2003年,在马拉维首都利隆圭收集了锐药竹的种子。3个月后对这些种子进行了生命力和萌发试验。并确定了适宜试验的温度。     

Ozoroalide, a new macrolide from Ozoroa insignis

From the roots of Ozoroa insignis a new orsellinic acid named ozoroalide (1) and anacardic acid methyl ester (2) were isolated and identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods.     

Arteminin,a new coumarin from Artemisia apiacea

The isolation of 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (1), 6-methoxy-7,8-methylenedioxycoumarin (2), 5,6-dimethoxy-7,8-methylenedioxycoumarin (3), 6-hydroxy-7,8-methylenedioxycoumarin (4) and 5-hydroxy-6,8-dimethoxycoumarin (arteminin) (5) is reported.     

Buddlin, a new compound from Buddleja asiatica

A new compound, named buddlin (1), was isolated from the whole plant of Buddleja asiatica. Its structure was elucidated from spectral evidence.     

Escuside,a new coumarin-secoiridoid from Fraxinus ornus bark

A new coumarin-secoiridoid, named escuside, was isolated from the bark of Fraxinus ornus and its structure determined by spectroscopic methods.     

Chaetoglobosin Y,a new cytochalasan from Chaetomium globosum

Chaetoglobosin Y (1), was isolated from the endolichenic fungal strain Chaetomium globosum (No. 64-5-8-2), along with related six known cytochalasans, chaetoglobosin Fex (2), chaetoglobosin E (3), isochaetoglobosin D (4), chaetoglobosin G (5), cytoglobosin B (6), and cytoglobosin C (7). Their structures were determined by detailed spectroscopic analyses and comparison with those of the closely related compounds previously reported. The cytotoxicity to HCT-116 cell line of 2–7 was evaluated in vitro with doxorubicin as positive control.     

Licanolide, a new triterpene lactone from Licania tomentosa

Licanolide (3beta-hydroxylupane-20,28-olide), a novel triterpene lactone with new stereochemical pattern, was isolated from fresh fruits of Licania tomentosa in addition to betulinic and palmitoleic acid. The structure elucidation was based on spectroscopic methods including two-dimensional NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC and NOESY).     

Crototropone, a new tropone derivative from Croton zehntneri

Crototropone (3-hydroxy-5,6-dimethoxy-2-methylcyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-one) was isolated from roots of Croton zehntneri. The structure was established by spectroscopic methods.     

Jusmicranthin, a new arylnaphthalide lignan from Justicia neesii.

The isolation of jusmicranthin (1), a novel lignan from Justicia neesii, is reported. Compound 1 represents a new class of angularly fused arylnaphthalides having a gamma-hydroxylactone unit.     

Multicaulisin, a new Diels-Alder type adduct from Morus multicaulis

The isolation of multicaulisin, a new Diels-Alder type adduct from Morus multicaulis roots is reported.     

Andalasin A, a new stilbene dimer from Morus macroura

A new stilbene dimer, andalasin A (1), together with the known stilbene oxyresveratrol and the 2-arylbenzofuran glycoside mulberroside C, have been isolated from the wood of Morus macroura. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compound 1 shows weak antinematodal and moderate antifungal properties.     

Papyriflavonol A, a new prenylated flavonol from Broussonetia papyrifera

A new prenylated flavonol, papyriflavonol A, was isolated from the root barks of Broussonetia papyrifera. The structure of this compound was elucidated as 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-6,5'-di-(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl)-flavonol (1) by spectroscopic analysis.     

Cucubalugenin A, a new triterpenoid from Cucubalus baccifer.

A new triterpenoid, cucubalugenin A (1), has been isolated from the whole plant of Cucubalus baccifer. Its structure was elucidated by spectral methods.     

Studies on the anti-inflammatory properties of Entada abyssinica.

The defatted methanolic extract of Entada abyssinica was evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity in acute and chronic models of inflammation. The extract (50--200 mg/kg, p.o.) exhibited dose-dependent and significant inhibition of both the carrageenan-induced rat paw oedema and granuloma tissue formation in rats. The extract (50--200 mg/kg, p.o.) was also found to inhibit the acetic acid-induced vascular permeability in a dose-dependent fashion in mice. This study demonstrated the anti-inflammatory activity of Entada abyssinica.     

Sorocein I, a new Diels-Alder type adduct from Sorocea ilicifolia

From ethyl acetate extract of the root bark of Sorocea ilicifolia a new ketalized Diels-Alder type adduct, sorocein I (1), was isolated.     

Armillaramide, a new sphingolipid from the fungus Armillaria mellea.

A new C(18)-phytosphingosine ceramide containing non-hydroxy fatty acid, armillaramide (1), has been isolated together with ergosterol peroxide from the fruiting bodies of the basidiomycete Armillaria mellea. Its structure was established as (2S,3S,4R)-2-hexadecanoylamino-octadecane-1,3,4-triol by spectroscopic and chemical methods.     

辽宁新纪录种——双叉犀金龟生物学特性研究

双叉犀金电是辽宁新纪录种，具有一定的观赏，药用和营养价值。5年的室内外饲养观察和野外调查结果表明，该虫在辽宁地区一年1代，以3龄幼虫在锯末堆内冻层下越冬，翌年3月中下旬幼虫开始活动取食。     

Rigenolide A,a new secoiridoid glucoside with a cyclobutane skeleton,and three new acylated secoiridoid glucosides from Gentiana rigescens Franch

Rigenolide A (1), a new secoiridoid glucoside with a cyclobutane skeleton and three new acylated secoiridoid glucosides, 2′-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)-gentiopicroside (2), 2′-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)-swertiamarin (3), 3′-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)-sweroside (4), along with two noriridoids (7 and 8) and two known secoiridoid glucosides (5 and 6), were isolated from Gentiana rigescens Franch. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses. The isolated compounds were evaluated for DPPH free-radical scavenging activity.     

Aphanamgrandiol A,a new triterpenoid with a unique carbon skeleton from Aphanamixis grandifolia

Aphanamgrandiol A (1), a novel triterpenoid with a bicyclo[3,2,1]octane ring skeleton produced by 2,3-ring opening and 2,6-ring closure, was isolated from the stems of Aphanamixis grandifolia. The structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques, and determined unambiguously by X-ray crystal diffraction. Aphanamgrandiol A showed moderate cytotoxicities against MCG-803, SKOV-3, HCT116 and HepG2 cell lines.     

Millaurine A, a new guanidine alkaloid from seeds of Millettia laurentii

A new guanidine alkaloid, millaurine A (1), was isolated from the methanol extract of the seeds of Millettia laurentii. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.
