Soy isoflavones have been associated with several beneficial effects of soy in human diets. However, most soy is consumed by livestock in the Western countries. It is possible that isoflavones could be transferred and/or accumulated into animal products, which could become additional sources of dietary isoflavones for humans. Our objectives were to determine whether dietary isoflavone genistein could be transferred and/or accumulated into the eggs of Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica) and how the supplementation dosage and glycosylation of the isoflavone would affect this transfer. Adult reproductive female Japanese quail were randomly assigned to treatment groups that received encapsulated 50 or 100 mg genistein or 80 mg genistin per day (four quail per treatment) for 5 days. A control group (two quail) received placebo capsules. Eggs were collected prior to treatment and then daily for 15 days. The egg, separated into yolk and white, and pulverized quail diet were extracted in 80% methanol for 2 h and either centrifuged or filtered before evaporation of the solvent. The extracts were redissolved in 16% acetonitrile for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyses. Genistein and genistein metabolites were detected in the egg yolks of treated quail. Trace concentrations of genistein were detected in the control group, due to the presence of genistein derivatives in the diet. Neither genistein nor its metabolites were found in egg white. Levels of genistein in the eggs increased significantly from the 3rd day of supplementation and reached the maximum about 2 days after the supplementation stopped. The higher dose of genistein supplementation resulted in higher genistein concentrations in egg yolks. Glycosylation decreased the transfer and accumulation of genistein into the egg yolks.  相似文献

The xanthophylls lutein and zeaxanthin have attracted a lot of interest since it was presumed that an increased nutritional uptake may prevent adult macula degeneration (AMD). Although egg yolks serve as an important dietary source of lutein and zeaxanthin, data on xanthophyll concentrations in commercial egg yolks are not available. Thus, an high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) method was developed allowing for simultaneous separation of eight xanthophylls used to fortify poultry feed. Peak identification was carried out by liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry [LC-(APCI)MS]. Egg yolks of four types of husbandry (seven batches each) were examined. Lutein and zeaxanthin were the predominant xanthophylls in egg yolks produced in accordance with ecological husbandry (class 0) because the concentrations of these xanthophylls ranged from 1274 to 2478 microg/100 g and from 775 to 1288 microg/100 g, respectively. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) proved that both mean lutein and mean zeaxanthin concentrations of eggs from class 0 were statistically discriminable from mean lutein and zeaxanthin concentrations from eggs of all other classes (P < 0.01). Mean concentrations of synthetic xanthophylls in eggs of classes 1 (free range), 2 (barn), and 3 (cage) were as follows: canthaxanthin, 707 +/- 284 microg/100 g; beta-apo-8'-carotenoic acid ethyl ester, 639 +/- 391 microg/100 g; and citranaxanthin, 560 +/- 231 microg/100 g. Experiments with boiled eggs proved that beta-apo-8'-carotenoic acid ethyl ester was the xanthophyll with the highest stability, whereas lutein was degraded to the largest extent (loss of 19%). Detailed knowledge about the xanthophyll amounts in eggs is indispensable to calculate the human uptake.  相似文献

A method has been developed for quantification of cholesterol in fresh egg yolks, spray-dried egg yolks, fresh whole eggs, and spray-dried whole eggs. The method uses saponification followed by petroleum ether extraction of cholesterol. Separation of organic and aqueous layers is enhanced by sodium chloride. Petroleum ether extracts are dried under nitrogen and redissolved in chloroform-methanol (2 + 1) for injection into a gas chromatograph. Cholesterol is separated and quantitated on a high temperature capillary column coated with 5% diphenyl and 95% dimethyl polysilicone crosslinked gum. The method was compared with the current AOAC method 17.017-17.022, and results indicated no significant difference (alpha = 0.05). However, the proposed method allowed separation and analysis of 16 samples in 7 h while the current AOAC method allowed separation and analysis of only 4 samples in 9 h.  相似文献

针对传统的鸡蛋预煮方法升温条件不可控,蛋清、蛋黄凝固状态难以控制等问题,该研究通过试验明确了蛋壳导电性能,在此基础上建立并验证了欧姆加热预煮鸡蛋过程的有限元模型,研究了欧姆加热预煮鸡蛋过程中鸡蛋内部的温度分布,分析了欧姆加热对鸡蛋凝固过程的影响,明确了电场强度和摆放方向对鸡蛋内部升温速率与温度分布的影响。结果表明:欧姆加热条件下,蛋壳可近似视为绝缘体;欧姆加热预煮鸡蛋是壳外溶液在欧姆效应下温度升高,通过热传导作用来实现的;建立了欧姆加热预煮鸡蛋的有限元模型并进行验证,温度模拟值与实测值之间的相对均方根误差均小于5%;鸡蛋长轴沿垂直电极板方向摆放,有利于改善鸡蛋内部加热均匀性;可以通过控制欧姆加热条件确定鸡蛋的凝固状态,达到控制鸡蛋蛋清、蛋黄凝固时间及状态的目的。研究结果可为开发基于欧姆加热的鸡蛋预煮装置提供参考。  相似文献

Effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on the fatty acid composition of different egg compartments after storage were studied. Four dietary treatments [supplemented with safflower oil (SAFF, control group), DHA, CLAs plus DHA (CAD), and CLAs alone] were administered to Single Comb White Leghorn (SCWL) laying hens. Eggs from the different treatment groups were collected and stored for 10 weeks at 4 degrees C before analysis. Fatty acids from the yolk (yolk granules and plasma), egg albumen, and vitelline membrane were analyzed by gas chromatography. The yolk of eggs from hens given CLAs had significantly higher amounts of saturated fatty acids, typically 16:0 and 18:0, but lower amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) compared to eggs from the control group (SAFF). CLA content was highest in the yolk and present in both neutral and polar lipids, with the greatest concentrations in neutral lipids. DHA was incorporated mainly into yolk polar lipids. Lipids in yolk plasma and granules contained similar amounts of CLAs. The fatty acid compositions of vitelline membrane and egg albumen mirrored that of the egg yolk. CLA supplementation resulted in hard and rubbery yolks when compared to hard-cooked eggs from the control group. This study showed that feeding CLAs to hens led to accumulation of the isomers in polar and neutral lipids of the egg yolk and that these isomers migrated into egg albumen. Because the sensory properties of hard-cooked eggs were negatively affected by the enrichment of a mixture of CLA isomers in this study, further research should be conducted to evaluate how the different isomers alter the properties of egg yolk and albumen so that the quality of designed eggs containing CLAs and DHA can be improved.  相似文献

[14C]sarafloxacin was orally administered to six laying hens for five consecutive days. Eggs were collected for 15 days after the initial drug treatment. Egg yolk and egg albumen were separated and assayed for total radioactive residues (TRR) using a combustion oxidizer and scintillation counting techniques. Radioactivity was detected in egg yolk and egg albumen on the second day of dosing and reached a maximum at 24 h after drug withdrawal. Thereafter, the sarafloxacin TRR levels in egg albumen declined rapidly and were undetectable 2 days after the last dose, whereas the levels in egg yolk declined at a much slower rate and were undetectable 7 days after drug withdrawal. In both the egg albumen and yolk, HPLC analysis indicated that the parent sarafloxacin was the major component.  相似文献

鸡蛋在运输贮存过程中一直伴随着品质的不断衰减,如何快速、准确地识别鸡蛋新鲜度是业界和学者们共同关注的话题。针对鸡蛋内部气室和蛋黄等新鲜度特征差异不显著的问题,该研究提出一种基于改进MobileNetV3-Large的轻量级鸡蛋新鲜度识别模型。首先在深度可分离卷积中引入动态卷积(Dynamic Convolution, DC)模块,改进后的深度可分离动态卷积模块能够为不同的鸡蛋图像动态生成卷积核参数,提高模型特征提取能力;其次在注意力模块中引入坐标注意力(Coordinate Attention, CA)模块,增强模型对位置信息的感知能力;最后采用3 276张鸡蛋图像训练并测试改进的MobileNetV3-DA模型。试验结果表明,MobileNetV3-DA模型在测试集上的准确率为97.26%,分别比ResNet18、VGG19和ShuffleNetV2模型高5.19、0.84和5.91个百分点;模型参数量和计算量分别比MobileNetV3-Large减少1.03和78.64 M;在实际应用中,MobileNetV3-DA模型精确率、召回率和加权分数的平均值分别为95.95%、95.48%和97.82%,达到了理想的识别效果。改进的MobileNetV3-DA模型为鸡蛋供应链各环节进行鸡蛋新鲜度快速、准确识别提供了算法支持。  相似文献

Competitive exclusion (CE) cultures may offer alternatives to antimicrobial agents for disease prophylaxis in poultry. To avoid potential transfer of antibiotic resistance, safe and effective CE cultures must, by necessity, be highly sensitive to antimicrobial residues. The following studies evaluated the effect of maternal administration of selected antibiotics on the establishment of a licensed CE culture, PREEMPT. Selected antibiotics were administered to actively laying hens for a period of 7 days (experiment 1) or 9 days (experiment 2) in drinking water [sulfadimethoxine (0.05%), enrofloxacin (0.005%), and tylosin tartrate (0.05%)] or feed (sulfadimethoxine with ormetoprim, 250 ppm). In experiment 1, fertile eggs were collected daily and subjected to bioassay for detectable antimicrobial residues in yolk. Antimicrobial residues were not detected during the 7 days of treatment or the subsequent 3 days following cessation of treatment in the control, sulfadimethoxine, sulfadimethoxine with ormetoprim, or tylosin treatment groups. However, detectable residues were observed in eggs derived from enrofloxacin-treated hens on days 6 and 7 during antibiotic administration and also on days 2 and 3 post-antibiotic administration. In experiment 2, antimicrobial residues were also only detected in yolks from hens treated with enrofloxacin. Residue detection occurred on days 2-6 of antibiotic administration, on day 9 of antibiotic administration, on days 1-3 post-antibiotic administration, and also on day 7 post-antibiotic administration. A subset of eggs from each experimental group, corresponding to days 2-6 of antibiotic administration, days 4-6 post-antibiotic administration, and days 14-16 post-antibiotic administration, were pooled for incubation, and chicks hatched from these pools of fertile eggs were treated with PREEMPT at hatch. When 48-h cecal propionate concentrations were used as an index of culture establishment, reduced (P < 0.05) efficacy was observed only in chicks derived from enrofloxacin-treated hens at either collection period. Although several antibiotics do not appear to produce detectable egg residues or interfere with CE culture establishment, these data suggest that chicks derived from enrofloxacin-treated hens may not be candidates for safe and effective CE culture treatment.  相似文献

A study of the depletion of enrofloxacin residues in eggs was carried out using a diphasic dialysis procedure for the extraction of fluoroquinolone residues from the matrix. Enrofloxacin was administered to laying hens through the intramuscular route (15 mg/day) and orally (12 mg/day). After daily collection, the egg albumen and the egg yolk were separated, and the residue levels were determined using an HPLC-MS (API-ESI) method. The enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin peaks gradually increased until the fifth day, because the drug was employed for 5 days. However, differences were observed in the depletion curves of enrofloxacin and its metabolite when both parts of the egg and the mode of administration were considered.  相似文献

针对破壳鸡蛋(破口蛋和裂纹蛋)缺陷差异性大,在线检测要求实时,以及人工检测依靠主观经验且检测速度慢、检测精度不高等问题,该研究提出一种基于改进的YOLOv7(You Only Look Once v7)模型的破壳鸡蛋在线实时检测系统。即以YOLOv7网络为基础,将YOLOv7网络的损失函数CIoU(complete-IoU)替换为WIoUv2(wise-IoU),在骨干网络(backbone)中嵌入坐标注意力模块(coordinate attention,CA)和添加可变形卷积DCNv2(deformable convnet)模块,同时将YOLOv7网络中的检测头(IDetect)替换为具有隐式知识学习的解耦检测头(IDetect_Decoupled)模块。在PC端的试验结果表明,改进后的模型在测试集上平均精度均值(mean average precision,mAP)为94.0%,单张图片检测时间为13.1 ms,与模型改进之前相比,其mAP提高了2.9个百分点,检测时间仅延长1.0 ms;改进后模型的参数量为3.64×107,较原始模型降低了2.1%。最后通过格式转换并利用ONNXRuntime深度学习框架把模型部署至设备端,在ONNXRuntime推理框架下进行在线检测验证。试验结果表明:该算法相较原始YOLOv7误检率降低了3.8个百分点,漏检率不变,并且在线检测平均帧率约为54帧/s,满足在线实时性检测需求。该研究可为破壳鸡蛋在线检测研究提供技术参考。  相似文献

Maduramicin is a coccidiostat authorized as feed additive in the European Union for chickens and turkeys for fattening but not for laying hens, considering the risk of residues in eggs. The unavoidable cross-contamination of non-target feed with coccidiostats is regulated by Commission Directive 2009/8/EC and resulting carry-over in food by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 124/2009. To verify the compliance of the maximum levels for maduramicin in feed (50 μg/kg) and eggs (2 μg/kg), the carry-over from feed into eggs was investigated. Diets containing 10, 30, and 50 μg of maduramicin/kg of feed were fed to laying hens. Feed, egg white, and yolk were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Maduramicin residues were only detected in in egg yolk. Feeding the 10 μg/kg maduramicin diet resulted in maduramicin concentrations up to 2.5 μg/kg in whole eggs, already exceeding the maximum level. A carry-over rate of 8% maduramicin from feed into eggs was calculated.  相似文献

A method was developed that is suitable for screening eggs for a variety of nonpolar residues in a single procedure. Residues are extracted by silica solid-phase extraction (SPE). Analysis is conducted via reverse-phase gradient liquid chromatography, electrospray ionization, and tandem ion trap mass spectrometry. For screening purposes (based on a single precursor-product ion transition) the method can detect ionophore (lasalocid, monensin, salinomycin, narasin) and macrolide (erythromycin, tylosin) residues in egg at approximately 1 ng/mL (ppb) and above and novobiocin residues at approximately 3 ppb and above. Conditions are described for confirmatory analysis based on multiple ions in the product ion spectrum. The extraction efficiency for ionophores was estimated at 60-85%, depending on drug. Recovery of macrolides and novobiocin was not as good (estimated at 40-55% after a hexane wash of the final extract was included), but the method consistently screened and confirmed these residues at concentrations below the target of 10 ppb. The method was applied to eggs from hens dosed with each drug individually. Lasalocid was found to have the highest probability of detection in eggs based on its high ionization efficiency and higher rate of deposition relative to the other drugs. The method is part of a larger scheme to provide surveillance methods for a wide variety of drug residues in eggs.  相似文献

为了尽可能早的检测出无精蛋和受精蛋,该文提出采用透射高光谱成像技术,融合图像和光谱信息,对其受精信息进行检测。利用高光谱图像系统采集孵化前种蛋在400~1 000 nm的高光谱图像,提取图像特征(长短轴之比、伸长度、圆度、蛋黄面积与整蛋面积之比);筛选出400~760 nm的波段,通过Normalize预处理结合相关系数法提取155个光谱特征变量;运用主成分分析法对图像和光谱的融合信息进行降维,采用相关向量机(relevance vector machine,RVM)分别建立基于图像、光谱和图像-光谱融合信息的受精蛋和无精蛋分类判别模型,并与支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)模型进行比较,RVM模型检测正确率分别为90%,91%,96%;测试集检测时间分别为0.6619,1.0821,0.5016 s。SVM模型检测正确率分别为84%,90%,93%;测试集检测时间分别为5.9386,5.9886,5.6672 s。结果表明,基于图像-光谱融合所建立的模型优于单一信息的模型,在分类精度上,采用RVM分类精度高于SVM的分类精度;在分类时间上,RVM的分类时间比SVM短,因此,利用高光谱融合信息和相关向量机可以提高种蛋检测精度,研究结果为孵前无精蛋和受精蛋的在线实时检测提供参考。  相似文献

The penetration of propoxur and phoxim from eggshell into whole egg was investigated in vitro by spraying eggs directly and in vivo after application of the compounds in henhouses. Although mean concentrations of the compounds on eggshells were up to 23000 microg kg(-1), mean residue concentrations in whole eggs were far below the current maximum residue levels (50 microg kg(-1) for propoxur and 60 microg kg(-1) for phoxim). These results provide the first evidence that propoxur and phoxim do not penetrate from eggshell into whole egg under experimental and field conditions. Subsequently, residue carry-over after egg cracking in households and during a worst-case situation in an egg-cracking plant was investigated. However, when eggs were cracked manually, a negligible contamination of whole egg values occurred. If, in an automated process, eggshells accidentally come into close contact with whole egg, very high residue levels of propoxur and phoxim may be generated time dependently. These results suggest that eggshell contact with whole egg during egg cracking must be avoided to prevent pesticide carry-over.  相似文献

为了提高鸡蛋裂纹检测的准确性和效率,综合运用计算机视觉技术和BP神经网络技术,实现对鸡蛋表面裂纹的无损检测和分级。首先,通过计算机视觉系统获取鸡蛋表面的图像,对图像分析处理,提取了裂纹区域和噪声区域的5个几何特征参数。其次,将5个参数作为输入,建立结构为5-10-2的BP神经网络模型,对裂纹进行识别和鸡蛋的自动分级。试验结果表明模型对裂纹鸡蛋的识别准确率达到了92.9%,对整批鸡蛋的分级准确率达到了96.8%。  相似文献

为了满足消费者需求,鸡蛋被包装成规格众多的礼品彩盒,这给彩盒装箱自动化带来了巨大困难,由于彩盒大小多变,每箱装入数量不同,加上鸡蛋的易碎物理特性,目前,国内禽蛋加工企业均采用人工装箱。该研究为实现对鸡蛋机械自动装箱,研发出基于直角坐标机械手的彩盒装箱搬运机构,通过机械臂轨迹规划算法,计算出直角坐标机械手各单元的运动轨迹,设计了鸡蛋彩盒柔性装箱生产线,并实现产业化。为了保证装箱过程中机械手夹持彩盒稳定可靠,同时,避免生产线共振导致盒内鸡蛋的破损,该研究首先对彩盒基本物性及所需包装防护性能进行跌落试验、压力试验、扫频试验和随机振动试验,确定鸡蛋彩盒包装的防护性能参数,包括临界跌落高度、无破损夹持力、共振频率、无破损鸡蛋运输系统激励。由彩盒跌落试验得出盒内鸡蛋破损临界跌落高度为290 mm;压力试验确定彩盒夹持力小于870 N时,盒内鸡蛋无破损;扫频试验确定彩盒包装件共振频率范围为10~15 Hz;随机振动试验确定系统的激励需小于等于0.52 g2/Hz。在彩盒物性参数测定值约束下,采用Siemens PLC S7-200 Smart作为中央控制器,MCGS触摸屏界面,配合可以根据彩盒大小、规格和入箱彩盒数量要求而快速拆装更换的夹板和导入架,实现了鸡蛋彩盒柔性、高效、低破损装箱。该生产线设计的直角坐标机械手X、Z轴的最大有效行程分别为750、380 mm;X 轴移动线速度0~199 mm/s可调,Z 轴移动线速度0~149 mm/s可调;Y轴夹爪板运动轨迹最大行程200 mm,最大线速度50 mm/s。整机额定功率1.5 kW。生产线在企业包装流水线上运行11个月,机械装置及控制系统软硬件稳定可靠。对生产线进行了为期10 d的现场测试,结果显示:包装线完成每箱6盒、每箱4盒的装箱效率分别为96.2和120.4箱/h,是人工装箱效率的4~6倍,同时还可节省3~6名辅助工,测试全过程蛋品破损率为0。研究结果可为禽蛋彩盒包装自动化生产线的设计与应用提供参考。  相似文献

在干扰、遮挡等复杂环境下,对鸭蛋进行快速、准确识别定位是开发鸭蛋拾取机器人的关键技术,该研究提出一种基于改进YOLOv7(you only look once)模型的复杂环境鸭蛋检测方法,在主干网络加入卷积注意力模块(CBAM,convolutional block attention module),加强网络信息传递,提高模型对特征的敏感程度,减少复杂环境对鸭蛋识别干扰;利用深度可分离卷积(DSC,depthwise separable convolution)、调整空间金字塔池化结构(SPP,spatial pyramid pooling),降低模型参数数量和运算成本。试验结果表明,与SSD、YOLOv4、YOLOv5_M以及YOLOv7相比,改进YOLOv7模型的F1分数(F1 score)分别提高了8.3、10.1、8.7和7.6个百分点,F1分数达95.5%,占内存空间68.7 M,单张图片检测平均用时0.022 s。与不同模型在复杂环境的检测对比试验表明,改进的YOLOv7模型,在遮挡、簇拥、昏暗等复杂环境下,均能对鸭蛋进行准确快速的识别定位,具有较强鲁棒性和适用性。该研究可为后续开发鸭蛋拾取机器人提供技术支撑。  相似文献

针对鸭蛋长期存储以及运输过程中造成的散黄问题,构建一种基于振动信息的鸭蛋散黄在线检测流水线,可实现鸭蛋的自动触压和随动检测。通过磁致伸缩振子对鸭蛋扫频振动进行音频信息增强,对音频振动信号进行集合经验模态分解,并通过主成分分析进行降维提取主要特征,基于此,构建基于小脑神经网络的鸭蛋散黄检测模型。试验中,对320枚鸭蛋进行检测(训练集200枚,测试集120枚),结果表明,基于累积贡献率达98.14%的前5个主成分的鸭蛋散黄检测模型训练集和测试集识别率分别达98.66%和97.03%,每枚鸭蛋在线检测时间约1 s。研究表明,所研制的检测流水线基于磁致伸缩振子扫频激励未知品质鸭蛋,再结合EEMD-CMAC进行鸭蛋散黄检测是可行的,可满足流水线在线检测的要求。  相似文献

Laying hens were fed a control diet alone or with 0.06 g of atorvastatin, a synthetic 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitor, per 100 g of diet for 20 days. Compared to controls, egg yolks from treated hens contained greater amounts of amino acids and reduced levels of total fatty acids and cholesterol. In contrast, egg albumen amino acid contents were unaffected by dietary treatments. In a residue study, seven hens each received a single oral dose of approximately 20 microCi of [(14)C]atorvastatin. Approximately 71% of the radioactivity was recovered in the excreta and liver, whereas virtually no radioactivity was detected in kidney, heart, muscle, bile, plasma, or egg albumen at 15 days postdosing. Yolk radioactivity peaked at 4 days postdosing in six of the seven birds and was absent in eggs laid after day 10. Reminiscent of that of certain antibiotic drugs, the atorvastatin egg residue pattern appeared to coincide with the physiological pattern of daily yolk accretion within the ovary.  相似文献

为了提高农产品数值模拟的精度,需要为其提供精确的农产品几何模型。该研究以具有不规则几何特征的农产品芒果、香蕉和苹果为试验对象,利用核磁共振成像仪获取的断层切片图像,借助于计算机图形学技术和视觉化工具函数库Visualization Toolkit5.4(VTK),实现了其几何模型的重构。结果表明,3种农产品几何模型的体积值与其真实值之间的误差均小于3%,与标准方法测得结果具有很好的一致性。该研究为农产品几何模型获取提供了一种新的方法,能为农产品数值模拟、有限元分析以及品质检测等提供直接的几何模型支持。  相似文献
