Abstract – Age and growth of juvenile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus , from Lakes Zwai, Langeno and Chamo (Ethiopia) were studied from microincrements in otoliths. Growth in length was best described by the Gompertz model. Average growth rate of the fish was most rapid in Lake Chamo (0.39 mm  ·  day−1, 1.14%  ·  day−1), intermediate in Lake Zwai (0.20 mm  ·  day−1, 0.72%  ·  day−1) and slowest in Lake Langeno (0.16 mm  ·  day−1, 0.62%  ·  day−1). Similarly, back-calculation from otolith increment widths gave growth rates of 0.28 to 0.43 mm  ·  day−1, 0.15 to 0.32 mm  ·  day−1 and 0.11 to 0.28 mm  ·  day−1 for Chamo, Zwai and Langeno fish, respectively. In addition, Fulton's condition factor was largest for Chamo tilapia and smallest for Langeno tilapia; the difference between fish from Langeno and Zwai was small. "吉富"系列罗非鱼是中国当前养殖的主要罗非鱼种类。该研究以3个品系"吉富"尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)(新吉富、吉富、吉诺玛)为研究材料,应用3×3完全双列杂交设计构建了9个组合,采用数量遗传学方法对各组合子一代的体质量、全长、体长、体高和体宽5个生长性状的配合力、杂种优势与遗传相关进行了分析。结果表明:5个生长性状均未检测到一般配合力,而特殊配合力效应达62%以上,表明这些性状主要受到特殊配合力的影响;进一步的杂种优势分析发现吉诺玛♀×新吉富♂、新吉富♀×吉诺玛♂、吉富♀×新吉富♂这3个组合的杂种效果明显,其中以吉诺玛♀×新吉富♂为最佳组合;5个生长性状之间均存在显著的遗传相关与表型相关(P0.05),可进行多性状的聚合利用。该研究结果为"吉富"系列罗非鱼的配套利用提供了有益的资料和数据,同时为开展罗非鱼配套系育种提供了依据。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of a probiotic bacterium, Enterococcus faecium ZJ4 on growth performances and immune responses of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The tilapias were treated with E. faecium ZJ4 at a final concentration of 1 × 107 cfu ml− 1 in aquaria water every 4 days. Six aquaria with three replicates for treated and controls were used. After 40 days, the tilapias supplemented with the probiotic showed significantly better final weight and daily weight gain (DWG) than those fed the basal diet (Control) (P < 0.05). There was no remarkable difference (P > 0.05) in the total serum protein, albumin content, globulin concentration and A/G ratio between the treated and control tilapias. The result of lysozyme activity assay was similar to these biochemical indexes. However, the complement component 3 content, myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and the respiratory burst activity of blood phagocytes were higher (P < 0.05) in E. faecium treated tilapias (trial 1) than the controls.  相似文献

Lack of suitable diets for semi‐intensive production of Oreochromis niloticus in Kenya has necessitated use of expensive diets designed for intensive production. To address this problem, two isonitrogenous (24% protein) diets were formulated and evaluated for production of O. niloticus in fertilized ponds. One diet contained vitamins and minerals premix (CV) while the other had no premix (CW). Growth of fish fed on the formulated feeds was compared with groups of fish fed on commercial pig pellets (PP) and wheat bran (WB). There were significant differences in mean weights, growth rates and feed conversion ratios between the formulated and the other diets. No significant differences in these parameters were observed between CV and CW and also between PP and WB. Fish that fed on the formulated feeds produced significantly lower number of juveniles than those fed on PP and WB. Fish fed on WB gave the best economic returns while those on PP had the least returns. Present results suggest that vitamins and minerals premix may not be necessary in diets for semi‐intensive production of O. niloticus. Present results showed that the formulated feeds produced higher yields than PP and WB, but WB had the best economic returns among the test diets.  相似文献

采用Sephacryl S-300过滤层析和DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换层析相结合的方法从尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)成熟卵子匀浆液中分离纯化出了一种高分子量的蛋白。该蛋白能被Schiff试剂、甲基绿和苏丹黑B着色,Western blot显示能被金鱼卵黄脂磷蛋白(lipovitellin,Lv)多克隆抗血清特异性识别,在非变性条件下分子量约为560 k D,在SDS变性条件下分子量约为112 k D,结果表明分离纯化的蛋白是一种含有糖、磷、脂基团的蛋白,符合鱼类Lv的性质,且与金鱼Lv有免疫交叉反应,从蛋白的性质和免疫原性以及分子量大小等角度判断,本研究获得的高纯度蛋白为尼罗罗非鱼卵黄脂磷蛋白;纯化的罗非鱼Lv在反复冻融、37℃及60℃处理条件下均未出现降解,表明罗非鱼Lv比鱼类卵黄原蛋白(Vitellogenin,Vtg)更为稳定。研究结果为罗非鱼Lv抗体的制备奠定了基础。  相似文献

This study assessed the use of increasing levels of brown propolis extract (BPE) as a growth promoter in Nile tilapia fingerling feeds. In a complete randomized design, 75 Nile tilapia fingerlings with 60 days on average and weighing 4.1±0.1 g were assigned to 25 aquaria (60 L) and subjected to 5 treatments in 5 repetitions for 30 days. Propolis from Serra do Araripe, Cariri Region, South Ceará State – Brazil was used to produce the BPE. The treatments involved the addition of BPE to feed samples (0.91, 1.83, 2.74 and 3.65 g kg−1) and feed control (without BPE). The final mean weight and the percentage of weight gain varied quadratically with the increase in BPE ( P <0.01), with a maximum of 2.22 g kg−1. The other evaluated parameters were not affected by the treatments ( P >0.05). The level of best performance parameters was 2.22 g kg−1, between the levels of 1.83 and 2.74 g BPE kg−1 feed inclusion. These results indicate the potential to use the brown propolis extract as a growth promoter to Nile tilapia fingerlings.  相似文献

采用自雌鱼口腔中取出受精卵人工孵化的方法建立了尼罗罗非鱼家系20个。受精后9d,将各家系鱼苗分成两份,分别在28℃(对照组)和36℃(高温诱导组)下养殖,诱导处理12d后,统计高温诱导期成活率并将实验鱼转入自然水温下培育,养殖60~120d后对各实验组的雄性率及生长情况进行测定。结果表明,高温处理对仔鱼的成活率没有影响,但能显著提高某些家系的雄性率,如F27(诱导组88%,对照组49%)、F37(诱导组90%,对照组53%)和F41(诱导组91%,对照组53%);高温处理后多数家系的雄性率略有升高,但不显著;有两个家系高温诱导组雄性率低于对照组,分别是F8(诱导组43%,对照组46%)和F35(诱导组29%,对照组38%),这显示了尼罗罗非鱼性别分化受遗传和环境因子共同作用。生长情况测定结果表明,高温诱导对发育初期罗非鱼的生长没有显著影响。本研究结果说明,高温处理能显著提高某些家系的雄性率,高温诱导和家系选择有望成为高雄性率尼罗罗非鱼新品种培育的新的技术手段。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the effect of phytic acid on nitrogen retention in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The first experiment utilized graded levels of soybean meal (SBM) with or without hydrolysis of phytic acid. The second experiment utilized diets containing graded levels of purified phytic acid. In the first experiment, weight gain was inversely related to SBM inclusion beyond 250 g kg?1 of the crude protein (CP). Broken‐line and quadratic models were applied to the growth data. The models suggest limiting inclusion to 380 and 170 g kg?1 CP for untreated and phytase treated SBM, respectively. The two SBM treatments exhibited similar trends in efficiency parameters. However, significant differences (P < 0.05) within treatments appeared when phytase treated SBM surpassed 250 g kg?1 CP, but not until 750 g kg?1 CP with untreated SBM. At similar rates of SBM incorporation, apparent net protein utilizations with untreated SBM were significantly higher beyond 250 g kg?1 CP (P < 0.05). In the second experiment, phytic acid did not affect efficiency parameters until the concentration was twice that in diets incorporating SBM as 1000 g kg?1 CP in a 330 g kg?1 CP diet. Phytic acid does not reduce nitrogen retention in tilapia, and its removal from SBM may decrease nitrogen retention.  相似文献

Use of live and dead probiotic cells in tilapia Oreochromis niloticus   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
ABSTRACT:   To investigate the effect of live and dead probiotic cells on the non-specific immune system of tilapia Oreochromis niloticus , probiotics were introduced by feeding either in the form of live or dead cells, or supplying live cells to the rearing water in a closed recirculating system. The probiotics treatment enhanced non-specific immune parameters such as lysozyme activity, migration of neutrophils and plasma bactericidal activity, resulting in improvement of resistance to Edwardsiella tarda infection. Especially, oral administration of live cells seemed to be more effective compared with other probiotic treatments such as oral administration of dead probiotic cells and supply of live probiotic cells to the rearing water. These results indicate that probiotics treatment is promising as an alternative method to antibiotics for disease prevention in aquaculture, and the viability of probiotic bacteria is a key factor to induce more potential effect of probiotics used for fish production.  相似文献

尼罗罗非鱼微卫星标记与主要生长性状的相关性分析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
为了筛选到与尼罗罗非鱼生长相关的分子标记,并对这些标记进行准确性鉴定,运用65个微卫星标记对鹭业和番禺2个尼罗罗非鱼群体进行了PCR扩增,再利用SPSS软件一般线性模型(GLM)对这些微卫星位点与尼罗罗非鱼体重等主要生长性状进行了标记性状连锁关联分析。结果表明,鹭业群体中有8个微卫星标记(UNH130,UNH183,UNH911,GM558,UNH211,UNH176,UNH914和UNH974)与主要生长性状显著或极显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中有2个微卫星标记(UNH914和UNH974)与番禺群体的主要生长性状显著或极显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),1个微卫星标记(UNH176)只与体重显著相关(P<0.05)。通过对与生长性状相关标记的基因型和表型值进行多重比较,得到了对体重、体长和体高3种性状有利的基因型或等位基因。发现了对罗非鱼生长性状有显著效应的微卫星位点,为开展罗非鱼的分子标记辅助育种提供了有价值的遗传标记。  相似文献

通过肌内注射、口灌两种给药方式,研究氟苯尼考在罗非鱼体内的药物代谢动力学特征。把吉富罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus)随机分成2组,控制水温在30℃,以15 mg/kg分别单剂量肌内注射、口灌给药。经高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定血浆中氟苯尼考浓度,用Win Nonlin药动学软件分析药动学参数。结果表明:肌内注射氟苯尼考后,药物吸收较慢,消除较快,达峰时间(T_(max))=4 h,峰浓度(C_(max))=4.64μg/mL,消除半衰期(T_(1/2λ)z L)=10.45 h,药-时曲线下面积(AUC)=91.06μg·h/mL。口灌氟苯尼考后,药物吸收较快,消除较慢,T_(max)=1 h,C_(max)=5.92μg/mL,T_(1/2λ)z L=13.13 h,AUC=61.96μg·h/mL。肌内注射、口灌氟苯尼考后,二者的药动学参数差异显著,这一差异表明肌内注射给药吸收相对较慢,但更为完全(肌内注射氟苯尼考的AUC明显较大),消除相对较快。  相似文献

以维生素C多聚磷酸酯为维生素C(VC)源,评价了饲料VC水平对吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)生长、肌肉品质和抗氧化功能的影响。在基础饲料中分别添加0、60、300和1 500 mg/kg的VC(分别记为C 0、C 60、C300和C 1500组)配制成4种实验饲料,投喂初始体质量为(77.07±2.24)g的吉富罗非鱼56 d,实验分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。结果表明,饲料中添加VC可以显著提高吉富罗非鱼的增重率、特定生长率和成活率(P0.05),但3个添加组之间无显著差异(P0.05);各实验组罗非鱼肌肉的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量不受饲料VC添加水平的影响(P0.05),罗非鱼肌肉的水分含量以C 1500组最低,显著低于其余3组(P0.05);C 300组罗非鱼肌肉的弹性和咀嚼性显著高于C 0组(P0.05);C 1500组的肌肉硬度、凝聚性、弹性、黏性、咀嚼性均显著高于C 0组(P0.05),各组的肌肉回复性无显著差异(P0.05);VC添加组的罗非鱼血清和肌肉的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于C 0组(P0.05),血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以C 300组最高,显著高于C 0组(P0.05),肌肉CAT活性有增高趋势但未出现显著差异(P0.05),3个VC添加组的血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于C 0组(P0.05),C1500组的肌肉MDA含量显著低于C 0组(P0.05)。上述结果表明,饲料中添加适量VC(有效含量282 mg/kg)能提高吉富罗非鱼的生长性能,改善其肌肉品质,增强机体抗氧化功能。  相似文献

Aquaculture development in Kenya has been hampered by lack of targeted feeds. Chemical fertilizers can enhance natural food production and thus indirectly provide protein to complement energy-rich cereal brans used as feed. Consequently, an experiment was conducted at Sagana Fish Farm in central Kenya to realize least-cost combinations of rice bran and fertilizer. Twelve 800 m2 (0.08 ha) ponds were stocked with juvenile (32 g) Oreochromis niloticus L. at 2 m−2 and Clarias gariepinus (Burchell 1822) (fingerlings of 4.6 g) at 0.2 m−2. Four treatments, calculated to approximate isonitrogenous conditions, were applied in triplicate as follows: (1) urea and diammonium phosphate (DAP) to provide 16 kg of N ha−1 week−1 and 4 kg of P ha−1 week−1; (2) urea and DAP applied to give 8 kg of N ha−1 week−1 and 2 kg of P ha−1 week−1, plus rice bran fed at 60 kg ha−1 day−1; (3) rice bran fed at 120 kg ha−1 day−1; (4) rice bran as in treatment 3 and fertilizer as in treatment 2. Ponds were sampled monthly to measure fish growth, and drained completely after 20 weeks. A partial economic analysis indicated minimal net profits of K.Sh. 18 851 (US$ 251), K.Sh. 9895 (US$ 132), K.Sh. 3299 (US$ 44) and K.Sh. 7015 (US$ 94) for treatments 1–4, respectively, because of high feed and seed costs.  相似文献

以养殖群体为对照,研究了广东东江外来尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)鳞片、腹鳍棘、鳃盖骨、脊椎骨和矢耳石5种年龄材料的年轮结构特征。与养殖群体相比,整体上东江种群年轮的清晰度及对比度更高。结合周年水温数据,推测东江尼罗罗非鱼在1 3月份低温期形成1个年轮标志,而其副轮较多的特征可能与繁殖活动有关。在5种年龄材料中,以矢耳石的轮纹特征最为明显,且规律性强,而鳃盖骨和鳞片受副轮影响,可读性最低。5种年龄材料的可读性由大到小顺序为矢耳石、脊椎骨、腹鳍棘、鳃盖骨、鳞片。  相似文献

Digestibility, feeding and growth studies were conducted with Nile tilapia using diets containing fishery by‐catch and processing waste meals. Three meals manufactured from sorted fisheries by‐catch (MBM, from mixed benthic species, SPM, from small pelagic species, CAM, from mixed catfish species) one from tuna cannery waste (TCW) and one commercial anchovy meal (COM) were tested. By‐catch and processing waste meals had lower protein, lower lipid and higher ash contents than anchovy meal. The meals were all highly digestible and no significant differences (P≥0.05) were observed between apparent protein digestibility measurements. Five feeds, containing fish meal as the major protein ingredient, were formulated and fed to triplicate groups of 30 juvenile tilapias for 9 weeks. Survival, weight gain, specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio, protein efficiency ratio, phosphorus retention and whole body proximate composition were compared. Weight gain and SGRs were similar for each treatment group and compared favourably with the results obtained from juvenile tilapia elsewhere. Growth was the highest for CAM (P≤0.05), which contained both the highest essential amino acid levels and the highest ash content. Phosphorus retention was significantly lower in fish fed with high ash meals, MBM, CAM and TCW (P≤0.05) than in fish fed with the lower ash meals COM and SPM. Overall, the fisheries by‐catch and processing waste meals evaluated in this study are suitable protein ingredients for juvenile tilapia feeds.  相似文献

采用药饵给药,药物剂量为10mg·kg^-1,比较研究了22和28℃水温条件下奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)体内氟苯尼考的药物动力学。结果得出,22℃组和28℃组罗非鱼血浆的峰药浓度(Cmax)分别为4.46和3.90μg·mL^-1,达峰时间(Tmax)均为12h,消除半衰期(T1/2β)分别为10.03和8.12h,药-时曲线下面积(AUC)分别为86.68和72.44h·μg·mL^-1。相应条件下的肌肉Cmax分别为6.88和4.59μg·g^-1,Tmax均为12h,T1/2β分别为10.97和8.03h,AUC分别为112.71和73.66h·μg·g^-1。低温组罗非鱼血浆和肌肉中药物的T1/2β均长于高温组,前者分别比后者长1.91和2.96h,表明低温组罗非鱼体内药物的消除速度慢于高温组。虽然2个水温组血浆和肌肉中药物的Tmax相同,但低温组血浆、肌肉的Cmax和AUC均明显高于高温组,表明低温组罗非鱼吸收利用药物程度高于高温组。  相似文献

选用初始体质量(3.02±0.16) g的吉富罗非鱼幼鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)450尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复30尾实验鱼,分别饲喂添加壳寡糖质量分数为0.00%(对照组)、0.10%、0.30%、0.50%和0.70%的饲料8周,考查壳寡糖对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、前肠组织结构及肠道主要菌群的影响.结果表明,在生长性能方面,添加0.30%、0.50%和0.70%壳寡糖组增重率分别较对照组显著提高12.53%、16.17%和9.47%(P<0.05);添加壳寡糖各组较对照组饲料系数显著降低,饲料干物质和蛋白质的表观消化率均显著升高(P<0.05).在肠道组织结构方面,与对照组相比,添加0.30%和0.50%壳寡糖组的幼鱼前肠绒毛长度显著增加了18.02%和23.21%,宽度显著增加了45.21%和54.06%,密度显著增加了15.18%和19.37%(P<0.05);添加0.30%、0.50%和0.70%壳寡糖组的幼鱼肠壁厚度较对照组分别减少了16.41%、19.96%和15.00%(P<0.05).在肠道主要菌群方面,各壳寡糖添加组大肠杆菌数量均显著降低,乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05).上述结果表明,吉富罗非鱼幼鱼饲料中添加壳寡糖可提高其生长性能,并改善肠道内环境,推荐适宜添加量为0.30%~0.50%.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to gain insight into how Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) regulate feed and energy intake in response to diets low and high in starch and cellulose. It was hypothesized that high-starch diets would reduce feed intake due to the effect of high blood glucose level, and that stomach volume may limit feed intake of fish fed diets low in energy. Four experimental diets, low starch–no cellulose inclusion, high starch–no cellulose inclusion, low starch–with cellulose inclusion, and high starch–with cellulose inclusion, were formulated. The high-starch diets and diets with cellulose inclusion were 17.5% more energy-diluted than the low-starch diets and diets without cellulose inclusion, respectively. Male tilapia were fed to apparent satiation for six weeks. Feed and digestible energy intake of fish fed diets with cellulose inclusion increased and decreased by 8.3% and 5.5%, respectively, compared to fish fed diets without cellulose inclusion. This suggests the role of stomach volume in restricting feed consumption. Fish fed high-starch diets achieved only 0.5% more feed intake and 13.9% less digestible energy intake than fish fed low-starch diets. The lower increase in feed intake and higher decrease in digestible energy intake of fish fed high-starch diets than of fish fed diets with cellulose inclusion suggests that high blood glucose suppresses feed intake in Nile tilapia. An alternative explanation for the differences in feed and digestible energy intake of fish fed different diets was based on the fact that heat production was not influenced by starch nor cellulose-inclusion levels. Thus, under satiation feeding, oxygen uptake capacity may determine feed and digestible energy intake in fish rather than blood glucose or stomach volume.  相似文献

在实用饲料配方的基础上分别添加0%、5%、10%猪油组成试验饲料饲喂罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)(初重43 g)8周,比较研究猪油不同添加水平对罗非鱼生长及餐后脂质代谢的影响。结果表明,罗非鱼的末重(FBW)、特定生长率(SGR)、增重率(WGR)和饲料效率(FE)随着饲料中猪油水平的增加而显著升高。而摄食量(FI)表现出相反的变化趋势,即高水平猪油组显著低于对照组。随猪油添加水平增加,罗非鱼肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活力显著降低,而肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加。血清中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)含量均随饲料中猪油水平增加而显著升高。各试验组罗非鱼血清中CHO、TG、LDL-C和VLDL-C含量随时间推移均表现出先升高后降低的变化趋势,TG和VLDL-C的峰值出现在餐后6h,而CHO和LDL-C峰值在餐后9 h。但HDL-C表现出相反的变化趋势,即先降低后升高,在餐后6 h达到最低值。总之,饲料中添加不同水平猪油会促进罗非鱼生长,但会影响罗非鱼的肝功能以及餐后脂质代谢,罗非鱼抗氧化能力也相应受到影响。  相似文献

为考察吉富罗非鱼(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)对饲料中锌的需要量,以蛋氨酸锌为锌源,配制锌添加水平分别为0,10,20,40,80,160 mg/kg的6组等氮等脂饲料(实测值分别为9.98,21.47,33.75,56.03,88.16,172.54 mg/kg),饲喂初始体质量为(84.44±3.04)g的吉富罗非鱼,试验鱼分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,养殖周期为10周。结果显示,随着饲料中锌含量的增加,吉富罗非鱼的增重率、特定生长率先显著升高,在锌含量达到33.75 mg/kg后趋于稳定,添加锌显著降低了饲料系数,提高了成活率。饲料锌含量对全鱼水分、粗蛋白及灰分含量无显著影响,显著降低了全鱼粗脂肪含量。饲料中添加锌对血清总胆固醇含量无影响,显著提高了血清碱性磷酸酶的活性,碱性磷酸酶活性在锌含量达到33.75 mg/kg后趋于稳定,血清甘油三酯含量,乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性则呈下降趋势。饲料锌含量显著影响脊椎骨、全鱼和肝脏锌的含量,脊椎骨和全鱼锌含量先线性上升,在锌含量达到56.03 mg/kg后趋于稳定,各组的肌肉锌含量无显著差异。以增重率、骨骼锌和全鱼锌含量为评价指标,根据折线回归分析得出,以蛋氨酸锌为添加锌源,吉富罗非鱼对饲料中锌的需要量分别为32.37、55.67和56.13 mg/kg。  相似文献
