双峰驼卵巢的组织结构   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
应用组织学方法对双峰驼卵巢的形态结构进行了显微与亚显微观察。结果显示 ,双峰驼卵巢表面被覆单层立方至单层扁平的生殖上皮 ,无排卵窝 ,上皮下为致密结缔组织白膜 ,卵巢实质由外周的皮质和中央的髓质构成。皮质中原始卵泡和初级卵胞数量稀少 ,其分布位置更靠近皮质中层 ,偶见同一卵泡内含 2个卵母细胞。体积大小和发育阶段不同的次级卵泡与三级卵泡闭锁时 ,所发生的形态变化不一致 ,可出现实心和囊状 2种闭锁卵泡。黄体中以粒性黄体细胞占优势 ,其细胞质中含大量脂质泡而呈海绵样。卵巢髓质中除含大量血管外 ,还见卵巢网分布  相似文献

为了探讨犬卵巢组织结构和生殖周期阶段的相关性,试验对犬不同生殖周期阶段卵巢的外观形态和组织结构进行观察。结果表明,犬卵泡期、黄体期和乏情期卵巢体积分别为812.63、1081.80和446.03 mm3,黄体期高于卵泡期和乏情期(P<0.05),卵泡期高于乏情期(P<0.05);卵泡期、黄体期和乏情期卵巢质量分别为0.89、1.14和0.71 g,卵泡期低于黄体期且高于乏情期,但3者之间不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);卵泡期卵巢中可见较多次级卵泡和少量成熟卵泡,黄体期卵巢中可见部分次级卵泡和闭锁卵泡,并有大量黄体存在,乏情期卵巢中卵泡类型主要以原始卵泡为主。可见,犬卵巢形态及组织结构与所处生殖周期阶段有关。  相似文献

运用组织学常规石蜡切片-HE染色和过碘酸-雪夫染色(PAs)方法,分别对3日龄及165日龄育成猪卵巢组织结构、各级卵泡的发育变化特点及其黏多糖分布情况进行了研究。结果显示,3日龄的猪卵巢皮质、髓质界限模糊,皮质部分由外向内依次分布着密集的卵原细胞和卵原细胞巢、共质体样的卵原细胞群,皮质深层与髓质相邻处分布着合胞体样的卵母细胞簇状结构和卵泡。育成猪卵巢中,皮、髓质界限明显,能观察到原始卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡及近成熟卵泡,但是很少能见到黄体的结构。PAS染色结果表明,3日龄的猪卵巢中PAS阳性反应主要分布于卵原细胞周围的基质、卵原细胞巢和合胞体的外膜上,以及原始卵泡周围的基质、初级卵泡的卵泡膜及刚形成的透明带上,此外卵巢的白膜、髓质的结缔组织、血管壁及卵巢网周围也可见到广泛的阳性着色。育成猪卵巢中,PAS阳性反应主要分布于基质、生长卵泡的卵泡膜、卵泡的透明带、次级卵泡的卵泡液、黄体被膜及髓质的结缔组织和血管壁。  相似文献

Carotene is stored as a tissue reserve in the corpus luteum. With different carotene supplementations in heifers (0, 100, 200 and 300 mg/animal and day) it could be clearly seen that the carotene concentration in the corpus luteum (2.3, 27, 50 and 81 micrograms/g) was directly dependent on it. On the other hand, the weight of corpus luteum (3.8 to 4.6 g) was not influenced (P greater than 0.05) by carotene supplementation. Apart from corpus luteum carotene was also stored in orange coloured pigment corpuscles of ovary. The carotene concentration of the pigments was 6 to 70 times higher (158, 150, 334 and 487 micrograms/g) than in the corpus luteum. Weights of the pigments rose with increased carotene doses. However, the weights amounted to merely 4 to 11% of the corpus luteum's mass. The amount of carotene in corpus lutea of animals added with carotene contained was higher than that of pigments. Further investigations are necessary to characterize the physiological importance of the pigment corpuscles.  相似文献

在繁殖季节,对准备用作胚胎移植受体的280只适龄东北细毛羊母羊进行了为期126d的定时定点观察,并结合胚胎移植手术对其卵巢类型进行了观测,结果表明7月下旬--11月下旬间,各月上、中、下旬羊的发情率为17%-64%,发情周期为16.98d(15.00-17.36d),发情持续期为19.67h(14.62-25.84h),功能黄体及功能黄体+卵泡型卵巢类型占85.5%。  相似文献

为探讨促孕散治疗持久黄体的作用机理,本研究通过直肠检查结合B超直肠检查对持久黄体奶牛做出诊断后口服促孕散,应用B超每3 d对黄体直径、卵泡数量、卵巢长度、卵巢宽度、子宫角纵径和子宫颈纵径进行测量,并统计1次,与用药前进行对比。30头持久黄体奶牛口服促孕散后,治疗有效头数25头,有效率为83.3%。停药后第1天卵巢出现小卵泡和中等卵泡,停药后分别在第10和19天大卵泡数量最多,部分奶牛出现发情并排卵,与用药前卵巢相比,结果发现左、右侧卵巢长在停药后均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);左、右卵巢宽在停药后均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);子宫颈纵径和子宫角纵径均在停药后升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,B超是诊断奶牛持久黄体的有效手段,中药促孕散对持久黄体奶牛卵巢和子宫形态等指标具有一定的影响,可以促进黄体的溶解。  相似文献

试验旨在研究活性氧(ROS)及抗氧化酶基因表达在猪黄体组织发育及退化过程中的变化规律,为诠释猪黄体抗氧化机制补充理论基础并提供新的思路。试验所用卵巢采自延吉屠宰场,将黄体从卵巢剥离后,通过其形态大小将黄体初步分为初期、中期、后期以及白体,然后通过检测孕酮水平准确区分中期及后期黄体;通过冰冻切片及DHE荧光染色技术检测各时期黄体ROS水平,通过实时荧光定量PCR对各时期黄体内锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GPx)的mRNA表达量进行检测。结果表明:猪黄体内ROS水平随猪黄体周期性发育进程出现规律性升高,即后期ROS水平显著高于其他时期(P<0.05);中期显著高于初期与白体(P<0.05);而初期与白体间差异不显著(P>0.05)。Mn-SOD、GPx1及GPx4基因的表达水平随黄体的发育进程则出现规律性的下降:初期及白体中这几个基因的表达水平显著高于中期与后期(P<0.05),中期显著高于后期(P<0.05)。对于GPx3基因,其在白体的表达量显著高于其他时期(P<0.05),初期表达水平显著高于中期与后期(P<0.05),中期显著高于后期(P<0.05)。CAT基因表达量不随黄体的发育而变化(P>0.05)。综合上述试验结果,ROS、Mn-SOD及GPx与猪黄体发育及退化有关;而ROS水平与Mn-SOD及GPx的表达水平呈现出相反的规律。  相似文献

Two Holstein heifers and a cow were diagnosed with White Heifer Disease by ultrasonography. Case 1 was a 14 month-old heifer with aplasia of both sides of the uterine horn. In case 2, a primiparous cow and case 3, an 18 month-old heifer, both showed aplasia of the right uterine horn. Case 2 became pregnant by artificial insemination at ipsilateral ovulatory follicle and corpus luteum in the left ovary, while case 3 became pregnant by embryo transfer at 7 days after oestrus with contralateral corpus luteum in the right ovary.  相似文献

The effect of homogenized embryos on IUD-induced luteal regression in the ewe was studied. Plastic spiral IUDs were inserted in an uterine horn adjacent to an ovary containing a corpus luteum during various times of the estrous cycle. The ewes were sacrificed on Day 6 for examination of the corpus luteum. Estrous Cycle Day 3 was the last day in which the IUD insertion induced luteal regression. Corpus luteum was maintained in ewes when the IUD was inserted on Day 4, 5, or 6. Corpus luteum regression was not prevented when homogenized 14- or 15-day-old embryos were injected into the uterus at the time of IUD insertion. Ewes which received an IUD, a cannula, and an infusion of saline or homogenized embryos on Days 3, 4, and 5 maintained corpora lutea in 4 of 7 embryo-infused ewes and in none of 7 saline-infused ewes (p less than .05). It was determined that the IUD must remain in the uterine horn for longer than 1 day to induce corpus luteum regression and that embryos can sometimes prevent the IUD-induced regression.  相似文献

The cyclic related growth and regression of the corpus luteum during four consecutive oestrous cycles of the regular four-day-cycling (ie, 16 days), virgin albino Wistar rat were followed up by light and electron microscopic investigation of the ovaries. After ovulation, follicular granulosa cells differentiated into luteal cells in the newly formed corpus luteum. Based on their specific histological characteristics, four various types of corpus luteum in each stage of the oestrous cycle could be identified. As soon as the luteal cells started to degenerate, the number of fibroblasts progressively increased and apoptotic degeneration of luteal cells was initiated and became most prominent during oestrus. Complete regression of the corpus luteum was seen after 15 days. This study shows a strictly organised pattern of luteal cell growth and degeneration in the corpus luteum of the regular four-day-cycling, virgin Wistar rat. The morphological alterations may be regulated by a hormonal fluctuation.  相似文献

A functional corpus luteum was found in the ovary contralateral to the ovary with a granulosa cell tumor in a 24-year-old Standardbred mare. The mare was ovariectomized because she was to be used as a jump mare for collection of semen from stallions. The blood concentration of progesterone was 2.2 ng/ml, and the luteal tissue progesterone concentration was 6.3 micrograms/mg. Atrophy of the contralateral ovary is one of the major signs used in diagnosis of granulosa cell tumor; however, our findings indicate that the ovary contralateral to a granulosa cell tumor is not invariably nonfunctional.  相似文献

Bcl-2 and Bax proteins localised mainly in granulosa cells. Primordial and primary follicles of new born rat ovary showed an intensive nuclear staining for Bax but faint staining for Bcl-2. In terms of staining intensity, no remarkable difference was observed within the same stage of developing follicle. Compared to new born rats, granulosa cells of adult and one month old rat ovary showed an increased staining both for Bcl-2 and Bax proteins. No staining was observed in primordial follicles of one month old and adult rats. However, granulosa cells of primary follicles, granulosa cells and theca cells in tertiary follicles of adult rat ovary also showed a strong staining for Bcl-2 and Bax proteins. Oocytes of follicles from different developmental stages revealed an apparent staining both for Bcl-2 and Bax proteins. However, in the more mature follicles oocytes stained more intensively. In developing corpus luteum a remarkable staining was observed for Bax. However, the staining was more prominent in regressing corpus luteum. Contrary to this, Bcl-2 stained the luteal cells in developing corpus luteum strongly, while in the fully developed corpus luteum no staining for Bcl-2 was observed. In conclusion, there was an apparent relation between the expression of the apoptosis regulating protein Bcl-2 and Bax and follicular development. Thus, during the follicular development Bcl-2 and Bax may be involved in granulosa cell demise in rat ovary. Furthermore, increased levels of Bax and decreased levels of Bcl-2 in the fully developed corpus luteum suggest that Bax plays a role in apoptosis of luteal cells in rat ovary.  相似文献

The physiological distribution of mast cells (MCs) in the reproductive tract and ovary of 12 Angora goats was determined using light microscopic histochemical techniques. Uterus (corpus uteri and cornu uteri), uterine cervix, uterine tubes (isthmus and ampulla) and ovary samples were obtained by laparatomy from groups of animals during metoestrus, dioestrus and proestrus (days 5, 10 and 16 of the oestrous cycle). Tissues were fixed in Mota's fixative (basic lead acetate) for 48 h and embedded in paraffin. Six-micrometre-thick sections were stained with toluidine blue in 1% aqueous solution at pH 1.0 for 5 min and alcian blue-Safranin at pH 1.0 for 30 min. MCs were generally associated with blood vessels in all reproductive organs. In the uterus, they were concentrated mainly in the close of the uterine gland and deep stroma in the endometrium. Higher MC numbers were observed by toluidine blue staining in the uterus, uterine cervix and uterine tubes on days 10 (corpus uterine: 4.7 ± 3.8 and cornu uterine: 4.9 ± 3.5) and 16 (corpus uterine: 5.9 ± 4.5 and cornu uterine: 5.4 ± 2.4) of the oestrous cycle compared with day 5 (p < 0.05). Mast cells were not observed in the follicles, the corpus luteum and the underside of the surface epithelium of the ovarian cortex, but were observed in the interstitial cortical stroma and the ovarian medulla. In the ovary, MC numbers were significantly higher on day 16 of the oestrous cycle (cortex: 3.4 ± 2.4 and medulla: 5.7 ± 4.5, p < 0.05). Safranin-positive connective tissue MCs were not observed in the uterine tube on any occasion. These results indicate oestrous cycle-related changes in the number and location of MCs in goat reproductive organs.  相似文献

The aims of the current study were to illustrate figures for the characteristics of oestrous cycles especially on follicular dynamics, corpus luteum and changes in progesterone and prostaglandin F2alpha, in the Holstein cross-bred dairy heifers. Twenty six healthy and sexual-mature virgin heifers were monitored for signs of oestrus. Their ovaries were sonically examined and the numbers and the sizes of the follicles as well as of the corpus luteum were documented. In our study, no difference in ratio of the 2-wave and 3-wave patterned cycle was evident. Seasons' change did not affect on characteristics oestrous cycles as well as on dynamics of follicles and corpus luteum. The heifers showed high variation in manifesting oestrus especially on a number of hours. The ‘bodily’ oestrous signs lasted longer than did ‘behavioural’ signs and connection of lowering of the back to standing oestrus was established. Certain diversities comparing to of existed dairy breeds were drawn for follicular dynamics, corpus luteum and its progesterone: 1) the 1st an-ovulatory dominant follicles showed higher growth rate and earlier exceeded dominant diameter; 2) the follicle tended to quicker ovulate but with a smaller diameter at ovulation; 3) the corpus luteum exhibited 4−16.5 mm in diameter of central cavity. Connecting to the levels of progesterone, 4) the corpus luteum turned into active, as well as mid-luteal, period quite late, and 5) the duration of the active period of the corpus luteum was shorter, but 6) at the end of the cycle –around the day of oestrus, progesterone remained certain low but significant levels. In conclusion, the Holstein cross-bred dairy heifers in our study faced a problem of delayed post-ovulatory progesterone rise of which underlying causes are needed to be further scrutinised either at endocrine or at cell levels.  相似文献

Follicular development was examined by transrectal ultrasound scanning in 12 heifers during 51 oestrous cycles. Internal diameters of largest and second largest follicles and the number of smaller ovarian vesicles were determined. Diameters of dominant follicles showed inverse growth pattern to the second largest follicles and numbers of smaller follicles (greater than or equal to 5 mm). There was an increase in diameters of the largest follicles from beginning of dioestrous to day 9 and from time of luteolysis to ovulation, which was coincident which a decrease in diameters of the second largest follicles and numbers of smaller ovarian vesicles. Smaller follicles increased in count and diameter, when the dominant follicle achieved its largest dimension and started to regress. The cyclic corpus luteum had no local influence on diameters of the largest and second largest follicles in the ovary bearing the corpus luteum versus the contralateral ovary. Internal diameters of oestrous follicles measured 14.7 +/- 2.6 mm in heifers and 15.3 +/- 2.9 mm in cows at the day of oestrous (p greater than 0.05; t-test). Dioestrous follicles with similar size were detected during various stages of the oestrous cycle. The diameter of the dominant follicle is not an accurate criterion for determining the stage of the oestrous cycle.  相似文献

The ovarian dynamics and uterine and ovarian blood flows of a 6-year-old (2 parturitions) Holstein Friesian cow with right uterine horn aplasia were observed during two estrous cycles. In one estrous cycle, a corpus luteum (CL) formed in the right ovary, but regression of the CL and subsequent ovulation were not observed. In the other estrous cycle, a CL formed in the left ovary and delayed regression of the CL and subsequent ovulation were observed. The blood velocity of the right uterine artery was lower than that of the left uterine artery throughout both estrous cycles when a CL formed in either the right and left ovary. The blood velocities of the right and left ovarian arteries were unaffected by right uterine horn aplasia and changed depending on the presence of a CL. These results indicated that the blood flow of the right uterine artery was very weak and that aplasia of one uterine horn affects the estrous cycle, especially CL regression.  相似文献
