丙炔氟草胺除草活性及对棉花的安全性   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2  
丙炔氟草胺是一种以原卟啉原氧化酶为作用标靶的N-苯基肽酰亚胺类除草剂。为探究其在棉花田的应用前景,通过温室盆栽法对丙炔氟草胺的杀草谱、除草活性及其对棉花的安全性进行了测定。结果表明:丙炔氟草胺对棉田常见阔叶杂草有较好防效,处理剂量为有效成分15 g/hm2时,对马齿苋Portulaca oleracea、反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus、藜Chenopodium album、小藜Chenopodium serotinum和鳢肠Eclipta prostrata的鲜重防效均高于90%,对野油菜Rorippa indica、苣荬菜Sonchus arvensis、小飞蓬Conyza canadensis、龙葵Solanum nigrum、马唐Digitaria sanguinalis和牛筋草Eleusine indica等的鲜重防效高于80%;丙炔氟草胺对棉田4种常见阔叶杂草马齿苋、反枝苋、龙葵和藜的除草活性均显著高于二甲戊灵;丙炔氟草胺在鲁棉研28号与马齿苋、反枝苋、龙葵和藜之间的选择性指数依次为79.1、38.1、32.1和112.6,均显著高于二甲戊灵的12.0、9.9、5.8和9.2;鲁棉研37号、鑫秋4号与杂草间的选择性指数,与鲁棉研28号的相近。试验结果表明,丙炔氟草胺可作为棉田苗前防除阔叶杂草的候选药剂之一。  相似文献

A weed survey conducted in 2004 and 2005 in Aydin province of Turkey showed that Solanum nigrum, Xanthium strumarium, Amaranthus retroflexus, Portulaca oleracea, Sonchus oleraceus and Datura stramonium were the most prevalent weeds in the cotton fields exhibiting Verticillium wilt. Verticillium dahliae Kleb. was recovered from A. retroflexus and X. strumarium in those cotton fields. This is the first report of V. dahliae occurring naturally in A. retroflexus in Turkey. Pathogenicity tests on cotton and weeds showed that the virulence of V. dahliae isolates from weeds was higher on cotton plants than on weeds, with the disease severity ranging from 31.7% to 98.0%. Disease severity of V. dahliae isolates was 54.7–93.9% on eggplant, 23.7–51.6% on cucumber and 11.0–16.4% on tomato, whereas it did not cause any disease symptoms, or only low levels, on pepper and bell pepper. Two vegetative compatibility groups (VCGs) were identified among seven tested weed isolates: VCG2A (two isolates) and VCG2B (three isolates) using international reference strains.  相似文献

In Germany, sugar beet is often rotated with 2 years of cereal. Extensive fallow periods between cereal harvest and autumn primary tillage allow for a weed flora to develop. Broad‐leaved weeds could potentially be alternate hosts for the common nematode Heterodera schachtii, one of the most important pests of sugar beet. Between 2009 and 2012, annual weeds developing in cereal stubble fields during July to mid‐October in the season prior to sugar beet were surveyed, including known hosts of H. schachtii. Yearly weather patterns and agronomic practices possibly impacted weed species composition and weed population densities. During September, Chenopodium album, Cirsium arvense, Convolvulus arvensis, Mercurialis annua, Polygonum spp., Solanum nigrum and Sonchus spp. occurred at the highest frequencies. Weed hosts of H. schachtii were present, but densities, frequencies and uniformity were limited. In 2010 and 2011, staining for nematodes in roots revealed juvenile penetration of some weeds but few adult stages. No indication of nematode reproduction of H. schachtii was found on these weed hosts. A fairly stable weed flora was detected on stubble fields that could provide some carry over for weed species. An elevated risk for nematode population density build‐up on these weeds was not found and management of these weeds at the observed densities during the stubble period for nematological reasons appeared unnecessary.  相似文献

为明确山东省棉田杂草发生、危害情况,采用倒置“W”取样法对山东省主要棉区杂草种类及其群落结构进行了调查,并进行物种多样性分析。结果表明:山东省棉田杂草68种,隶属于24科、49属,其中优势杂草4种,区域优势杂草10种,常见杂草17种,一般杂草37种。牛筋草Eleusine indica、马齿苋Portulaca oleracea、马唐Digitaria sanguinalis、铁苋菜Acalypha australis是构成不同棉区杂草群落的优势杂草。鲁西南棉区物种丰富度、多样性均高于其它棉区,但辛普森指数和均匀度指数低于鲁西北棉区。从相似性指数和聚类分析结果可以看出,山东省4个主要棉区可归为两大类,其中鲁北和鲁东北棉区的杂草群落结构最为相似,相似性指数高达0.833;鲁西南和鲁西北棉区归为另一类,相似性指数仅为0.637。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted in northern Greece in 2003 and 2004 to evaluate effects of tillage regimes (moldboard plowing, chisel plowing, and rotary tilling), cropping sequences (continuous cotton, cotton‐sugar beet rotation, and continuous tobacco) and herbicide treatments with inter‐row hand hoeing on weed population densities. Total weed densities were not affected by tillage treatment except that of barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus‐galli), which increased only in moldboard plowing treated plots during 2003. Redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus) and black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) densities were reduced in continuous cotton, while purple nutsedge (Cyperus rotundus), E. crus‐galli, S. nigrum, and johnsongrass (Sorghum halepense) densities were reduced in tobacco. A. retroflexus and S. nigrum were effectively controlled by all herbicide treatments with inter‐row hand hoeing, whereas E. crus‐galli was effectively reduced by herbicides applied to cotton and tobacco. S. halepense density reduction was a result of herbicide applied to tobacco with inter‐row hand hoeing. Yield of all crops was higher under moldboard plowing and herbicide treatments. Pre‐sowing and pre‐emergence herbicide treatments in cotton and pre‐transplant in tobacco integrated with inter‐row cultivation resulted in efficient control of annual weed species and good crop yields. These observations are of practical relevance to crop selection by farmers in order to maintain weed populations at economically acceptable densities through the integration of various planting dates, sustainable herbicide use and inter‐row cultivation; tools of great importance in integrated weed management systems.  相似文献

The goal of this study was to identify factors determining weed species composition in soyabean crops in Hungary, where its expanding production faces difficult weed problems. The abundance of weed flora was measured in 262 fields across the country, along with 38 background variables. Using a minimal adequate model containing 24 terms with significant net effects, 21.6% of the total variation in weed species data could be explained. Plot location (edge vs core position, the single site variable in our analysis) was found to be the most important explanatory variable that was followed by a set of environmental (temperature, precipitation, altitude, soil texture, pH, Ca, K, Na and humus content), cultural (cultivar maturity, organic manure, fertiliser P and N, row spacing) and weed management (flumioxazin, pendimethalin, dimethenamid, propaquizafop, bentazone, quizalofop‐p‐ethyl, quizalofop‐p‐tefuril, linuron, thifensulfuron) factors. Variation partitioning revealed that environmental variables accounted for about four times more variance than cultural and about two and half times more than weed management variables. Chenopodium album, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Hibiscus trionum, Echinochloa crus‐galli and Convolvulus arvensis were the most dominant and frequent weeds, but their abundance was influenced by different factors. The responses of weed species to the studied variables provide new information about their ecological behaviour, and our findings also can be used to develop better weed management strategies.  相似文献

A weed monitoring conducted by Syngenta Agro GmbH in co-operation with the University of Hohenheim was carried out to evaluate the local and regional weed situation in maize in Germany. The fields were monitored at the two to six leaf stage of maize before weed control. A total of 2602 maize fields across Germany has been investigated from 2000 until 2004. Altogether 204 weed species (including volunteer crops) from 32 plant families have been recorded. The dicots were the predominant group with 166 species. The monocots were represented by 36 species and two species belonged to the family of Equisetaceae; volunteer crops were represented by 22 species. The most frequent species were Chenopodium spp. (79.7%) in particular Chenopodium album, followed by Stellaria media (61.0%), Fallopia convolvulus (55.7%), Echinochloa crus-galli (53.0%), Matricaria spp. (50.3%), Viola arvensis (47.8%), Polygonum aviculare (45.8%), Lamium spp. (41.6%), Galium aparine (39.7%) and Elytrigia repens (39.4%). The results demonstrate that with the exception of Echinochloa crus-galli, species usually considered for being typical for maize as e. g. Solanum nigrum, Amaranthus spp. and Galinsoga spp. are not dominating. Among the volunteer crops, rape was most abundant (17.2%). On average the weed density over all fields was 192 plants m-2. The monitoring clearly shows that some weeds occur predominantly in certain areas as e. g. Solanum nigrum and Stellaria media in the north-west and Veronica spp. in the south of Germany. Beside climatic conditions differences in cropping systems and cultivation practices lead to a specific weed flora in maize. In comparison to similar investigations in the seventies of the last century, some species species as e. g. Veronica spp. and Viola arvensis have increased dramatically. This increase is mainly due to the use of sulfonylurea herbicides which are weak on these species. The increase of Geranium spp., weeds which are rather new in maize, is also linked to the low efficacy of the herbicides presently used on these species. All the species found during the five years monitoring are presented by their frequency of occurrence.  相似文献

为明确河南省小麦田杂草的种类组成和群落特征,采用倒置"W"9点取样法对河南省36个区县的小麦田杂草进行了调查。结果表明,小麦田杂草有77种,隶属于20科65属,其中以禾本科、菊科、十字花科为主;优势杂草有10种,分别为播娘蒿、野燕麦、荠菜、猪殃殃、婆婆纳、麦家公、麦瓶草、节节麦、雀麦、硬草;常见杂草有28种,一般性杂草有39种。从杂草区域分布来看,伏牛山区小麦田杂草群落的物种丰富度、多样性最高,杂草有49种,Shannon-Wiener指数最高,为2.94;豫南平原区Pielou指数最小,为0.75,Simpson指数最高,为0.098,优势杂草突出。聚类分析结果表明,河南省小麦田的杂草群落可以划分为3组,第1组为豫北平原区、豫南平原区和伏牛山区的杂草群落,第2组为南阳盆地区和桐柏大别山区的杂草群落,第3组为太行山区的杂草群落。  相似文献

为明确新疆核桃与小麦间作对麦田杂草种类及群落结构的影响,于2012—2017年对新疆南疆核桃-小麦间作、单作麦田杂草发生情况进行了调查。结果表明,南疆麦区杂草有39种,隶属14科33属,其中以菊科、禾本科、藜科为主;优势杂草有9种,分别是灰绿藜Chenopodium glaucum L.、稗草Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.、播娘蒿Descurainia sophia(L.)Schur.、扁蓄Polygonum aviculare L.、硬草Sclerochloa kengiana L.、田旋花Convolvulus arvensis L.、离蕊芥Malcolmia africana(L.)R. Br.、小蓟Cephalanoplos segetum(Bunge.)Kitam.、苣荬菜Sonchus brachyotus DC.;与小麦单作田相比,核桃-小麦间作麦田杂草物种丰富度及Shannon-Wiener指数较高,2017年物种丰富度最高达27种,代表杂草优势集中性的Simpson指数则是小麦单作田高于核桃-小麦间作麦田,2013年高达0.32;核桃-小麦间作有利于麦田播娘蒿、苣荬菜和离蕊芥发生,但不利于萹蓄发生,其它5种优势杂草在间作和单作麦田的发生密度无显著差异。  相似文献

为明确皖西南直播棉田杂草群落出苗模式及其与气象因子的相关性,采用定点定时调查法,于2010—2012年对棉田杂草种类、数量及群落结构进行调查,分析物种多样性,并以灰色关联度法分析直播棉田杂草群落出苗数量与气象因子的相关性。结果表明,皖西南棉区直播棉田杂草种类有13科24种。棉田杂草出苗有2次高峰,分别在5—6月和8—9月。棉田杂草群落多样性指数年度间变化较一致,但物种丰富度变化较大。周积温、周最高积温和周最低积温是影响皖西南直播棉田杂草群落出苗数量季节变化的主要因素,另外还受降水量影响。5—6月的杂草出苗高峰期是棉田杂草重点防治时期;相对占优势的杂草有牛筋草、千金子、旱稗、通泉草和马齿苋,是棉田杂草重点防治对象。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted to study weed population shifts in long‐term conservation tillage systems. The objectives of this study were to determine weed community abundance, diversity and composition on conventional tillage (CT), minimum tillage (MT), no‐tillage with paraplow (ZT) and no‐tillage (NT) systems, and to identify species that are associated with specific tillage systems. The paraplow is a subsoiling technique that results in a deep loosening of the soil, in order to alleviate compaction in certain soils where NT is practiced. The results showed significant differences in both the composition and the abundance of weeds, depending on the tillage systems. Weed diversity, species richness and Shannon's diversity and evenness indices were higher under the conservation tillage systems than in the CT system. In addition, various weed species were associated with reduced tillage systems. For instance, Anthemis arvensis, Hirschfeldia incana and Lolium rigidum became more prevalent in the NT system, whereas Chenopodium album and Filago pyramidata dominated in the ZT system. Therefore, the application of a paraplow treatment changed the weed community in the NT system. Other weed species, such as Capsella bursa‐pastoris and Torilis nodosa, dominated in all three conservation tillage systems, whereas soil disturbance by mouldboard ploughing favoured species such as Polygonum aviculare and Phalaris paradoxa.  相似文献

The herbicide fomesafen was found to be selective in preplanting and pre-emergence treatments in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). It was effective due to residual soil activity in controlling some of the most troublesome weeds in cotton fields,i.e., pigweed (Amaranthus spp.), black nightshade (Solarium nigrum L.), velvetleaf (Abutilon theophrasti Medik.) and cocklebur (Xanthium spp.). The best soil activity of fomesafen was achieved from pre-emergence or preplanting applications which were activated when the soil was wetted by rain or sprinkler irrigation, but the herbicide caused damage to the crop’s foliage if rain fell just after the cotton emergence. The most effective and safest method for applying fomesafen in cotton fields was preplanting followed by mechanical incorporation to a depth of 10 cm. Combinations of fomesafen with trifluralin were effective and completed the spectrum of controlled weeds in cotton, including annual grasses, common purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) and field bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis L.).  相似文献

Weeds are a primary factor limiting maize yield. Their occurrence and abundance are affected considerably by environmental factors and farming practices. The variability of weed number in maize depending on the soil type and farm size was investigated. Farms of different sizes vary in farming practices, which affects weediness. Based on this assumption, farm size was considered as indirect factor affecting weed abundance. An investigation of 45 farms that differed in size (5–15 ha, 15–50 ha, >50 ha) and soil type (chernozem, distric cambisol, haplic luvisol) was conducted. Thirteen dominant weed species persistently occurring in maize fields in south-western Poland were examined. Regardless of the soil type and farm size, the most abundant weed species were Echinochloa crus-galli and Chenopodium album. In addition to these species, the most numerous weeds on chernozems were Setaria viridis and Solanum nigrum, while on haplic luvisols and distric cambisols, the most numerous were Viola arvensis and Elymus repens. Additionally, on haplic luvisols, Anthemis arvensis was abundant. Small farms were stronger infested by weeds than large farms due to the implementation of extensive weed-supressing practices, especially low herbicide use. Soil type affected the number of weeds to a greater extent than did farm size.  相似文献

为明确山东省德州市棉田杂草发生、危害状况,于2013年对德州地区棉田杂草种类、出土规律及其群落自然消长动态进行了调查。结果表明:山东省德州市棉田杂草有19种,隶属于13个科,其中禾本科杂草的发生种类最多,而牛筋草、鳢肠和马唐的发生数量最为显著;田间共有3个杂草出土高峰,分别集中在5月中旬、6月底和8月中旬,前两个出土高峰中杂草的出土量较大;自然混生杂草群落内的总杂草数量在6月底达到峰值且在棉花整个生长季节内呈单峰变化。  相似文献

使用ITS、ITS2、psbA-trnH、rbcL和matK等序列对截获的10种苍耳属(Xanthium)杂草进行扩增测序,比较各序列的扩增和测序效率,采用最近距离法和相似性搜索算法评价不同序列的鉴定效率。采用最佳鉴定序列计算种间K2P距离并构建系统进化树。结果表明,ITS、psbA-trnH2个序列的扩增效率和鉴定效率最高;ITS序列的种间变异最大,其次是psbA-trnH序列,matK序列的种间变异最小;ITS序列的NeighborJoining(NJ)树可明显地将不同苍耳属杂草种分开;psbA-trnH序列可明显地将国内苍耳种和检疫性苍耳种分开。说明利用DNA条形码能够准确地鉴别苍耳属杂草,ITS和psbA-trnH序列是鉴别苍耳属杂草较理想的条形码组合。该研究结果为苍耳属杂草的分子鉴别提供了科学依据与新的思路。  相似文献

In 393 field experiments in Baden‐Württemberg region in south‐western Germany, herbicide efficacy, yield loss and crop tolerance of maize (Zea mays) were investigated between 1981 and 2011. The collected data served to determine changes in weed frequencies, in herbicide use, yield loss functions and economic thresholds (ETs). Over 60 weed species were reported. Chenopodium album and Galium aparine were the most frequent broad‐leaved weeds, the former becoming more frequent over time. Species of the genera Lamium, Polygonum, Veronica and Matricaria occurred in about every fifth trial. Alopecurus myosuroides and Echinochloa crus‐galli were the most frequent grass weeds; the former declining in frequency by 1.1% per year, the latter increasing by 1.5%. Results suggest a weed population shift towards thermophilic species. aceto‐lactate‐synthase and 4‐HPPD‐inhibitor herbicides became important in the 1990s. Pendimethalin and bromoxynil have been integral components of weed control since the 1980s. ETs, the point at which weed control operations provide economic returns over input costs, ranged between 3.7% and 5.8% relative weed coverage. Without weed control, no yield increase was found over 24 years. Yield increased by 0.2 t ha ? 1 year ? 1, if weeds were controlled chemically. Despite intensive use of effective herbicides in maize, problematic weed species abundance and yield losses due to weed competition have increased in Baden‐Württemberg over a period of 30 years.  相似文献

我国农田杂草有250多种,全国农田受草害面积4300多万hm2,平均受草害减产13.4%,每年减产粮食1750万t,皮棉25.5万t和大豆50万t。传统农业生产采用机械作业及人力等除草。随着农村经济的发展,化学除草面积迅速扩大,全国农田化学除草面积从1975年的170万hm2增加到1995年的4133万hm2。但是,长期化学除草也带来了除草剂土壤残留对后茬作物药害、农田杂草种群更替和产生抗药性等新问题。必须重视农田杂草综合治理,通过采用各种有效的农业技术措施,为农作物保持良好的生态条件,结合化学除草才是最有效的防除杂草方法  相似文献

运用倒置“W”9点取样法对江汉平原麦棉套作农田杂草调查,结果表明该地区麦田杂草有14科23种,其中禾本科杂草占27%,阔叶杂草占69%,莎草科占4%。相对多度达10以上的麦田杂草依次有猪殃殃、婆婆纳、野燕麦、半夏、通泉草、狗牙根、卷耳等7种,其中猪殃殃、婆婆纳两种双子叶杂草的相对多度达50和40,为当地麦田优势种群。  相似文献

Approaches to the biological control of weeds in arable crops and integration of biological weed control with other methods of weed management are broadly discussed. Various types of integrative approaches to biological control of weeds in crops have been studied within the framework of a concerted European Research Programme (COST‐816). During the period 1994–99, some 25 institutions from 16 countries have concentrated on five target weed complexes. Some major scientific achievements of COST‐816 are: (i) combination of the pathogen Ascochyta caulina with an isolated phytotoxin produced by this fungus to control Chenopodium album in maize and sugar beet; (ii) the elaboration and preliminary field application of a system management approach using the weed:pathogen system Senecio vulgaris:Puccinia lagenophorae to reduce the competitiveness of the weed by inducing and stimulating a disease epidemic; (iii) combination of underseeded green cover with the application of spores of Stagonospora convolvuli to control Convolvulus species in maize; (iv) assessment of the response of different provenances of Amaranthus spp. to infection by Alternaria alternata and Trematophoma lignicola, the development of formulation and delivery techniques and a field survey of native insect species to control Amaranthus spp. in sugar beet and maize; (v) isolation of strains of different Fusarium spp. that infect all the economically important Orobanche spp. and development of novel, storable formulations using mycelia from liquid culture. Although no practical control has yet been reached for any of the five target weeds, potential solutions have been clearly identified. Two major routes may be followed in future work. The first is a technological approach focusing on a single, highly destructive disease cycle of the control agent and optimizing the efficacy and specificity of the agent. The second is an ecological approach based on a better understanding of the interactions among the crop, the weed, the natural antagonist and the environment, which must be managed in order to maximize the spread and impact of an indigenous antagonist on the weed.  相似文献
