为确定荣昌3个养鹅场雏鹅感染的真菌种类,本研究采集病死雏鹅肺脏病变组织样本进行病原分离,对分离的真菌进行了形态学鉴定和ITS2序列PCR扩增及测序分析。结果显示:分离的真菌菌落颜色、菌丝结构、孢子无性繁殖方式均符合烟曲霉的特征,ITS2序列与GenBank的烟曲霉AF454113、AF454114、AY660923菌株同源性均为100%。分离菌株雏鹅回归试验显示,感染雏鹅气囊有真菌结节,肺泡壁增厚,毛细血管淤血,支气管管腔有脓性纤维蛋白或粘液,肝细胞变性坏死,淋巴细胞浸润等病变。肺脏主要表现为非典型肺炎,肝脏主要表现为实质性肝炎。本研究为临床诊断曲霉病提供了实验依据。 相似文献

Oocysts were recovered from chickens experimentally infected with the Mukteswar strain of Newcastle disease virus and Eimeria acervulina or E tenella. Oocysts sterilised by sodium hypochlorite solution were washed, ruptured and inoculated into embryonating eggs which were examined after five days by the haemagglutination test for virus. All these tests were negative. Virus, initially detected with oocysts separated from faeces, was no longer present after sporulation in 2 per cent potassium bichromate. The B1 strain of virus survived for up to 30 hours in 2 per cent sodium hydroxide and 2 per cent potassium bichromate but was quickly destroyed by sodium hypochlorite (specific gravity 1.075). 相似文献

Serum and fecal specimens from 147 birds were tested for Chlamydia psittaci. Isolation rates ranged from 3.4% of 88 birds that had titers less than 8, to 50% of six birds that had titers greater than or equal to 128. Testing of 44 paired sera revealed a significant titer increase in 5 pairs, a significant titer decrease in 8 pairs, and a stable titer in 31 pairs. The examination of both feces and serum is recommended for determining Chlamydia psittaci infections in individual live psittacine birds. 相似文献

Skin test antigens for the diagnosis of brucellosis were produced from the rough Brucella abortus strain 45/20. The production of two products termed Brucellin B and Brucellin W are described. The method described for the production of Brucellin W is recommended as an improved practical method of Brucellin production. The Brucellin products described were equal in sensitivity to that of a commercially available product, Brucellergen, which is used in New Zealand. Brucellin B was extensively tested in non-infected cattle and its specificity was equal to that of Brucellergen. Recommendations for the standardisation of skin test reagents for the diagnosis of brucellosis are made. Intradermal testing for brucellosis in cattle should be used only for the identification of infected herds and not as an individual animal test. 相似文献

Vestibular organs consist of the maculae staticae, which are located in both the utricle and saccule, as well as the semicircular ducts and their ampullas. There have been no reports on specimen preparation methods for vestibular organs, including maculae staticae or semicircular ducts. In this study, we investigated highly reproducible methods of preparing vestibular organ specimens for histopathological examinations. We established a method that allows researchers to observe the utricle and saccule, including otoliths, the ampulla of a semicircular duct, and parts of semicircular ducts. This highly reproducible method is useful for histopathological analysis of mice with symptoms of abnormal equilibrium caused by medical toxicity and genetic modification. 相似文献

Vasculature of the epididymis was investigated by means of corrosion casts. In the boar, epididymal arteries form a complex network around their stem vessel, the testicular artery. Proper perfusion fixation or complete casting therefore require direct injection into one of these branches. To reach the distal cauda, cannulation of the deferential artery is further needed. Connections between all of these feeding vessels occur at the level of the vascular cone. A prominent anastomosis between an epididymal branch and the testicular artery is regularly observed under the caput epididymis. Epididymal veins drain to a large extent into the pampiniform plexus. Unlike the situation in other species, vascularization of testis and epididymis are closely associated in the boar. 相似文献
