Aiming at ensuring that product family improvement is based on customer needs while taking full advantage of enterprise history database, firstly, customer needs in the product family improvement are expressed. Then a method of realizing the mapping of customer needs to functional requirements is presented, which is based on quality function development and association rule mining. Product family management is a key support technology to implement mass customized production. Various products in product family are similar in functional characters, physical characters and technological characters, which is an important character of product family. Based on the products represents and mapping relations in functional domain and physical domain, a method of classifying product family is presented by comparing similarity of both functional requirements in functional domain and design parameters in physical domain. The process of classifying product family by virtue of this method is also discussed. At last, a case is introduced to illustrate the application of this method.  相似文献

Concepts of requirement elements and configuration elements and the model of customer requirements family are proposed for the configuration problem of product family. The constraint relationships are taken into account to establish a feature attribute mapping-based constraint network,which is between configuration elements,as well as requirement element and configuration element. The scale of the configuration problem solving has been reduced through the ordinal constraint diffusion that according to the weight of requirement elements,and also through the range reduction of configuration element related to requirement element by pretreatment. The set of rapid configuration results is obtained by constraint solving for undetermined configuration element,applied the non-binary uniformity backtracking algorithm. Ultimately the feasibility of the proposed approach is validated by means of an example of a chassis configuration design.  相似文献

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate. Customer involvement in product innovation can improve design efficiency effectively. Identifying customer knowledge quickly and applying it into the process of product design can enhance the product design capability of manufacturing enterprise. Rough set theory is used to simplify the variety of customer knowledge and identify the important customer knowledge. In order to select the customer with great contribution, a customer knowledge contribution measurement model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Shapley (FAHP S) is proposed to determine the importance weights of customer knowledge and member influence weights in group decision. Now increasing customer Quality of Experience(QoE) has become a key factor to maintain competitiveness and improve business income. The paper lays emphasize on addressing the influence from technology element, and builds up a model of mapping network key performance indicators to QoE value by the SEM analysis method. A table is provided for calculating QoE value, which can get the short board of network performance directly. Analysis of the mapping and transferring mechanism, and the sensitivity of quality characteristics of Complicated Electromechanical Products (CEP) reveal that the coupling of functionality and structure, and uncertainty in their mapping relations are important factors that influence the quality of CEP. By integrating the principals of Axiomatic Design (AD), this paper proposes a concept of decoupling design for quality characteristics of CEP. A model for decoupling control in the mapping processes of CEP is presented. In the model, formation-process of quality characteristics of CEP is transformed into iterative zigzagging decomposition and mapping between functional-domains. Then mapping matrixes are utilized to facilitate product designers to identify coupled quality characteristics in CEP, and to reduce complexity in function and physical structure and the product development. The model presented is used in the design of the transmission system in the first direct-drive hobbing machine in China, which effectively reduces the complexity of transmission system of hobbing machine and improved gear hobbing accuracy.  相似文献

A product ontology screening method which can be used in variant design is proposed. With the support of complete ontology view of product resources, the product functional requirement and structural characteristics are converted to demand constraints, which are used to screen product ontology. For different screening hierarchies and objects, different screening rules such as pattern matching, case matching combined with manual decision and auto matching on the basis of case-based reasoning are adopted. The semi-automatic screening method with human-computer cooperation has impressive effectiveness on the improvements of the accuracy of design schemes and the flexibility and efficiency of design process. Finally, a variant design supporting system for building door and window is developed, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

Abstract:To manage suppliers who are involved in product collaborative design and innovation, on the basis of collating and analyzing 35 literatures related to co design process and supplier management activities, a three tier model of supplier management in collaborative product development is put forward, which includes tiers of long term strategic management, product development project and co design task. In terms of collaborative product development process, an overall management activities model about suppliers is built. Methods of supplier selection and performance evaluation are studied. A case study related to supplier management in equipment co design from a steel company is provided to verify the theory and methods.  相似文献

Markers targeting intron length polymorphism of resistance gene analogues (RGA-ILP) are not only expected to be more polymorphic than those designed from conserved exons, but also have potential resistance gene function. Based on known domains of resistance genes, more than 900 wheat RGAs were mined from public databases. Two hundred and seventy-eight intron-containing RGA candidates were predicted based on rice genomic DNA information, and 50 of them were selected for evaluation and mapping. A total of 150 RGA-ILP primer pairs, consisting of exon-primed intron-crossing primers to amplify the intronic regions of RGAs were designed. One hundred and thirty-five pairs were successfully amplified with similar or larger than expected product lengths. Three mapping populations (SOpop, NYpop and WSpop) were screened and 28 pairs of RGA-ILP primers gave reproducible polymorphic amplifications between the mapping parents. Sixteen, 14 and five loci were integrated into SOpop, NYpop and WSpop maps, respectively. The results demonstrated that this method provides an efficient approach for developing polymorphic markers.  相似文献

The harm impact evaluation was studied for pollution accident happened in urban crude water system characterized of fetching crude water from reservoir through channel.The relevant direct and indirect factors to harm impact of crude water pollution accident were analyzed.Furthermore, the attribute reduction method in rough set theory was applied to eliminate the redundancy of indirect factors.Integrating the direct and indirect factors effects, an emergent evaluation model for the Harm Impact was established with the similarity analysis by vague sets theory.Taking crude water system in Chengdu as a case study, a designed nitrobenzene pollution accident was simulated in different working conditions.Moreover, the Harm Impact extent of the accident was calculated with the proposed model.The sensitivity analysis indicates that the proposed model is reasonable and valid in the emergent evaluation for the pollution accident happened in the urban crude water system.  相似文献

Using precise design principle, a multi-objective programming mathematical model of the BOF-Caster matched is established for single production line in the steelmaking plant of all plate and strip, according to the segmentation of steel grade and product specification of product mix. Objectives of the model have less investment, less difference between production capacity of the converter and continuous caster, higher operating rate of converter and higher level of weighted average casting speed. The model is solved by the improved delaminating sequence method. Then, the overall configuration method of BOF-continuous casting in the steelmaking plant is proposed through integrating single production lines. According to the production outline of a new large steel plant, the result of the model shows that the configuration scheme of the steelmaking workshop of the steel plant is a better design scheme.  相似文献

The synthetic quantified evaluation for power quality is one of the gist to weigh excellent or inferior of the power quality, and this is propitious to realize the electricity-purchase principle of discussing the price according to quality and high quality high price, thereby serve as to build the equitable electric power market. This paper proposes to use the method of matter-element for power quality evaluation, and then build the model based on the method of matter-element. Considering the non-compatible feature between the single recognition and evaluation results as well as the complexity of the evaluation for power quality, a model is approached for the evaluation of the power quality by using the matter-element and extension set. Case results show that use the proposed model is objective and reasonable, with a special advantage when used in power quality evaluation.  相似文献

The stability of rock-mass slopes is a very complicated system which is controlled by lots of factors. It is always a very important research subject to evaluate the slope stability reasonably through some evaluation methods. Based on matter-element theory and dependent function,the extension theory is applied to evaluate the stability of rock mass slope,and the extension method for the stability of rock mass slopes is proposed. Taking a real slope project for example,based on the reasonable selection of evaluation factors of slope stability,an extension model for evaluation of slope stability is built,whose result is contrasted with the fuzzy evaluating one. As a result, it is practical and feasible to apply the extension method to estimate the rock slope stability.  相似文献

The collaborative levels in modem web - based product development processes are diversed in a large degree. However, current researches are lack of systematic approaches to analyze the appropriate level of the collaboration. Aiming at the problem, the collaborative levels and effecting factors are studied in the paper. First, a primary framework of the effecting factors analysis is proposed, which defines the input, output, and components of the effeeting factors analysis. Next, a collaboration hierarchy model is set up, which is constituted by message level, data level and application level. Based on the model, the effecting factors of collaboration levels are analyzed systematically from technology, organization and business aspects. Detailed indices are abstracted from these aspects and an evaluation factors set is formed systematiclly. According to the framework, hierarchy model, and the factors set, a methodology for factors evaluation and analysis is developed, which contains analytical hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gap analysis method. The methodology has characteristics of quantitive analysis, easy to oprerate, and optimization support capability. A case study is provided to illustrate the analysis process based on the application of the methodology in a collaborative product development project of a furniture enterprise. The case study shows that the methodology can help enterprises to determine the collaboration level effectively, and can also find out the critical factors which impact the collaboration on a large extend. As a result, the develop process, working efficiency and the outcome of the collaborative project can be highly improved.  相似文献

A comprehensive estimate scheme employed multiple parameters is proposed for quality grade of recycled concrete coarse aggregate based on grey clustering theory. In the scheme, seven parameters are selected as comprehensive evaluation indices according to Recycled Coarse Aggregate for Concrete of China. The parameters are apparent density, porosity, sturdiness, crushing index, micro-mist content, silt content and water absorption respectively. Secondly, weighted similarity method is adopted to determine the objective weight, and divide the quality grade into four grey ranks according to characteristics of grade assignment interval of the indices. Then, whitening weight function is employed to make an estimate model, by which the quality grade estimate result of recycled concrete coarse aggregate can be achieved through compute of grey clustering coefficients. Finally, a case study is adopted to verify the practicability of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

As PCR techniques have developed over the last 15 years, a wealth of new DNA marker technologies have arisen which have enabled the generation of high‐density molecular maps for all the major Brassica crop species. Molecular markers have also been heavily used in analyses of genetic diversity in Brassica crops. The majority of the work utilizing molecular markers in Brassica oilseed breeding has to date been based on genetic mapping using various DNA marker systems in segregating populations generated for specific investigations of particular traits of interest. For numerous qualitative traits, traditional mapping approaches have led to the development of marker‐assisted selection strategies in oilseed Brassica breeding, and in some cases to map‐based cloning of the responsible genes. For quantitative traits, however, it has become apparent that traditional mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL) is often not sufficient to develop effective markers for trait introgression or for identification of the genes responsible. In this case, allele‐trait association studies in non‐structured genetic populations represent an interesting new approach, provided the degree of gametic phase disequilibrium between the QTL and the marker loci is sufficient. Because Brassica species represent the closest crop plant relatives to the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, significant progress will be achieved in the coming years through integration of candidate gene approaches in crop brassicas, using the detailed information now available for the Arabidopsis genome. Integration of information from the model plant with the increasing supply of data from physical mapping and sequencing of the diploid Brassica genomes will undoubtedly give great insight into the genetics underlying both simple and complex traits in oilseed rape. This review describes the current use of available genetic marker technologies in oilseed rape breeding and provides an outlook for use of new technologies, including single‐nucleotide polymorphism markers, candidate gene approaches and allele‐trait association studies.  相似文献

To deal with the complexity problems of design tasks decomposition and allocation in the process of product collaborative innovation, a task decomposition model based on mapping level function, structure and task and fuzzy search and matching collaborative partners is proposed by considering the dependencies between the design tasks and the design capacity constraints of innovative subjects. Then on the basis of studying the classification and attributes of design resource, a design resources allocation model with resource use threshold is established to compensate the lack of resource allocation by the priority strategy for design tasks, and the simulation modeling for task-resource allocation based on the time colored Petri net is carried out. Finally, a product collaborative innovation design R & D case of a certain brand phone is imported to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

针对云制造环境下设计需求与设计服务的特性,构建含有属性集、关系集和操作集的设计需求与设计服务数据结构。建立一种云制造环境下的设计需求与设计服务输入、分解、组合和输出匹配模式,研究了该模型的原子匹配、扩展匹配和产品匹配。针对匹配过程中输入、分解、组合和输出量化问题,采用语义概念相似度和循环递归设计结构匹配算法实现设计需求与设计服务智能匹配。最后,通过实验验证,表明该模式与算法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献
