This study investigated the effect of starvation (78 days) and refeeding (33 days) on the oxidative stress [malondialdehyde (MDA)] and the non‐enzymatic antioxidants [vitamin E (VE), vitamin C (VC), vitamin A (VA), beta carotene (βC) and reduced glutathione (GSH)] in the hepatopancreas, muscle and gill tissues of freshwater crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus). Crayfish were divided into three experimental groups: control (fed), starved (not fed) crayfish for 78 days and refeeding crayfish for 33 days after 78 days of starvation. The biochemical analysis of the tissues was conducted at 3, 18, 33, 48, 63 and 78 days of starvation and feeding and at 3, 18 and 33 days of refeeding. It was determined that crayfish can withstand starvation period of 78 days. In all of the periods, the MDA levels were significantly higher in the tissues of starved crayfish when compared with the control. The findings of this study demonstrate that starvation has a negative effect on the VE, VC, VA, βC and GSH levels in the crayfish. The measured parameters returned to control values after 33 days of the refeeding. Additionally, the starvation resulted in decreased levels of VE, VA and βC in the abdomen muscle of crayfish consumed by humans.  相似文献

Five dietary lipid sources (fish oil, soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil and linseed oil) were evaluated in juvenile red claw crayfish, Cherax quadricarinatus, based on the response of growth, antioxidant capacity, intestine histology, whole‐body composition, fatty acid nutrition and lipid metabolism. Crayfish were fed in quadruplicate net cages for 8 weeks. Crayfish fed diets with fish oil, soybean oil and linseed oil obtained significantly higher weight gain and specific growth rate than those fed the other two diets. Survival, condition factor and hepatosomatic index were not significantly affected by lipid sources. Lipid sources also do not affect the whole‐body composition of crayfish. Serum SOD, T‐AOC and GSH‐PX activities of crayfish fed the palm oil and rapeseed oil diets had a significantly lower value than those fed other diets. The minimum concentrations of MDA have been observed in crayfish fed the soybean oil diet. The activity of ACC in the hepatopancreas of crayfish fed the linseed oil diet showed the highest value, and the CPT‐1 activity was not significantly affected by different lipid sources. Crayfish fed the soybean oil diet showed significantly higher TC and TG contents in hepatopancreas than those fed other diets. Crayfish fed linseed oil diet had a significantly higher percentage of EPA, C18:3n?3 and Σn?3 PUFA in muscle than those fed other treatments. Most of the fatty acid compositions in the hepatopancreas had a close correlation to fatty acid compositions in diets. All findings in this study indicate that soybean oil is the advantageous lipid source for juvenile C. quadricarinatus which can reflect in satisfactory growth performance, antioxidant capacity and fatty acid nutrition of edible tissues.  相似文献

为研究不同蛋白质水平和加工工艺饲料对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)生长性能、消化力和抗氧化能力的影响,本研究采用4个蛋白质水平(28%、30%、32%和36%)和2种加工工艺即膨化饲料(EF)和硬颗粒饲料(PF)的4×2双因素实验设计,进行为期13周的养殖实验。结果显示,蛋白质水平和加工工艺对克氏原螯虾增重率和肝体比有显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。主效应结果显示,28%蛋白质可显著提高增重率和特定生长率,EF组的末重和增重率显著高于PF组(P<0.05)。蛋白质水平和加工工艺对肝胰脏的胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性有交互作用(P<0.05)。主效应结果显示,肝胰脏的胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和肠道胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶均在28%蛋白质水平时最高,EF组肝胰脏胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和肠道胰蛋白酶活力高于PF组(P<0.05)。蛋白质水平和加工工艺对肝胰脏的丙二醛和碱性磷酸酶活性有显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。主效应结果显示,肝胰脏碱性磷酸酶活性以及血清的碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶均在28%蛋白质水平时最低。PF组肝胰脏丙二醛含量显著低于EF组(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于EF组(P<0.05)。4种模型(Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy和Brody)均能很好地模拟克氏原螯虾体重和体长的生长曲线,拟合度均大于0.97,其中,以Logistic模型拟合克氏原螯虾体重和体长最优,且幂函数可以反映体重和体长之间的关系。综上所述,28%蛋白质水平和膨化加工工艺使克氏原螯虾具有最优的生长性能和消化力,28%蛋白质水平的硬颗粒饲料可提高克氏原螯虾的抗氧化能力。  相似文献

饥饿及恢复生长对方斑东风螺抗氧化体系的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在(25.8±1.7)℃条件下,测定了方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata)不同饥饿期(7d、15d、25d、40d)后再投喂(30d)过程中足肌、肝胰脏的抗氧化体系相关指标变化。结果显示,分别饥饿25d和40d时幼螺两组织丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照组均显著升高;饥饿25d前,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活力较对照组逐渐增强,当禁食达40d时却显著减弱;谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活力饥饿状态下先略上升后下降,肝胰脏、足肌中分别于饥饿25d和40d时显著降低;谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活力及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量随禁食延长均呈下降趋势。恢复生长后,除饥饿40d组GR活力及肝胰脏MDA水平较对照呈差异显著外,该组其余指标及其他各处理组相应指标均恢复至或接近对照组水平。结果表明,饥饿胁迫下螺体抗氧化体系虽被激活,但仍处于一定的氧化应激状态,提示幼螺养成中禁食时间不宜超过25d,且SOD、CAT与GPx活性可作为螺体饥饿胁迫状态的指示参数。  相似文献

The effects of astaxanthin supplementationon the growth, innate immunity and antioxidant defence system of loach (Paramisgurnus dabryanus) were investigated in this study. A total of 450 fish (initial average weights of 3.00 ± 0.10 g) were fed five diets with graded levels of astaxanthin (0.00, 50.00, 100.00, 150.00 and 200.00 mg/kg) for 56 days. The results showed that astaxanthin supplementation significantly stimulated the growth (FBW, WG, FER, HSI), innate immunity (AKP activity in the hepatopancreas, intestinal tract, muscle and skin and LZM activity in the hepatopancreas, intestinal tract and skin), antioxidant ability (T‐SOD, GSH‐PX and CAT activities and T‐AOC, GSH and MDA contents in the hepatopancreas, intestinal tract, muscle and skin) of loach. Moreover, dietary astaxanthin supplementation significantly up‐regulated the relative mRNA levels of Nrf2 and Maf, and down‐regulated the relative mRNA level of Keap1 in the hepatopancreas when the supplementation levels of astaxanthin were 50–200 mg/kg. In conclusion, the diets with 100–151.06 mg/kg astaxanthin supplementation were optimal for loach, which based on the growth, immunity and antioxidant‐related indicators, and the astaxanthin supplementation regulated the antioxidant ability partially referring to Keap1‐Nrf2 signallings.  相似文献

Oxidative damage and antioxidant status of intestine and hepatopancreas for juvenile Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jian) fed graded levels of methionine hydroxy analogue (MHA: 0, 5.1, 7.6, 10.2, 12.7, 15.3 g kg?1 diet) for 60 days were studied. Radical scavenging ability, antioxidant enzymes activities such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione‐S‐transferase (GST), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and glutathione reducase (GR), as well as glutathione (GSH), protein carbonyl (PC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were assayed in these tissues. Results indicated that anti‐superoxide anion capacity in intestine and anti‐hydroxyl radical capacity in hepatopancreas significantly improved with dietary MHA levels up to 7.6 and 10.2 g kg?1 diet respectively, whereupon they decreased (P < 0.05). SOD, CAT, GST, GPX, GR activities in intestine and hepatopancreas, as well as GSH content in hepatopancreas significantly increased with optimal MHA levels which were in the range of 5.1–10.2 g kg?1 diet, and thereafter decreased (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, MDA and PC contents in these tissues together with GOT and GPT activities in plasma significantly decreased with optimal MHA levels which were in the range of 5.1–7.6 g kg?1 diet, and thereafter increased (P < 0.05). These results suggested that MHA improved antioxidant status and depressed lipid and protein oxidation in intestine and hepatopancreas.  相似文献

为了解铅对建鲤幼鱼(Cyprinus carpio var.Jian)的影响,将建鲤幼鱼暴露于不同水平(0、0.648、1.296、6.480 mg/L)的Pb2+水溶液中,于96 h分别测定建鲤幼鱼肝胰脏、肠、鳃、肌肉中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果表明:随着Pb2+浓度的升高,抗氧化酶活性升高,达到极值后下降。0.648 mg/L浓度组中,肝胰脏中抗氧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力均有较明显升高;肌肉中抗氧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力变化较小;在高浓度组(6.480 mg/L),肾中的三种抗氧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力仍在升高,而在其他组织中酶的活性有所降低。上述研究结果表明,与肠、鳃、肌肉、肾相比,肝胰脏中的抗氧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力敏感,是最先启用的主要解毒器官;在高浓度胁迫时,肝胰脏解毒能力下降,抗氧化防御作用的主要器官由肝胰脏转移到肾脏。  相似文献

The green algae Haematococcus pluvialis is an important source of natural astaxanthin as feed additive. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of H. pluvialis powder on gonadal development, coloration and antioxidant capacity of adult male Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis, and four experimental diets were formulated to contain 0, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% of H. pluvialis powder. There were four treatments (defined as D1~D4) in this study and each treatment had three replicates. Dietary H. pluvialis contents had no significant effects on survival, body weight gain rate and gonadal development of male E. sinensis. For colour parameters, the total carotenoids content in carapace and hepatopancreas as well as hepatopancreatic lightness (L*) and carapace redness (a*) increased significantly with increasing dietary H. pluvialis (< 0.05). For the antioxidant indices in the serum, D4 had the lowest activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), but the highest glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), while the malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and hepatopancreas decreased significantly with the rising content of dietary H. pluvialis (< 0.05); D1 had the highest levels of SOD, POD and GSH‐Px in hepatopancreas. For the non‐specific immune indices, the highest activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and γ‐glutamyl transpeptidase (γ‐GT) were found on the serum of D3 and D4 (< 0.05). D1 had the highest levels of ACP and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in hepatopancreas, while D2 and D3 had the lowest levels of ALP and ACP respectively. These results suggested the optimal dietary natural astaxanthin level was around 40 mg/kg diets.  相似文献

为研究低氧胁迫及恢复后日本沼虾(Macrobrachiumnipponense)抗氧化酶活力和组织结构的变化,将体重(2.0±0.2) g的日本沼虾暴露于(2.0±0.2) mg/L低氧环境中24 h,设定溶解氧(6.0±0.2) mg/L为对照组,每组设置3个重复,于低氧胁迫0 h、6 h、12 h、24 h及复氧1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h分别采集实验组及对照组鳃、肝胰腺及肌肉组织,测定这些组织的抗氧化酶活力,并进行组织切片观察。实验结果表明,低氧胁迫期间肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活力先升高后下降, 3种酶活力在低氧胁迫12 h时显著高于对照组(P0.05),复氧阶段肌肉组织中SOD、CAT酶活力呈波动性变化,GPX酶活力在复氧24h时显著低于对照组(P0.05)。鳃组织中SOD、CAT和GPX酶活力在低氧胁迫12 h时显著高于对照组(P0.05), GPX酶活力在复氧24 h时显著高于对照组(P0.05)。在低氧胁迫期间肝胰腺SOD、CAT和GPX酶活力在低氧6 h均达到最大值并显著高于对照组(P0.05),复氧阶段3种酶活力均呈现波动性变化,肝胰腺中丙二醛(MDA)含量在低氧及复氧阶段均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。低氧胁迫及恢复并未对肌肉组织结构产生明显的影响。鳃组织在低氧胁迫期间鳃小片上皮细胞与支柱细胞排列发生紊乱,次级层片发生肥大的现象且有红细胞流入,泌氯细胞形态发生变化且细胞数目有所增加,但复氧后均得到一定程度的恢复。肝胰腺组织在低氧胁迫期间B细胞数量逐渐降低,胞内运转泡体积减小,复氧阶段B细胞数量及体积恢复明显。结果表明急性低氧胁迫能够导致日本沼虾肝胰腺和鳃组织结构损伤并引起抗氧化酶活力发生显著变化,且24 h恢复期不足以让日本沼虾在低氧胁迫中完全恢复。  相似文献

以静室呼吸耗氧–复氧为实验组,持续充气组为对照组。于0、1、2、4、5 h及复氧1、4、8 h检测并分析了水体溶解氧(DO)和脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)组织主要呼吸代谢及抗氧化酶活力。结果显示,随着时间的延长,实验组DO不断降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。脊尾白虾鳃、肝胰腺和肌肉细胞色素C氧化酶(CCO)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活力降低;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、延胡索酸还原酶(FRD)活力升高,SDH/FRD值降低。复氧后,3种组织SDH、LDH和FRD活力恢复至对照组,肌肉CCO活力升高,在复氧8 h时低于对照组(P<0.05);SDH/FRD值升高。随着时间的延长,3种组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)活力均先升后降,但肝胰腺的过氧化物酶(POD)活力降低,而在鳃和肌肉中呈波动性变化;复氧后,3种组织SOD、CAT、GPX和GST活力均恢复至对照组水平,但鳃和肌肉的POD在复氧8 h时均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,随着DO的降低,脊尾白虾有氧代谢逐渐降低,无氧代谢逐渐升高。复氧后,有氧代谢能力又逐渐恢复。上述抗氧化酶可能在脊尾白虾应对低氧-复氧中产生的氧化损伤发挥着重要作用。  相似文献

本文选择在我国分离得到的一株能典型产生麻痹性贝毒(PSP,Paralytic Shellfish Poison)的有毒赤潮甲藻塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense,ATHK株),研究其是否能通过引发中国明对虾的脂质过氧化作用, 使机体产生过多活性氧自由基, 导致氧化损伤而发挥其毒性作用。塔玛亚历山大藻粗提液经肌肉注射方式染毒中国明对虾,于染毒后1、3、6、12、24和48 h 测定肝胰腺和鳃SOD,GST活力和MDA含量的影响。结果显示,染毒后 1-6 h, 对虾肝胰腺和鳃组织SOD,GST酶活力均增加,12和48h鳃组织的上述指标受到抑制。对虾肝胰腺MDA含量除1h外未见明显改变,鳃中MDA含量随时间增加呈升高趋势。研究表明:塔玛亚历山大藻粗提液在中国明对虾体内代谢过程中能诱导对虾产生活性氧自由基,塔玛亚历山大藻粗提液能诱导MDA含量增加,降低SOD和GST活力,能够引发鳃的脂质过氧化,对鳃造成氧化损伤。  相似文献

Six purified diets were formulated to contain three lipid sources, fish oil (FO), linseed oil (LO) and soybean oil (SO), at 6% diet lipid crossing two levels of vitamin E (100 and 300 mg α‐tocopheryl acetate/kg diet) for each lipid source (FO100, FO300, LO100, LO300, SO100, SO300). The juvenile Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis, respectively, fed on these diets with four replicates for 6 weeks. The crab weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) were significantly affected by dietary lipid sources. No difference was found between the crabs fed two levels of vitamin E, but the WG and SGR were numerically higher in crab fed 300 mg/kg vitamin E than those fed the other level of vitamin E. The lipid source and vitamin E level could affect fatty acid composition in the hepatopancreas. The contents of saturated fatty acids (SAFA) and n‐3HUFA were significantly higher in the crab‐fed fish oil. The highest contents of n‐6PUFA and n‐3PUFA were found in the crab‐fed soybean oil and linseed oil respectively. The contents of SAFA, n‐3HUFA and n‐3PUFA were higher in the 300 mg/kg vitamin E treatment. A lower malondialdehyde (MDA) content and higher phenoloxidase (PO) activity were observed in the crab fed 300 mg/kg vitamin E. The results of this study indicate that the Chinese mitten crab fed the diet with 6% fish oil and 300 mg/kg vitamin E showed better growth, antioxidant capacity and resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila.  相似文献

This study was conducted to study the effects of dietary zinc on lipid peroxidation, protein oxidation and antioxidant defence of juvenile Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jian) by feeding fish with increasing levels of zinc (15.3, 26.9, 40.8, 58.2, 68.9 and 92.5 mg Zn kg?1) for 6 weeks. Results indicated that malondialdehyde (MDA) content and protein carbonyls (PC) in serum were the highest in fish fed diet containing 15.3 mg zinc kg?1 diet (P < 0.05). Serum antisuperoxide anion (ASA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px), glutathione reductase (GR) activities and glutathione (GSH) content were improved with increasing dietary zinc levels up to 40.8 mg zinc kg?1 diet (P < 0.05) and levelled off (P > 0.05). Serum antihydroxy radical (AHR), catalase (CAT) and glutathione‐S‐transferase (GST) activities followed the similar pattern to that observed in ASA. The MDA and PC levels, ASA, AHR, SOD, CAT, GPx, GR, GST activities and GSH content in intestine, hepatosomatic and muscle tissue followed the similar pattern to that observed in serum. The present results indicated that zinc decreased lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation and improved antioxidant defence in fish.  相似文献

通过饲喂不同过氧化值油脂的饲料,研究奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromisniloticus×O·aureus)的生长性能、肝胰腺抗氧化能力与氧化油脂的关系。试验结果表明:添加氧化油脂导致罗非鱼的增重率和饲料转化率显著下降(P<0·05),肝体比显著增加,但肝脂率、肌脂率的变化不明显(P>0·05);相对于过氧化值较低的饲料,饲料过氧化值(POV)为73·44mmol/kg时,肝胰腺中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力明显增高(P<0·05);氧化油脂对肝胰腺中丙二醛(MDA)含量无明显影响(P>0·05)。  相似文献

为研究克氏原螯虾亲虾对脂肪的需要量,本实验采用初始体质量为(15.46±0.20)g的克氏原螯虾亲虾324尾,分为6组(每组设置3个重复,每个重复18尾,雌雄比例为2:1),投喂粗蛋白质水平为30%,脂肪水平分别为1.98%(对照组)、4.12%、5.84%、7.89%、10.48%和11.89%的6组半精制饲料,饲养8周后,测定并分析亲虾的生长性能、肌肉成分、繁殖性能、肝胰腺消化酶活性以及血淋巴部分生化指标。结果发现:①随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,增重率和特定生长率先上升,在饲料脂肪水平达到7.89%后呈下降趋势;饲料系数和肝体比呈上升趋势,11.89%组最高。②饲料脂肪水平对亲虾肌肉水分和灰分含量无显著影响;随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,肌肉粗脂肪含量呈现先升高后降低最后趋于稳定的趋势,在饲料脂肪水平为5.84%时最高。③随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,性腺指数、抱卵率、抱卵量均呈现先上升后降低的变化规律,均在饲料脂肪水平为7.89%时达到最大。④血淋巴中总蛋白含量随饲料脂肪水平呈现先下降后上升趋势;谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性均随饲料脂肪水平升高而升高,均在11.89%组最高;血淋巴中葡萄糖含量各组间无显著性差异。⑤饲料脂肪水平对实验虾肝胰腺蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性有显著影响,对淀粉酶活性无显著性影响。利用增重率与饲料脂肪水平进行折线回归分析,克氏原螯虾亲虾获得最佳增重率时对饲料的脂肪需要量为7.60%。对实验虾生长性能、肌肉成分、繁殖性能、肝胰腺消化酶活性、血淋巴生化指标进行综合分析,显示本实验条件下克氏原螯虾亲虾对脂肪需要量为7.60%~7.89%。  相似文献

Cadmium (Cd) is an environmental pollutant and has posed a potential threat for the growth and survival of freshwater crabs. Low‐molecular‐weight chitosan (LMWC) may promote growth in crab culture. The present study was designed to investigate the Cd‐induced oxidative damage and the protective role of LMWC against oxidation caused by Cd2+ in freshwater crab (Sinopotamon yangtsekiense Bott 1967). The results showed that Cd2+ significantly inhibited the activities of total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and peroxidase, while it increased malondialdehyde levels in the hepatopancreas and the gill. Moreover, Cd2+ at the concentration tested obviously increased the protein carbonyl contents and DNA–protein crosslinks coefficients in the hepatopancreas, gill, heart and muscle tissues of S. yangtsekiense in a dose‐dependent manner. In addition, Cd2+ induced a significant increase in the levels of nitric oxide and inducible nitric oxide synthase in the hepatopancreas, gill and muscle. The results also showed that LMWC plus Cd2+ significantly improved antioxidant markers. The observations suggested that the severe oxidative damage in multiple crab tissues was one of the important causes of the adverse influence of Cd2+ on S. yangtsekiense growth and indicated that LMWC could provide a protective effect against such an injury.  相似文献

The effect of cold acclimation on growth performance, non-specific immune responses, and expression level of HSP21 and CSP gene were studied in red claw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) using a 4-week stress trial. We set a four-temperature gradient, with water temperatures of 25, 20, 15, and 9 °C, respectively. With the gradual decrease of temperature, the survival rate, feeding rate, and hepatopancreas index (HIS) of the red claw crayfish showed a decreasing trend. Decreased total hemocyte count (THC) and hemocyanin concentration were observed when water temperature decreased. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the hepatopancreas and hemolymph all gradually declined with decreasing temperatures and then significantly lowered at 9 °C compared with those at 25 °C. The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) in these two tissues showed in the opposite trend, indicating that they may have different regulation mechanisms. A gradual increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration was detected in the hepatopancreas and hemolymph when the temperature decreased. Low temperature stress also affected the expression of heat shock proteins 21(HSP21) and cold shock domain protein (CSP). These results indicate that cold acclimation may induce oxidative stress on the crayfish and then cause oxidative damage and hemocyte apoptosis, as well as immunosuppression in Cherax quadricarinatus, which may finally affect the growth and survival of Cherax quadricarinatus.  相似文献

Fish meal, vitamin C and fish oil are known to play essential roles in reproduction and immunity in animals. To investigate how the diet affect reproduction under the condition of reducing costs, we designed an experimental diet that decreased the ratio of fish meal with soybean meal from 1:1 to 1:1.5, and supplemented with 0.06% vitamin C and 3.8% fish oil for the crayfish, Procambarus clarkii. After a 100‐day feeding experiment, female crayfish fed the test diet had significantly greater gonadosomatic index (GSI) compared with those fed the basal diet (< 0.05). At the middle stage of ovarian development, the test diet gave significantly higher trypsin‐specific activity (340.94 ± 57.32 U mg?1 protein) in hepatopancreas of the crayfish than the basal diet (89.48 ± 10.01 U mg?1 protein) (< 0.05). However, hepatosomatic index (HSI) was remarkably decreased for those females fed test diet (< 0.05). In addition, the experimental diet resulted in markedly lower superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) levels, especially in the ovaries (< 0.01). These results suggest that dietary reduction of fish meal, supplementation of appropriate amounts of vitamin C and fish oil may promote ovary development probably by increasing digestibility, as well as by promoting transferring of nutrients from hepatopancreas to ovary and raising immunity of P. clarkii.  相似文献

Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated containing two astaxanthin (AX; 0 and 90 mg/kg) and three vitamin E (VE) levels (0, 25 and 50 mg/kg). There were three replicates (18 crabs per replicate) for each treatment. Juvenile swimming crab (initial weight 31.65 ± 0.06 g/crab) were fed different diets for 8 weeks. After the feeding trial, growth performance was not significantly affected by the different treatments. Crabs fed with AX‐supplemented diets showed more redness. Whole body 22:6n‐3, 22:4n‐6 and 20:5n‐3 levels increased with the dietary addition of AX (= .009, = .002 and = .042, respectively). The malondialdehyde (MDA) concentrations of fresh/frozen hepatopancreas and frozen muscle were significantly decreased by the dietary AX supplementation (p < .001, = .010 and = 0.011, respectively). These findings provide evidence that dietary AX has an ability to improve the redness of the shell and reduce the MDA concentrations of tissues. Furthermore, there is no strong interactive relationship between dietary VE and AX on the coloration and fatty acid concentrations for the swimming crab.  相似文献
