加强领导 狠抓落实 确保蝗虫不起飞 不扩散 不成灾——刘坚副部长在全国治蝗工作暨表彰会议上的讲话(二○○一年五月十四日)

同志们： 　　针对今年东亚飞蝗将大发生的严峻形势，为了贯彻落实温家宝副总理等国务院领导关于蝗虫防治工作的重要批示精神，总结“九五”期间治蝗工作的成绩和经验，安排部署今年蝗虫防治工作，部里决定在天津市召开全国治蝗工作暨表彰会议。会议期间，全国农业技术推广服务中心通报了近年来国内外蝗虫发生形势及治蝗对策，有关省（区、市）汇报了去年蝗虫防治情况及今年发生趋势和治蝗准备情况，通报表彰了全国蝗虫防治先进集体和先进工作者。下面，我就今年蝗虫防治工作讲三点意见。 1回顾“九五”，认真总结蝗虫治理经验 　　受气候异…     

探索农药经营管理连锁机制 推进农药监管工作有序进行

太谷县是农业大县,全县从事农药经营的单位有172户,其中98%为个体经营户,由于集体经济的解体,农药监管工作中存在农业部门核发的《农药经营许可证》与工商部门核发的《营业执照》在经营性质上的不一致,在食品安全网格化管理和《行政许可法》实施的形势下,探索农药市场连锁经营,规范个体工商户从事农药经营活动行为,有利于净化农药市场,为农产品质量追溯提供可靠的依据。

江苏省徐州市小麦田杂草发生特点及防控对策

随着耕作方式和作物布局的变迁,江苏省徐州市小麦田杂草发生面积不断扩大,并呈现三大特点：杂草发生面积大,密度高;杂草种类多,优势种变化明显;杂草耐药性上升,防除难度加大。针对该市麦田杂草发生种类、规律及特点,分析了杂草重发生的原因,从农业防除、化学防除和技术指导3个方面提出了相应防控对策。     

Chemical,Physical and Cultural Control of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Prostephanus truncatus</Emphasis>

Since its introduction into Africa 25 years ago, approaches to the management of the larger grain borer at farm level have gone through many changes. This article reviews the literature on chemical and non-chemical protection of maize and cassava after harvest from the perspective of the small-scale farmer during this period. The influence of traditional store design on Prostephanus truncatus and the history of changes in the use of post-harvest chemicals are described. Synthetic and non-synthetic chemicals, host plant resistance, store design, fumigation, plant products, inert dusts and thermal disinfestation all have a role to play. Attention is also given to the ways in which farmers in sub-Saharan Africa coped with the introduction of and damage caused by Prostephanus truncatus. Given the expense, poor distribution and health concerns of the use of synthetic chemicals, emphasis should be placed on the integration of low cost and low impact methods that could provide adequate control of this important post-harvest pest.
