen an einem Sortiment von über 100 Sommerweizensorten wurde in jedem Jahr eine Korrelation von r=0.5 zwischen Fläche der Fahnenblattspreite und Einzelährenertrag gefunden. Bei Sorten, die von der Regressionslinie am weitesten entfernt lagen, zeigte sich eine Häufung extremer Werte der Photosyntheserate. Formen mit kleinem Fahnenblatt und relativ hohem Einzelährenertrag wiesen besonders hohe Photosyntheseraten auf, solche mit großem Fahnenblatt und geringem Einzelährenertrag dagegen niedrige.Im Interesse der Erhöhung der Bestandesdichte ist die Selektion von Formen mit kleinen Blättern und hoher Photosyntheseleistung anzustreben.
Relationships between flag leaf area, photosynthetic rate and grain yield per ear in spring wheat
Summary The coefficient of correlation between flag leaf area and grain yield per ear was r=0.5 in a collection of more than 100 varieties of spring wheat. This coefficient was the same in three successive years, despite of different climatic conditions. In varieties with the greatest distance from the regression line we found extreme values of flag leaf photosynthesis.Small flag leaves connected with high yield per ear exhibited high values of the photosynthetic rate and vice versa.Selection of varieties with relatively small leaves but high photosynthetic efficiency seems possible and useful with the view of a very high density of field crops.
