维生素C对大口黑鲈生长与非特异性免疫的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
以不同维生素C水平(添加量分别为0、500、1000、2000和4000mg·kg-1)的5种饲料喂养初始体重为19g左右的大口黑鲈1个月,每个处理50尾鱼,各处理3个重复,研究维生素C对大口黑鲈生长及非特异性免疫的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加维生素C能显著促进大口黑鲈的生长和脾体指数(P<0·05),然而对大口黑鲈的成活率以及肝体指数等不产生影响(P>0·05);饲料中添加维生素C能显著促进大口黑鲈血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力和溶菌酶活力(P<0·05);随着饲料中维生素C添加水平的提高,大口黑鲈肝脏中维生素C的积累量显著升高(P<0·05)。实验证明,Vc作为免疫刺激剂能有效地提高大口黑鲈的生长与非特异性免疫能力。  相似文献

Commercial farming of carnivorous fish demands the reduction of environmental impact of feeds; that requires minimal use of dietary animal protein. This study investigated the digestibility of diets formulated exclusively out of plant protein, added feed attractants, by the carnivore largemouth bass, Micropterus salmoides . Juvenile largemouth bass (14.0 ± 1.0 cm) conditioned to accept artificial, dry feed were confined in polypropylene cages and fed ad libitum in three daily meals, seven experimental diets containing varying levels of vegetable and animal protein sources, added of different feed stimulants. After last daily meal, cages were transferred to cylindrical–conical-bottomed, 200-L aquaria, where faeces were collected by sedimentation into refrigerated containers, preserved and later analysed for chemical composition. Soybean meal can be used as partial substitute of animal protein in diets for largemouth bass; the poultry by-product meal shows as a good option as animal protein source in these rations. Control treatment – 50PP : 50AP – yielded best performances; the need for the use of fish meal in the formulation for carnivorous diets is, at least, questionable. Results of the digestibility trials demonstrated the importance of determining the diet digestibility, if precision in the formulation of least-cost feeds for carnivorous fish is the ultimate goal.  相似文献

Abstract Catch-and-release angling is popular in many parts of the world and plays an increasingly important role in fish conservation efforts. Although survival rates associated with catch-and-release angling are well documented for many species, sublethal effects have been less studied. An experiment was conducted to directly assess the effects of catch-and-release angling on growth and survival of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum). Catch-and-release events were simulated in laboratory tanks maintained at 15–16 °C with hooks manually placed in pre-designated locations in the mouths of the fish. There were no differences in standard length ( P  = 0.59) or wet weight ( P  = 0.81) gained between caught and uncaught fish over a 1-month angling and recovery period. Survival was 96.99 ± 0.06% for rainbow trout caught and released, and did not vary with number (one, two or four) of captures. Thus, catch-and-release angling appears to have little effect on growth and mortality of rainbow trout hooked in the mouth.  相似文献

Four isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets containing fresh fish oil (peroxide value, POV: 11.5 meq kg?1, diet FR) and three degrees of oxidized fish oil (POV: 132, 277 and 555 meq kg?1, diet OX132, OX277 and OX555, respectively) were formulated to investigate the effects of dietary oxidized fish oil on growth performance, body composition, antioxidant defence mechanism and liver histology of juvenile largemouth bass. After a 12‐week feeding trail, a proportion of approximately 9% of Micropterus salmoides showed inflammation and haemorrhage at the base of dorsal, pectoral and tail fin in both groups OX277 and OX555. Fish fed oxidized oil diets obtained significantly higher (P < 0.05) weight gain and specific growth rate because of their remarkable higher feed intakes, compared with the fresh oil receiving group. The analysis of biometric parameters and body composition indicated significant differences (P < 0.05) in various test diets. The activities of hepatic catalase and superoxide dismutase were significantly stimulated (P < 0.05) by oxidized oil ingestion. Hepatic glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase and glutathione‐S‐transferase activities were significantly higher (P < 0.05), and liver glutathione content was markedly lower (P < 0.05) in group OX555 than the other treatments. Oxidized oil consumption resulted in marked depletion (P < 0.05) of vitamin E concentration in plasma, liver and muscle tissue, increased plasma and muscle malondialdehyde content along with decreased haematocrit value. Histological examinations indicated that hepatocytes with lipid vacuoles and nuclear migration were shown in groups OX277 and OX555. The overall results in this study suggested that an increased oxidative stress in M. salmoides fed oxidized lipid may account for their stimulated hepatic antioxidant defences, vitamin E depletion in plasma and certain tissues, and pathological changes. The detrimental effect of oxidation products on fish health and the unexpectedly enhanced feed intake of oxidized feeds in M. salmoides underline the importance that cares should be taken to minimize dietary oxidation products to the greatest extent possible.  相似文献

加州鲈肌肉生长抑制素(MSTN)cDNA的克隆和序列分析   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
肌肉生长抑制素是抑制肌肉生长和发育的生长调控因子。对运用RT-PCR和RACE技术从加州鲈成鱼肌肉总RNA中扩增得到的MSTN cDNA全序列进行了序列分析。结果表明,加州鲈MSTN cDNA全长为1626bp,其开放阅读框为1 134bp,共编码377个氨基酸,前面的22个氨基酸为信号肽,中间有四个氨基酸(RARR)为蛋白水解加工位点;该基因总共有13个半胱氨酸残基,后面9个在蛋白水解加工位点之后的C端生物活性区,与其它脊椎动物比较,它们的位置完全一致,对该基因的结构和功能非常重要。与GenBank中已知的条纹狼鲈、金鲷、斑马鱼、虹鳟、斑点叉尾鮰、人、猪、鸡、鸽MSTN的ORF相比较,核苷酸序列同源性为63%~94.4%,氨基酸同源性为61.4%~96%,特别是在C端生物活性区氨基酸同源性为88.1%~100%,高度的保守性反映了该基因受到了高度的进化限制以及功能的重要性。加州鲈MSTN基因的克隆为研究该基因打靶和鱼类肌肉发育调控机理奠定了基础。  相似文献

以4种淀粉,蜡质玉米淀粉(L)、高直链玉米淀粉(Z)、小麦淀粉(X)和木薯淀粉(M),分别以5%和10%的添加量配制了8种等氮和等能(CP 48%,GE 18.5 MJ/kg)的饲料(L5、L10、Z5、Z10、X5、X10、M5和M10)。用上述饲料饲养初始体重为(23.46±0.19)g的大口黑鲈45 d,以评定大口黑鲈饲料的适宜淀粉源及添加水平。结果显示,饲料中淀粉的添加水平和淀粉源对大口黑鲈的生长、饲料利用、体组成和非特异性免疫指标均有显著影响。随着同一种淀粉的添加量从5%升至10%,L10、X10和M10组实验鱼的特定生长率和摄食率显著降低,但饲料效率和蛋白质效率显著升高,而Z5和Z10组间的上述指标的差异不显著;L10、X10和M10组的肝体比、脏体比和肝糖原含量均显著升高,但Z5和Z10组间的脏体比差异不显著;全鱼和肝的脂肪含量及肝的蛋白质含量均显著降低;L10组的红细胞数和红细胞压积、Z10组的血清甘油三酯及X10组的红细胞压积和血清甘油三酯水平显著降低;Z10组的血清补体活性显著降低;L5、Z5、X5和M5组的餐后3~12 h的血糖水平各自低于L10、Z10、X10和M10组。不同的淀粉源在相同的添加量的情况下,Z5组的淀粉表观消化率和肝体比显著地低于L5、X5和M5组,而脂肪沉积率显著高于L5、X5和M5组;M5组的蛋白质表观消化率显著低于L5、Z5和X5组;Z10组的淀粉表观消化率、肝体比、脏体比和肝糖原含量显著低于L10、X10和M10组,而脂肪沉积率显著高于L10、X10和M10组;M10组的蛋白质表观消化率显著低于L10、Z10和X10组。饲料中淀粉的添加水平和淀粉源对大口黑鲈的摄食率、特定生长率、蛋白质消化率、脂肪沉积率、肝体比、肝糖原含量、红细胞数、血清甘油三酯含量和血清补体活性均有显著的交互作用。本研究表明,饲料的淀粉源和水平对大口黑鲈的生长、体组成、血液学指标、餐后血糖和非特异性免疫指标均有不同程度的影响,饲料中添加5%的蜡质玉米淀粉、高直链玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉和木薯淀粉均无妨碍,但添加10%的淀粉水平唯有高直链玉米淀粉较为合适。  相似文献

选择已经获得的8个与大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长性状相关的分子标记, 其中4个单核苷酸多态性标记分别位于IGF-IPOU1F1PSSIIIMSTN基因上, 4个微卫星位点分别是JZL60JZL67MisaTpw76MisaTpw117。从养殖群体中筛选出具有4个以上优势基因型数量的大口黑鲈亲鱼20尾进行群体繁殖, 其中雌鱼9, 雄鱼11尾。所产子代进行同塘饲养, 9月龄时随机挑选288尾进行体质量测量与STR基因分型。结果显示:子代体质量为103~401 g, 含有生长优势基因型的数量在1~6之间, 含有1~6个生长优势基因型的个体其平均体质量依次为227.83239.56258.81273.02302.50305.60 g, 生长优势基因型的数量与大口黑鲈生长速度呈正相关。进一步分析表明子代中优势基因型的平均数量为2.99, 相比亲本群体的优势基因型平均数量(2.36)得到提高。研究结果说明, 利用有限的与生长相关的优势基因型进行聚合可以获得具有优良生长性状的大口黑鲈, 也为下一步大口黑鲈分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。

试验从摄食方面研究食物对大口黑鲈主要消化器官蛋白酶和淀粉酶分泌的影响,对摄食后主要消化器官蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力进行了研究。结果表明,摄食对蛋白酶活力影响:摄食后1h胃蛋白酶降低,至摄食后4 h升高到平稳水平(P>0.05);幽门盲囊蛋白酶活力摄食后开始降低,而从摄食后4 h开始升高(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶活力摄食后1 h出现升高,摄食后4 h降到最低,10 h又升高到较大活力。摄食对淀粉酶活力影响:胃淀粉酶活力摄食后开始降低,摄食后4h又升高到最大(P<0.05);肠道淀粉酶活力摄食后开始升高,至摄食后4 h达到稳定(P>0.05);幽门盲囊淀粉酶活力在摄食后开始降低,到摄食后4h升高到较高活力,并保持到摄食后10 h;摄食后1 h肝脏淀粉酶活力便保持在较高水平(P>0.05)。  相似文献

Ecology of Freshwater Fish 2011: 20: 92–101. © 2010 John Wiley & Sons A/S Abstract – Lakeshore residential development is associated with changes in littoral habitat, riparian habitat, and ecosystem function with potential impacts ramifying through aquatic food webs. Effects of these changes on economically important game fishes may vary with fish size. We investigated largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) size‐specific growth rates across 16 lakes spanning the range of lakeshore residential development in Wisconsin’s Northern Highland Lake District using a longitudinal multilevel model. Growth rates of small fish had a strong positive relationship with lakeshore residential development. The strength of the relationship decreased with length and became increasingly negative for fish longer than 210 mm. This pattern may be driven by a release from density‐dependent growth, shifts in available prey sources, reduced macrophyte cover, or angling‐induced selection pressures. Regardless of the mechanism, our results indicate, relative to undeveloped lakes, largemouth bass in highly developed lakes take 1.5 growing seasons longer to enter the fishery (356 mm).  相似文献

为了评定大口黑鲈对饲料中蛋氨酸的最适需求量,配制了蛋氨酸含量分别为0.61%,0.82%,0.98%,1.21%,1.42%和1.59%的6水平等氮等能饲料(44.39%粗蛋白质,0.30%胱氨酸,19.81 kJ/g总能),以初始体重为(37.88±0.40)g的大口黑鲈为试验对象,进行了66 d的饲养试验。饲养试验在室内循环水养殖系统中进行,每饲料处理设3个重复,每重复放养试验鱼25尾。饲养试验采取表观饱食投喂,每天投喂两次(8:30和15:30)。试验期间水温(27±1)℃,溶解氧6 mg/L以上。结果表明,试验鱼的特定生长率、饲料效率、蛋白质效率、蛋白沉积率随着饲料中蛋氨酸水平从0.61%到1.21%的升高而显著提高(P<0.05),此后则呈降低的趋势。饲料中蛋氨酸水平对全鱼和肌肉中粗蛋白含量有显著影响(P<0.05);但各组间水分、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。0.61%蛋氨酸的饲料组的肝体比和脏体比显著大于其他组(P<0.05),其他组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲料中蛋氨酸水平显著影响血清溶菌酶活力,头肾白细胞吞噬活性及其呼吸爆发活性(P<0.05)。以特定生长率为评价指标经二次回归分析得出,当饲料中的胱氨酸占饲料蛋白质的0.68%时,大口黑鲈对饲料中蛋氨酸的最适需求量为1.22%,占饲料蛋白质的2.75%。  相似文献

目前,大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)配合饲料对鱼粉的依赖性大,而鱼粉价格不断上涨,导致其饲料成本居高不下,严重制约了其养殖业的健康发展。为降低饲料成本,本研究以鱼粉、鸡肉粉和猪肉粉为饲料动物蛋白源,制作7种配合饲料(D1~D7),其鱼粉/鸡肉粉/猪肉粉的添加百分比分别为45.0/22.6/0、37.1/22.6/8.0、28.8/22.6/16.0、45.0/14.5/8.0、45.0/5.3/16.0、41.6/18.0/8.0和37.0/13.8/16.0。采用上述饲料投喂大口黑鲈幼鱼(初始体重约为55 g) 60 d,评估饲料动物蛋白源组合对鱼生长性能、组织生化指标、肌肉质构特性以及肝脏蛋白质代谢和肠道炎性因子相关基因表达的影响。结果显示,相比于其他饲料投喂组,D3组鱼的终末体重、增重率、特定生长率显著提高,饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05);D3组全鱼粗蛋白质显著高于D5组,其粗脂肪水平显著低于D4和D6组(P<0.05)。在组织生理生化指标方面,D3组鱼血清总氨基酸含量显著高于D1和D4组(P<0.05),而其谷草转氨酶活性显著低于D5组(P<0.05);D3组鱼肝脏总蛋白含量显著高于D7组(P<0.05)。在肌肉品质方面,D3组肌肉硬度和胶着性以及咀嚼性分别显著低于D4组和D6组(P<0.05)。此外,D3组肠抗炎基因il-10,肝脏蛋白质合成基因tor、s6k1、akt、pi3k mRNA表达水平上调,显著高于D7组(P<0.05);而肠促炎因子il-1β、il-6和肝脏翻译抑制因子4ebp-1 mRNA表达水平下调,显著低于D1组(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,饲料中添加28.8%鱼粉、16.0%猪肉粉和22.6%鸡肉粉对大口黑鲈的促生长效果最优,且有利于提高肝脏蛋白质合成,维护肠道健康。研究结果可为降低大口黑鲈配合饲料对鱼粉的依赖提供技术支撑。  相似文献

对饥饿和饥饿后投喂的大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力及消化组织的变化进行了研究,饥饿周期为30d。饥饿对大口黑鲈消化道指数的影响为肝体比从试验的第3天开始明显下降(P<0.05),第20天开始保持稳定水平(P>0.05);幽门盲囊重与体重比先上升后下降;胃重与体重比始终呈上升趋势(P<0.05);肠重与体重比在第10天开始保持稳定水平(P>0.05);肠长与体长比呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。饥饿对蛋白酶活力影响为从开始到第3天胃蛋白酶活力上升,第10天开始下降;幽门盲囊蛋白酶活力在第10天之后持续下降(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶活力一直呈下降趋势。饥饿对淀粉酶活力影响为肝脏淀粉酶活力、胃淀粉酶活力和幽门盲囊淀粉酶活力均呈下降趋势(P<0.05);肠道淀粉酶活力第10天之后即稳定在低水平(P>0.05)。饥饿后摄食对蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力的影响为饥饿后摄食蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力均呈上升趋势,上升的速度在不同组织有差异,在恢复摄食后的第10天基本达到正常水平。  相似文献

Abstract  – We investigated several indices (relative weight, mesentery fat, hepatosomatic index, gonadosomatic index, muscle index and visceral somatic index) of largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides (Lacèpede) as a function of season, gender and length to determine how these indices changed with energy content. Length was a significant influence in all comparisons of monthly index measurements, with the exception of the muscle index. All indices, except for the gonadosomatic index, showed few significant differences between sexes for all length groups. Generally, index values were associated with seasonal changes in prey relative abundance and temperature, and the reproductive cycle in mature fish. Total body energy was most influenced by muscle energy stores. Hepatic and gonadal energy of large, sexually mature females decreased considerably with the onset of spawning. Muscle and hepatic energy, to a lesser extent, supported gonadal development. Muscle index values closely tracked seasonal changes in muscle energy, thus providing a useful tool for evaluating seasonal growth and energy patterns. The hepatosomatic index responded to changes in body condition of small and medium fish until June, after which further increases in plumpness caused the utility of this index to decrease. The mesentery fat index provided a useful measure of stored energy available for long-term needs, relative to other energy depots. Seasonal dynamics of invasive condition indices must be considered in light of rapid increases or decreases in body weight (e.g., spawning loss of gametes).  相似文献

Abstract  During the summer of 1990 the diet of Micropterus salmoides (Lacepède) was studied in four southern Portuguese reservoirs. The dominant food items were insects (especially Odonata and Ephemeroptera naiads, and Odonata and Hemiptera adults), the crayfish, Procambarus clarkii (Girard), and pumpkinseed sunfish, Lepomis gibbosus (L.). There was an increase in the consumption of L. gibbosus as bass changed from 100–200 mm total length to over 200 mm, and a corresponding decline in the insect and crayfish components. Carp, Cyprinus carpio L., and other benthic cyprinids were absent from the stomach contents. The association between the different prey consumed and the habitat characteristics are discussed in relation to the feeding ecology of largemouth bass, an exotic species in Portugal.  相似文献

The behavioural and metabolic responses of the largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides (Lacépède) to temperature were determined to define optimal thermal conditions. The final preferendum of largemouth bass juveniles determined with acute and gravitation methods was independent of the method (29.0–28.1 °C). The displacement velocity in the horizontal thermal gradient of bass juveniles was 22.4 cm h−1 in the light phase and 22.6 cm h−1 in the dark phase. Oxygen consumption rates in the largemouth bass increased significantly (P<0.05) from 48.8 to 69.4 mg O2 Kg−1 h−1 with an increase in the acclimation temperature from 20 to 33 °C. The temperature quotient (Q10) in the juveniles was 1.37–2.00 in the range of acclimation temperatures of 26–29 and 29–32 °C. The optimum temperature range for growth calculated using Jobling's equation was 28.1–28.6 °C and for Q10 values 26–29 °C. The results are discussed in relation to the use of this information in aquaculture.  相似文献

为研究饲料添加酸化剂对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%的酸化剂,配制5组等氮等脂的实验饲料,分别投喂初始体重为(21.31 ± 0.18)g的大口黑鲈64天。结果显示,大口黑鲈增重率和特定生长率随着饲料中酸化剂添加量的提高呈先升后降的变化,在0.15%组均达到最大值。与对照组相比,饲料添加0.10%-0.15%的酸化剂显著降低了大口黑鲈饲料系数,显著提高了大口黑鲈全鱼粗脂肪含量和蛋白质沉积率以及对饲料干物质、粗脂肪和总能的表观消化率(P<0.05)。在饲料酸化剂添加量为0.15%时,大口黑鲈肠道脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,0.15%组的甘油三酯含量和0.10%组的总胆固醇含量显著提高,0.10%组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。饲料中酸化剂添加量在0.10%-0.15%时,大口黑鲈血清总抗氧化能力以及肠道总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清谷草转氨酶活性和肝脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。0.15%组肠道绒毛长度、绒毛宽度、肌层厚度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲料中添加0.15%的酸化剂显著上调了大口黑鲈肠道抗氧化相关基因(Nrf2、CAT和Cu/Zn-SOD)的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05),显著上调了抑炎因子(IL-10)基因的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05),饲料中添加0.20%的酸化剂显著下调了促炎因子(TNF-α、IL-1β)基因的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。以增重率和饲料系数为评价指标,基于折线模型结果表明大口黑鲈饲料中酸化剂适宜添加量为0.148%-0.152%。总结,饲料中添加0.15%的酸化剂能够促进大口黑鲈的生长,提高抗氧化能力,降低肠道炎症水平以及维持肠道健康。  相似文献

为了查明2009年10月广东省佛山地区养殖大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)中暴发的传染性疾病的病原,对病鱼的肝脏、脾脏和腹隔膜进行切片电镜观察,发现细胞质中有大量病毒颗粒,切面为六角形,直径约145~150 nm,病毒为二十面体对称结构、无囊膜、似虹彩病毒的病毒粒子.用除菌的病鱼组织滤液感染健康大口黑鲈,被感染鱼死亡率达90%以上.根据已知虹彩病毒主要衣壳蛋白(MCP)基因序列设计特异引物,提取人工感染发病鱼的肝脏、脾脏、肾脏组织的DNA进行PCR扩增,将扩增片段进行序列测定与分析,结果表明该序列与已报道的鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)传染性脾肾坏死病毒(Infectious Spleen and Kidney Necrosis Virus,ISKNV)MCP基因同源性为98%.电镜观察和MCP基因测序分析结果显示,该病毒的分类地位为虹彩病毒科(Iridoviridae)细胞肿大病毒属(Megalocytivirus).  相似文献

Apparent digestibility of dry matter and energy, and availability of amino acids from blood meal (BM), fish meal (FM), meat and bone meal (MBM), poultry by-product meal (PBM), soybean meal (SBM), corn, wheat and yellow grease (YG) were determined for bluegill Lepomis macrochirus (mean weight, 57 g), and likewise, but not for BM or wheat, for largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides (mean weight, 30 g). To avoid nutrient interaction from a reference diet, diets containing 98.5% (985 g kg−1) of test ingredients were used, except for semi-solid, YG which was mixed with corn to permit pelletization. Faeces were collected by a siphoning method. Apparent dry matter digestibility values ranged from 50% (corn) to 87% (BM) for bluegill and from 53% (MBM) to 76% (PBM) for largemouth bass. Apparent energy digestibility values ranged from 53% (corn) to 92% (BM) for bluegill and from 63% (MBM) to 93% (YG) for largemouth bass. Apparent digestibility of most amino acids exceeded 90% for evaluated protein sources, except for MBM which showed slightly lower values (80–90%) for both fishes. 采用最佳线性无偏差预测法(BLUP法)对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)体质量、体长和体高的遗传参数和育种值进行估计.4月龄和6月龄的体质量遗传力分别为0.29±0.08和0.28±0.10、体长遗传力分别为0.31±0.08和0.26±0.10,6月龄的体高遗传力为0.29±0.10.这些性状的传力都属于中度遗传力(P<0.01),表明在加性效应控制下,大口黑鲈生长性状具有较大的遗传改良潜力.6月龄的体质量与体长、体质量与体高及体长与体高的遗传相关分别为0.790±0.094、0.820±0.081和0.990±0.001,这些性状之间均表现为高的正遗传相关性(P<0.01),说明在对体质量进行选择的同时,其他生长性状也可以获得相应的间接选择反应.从不同评定方法的秩相关来看,6月龄时综合育种值与体质量育种值、体长育种值以及体质量育种值与体长育种值的秩相关系数均达到了极显著(P<0.01),分别为0.998、0.914和0.890,用综合育种值对大口黑鲈的评定名次排序与用单性状育种值排序的差异不大.本研究对大口黑鲈生长性状的遗传参数和育种值进行确定与分析,旨在为该物种的人工选育提供理论依据和技术参考.  相似文献

为研究发酵桑叶对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长、代谢与抗氧化能力的影响,选用初始体重为11 g的大口黑鲈,随机分成3组,每组4个重复。分别饲喂基础饲料、含10%桑叶高脂饲料和含10%桑叶低蛋白饲料8周。试验结果表明:同基础饲料相比,饲料中添加发酵桑叶显著抑制低蛋白组大口黑鲈的生长,而不影响高脂组大口黑鲈的生长性能。基础饲料组大口黑鲈血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性以及甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著高于低蛋白组,与高脂组无显著差异,同时,低蛋白组血清中HDL-C/CHO和HDL-C/LDL-C比值显著高于基础饲料组和高脂组。试验组大口黑鲈血糖含量显著低于基础饲料组(P0.05)。饲料中添加发酵桑叶显著提高大口黑鲈血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及CAT/SOD比值。各组鱼体的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量无显著差异。由此可见,饲料中添加发酵桑叶会降低大口黑鲈血脂、血糖,增强其机体的抗氧化作用。  相似文献
