As the self weight of cable affects mechanical behavior obviously with the inerease of span length.FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) cable that has the lighter weight than the conventional cables has advantage for long span structures.The analysis of single cable is the fundamental theory for the design of cable structures.Based on different considerations of gravity loads.the solutions of the single cable on gravity loads have three sets of solutions: parabola solution.catenary solution and elastic catenary solution.And the equations for the three sets of solutions are derived by taking the end tension force of cable as the control parameter.The comparison between FRP cables and steel cables is conducted by elastic catenary solution.and the results show that the lager span structure can be realized by FRP cables.The precision for the parabola solution and catenary solution is compared for stay cables and horizontal cables.and the proper ranges of both approximate methods are proposed.Based on the above methods.the ultimate span length of FRP cable and steel cable are analyzed.It is concluded that the ultimate span of FRP cable is 4.4 times larger than that of steel cable.  相似文献

Considering the compression of medium and fluid, coupled vibration of saturated fractional derivative type viscoelastic soil and a circular tunnel with partially sealed shell lining in the frequency domain is investigated according to theories of Biot and elastic shell. The stress and displacement constitutive behavior of the soil skeleton is described by fractional derivative model which reflects the rheological properties of the medium while regarding soil as a liquid-solid saturated porous medium. The expressions of displacement, stress and pore water pressure are obtained while the inner boundary of circular tunnel is subjected to axially symmetric radial traction and axially symmetric fluid pressure respectively by introducing a partially permeable boundary condition. With the parameter analysis, it is revealed that the order of fractional derivative model on the responses for the system subjected to the symmetric radial traction is much greater than that of the system under the axially symmetric fluid pressure. And resonance phenomenon occurs obviously. Nevertheless the system responses do not have remarkable resonance phenomenon under axially symmetric fluid pressure.  相似文献

There is no universal method of finding the analytic solutions to transmission lines discribed by partial differential equations,so many researchers are studying and developing transmission line theories.Computing steady-state solutions of uniform transmission lines is one part of the study.The paper introduces another method of computing sinsoidal steady-state solutions of lossy uniform transmission lines.First,the complex expressions of voltage and current with zero initial state are obtained from the complex frequency-domain model of lossy uniform tansmission lines.The network functions,which are the ratios of voltage and current's image functions to the excitation's image function,can be found from the complex expressions.Sinusoidal steady-state solutions can be obtained by using the relation between network function and system's frequency characteristic.Finally,the method is demonstrated to be effective by an example.  相似文献

The calculation of constant pressure values for relief valves in the fire suppression systems of high-rise buildings usually is based on the working pressure of pipe systems by experience.However,this method only is applied in the condition that the relief valves are installed on the effluent pipes of pumps.In order to confirm the proper constant pressure values of relief valves in fire suppression systems,a formula is deduced using hydraulics theory.The applications of the formula in fire suppression systems are also discussed.The constant pressure values for relief valves are directly related to three factors,namely,the flux and pressure of the fire pump,the located height of the relief valves,and the head loss of flux from the pump exit to the inlets of the relief valves.It is necessary to analyze the working condition of fire suppression systems and to be certain of the permissive pressure range for overpressure.  相似文献

With the construction of deep-water bridge foundation, steel casing is left after the construction of cast-in place piles due to the dismantle difficulty. Then the pile actually forms a variable section pile which has bigger section area at upper part. Using the nonlinear NL method, the displacement and the internal force are analyzed for piles with and without casing in Sutong Bridge. It is found that the displacement of pile with casing can be reduced by 50%, and it can not be ignored for accurate calculation of displacement. 8 model pile tests are carried out, which suggests that the slurry thickness can significantly affect the capability of co-working between the pile and the casing.  相似文献

Concrete cover cracking induced by corrosion of steel reinforcement is a major influencing factor for durability and serviceability of reinforced concrete structures. In order to investigate the cracking process of concrete cover induced by rebar corrosion, the heterogeneity of concrete meso-structure and non-uniformity of rebar corrosion are accounted for. The undamaged concrete is assumed to be a three-phase composite material composed of aggregate, mortar matrix and the interfacial transition zone (ITZ). And a concrete random aggregate structure is established for the study on the mechanical behavior of the non-uniform radial corrosion expansion. In the present simulations, non-uniform radial displacement is adopted to simulate the non-uniform corrosion of the rebar; the plasticity damaged model is used to describe the mechanical behavior of the mortar matrix and the ITZ, and the aggregate is assumed to be elastic. The cracking of concrete cover due to the non-uniform corrosion of the middle located rebar is numerically simulated. The comparison of the analysis and the test result on failure pattern of cover concrete shows fairly good agreement. And then the failure patterns under uniform corrosion and non-uniform corrosion obtained from the macro-scale homogeneous model and the meso-scale heterogeneous model are compared. Furthermore, the influences of concrete cover thickness and rebar diameter on the failure pattern of concrete cover, the expansive pressure and the corrosion rate of the rebar when cover concrete cracks are investigated.  相似文献

An analytical solution was presented for the stresses and displacements around horseshoe-shaped tunnel using Cauchy integral method and Optimization theory in an elastic half-plane. Since the depth of a tunnel was larger than the size of the tunnel, gravity loads were simplified as uniform normal loads along far-field boundary. Finite element model was used to verify the accuracy of analytical solutions. Comparison between the results of numerical analysis by finite element method and those from the closed solutions indicates that the closed solution is reliable and applicable for the stress and displacement field around horseshoe-shaped tunnel tunnels at great depth.  相似文献

Some ideas of uniform design in the test design are introduced into Simulated Annealing Arithmetic and a new method of design based on uniform design is discussed. The global optimal solutions of nonlinear multi-peak function can be found by this method. A series of uniformly distributed points are generated by the principle of the uniform design in variable design space. These points are regarded as a series of start points of the optimization model. The Simulated Annealing Arithmetic is chosen to compute and a series of local minimum values can be gained. Before compared with each other, the best value of all local minimum values can be found out, the value is thought as the global minimum in some degree. According to the method, a program is compiled and an example of design is implemented. The result of the example testifies that the method is feasible.  相似文献

The calculation theory of stability capacity of steel tube and coupler scaffold is currently an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of the stability behavior of steel tube and coupler scaffold with X-bracing,a series of simplified model and calculation formulas are put forward.In order to verify the rationality of simplified calculation theory presented,two full-scale tests are carried out.Compared with results from tests,the results from simplified calculation theory is well consistent with it.Therefore,it is concluded that the simplified model and simple formula own a considerable accuracy to forecast the critical load of steel tube and coupler scaffold with X-bracing under uniform load,which offers the reference for relevant researchers and designers.  相似文献

The computation of a micro-pitting load capacity of gears for wind power is carried out by a model based on the numerical thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (TEHL) contact theory. The difference of local lubricant film thickness and safety factor against micro-pitting between TEHL and ISO/TR 15144—1 are compared. The oil film pressure distributions, film shapes, temperature distributions are calculated under some varied points on the path of contact. The results show that calculation of micro-pitting load capacity of gears of wind power based on TEHL contact theory is feasible; the local lubricant film thickness calculated by TEHL contact theory is less than by ISO/TR 15144—1; and it is unnecessary to consider the pressure distributions and contact pattern change caused by TEHL when determining the modifications of main gears of wind power using loaded contact analysis.  相似文献

Considering the piles-raft foundation as a composite system of piles and elastic plate, the interaction between piles-raft foundation and soil is translated into the compatible analysis of force and displacement among piles,elastic plate and ground. Based on different models of foundation subjected to centralized load,the settlement coefficient subjected to uniform load is obtained by means of integral, The flexibility coefficient of piles is calculated by considering the pile as elastic member, and with raft identified as four sides free rectangle plate on the ground, the displacement of raft suffering external loads, counter force of soil and generalized displacement on the boundary could be obtained. A semi-analytical and semi-numerical method, using compatible analysis of force and displacement between piles,elastic plate and ground,is developed to analyze the interaction between piles-raft and subsoil. Numerical analysis prove that the semi-analytical and semi-numerical method is provide an accurate and practical calculation tool to. and meet the needs of practical engineering.  相似文献

Considering the relationships of coupling movement and compatible displacement among bonding layer, piezoelectric layer, damping layer, and base structure, a finite element dynamic model of coupled systems for vibration reduction plates is established. The model combined with piezoelectric theory, finite element theory and ADF model of viscoelastic damping material can be suitable for vibration model of complex SCLD structure. The dynamics parameters for clamped-clamped steel plate with partially treated smart constrained layer damping are obtained by theoretical calculation, ANSYS modal analysis and modal experiment. The results show that theoretical values are closer to the test results and ANSYS analysis, and the methods proposed is more accurate and effective.  相似文献

The reliability level of tool magazine is an important indicator to show how advanced a horizontal machining center is. To more effectively promote the reliability level of tool magazine,a new method combining importance and structure optimization is introduced. Taking tool magazine of a horizontal machinging as object, the fault tree of a tool magazine is established based on 35 failure data obtained from a horizontal machining center. Important levels of elementary events are calculated by fault tree analysis,and the order of importance is determined based on importance values. An improved design of structural reliability for elementary events with great importance is made according to failure principles and tool changing process. The feasibility of the improved design is verified by the designer of the tool magazine.  相似文献

By analyzing the system of argon stirring molten steel in ladle, many affecting factors are determined. The model of characteristic number about describing mixing effect of steel stirred by argon in the ladle is gotten by dimensional analysis. Taking a ladle furnace of some steel plant as prototype, hydraulics simulation experiment is designed by generalized similarity principle. The equation for characteristic number about the mixing effect of steel in the ladle is gotten by stepwise regression, which is suitable for ladles whose geometric structure are similar to the ladle in this study. The results could be gotten as follows. The four decisive characteristic numbers that are considered are all significantly effective to H0. And gas-liquid density ratio πρ is the most remarkable among them. When doing some hydraulics experiment to simulate the phenomenon of molten steel stirred by argon from the bottom of ladle, using some conventional gas instead of argon could result in a great difference between the decided characteristic numbers of model and prototype.  相似文献

In order to study the bond behavior, anchorage space and reasonable anchorage length of hybrid-bonding of FRP, the destructive tests of 17 experiment beams which with mid-span pre-cutting fissures have been done. Compared with EB-FRP system, it is found that HB-FRP system is improved a lot in ductility, bearing capacity, FRP’s peeling stress and so on. The formulas for calculating HB-FRP and EB-FRP’s induced peeling strength by middle crack and a more reasonable estimation formula for anchorage space are presented based on the experimental data and theoretical analysis. Calculating results are coincided with experimental results, which can serve as a reference for further researches and engineering applications.  相似文献

In order to study the mechanical behavior of the Y-shaped joints in oblique crossing lattice, two 1:3 scale models of the Y-shaped joints which are respectively applied symmetrical and asymmetrical axial force in experiment processes are tested, and the corresponding numerical simulations are carried out by using ABAQUS software. The stress state and deformation behavior of concrete-filled square tube column and steel beam rigid joint with internal diaphragms for high-rise structure are analyzed. The results of the test and the numerical simulation consistently show that in the loading process, the deflection of the joint core is insignificant and a good connection, the joint core is able to deliver the internal force effectively before the damage of the oblique column and meet the requirement of “strong joint and weak column”.  相似文献

A 3-D finite element model is established by ABAQUS to simulate the behavior of the joints with concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) column to steel beam using external stiffening ring.The load versus deformation curves of this type of joints are compared between theoretical and experimental results,and in good agreement.Parametric analysis is performed to study the flexural load-carrying capacity of the joint.The width of external stiffening ring,the steel ratio of CFST column,the ultimate strength of steel beam,the strength of steel tube and beam,the concrete strength,the axial load ratio,and the beam to column linear stiffness ratio are considered as parameters.The simplified practical design approach is proposed based on parameter analysis of the flexural load-carrying capacity of these joints.The practical calculated values are in good agreement with the FEM results.  相似文献
