建立了测定安痛定注射液中氨基比林和安替比林含量的高效液相色谱法。采用W aters公司Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相;检测波长为260 nm;流速为1.0 mL/m in;柱温25℃。结果表明:氨基比林在20-200μg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.4%;安替比林在10-60μg/mL的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为100.2%。该法简便、准确可靠,可应用于安痛定注射液的质量控制。  相似文献

建立超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(UPLC-PDA法)测定清肺止咳散中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、安替比林、安乃近4种药物。采用反相超高效液相色谱法,用带有二极管阵列检测器的高效液相色谱仪(UPLC-PAD)对对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、安替比林、安乃近4种解热镇痛药进行色谱分离和快速筛查。以ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱为分离柱,柱温35℃;流动相体系为0.05 M醋酸铵水溶液(A项)、甲醇(B项),进行梯度洗脱;流速0.4 mL/min;进样量5μL;检测波长为245 nm。通过保留时间、光谱图、峰面积等参数对对乙酰氨基酚进行定性定量检测。结果显示,对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、安替比林在2~100μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好(R~20.999),安乃近在4~200μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好(R~20.999);添加对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、安替比林各2 mg/g,添加安乃近4 mg/g,信噪比(S/N)3,确定为方法的检测限;添加对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、安替比林各5 mg/g,添加安乃近10 mg/g,信噪比(S/N)10,确定为方法的定量限;清肺止咳散在3个添加水平的回收率为90%~105%,批内批间变异系数均小于10%,准确度和精密度良好,完全满足检测需求。该方法色谱分离较好,分析速度较快,前处理简单,适用于清肺止咳散中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚等4种解热镇痛药物的定性定量检测。  相似文献

建立了安替比林血药浓度检测的反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC).血浆经乙腈提取后进样测定,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为0.025 mol/L醋酸钠溶液-乙腈(74:26,V/V),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样量20μL.安替比林血药浓度在0.1~30μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为93.44%~97.21%,日内和日间变异系数小于4.26%.  相似文献

建立兽用抗生素注射液与可溶性粉剂中非法添加对乙酰氨基酚、安乃近、安替比林、萘普生、氨基比林5种药物的高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测分析方法。样品经甲醇超声提取后进行液相色谱分析,采用CAPCELL PAK MG C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈和磷酸盐缓冲液,梯度洗脱,检测波长229 nm,流速1.0 m L/min。对乙酰氨基酚、安乃近、安替比林、萘普生、氨基比林进样量分别在5.04~100.88、12.04~240.72、5.04~100.72、2.02~40.40、5.02~100.32μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=5)分别为97.9%~102.8%、91.9%~98.8%、96.2%~101.1%、94.1%~102.3%、96.0%~102.8%,RSD分别为1.0%~3.1%、0.9%~6.4%、1.7%~4.2%、1.4%~3.9%、0.9%~4.8%。该方法快捷、简便,其准确性和灵敏度经方法学验证能很好地满足检测多种抗生素中非法添加解热镇痛类药物的筛查要求。  相似文献

建立了猪肝中阿苯哒唑及其代谢物阿苯哒唑砜、阿苯哒唑亚砜、2-氨基阿苯哒唑砜,噻苯哒唑及其代谢物5-羟基噻苯哒唑,甲苯哒唑及其代谢物氨基甲苯哒唑、5-羟基甲苯哒唑,芬苯哒唑及其代谢物芬苯哒唑砜、等效物奥芬哒唑,氟苯哒唑及其代谢物2-氨基-氟苯哒唑共14种苯并咪唑类药物及其代谢物残留检测的高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,MCX固相萃取柱净化。Waters Xterra C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,5μm)分离,流动相A相为0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液;B相为0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果表明,14种苯并咪唑类药物及其代谢物标准溶液在10~1 000 ng/mL的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,R2均大于0.99,方法检测限为5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,14种苯并咪唑类药物及其代谢物在10~200μg/kg添加浓度范围内回收率均70%~120%之间。批内、批间相对标准偏差均小于20%。本方法灵敏、准确,满足食品安全检测法规的要求。  相似文献

建立梯度洗脱HPLC法同时测定4种解热镇痛类药物的含量方法。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果表明,在该色谱条件下,对乙酰氨基酚、安乃近、安替比林、氨基比林分离良好;对乙酰氨基酚在50~500μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.2%(n=9),RSD为0.6%;安乃近在10~250μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.6%(n=9),RSD为0.8%;安替比林在10~100μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),RSD为1.0%;氨基比林在10~250μg/mL范围内线性良好,R=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.9%(n=9),RSD为0.8%。本测定方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于同时测定以上4种解热镇痛类药物的含量。  相似文献

建立了一种可同时检测牛组织中三氯苯唑及其代谢物三氯苯唑酮药物残留的高效液相色谱-紫外检测法。牛组织样品经乙腈提取,异辛烷去脂肪,PPL柱净化。以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液和乙腈溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长296 nm。结果表明,三氯苯唑、三氯苯唑酮在20~1200 ng/m L范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,R2均大于0.999。方法的最低定量限为50μg/kg。三氯苯唑、三氯苯唑酮在50~600μg/kg的浓度添加水平上,其回收率在70%~100%范围内,批内、批间的相对标准偏差小于20%。  相似文献

建立了鸡蛋中环丙氨嗪及其代谢物三聚氰胺残留检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。液相色谱条件:色谱柱为Waters BEH HILIC柱(50mm×2.1mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;流速0.3mL/min;进样量10μL。质谱条件为:电喷雾离子源(ESI^+),多反应监测(MRM)方式进行采集。结果表明:在2.5-100μg/L的基质匹配系列混合标准溶液内环丙氨嗪和三聚氰胺的相关系数R^2〉0.998;方法检测限为1μg/L,定量限为2.5μg/L;从10、50、100μg/kg三个添加浓度检测结果可以看出,方法的平均回收率为74.6%~91.4%,批内批间RSD值均〈15%。  相似文献

When early people made their appearance, zoonotic infectious diseases were already waiting, but epidemic diseases did not appear in human history until people began to live in large numbers under conditions of close contact, mainly during the last 10,000 years. Disease has decimated urban populations, conquered armies, and disrupted society. The focus here is on (1) the plague of Athens and the Black Death; (2) smallpox, influenza, and rabies; (3) avian influenza prion diseases, and foot & mouth disease; and (4) emerging and re-emerging diseases. All have veterinary public health associations. In Athens, Greece, in 430 BC, when the Spartans ravaged the countryside, hordes crowded into Athens so that orderly movements, space in which to live, and adequate supplies of food became impossible. Crowding of any population fosters disease transmission; chaos and disorder enhance it all the more. Out of northern Egypt came a terrible plague from across the Mediterranean Sea. The identity of the plague of Athens remains unsure, but the well-considered conclusion is Rift Valley Fever, a mosquito borne, viral zoonosis. The Black Death, also called the Plague, raged in Asia for centuries. In 1347, the Black Death was brought by a ship out of Asia to Sicily. The scenes of devastation were repeated throughout Europe, with 90% or more of the people dying in city after city. Influenza, too, has been a cause of periodic human epidemics, but the great pandemic of influenza occurred in the last months of World War I. In the years of highest occurrence, more than half the world's population became clinically infected. If veterinary public health had been born earlier, it could have led to elucidating the epidemiology of influenza and the plagues of Athens, Europe, and Asia. In turn, smallpox had also caused continual tragedy. In 1796, Edward Jenner began to harvest pustules of cowpox from children or infected cows and inject them into susceptible children. In 1980, the World Health Organization declared that smallpox had been eliminated from the world. Rabies, though, still strikes terror. A number of animal diseases, broadly termed emerging and re-emerging diseases, need surveillance because they have the potential to impact human health. From late in 2003 to 2007, the highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza virus in poultry infected at least 121 people and caused 62 deaths in four countries. The prion diseases, too, all have very high numbers in concentrated contacts. To control these diseases, veterinary public health is essential, with diagnosis, epidemiological surveillance, clinical manifestations, and prevention as primary measures.  相似文献

On 26th of july 2007 a new case of bluetongue was notified in the Netherlands and on 2nd of august 2007 foot-and-mouth disease was diagnosed in Surrey, England, which raised the threat of having both infections simultaniously in one area. Bluetongue and foot-and-mouth disease have a different pathogenesis, but symptoms may resemble each other at a later stage of infection. The pathogenesis and possible clinical symptoms of both infections are discussed and illustrated with pictures.  相似文献

2018年岁末,笔者有幸赴德国和荷兰,就畜产品质量安全控制及检测技术等进行了短期交流,收获颇丰,现具体介绍如下。一、交流情况德国面积35.73万平方千米,人口约8175.2万,是欧盟人口最多的国家,农业发达,机械化程度很高。德国的畜牧业以猪、牛、羊和禽类为主,畜牧业产值占农业生产总值的61%。德国虽然农业比重很小,但却是有机农业运动最早的发起国,也是目前世界上有机农产品生产与消费大国。  相似文献
