中小型规模智慧农业物联网终端节点设计 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
为了能够向中小规模农业生产经营者提供深度定制的农业物联网技术,该研究研发了一种可用于农业设备信息化的智慧农业物联网终端节点。通过该终端节点将农业设备柔性接入物联网体系,并依托管理服务层App实现应用层App功能开发。系统硬件利用可编程片上系统的IP核重用技术实现对各种农业设备的接入,实现各农业场景中根据设备具体情况进行定制化应用。系统传输层采用LoRa广域网与蓝牙技术,支撑集中式与分布式农业管理服务体系。管理服务层App对底层节点设备操作与Android功能操作进行封装,实现应用层与底层功能结构的解耦,避免了应用层App开发时结构复杂、对底层功能结构变化适应性差、开发周期长等问题。实践应用结果表明,该农业物联网终端节点可有效实现对农业设备的接入,具有1500VDC的电磁隔离能力;节点的LoRa无线数据通道在无严重降雨的天气中数据包传输成功率接近100%,蓝牙可支持周围3m范围内的移动设备现场接入;管理服务层App可有效支撑应用层功能快速开发;在直连上位机模式下,应用层App到节点设备间的功能延时分别小于400与1 700 ms,系统运行稳定,功能支撑可靠。该方法可为国内中小规模农业经营者的物联网信息化建设提供支持与参考。 相似文献

Analysis of wines from different grape varieties marked by sometimes intense aromatic nuances of fresh mushroom was performed by gas chromatography coupled with olfactometry. This analysis has led to the identification of several odoriferous zones, which were recalling a fresh mushroom odor. Two trace compounds responsible for these odoriferous zones, 1-nonen-3-one and 1-octen-3-one, have been identified and their content has been determined by using either a multidimensional gas chromatography technique coupled to olfactometry and mass spectrometry detection (in the case of 1-nonen-3-one) or the preparation of the derivative with O-2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzylhydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of the deuterated form, as the internal standard (in the case of 1-octen-3-one), then gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry detection. The assays allowed the quantification of these compounds at concentration levels sometimes well above their detection and recognition olfactory threshold. We show that adding nitrogen compounds to the altered wines, such as an amino acid (glycine) or a tripeptide (glutathione), led to lower concentrations of 1-octen-3-one in wines and diminished smell of fresh mushrooms. The study of the reaction in a model medium, whose composition is close to wine, by liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry demonstrated the formation of adducts between 1-octen-3-one and glycine, and 1-octen-3-one and glutathione characterized by NMR. 相似文献

After recalling briefly the optical properties of aerosols, we describe the principle and the working conditions of photoelectric apparatus for aerosol measurements. Two size distribution analyzers are presented: the first one is based on a classical detection principle, the minimum detectable radius being 0.2 µm, and the maximum concentration 3 × 104 particles cm?3; the second one is based on a photon counting technique, with which particles of radius between 0.03 and 0.2 µm can be measured at maximum number concentration of 2 × 106 particles cm?3. We describe then two Condensation Nuclei Counters (CNC) with continuous flux; in these types of apparatus, the vapor of a liquid is condensed on Aitken nuclei using a Peltier effect device. They are thereby rendered visible and counted using a classical photoelectric method. One apparatus works under normal conditions of pressure and temperature, while the other one works under stratospheric conditions, i.e., at low pressure and temperature. The concentration range is still between 10 and 106 nuclei cm?3 and the minimum concentration is 0.1 particle cm?3 in the case of the stratospheric counter. The four devices work on individual particles; their characteristics are compared to those of commercially available apparatus and their advantages discussed. 相似文献

植物病原菌侵染寄主的过程就是病原菌和寄主植物相互作用的过程。在这个相互作用过程中,Ⅲ型分泌系统和Ⅲ效应物与病原菌致病密切相关。大部分革兰氏阴性植物病原菌通过Ⅲ型分泌系统定向的把效应物蛋白传递到宿主细胞,效应物蛋白进入植物体引起致病或过敏反应。本研究将百日咳杆菌的腺苷酸环化酶基因连接至含启动子的pLAFRJ载体上,从而构建出一个新的体外快速鉴定Ⅲ型效应物的报告质粒pJ-JA,并用已鉴定为Ⅲ型效应物基因的十字花科黑腐病菌XC1553的启动子和信号区验证该报告质粒,证明这个系统是可以工作的。该报告质粒为进一步精确筛选鉴定十字花科黑腐病菌Ⅲ型效应物提供了材料。 相似文献
