Reoviruslike particles were visualized by electron microscopy in stool filtrates prepared from stools of infants and young children with severe acute gastroenteritis. Patients who had such particles in their stools and whose paired acute and convalescent serums were tested developed an antibody response to the reoviruslike agent, which was measured by immune electron microscopy and by complement fixation. The reoviruslike agent was antigenically related to the epizootic diarrhea of infant mice virus and the Nebraska calf diarrhea virus.  相似文献

Soil microbiota represent one of the ancient evolutionary origins of antibiotic resistance and have been proposed as a reservoir of resistance genes available for exchange with clinical pathogens. Using a high-throughput functional metagenomic approach in conjunction with a pipeline for the de novo assembly of short-read sequence data from functional selections (termed PARFuMS), we provide evidence for recent exchange of antibiotic resistance genes between environmental bacteria and clinical pathogens. We describe multidrug-resistant soil bacteria containing resistance cassettes against five classes of antibiotics (β-lactams, aminoglycosides, amphenicols, sulfonamides, and tetracyclines) that have perfect nucleotide identity to genes from diverse human pathogens. This identity encompasses noncoding regions as well as multiple mobilization sequences, offering not only evidence of lateral exchange but also a mechanism by which antibiotic resistance disseminates.  相似文献

北京地区板栗实腐病的病原菌有5种.在板栗怀黄品种处于不同活力状态的种子上接种,表明这些病原菌的致病性有差异.Colletotrichum gloeosporioides致病性最强,受种子活力状态的影响较小;Dothiorella gregaria致病性较强,潜育期的长短受种子活力的影响较明显;Fusarium solani,Phomopsissp.和Rhizopus stolonifer致病性较弱,仅在种子活力水平较低时致病,且发病率也低.在栗果不同发育阶段和种子贮藏时期分离检查花器和栗果组织带菌状况,病原菌在板栗雌花受粉期以后开始侵入花柱和栗苞外壳,8月中旬花柱和果皮上的病原菌检出率明显增多,9月中旬栗果近成熟期病原菌进入种仁.  相似文献

Human infants were placed inside a stationary cylinder containing a columnar pattern like that used to elicit the optokinetic reflex. By sequential illumnination of the columns, the pattern was made to appear to rotate. Optokinetic nystagmus was clearly evoked in 64.7 percent of the subjects, with a weak-positive response in an additional 11.8 percent.  相似文献

Electrophoretic study of phosphoglucomutase (PGM) in human milk revealed different patterns that can be explained by the existence of a locus distinct from the common PGM1, PGM2, and PGM3. One hundred and forty samples were tested and the results showed four different alleles of PGM4 whose frequencies were under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.  相似文献

The cerebral and cerebellar cortices of man are richly provided with varicose noradrenaline nerve terminals, which are visualized by fluorescence histochemistry of brain smears obtained by a new technique. The density of such nerves in human cortices equals that of the rat. The method permits simple and rapid analysis of noradrenergic nerves of the human cortex during routine neurosurgical operations.  相似文献

Viewing a target moving in depth depresses visual sensitivity to depth when test and adapting stimuli simulate motion along closed paths with the same directions of rotation. However, for opposite directions of rotation, sensitivity is either unaffected or increased. This points to two classes of disparity detectors. 为了建立一种能同时检测肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)、约翰逊不动杆菌(Acinetobacter johnsonii)、多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida)这3种肉牛呼吸道病原菌的多重PCR检测方法,采用肺炎克雷伯菌Khe基因、约翰逊不动杆菌Ptk基因、多杀性巴氏杆菌Abhd基因设计特异性引物,经过特异性、敏感性、引物浓度、退火温度试验,建立多重PCR检测方法的反应条件和体系。结果显示,该方法能同时扩增出肺炎克雷伯菌、约翰逊不动杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌,3种目的菌扩增测序与GenBank上的细菌基因序列相似性均高于99%,对其他10种肉牛呼吸道病原菌扩增结果均为阴性。对3种病原基因组DNA的检测下限分别为69.8×10-5、208.9×10-4、70.8×10-3 ng·μL-1,最佳引物浓度比例为1∶1∶1,最佳的退火温度为58℃。该方法特异性强、敏感性高,为上述3种病原的快速检测、鉴定和临床牛呼吸道疾病的诊断提供了一种方便、快捷和准确的工具。  相似文献

Invasive bacteria actively induce their own uptake by phagocytosis in normally nonphagocytic cells and then either establish a protected niche within which they survive and replicate, or disseminate from cell to cell by means of an actin-based motility process. 为探讨子宫内膜炎母猪子宫内细菌感染的情况及其致病性,试验采用常规细菌分离培养、ATB自动细菌鉴定及ATB自动药敏测试法,对40头子宫内膜炎淘汰母猪和15头无子宫内膜炎母猪的子宫体和子宫角样品进行细菌分离和鉴定。结果从40头子宫内膜炎母猪样品共分离到70株细菌,分离率100%,其中从子宫体共分离到47株,子宫角分离到23株;从15头无子宫内膜炎母猪中1份子宫体样品分离到2株菌,其余均未分离到细菌,分离率6.67%。72株分离菌,经鉴定主要为大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、恶臭假单胞菌、嗜水气单胞菌等16种。分离菌中铜绿假单胞菌、嗜水气单胞菌对小白鼠有较强致病力,并对28种抗生素都有不同程度的耐药性。结果表明,生产母猪高淘汰率与母猪子宫内膜炎发生率有关;环境中常在的条件性致病菌是母猪子宫内膜炎的主要感染菌,并对多种抗生素有耐药性。  相似文献
