A numerical model for analyzing dynamic properties of a net-cage system exposed in the open sea is proposed. The model is based on a lumped-mass method. In this model, the mooring lines are divided into linear elements and the net cage divided into several plane surface elements. The interconnected points or corners are called nodes or lumped-mass centers. The external force is calculated on each element and then equally distributed to its nodes. By adding the contributed forces from the neighboring elements, a system of motion equations for nodes is formed. The volume reduction coefficient of a net cage is estimated by the ratio of minimum volume of net cage during fluid and structure interaction to the original volume. In general, the numerical results are in good agreements with the experimental data. However, the results also show that if the Reynolds number is lower than the suggested range of 1400–1800, the numerical model may underestimate the environmental forces on a net-cage system.  相似文献

发展深水网箱养殖是保障我国粮食及食品安全的长远战略,也是缓解近海网箱养殖环境胁迫力、拓展食物生产空间的必然选择。发展深水网箱养殖首先需要面对的突出挑战是养殖设施在外海恶劣海况下的安全性问题。网衣是深水网箱的主体结构,由于其自身具有高柔性、小尺度的特点,在波浪和水流作用下易出现大位移和大变形的极端响应。当前,网衣结构分析技术已成为我国深水网箱养殖工程技术的薄弱环节,一定程度上制约当前海上养殖网箱向大型化和深水化发展。因此,网衣水动力特性研究对于深远海网箱养殖的发展具有重要意义。本研究系统介绍了计算网衣水动力荷载的主要方法及其适用范围。同时,对网衣动态响应数值计算中的主流建模技术进行了总结和分析。最后,根据目前网衣水动力特性研究中存在的热点问题,提出了网衣流固耦合分析、生物污损分析、数字孪生技术等前沿发展方向,为网衣水动力学分析向数字化、精准化发展提供参考。  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to investigate potential design procedures for rigid, closed containment aquaculture systems deployed in the marine environment. In this context, closed containment is a term used to describe a range of aquaculture technologies that attempt to restrict and control interactions between farmed fish and the external aquatic environment, with the goal of minimizing impacts. The containment units are often closely spaced and moored to the seafloor bottom. The geographical area of interest is the Straits of Georgia, British Columbia in Canada.In this study, the design configurations of multiple closed containment systems are investigated. The design procedures include examining: (1) local environmental conditions, (2) drag forces on multiple containment units, (3) wave loading, (4) undamped heave motions, (5) mooring gear components and (6) material stresses on a rigid containment structure. Operational and other design considerations are also discussed. Preliminary findings indicate that wave forces could be substantial. In addition, little is known about how containment units, which are closely spaced, will respond individually or as a farm when subjected to surface waves.  相似文献

Potential microbial extracellular leucine-aminopeptidase (LAP) and β-glucosidase (βGlc) activity in the sediments of a red sea-bream (Pagrus major) aquaculture area were measured. Temporal variations in these enzymatic activities were low and stable from December 1999 to April 2000. They rose but fluctuated widely from May to November 2000. LAP activity in the sediments ranged from 334 to 4461 nmol/g per h in the 0–1-cm layer and from 106 to 258 nmol/g per h in the 4–5-cm layer. βGlc activity ranged from 221 to 4121 nmol/g per h in the 0–1-cm layer and from 18 to 238 nmol/g per h in the 4–5-cm layer. These values were higher than others reported and the organic matter load from the fish farms appeared to promote these enzymatic activities, although the relationship was not linear. The ratio of LAP to βGlc was smaller than other reported values in marine sediments or in water samples from the same aquaculture area, suggesting that not only quantitatively but qualitatively an aspect of organic matter degradation in the sediment might be changed by the heavy supply of organic materials from fish farms.  相似文献

针对我国深远海大型网箱养殖网衣清洗装备缺乏的难题,基于高压射流空化原理,研制了一种双体深水网箱网衣清洗装备。采用数学建模及物理试验方法,建立了清洗装备关键部件的水动力特性分析方程,开展清洗装备水下清洗试验,探究了不同工况下的喷嘴孔径、喷嘴与转盘夹角 (喷嘴轴线与分流转盘盘面所呈角度)、靶距对清洗装备污损生物清洁率的影响。结果表明:网衣挂板污损生物去除率受靶距、喷嘴孔径、喷嘴和转盘夹角等多因素影响,试验参数范围内网衣清洗装备污损生物去除率为30.26%~72.55%;试验范围内喷嘴孔径为1.0 mm,喷嘴与转盘夹角为60°,靶距为0 cm时网衣挂板污损生物去除率最大,靶距对网衣挂板污损生物去除率的影响最为显著。贝类污损生物在清洗装备空化射流冲击作用下主要以壳体破碎形式脱落,网面主要残留物为具有较强吸附力的软质足丝盘。研究结果进一步优化了水下清洗装备系统的参数配置,为网衣清洗装备的设计提供了理论支撑。

The aim of this study was to develop a simulation model for finding the optimal layout and management regime for a re-circulating aquaculture system (RAS). The work plan involved: (1) quantifying the effects of fish growth and management practices on production; (2) developing a mathematical simulation model for the RAS, taking into account all factors that directly influence system profitability; and (3) estimating the production costs and, hence, the profitability of an RAS. The resulting model is process-oriented, following the flow of fish through the RAS facility, and generates an animated graphic representation of the processes through which the fish passes as it progress through the system. The simulation assesses the performance in terms of yearly turnover, stocking density, tank utilization and biomass in process, and uses statistics to track the state of the RAS and record changes that affect efficiency. The economic impact of system design and operation was modeled to enable a user to anticipate how changes in design or operating practices, costs of inputs, or price of products affect system profitability. The proposed approach overcomes difficulties in characterizing RAS design and operation. The simulation approach allows all of the RAS's components such as equipment, biological processes (e.g., fish growth), and management practices to be evaluated jointly, so that an initial design can be fine-tuned to produce an optimized system and management regime suited to a specific fish farm within a reasonable time. The methodology was executed step-by-step to design an optimal RAS that meets both economic and stocking-density limits. Optimal design specifications were presented for several case studies based on data from Kibbutz Sde Eliahu's RAS, in which Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) are raised in 20 concrete raceways. Further research should include more extensive testing and validation of the integrated model, which then should be disseminated to the aquaculture community.  相似文献

以提升清洗设备喷嘴清洗清洁度为目的,采用k-kl-w三方程湍流模型及有限元理论方法分析3类喷嘴孔内压强分布特性、速度分布特性和空化程度情况。结果显示:1)与锥型截面喷嘴和圆弧型截面喷嘴相比,突变型截面喷嘴在结构缩颈处有单位时间最大速度变化量224.13 m/s,具有更大的概率发生空化效应;2)锥型截面喷嘴与圆弧型截面喷嘴的空化区域远小于突变型喷嘴,其最大气相体积分数约为同等条件下突变型截面喷嘴的37.5%;3)高压流体作用下突变型截面喷嘴的流体状态为湍流,与锥型截面喷嘴和圆弧型截面相比湍流动能和湍流强度最大;4)圆弧型截面喷嘴湍流动能和湍流强度均趋于零,流体状态为层流,与突变型和锥型截面喷嘴相比,圆弧型截面喷嘴对保持流体层流性有较好的稳定性。喷嘴优化分析结果显示,通过增加突变型截面的喷嘴结构能显著提升喷嘴的空化强度。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study measures cost-efficiency and its determinants for 353 marine cage lobster farms in Vietnam using a two-stage bootstrap data envelopment analysis (DEA). In the first stage, the bootstrap DEA approach was used to obtain bias-corrected technical, allocative cost-efficiencies for the farms. Then, the bias-corrected cost-efficiency scores were regressed on a set of explanatory variables using a bootstrapped truncated regression. The results show that substantial cost-inefficiency occurs in lobster aquaculture due to the overuse of inputs, which, given the prevailing input prices, are also used in inappropriate ratios. Cost-efficiency is shown to be significantly impacted by the age of the farmer, total cage volume and by variables affecting the production environment such as the cage cleaning, distance to the nearest farms and the presence of other discharges into the marine environment.  相似文献

大鹏澳网箱养殖海域水质评价及因子分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
根据2001年6月至2002年6月对大鹏澳网箱养殖海域6个航次的水质监测数据,采用有机污染评价指数法对养殖区水质状况进行了评价,同时应用因子分析方法对T(水温)、DO、SS(悬浮物)、CoDMn、BOD5、NO2-N、NO3-N、NH3-N、TIN(总无机氮)、PO4-P等10个水质成分的监测数据进行了分析。结果表明,(1)2001年9月和2002年3月海水出现轻度污染,前者主要是由NO3-N、CoDMn和BoD5所引起,后者是由NH3-N、PO4-P引起的。(2)水质监测数据的总体方差主要来源于T、Do、SS、NO3-N及TIN等5个成分,其次是NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4-P,再次是CODMn和BOD5。(3)因子分析结果表明,各水质成分之间存在一定的相关关系。其中,T、Do、SS、NO3-N及TIN同时载荷于第1主因子上,说明此5个水质成分之间具有较好的相关性;NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4-P同时载荷于第2主因子上,则此3个水质成分之间的相关程性较好;CODMn和BOD5同时载荷于第3主因子上,二者之间具有较好的相关性。  相似文献

天津是国内工厂化海水养殖发展最快的区域之一,近几年随着天津滨海新区地下水的限采以及环保部门对养殖尾水排放的严格控制,海水工厂化养殖面临新的挑战。天津海水养殖发展一直受到土地和海水资源短缺因素的制约,天津海岸线为浅滩泥底潮汐带,海水比较浑浊,且工业污水和城市污水排放以及渤海和黄海较低的海水交换率造成海水富营养化。天津的气温变化大,适合室外露天养殖的时间短,但天津周边鲜活海产品巨大的市场需求和其丰富的地热资源及盐田卤水条件,促进了天津集约化的工厂化海水养殖的发展。回顾了天津海水工厂化养殖的发展历史,介绍了工厂化养殖设施装备的主要特点,分析、提出了海水工厂化养殖存在的问题及发展对策。  相似文献

The present study focuses on the development of a standard methodology for selection of suitable sites for offshore (exposed) marine fish‐cage farming (floating cages) of seabream (Sparus aurata) and seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) in an island environment, using Tenerife as an example. Site selection is a key factor in any aquaculture operation, affecting both success and sustainability and can solve conflicts between different activities, making a rational use of the coastal space. Site selection was achieved by using geographical information systems (GIS)‐based models and related technology to support the decision‐making process. The framework for spatial multicriteria decision analysis used in this study began with a recognition and definition of the decision problem. Subsequently, 31 production functions (factors and constraints) were identified, defined and subdivided into eight submodels. These were then integrated into a GIS database in the form of thematic layers and later scored for standardization. At this stage, the database was verified by field sampling to establish the quality of data used. The decision maker's preferences were incorporated into the decision model by assigning weights of relative importance to the evaluation under consideration. These, together with the thematic layers, were incorporated using multicriteria evaluation techniques and simple overlays to provide an overall assessment of possible alternatives. The integration, manipulation and presentation of the results by means of GIS‐based models in this sequential and logical flow of steps proved to be very effective for helping the decision‐making process of site selection. Tenerife has very favourable environmental conditions for culture of marine fish and there are no totally unsuitable sites for cage farming identified in this study. On the other hand, there are few very suitable sites (high scores) either, principally due to the heavy use of the coastline and the conflicts between different users. From the 228 km2 of available area for siting cages in the coastal regions with depth less than 50 m, the total area suitable for siting cages (scores 6–8) was 37 km2. There are only 0.51 km2 of very suitable areas (score 8) and approximately 5.37 km2 of suitable (score 7), most of these being located in the southeast of the island. These relatively small areas of suitability should be put into the context of the wider use of the coastal environment around Tenerife.  相似文献

Aquaculture is the fastest growing food producing sector in the world. Considerable interest exists in developing open ocean aquaculture in response to a shortage of suitable, sheltered inshore locations and possible husbandry advantages of oceanic sites such as increased water quality and oxygen supply, which improve production efficiency and the quality of fish. The extreme weather conditions experienced offshore leads to a focus on new structure concepts, remote monitoring and a higher degree of automation in order to keep the cost of constructions with an economically viable range. This paper proposes tensegrity structures in the design of wave compliant structures for offshore aquaculture. The objective of this paper is to study several different combinations of pre-stress and stiffness and determine how they influence the stiffness of the tensegrity structure. The finite element analysis program ABAQUS™ has been used to investigate the load carrying capacity of a tensegrity beam structure. The stiffness properties of the tensegrity beam were observed to be highly non-linear and dependent on pre-stress and spring stiffness. When designing a tensegrity beam, both pre-stress and spring stiffness should be considered to ensure the desired structural properties. A large strength to mass ratio and promising properties with respect to control of geometry, stiffness and vibration could make tensegrity an enabling technology for future developments. The suggested concept, the tensegrity beam, shows promising stiffness properties in tension, compression and bending, which are relevant for development of open ocean aquaculture construction for high energy environments.  相似文献

为比较不同基质构建海水养殖系统硝化功能的强弱,选取纤维毛球、陶粒、螺旋式生物绳等7种基质,其中陶粒、流化床填料、纤维毛球采取不同放置方式,共建立14个模拟海水养殖系统,比较不同基质硝化功能建立过程以及同种基质不同放置方式对氨氮和亚硝氮的去除效果。结果表明,单位体积珊瑚骨的氨氧化活性和亚硝酸盐氧化活性高于其他载体,在氨氮初始浓度20 mg/L条件下,氨氮和亚硝氮降解至检测不出分别需要3 d和11 d,而纤维毛球、陶粒、螺旋式生物绳、流化床填料、丝带内芯悬浮球、海绵内芯悬浮球硝化系统的建立分别需要18、26、30、25、27和22 d。纤维毛球100目筛绢悬挂、陶粒网兜悬挂、流化床填料100目筛绢悬挂优于其他放置方式,其中纤维毛球100目筛绢悬挂硝化功能建立时间为18 d,效果最优,流化床填料100目筛绢悬挂、陶粒网兜悬挂硝化系统建立分别需要21、24 d。  相似文献

为给养殖池的池型选择与设计提供理论依据,在相同的池体尺寸、进水速度和池底出水比例条件下,针对Cornell和Waterline两种经典双通道圆形养殖池,对其速度流场进行了计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真分析。仿真应用Ansys 15.0软件中的Fluent模块,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对两种池型的内部速度流场进行了数值模拟,分析其流场特性并进行对比。结果显示:两种池型的水流速度向池中心方向在很短距离内随着径向距离的减少而急速增大,当达到某一径向距离时,速度达到最大值,然后速度随着径向距离的减小而减小,在池子中心轴线或附近处速度降到最小;在纵向上,与池心相同水平距离处的水体流转速度则随着高度增加而减小;在池底出水分流比小于10%时,Cornell池池底自清洁能力、池子整体流场均匀性均比Waterline池差。仿真结果从理论上验证了两种池型底流比例的经验设计值在10%以上。  相似文献

针对阳澄湖围网养殖的污染控制和生态修复,以单个养殖户为对象进行生态坝的应用设计,并进行技术经济评价,为其推广应用奠定基础。该设计基于前期中试试验研究,首先对生态坝的单体结构进行优化设计,在此基础上,根据总氮污染负荷计算所需生态坝的面积,并考虑现场布设方案,最后基于该设计方案进行技术经济评价。生态坝单体优化设计主要包括包埋菌和弹性填料相结合,增强其水质净化能力,同时为大闸蟹设计蜕壳层结构,以提升其存活率(10%);针对单户养殖(6 667 m^2)的总氮污染负荷设计计算所得生态坝面积为1 344 m^2,占养殖区域的20%;其一次性建设费用约20万元,按8年折旧计算,运行费用约3万元,年增收约5万元。如果扩大应用规模,可进一步降低成本。  相似文献

Tropical and subtropical climatic conditions in India present an ideal and unique opportunity for being the leader in tropical marine finfish aquaculture. However, the problem persist due to non-availability of marine finfish seed for the culture. In response to this problem, broodstock development of different tropical marine finfishes for seed production was started. The present study was undertaken to design a recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) and studying their performance in managing the various water quality required for the marine finfish broodstock development and breeding. The design of RAS, developed in the present study, included a broodstock tank, egg collection chamber, electrical pump, rapid sand filter, venturi type protein skimmer and biological filter. Two RAS were designed, one was stocked with a demersal fish species, orange spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides) and the other was stocked with a pelagic fish species, Indian pompano (Trachinotus mookalee) at the rate 1 and 0.5 kg/m3 with a sex ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 (female: male) respectively. Various physio-chemical parameters, viz, total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), nitrite, nitrate, pH, alkalinity, temperature, free carbon dioxide (CO2) and dissolved oxygen (DO) of both tank water were analyzed to assess the performance of recirculating aquaculture system in maintaining the water quality. Gonadal development of the fishes was assessed and the spawning performance was recorded and finally, economic performance of the system was also evaluated. During the entire experimental period, mean monthly total ammonia nitrogen was less than 0.07 and 0.06 mg L−1 and mean monthly nitrite was less than 0.02 and 0.01 mg L−1 in orange spotted grouper and Indian pompano RAS tanks respectively. The pH (7.8–8.2), DO (>4 mg/L) and alkalinity (100–120 mg/L) were found to be in optimum range in both recirculating aquaculture systems. Carbon dioxide was found to be nil during the entire experimental period in both the systems. In fact these levels were comparable or less than that is reported as the permissible limits for broodstock development. Indian pompano and Orange spotted grouper matured and spawning was obtained with production of fertilized eggs round the year. Economic evaluation showed the price of 10,000 fertilized eggs of orange spotted grouper to be US $ 1.33. The design of RAS devised in the present study is efficient in controlling and maintaining optimum water quality for broodstock development of both demersal and pelagic finfishes. The fishes stocked in RAS attained final maturation and round the year spawning was obtained.  相似文献
