Crop field trials were conducted to investigate the residues of sprayed pesticides on the different sizes of tomatoes. Pesticide residue data in tomatoes varied due to different locations of the three crop fields selected and/or physicochemical properties of the three pesticides tested. The pesticide residue levels in the medium- and small-sized tomatoes were 1.5 and 2.4 times higher than the level in large-sized tomatoes under similar spray conditions, whereas amount of pesticides adhered per unit surface area were approximately equal among all three sizes of tomatoes. The results of this study suggested that the differences in pesticide residue levels were due to differences in the degree of specific surface area of each tomato size. Resultant residue data of medium-sized tomatoes demonstrated a proportional relationship between pesticide residue levels and the specific surface area of tomatoes.  相似文献

为评估福建省主产区普通白菜中农药残留水平及对人体的膳食暴露风险,采用现有的标准检测方法,对在福建省主产区采集的88个普通白菜样品中的68种农药残留进行了检测分析,并对检出农药进行了短期和长期膳食暴露风险评估。结果显示:88个普通白菜样品中,共有68个样品检出了农药残留,总检出率为77.27%;共检出27种农药,其中杀虫剂18种,杀菌剂9种;检出2种及2种以上农药残留的样品占检出农药残留样品总量的83.82%,存在农药多残留现象。利用相关农药的毒理学数据——急性参考剂量(ARfD)和每日允许摄入量(ADI)、农药残留数据和普通白菜的膳食消费量数据,评估了所检出农药的短期和长期膳食暴露风险。其中,短期膳食暴露风险值(%ARfD)范围为0~90%,长期膳食暴露风险商贡献率(RQc%)范围为0~46%。研究表明,福建省主产区普通白菜中的农药残留水平较低,通过食用该地区生产的普通白菜对消费者的农药残留膳食暴露风险整体在可接受范围内。  相似文献

中国食品中农药MRL标准对急性膳食暴露评估需求的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了评估当前国内相关农药最大残留限量(MRL)标准及我国居民的急性膳食暴露风险水平,采用FAO/WHO农药残留专家联席会议(JMPR)推荐的农药残留急性膳食暴露评估方法,利用我国居民大份额膳食消费数据、国内登记农药的规范残留试验数据和JMPR推荐的农药毒理学数据,对我国普通人群、0~6岁儿童和育龄妇女的农药残留摄入情况进行了急性膳食暴露评估。结果表明:白菜中的虫螨腈和丙森锌、甘蓝中的高效氯氰菊酯和灭多威对三类人群的国家估算急性暴露水平(NESTI)均大于急性参考剂量(ARf D);香蕉中的氟硅唑对0~6岁儿童和普通人群的NESTI分别为ARf D值的300%和160%;苹果中的二氰蒽醌、甘蓝中的高效氯氟氰菊酯、花椰菜中的阿维菌素及番茄中的丙森锌仅对0~6岁儿童有较高的急性膳食暴露风险;儿童相比其他人群摄入农药残留的急性膳食暴露风险更高、概率更大。建议我国采取相应的风险管理措施,降低农药残留摄入的急性膳食风险,同时尽快完善短期膳食消费数据库和农药残留数据库,在制定农药MRL标准时进行相应的急性膳食暴露评估,以保障消费者的农药急性膳食暴露风险在可接受水平。  相似文献

Plants are well known to incorporate pesticides into bound and unextractable residues that resist solubilization in common laboratory solvents and are therefore not accessible to standard residue analysis. A characterization of such residues has been proposed for incorporation rates above trigger values of 0.05 mg kg(-1) parent pesticide equivalents, or percentage values of 10% (United States Environmental Protection Agency, 1995) or 25% (Commission of the European Communities, 1997) of the total radioactive residue. These trigger values are often exceeded. The present review describes the current status of the chemical characterization and animal bioavailability of bound and unextractable residues that may be xenobiotic in nature or result from natural recycling of simple degradation products. The latter case represents a mechanism of detoxification. Bound residues have been shown to be covalent or non-covalent in nature. With regard to the plant matrix molecules involved, incorporation into proteins, lignins, pectins, hemicelluloses and cutins has been demonstrated, and four covalent linkage types are known. Animal feeding experiments have revealed cases of low as well as high bioavailability. Many of the studies are limited by experimental uncertainties and by results only being reported as relative percentage values rather than absolute exposure. A preliminary value of absolute exposure from bound and unextractable residues is derived here for the first time from eight case studies. The mean exposure (ca 1.5 mg kg(-1) pesticidal equivalents) exceeds some of the existing maximum residue levels (MRLs) of residual free pesticides that are typically in the range of 0.05-1 mg kg(-1). A mathematical framework for the correction of current maximum residue levels is presented for cases of highly bioavailable bound residues. As bound pesticidal residues in food plants could represent a source of significant consumer exposure, an experimental test scheme is proposed here. It consists of basic chemical characterization, model digestibility tests and, in exceptional cases, animal bioavailability and additional toxicological studies.  相似文献

Consumer risk assessment is a crucial step in the regulatory approval of pesticide use on food crops. Recently, an additional hurdle has been added to the formal consumer risk assessment process with the introduction of short-term intake or exposure assessment and a comparable short-term toxicity reference, the acute reference dose. Exposure to residues during one meal or over one day is important for short-term or acute intake. Exposure in the short term can be substantially higher than average because the consumption of a food on a single occasion can be very large compared with typical long-term or mean consumption and the food may have a much larger residue than average. Furthermore, the residue level in a single unit of a fruit or vegetable may be higher by a factor (defined as the variability factor, which we have shown to be typically x3 for the 97.5th percentile unit) than the average residue in the lot. Available marketplace data and supervised residue trial data are examined in an investigation of the variability of residues in units of fruit and vegetables. A method is described for estimating the 97.5th percentile value from sets of unit residue data. Variability appears to be generally independent of the pesticide, the crop, crop unit size and the residue level. The deposition of pesticide on the individual unit during application is probably the most significant factor. The diets used in the calculations ideally come from individual and household surveys with enough consumers of each specific food to determine large portion sizes. The diets should distinguish the different forms of a food consumed, eg canned, frozen or fresh, because the residue levels associated with the different forms may be quite different. Dietary intakes may be calculated by a deterministic method or a probabilistic method. In the deterministic method the intake is estimated with the assumptions of large portion consumption of a 'high residue' food (high residue in the sense that the pesticide was used at the highest recommended label rate, the crop was harvested at the smallest interval after treatment and the residue in the edible portion was the highest found in any of the supervised trials in line with these use conditions). The deterministic calculation also includes a variability factor for those foods consumed as units (eg apples, carrots) to allow for the elevated residue in some single units which may not be seen in composited samples. In the probabilistic method the distribution of dietary consumption and the distribution of possible residues are combined in repeated probabilistic calculations to yield a distribution of possible residue intakes. Additional information such as percentage commodity treated and combination of residues from multiple commodities may be incorporated into probabilistic calculations. The IUPAC Advisory Committee on Crop Protection Chemistry has made 11 recommendations relating to acute dietary exposure.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Pesticide residues remaining on food represent a potential risk to consumer's health. Determination of these pesticide residues involves tedious procedures of analysis with regard to time and laboratory work. Near‐infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a possible alternative to these methods. The aim of this research was to evaluate the ability of NIRS to classify two pesticides used for controlling apple fruit pests according to their concentration. Different solutions were prepared, based on the dose recommended by the pesticide producers for apple pest treatments. Spectra were acquired on a spectrophotometer from liquid samples belonging to these solutions. RESULTS: Calibration models were developed from liquid samples, following the soft independent modelling of class analogy (SIMCA) analysis method. These models classified between 99 and 100% of the validation samples belonging to different pesticide concentration solutions even at the maximum residue limit level of these products in apple fruit. CONCLUSIONS: NIRS technology shows a high potential for identifying pesticides in liquid samples, according to their concentration, at the levels required by the legislation. © 2012 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

稻谷加工过程中4种常用杀虫剂残留的消解规律   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为控制水稻籽粒中农药的残留量,提高稻米食用的安全性,研究了稻谷中三唑磷、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威和氯虫苯甲酰胺4种杀虫剂从农田到餐桌的残留消解规律,阐明了水稻生长后期4种农药的施药期、用药量、采收间隔期与籽粒中农药残留分布的关系,并结合食用加工过程,分析了稻米入口前农药的残留消解情况,评估了稻米食用的安全性。田间试验参照农药登记残留试验准则进行,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定4种农药在稻谷不同加工过种中的残留量。结果表明:脱壳和碾米2种稻谷加工过程对4种农药的去除具有促进作用,其加工因子 (PF) 均小于0.5;稻米食用加工过程中淘洗2次结合高压蒸煮可有效降低4种农药在稻米中的残留量,PF<0.2,可进一步提高农药摄入的安全性。农药种类、施药剂量与采收间隔期和稻米的安全性密切相关。氯虫苯甲酰胺和丁硫克百威主要分布在稻壳和谷糠中,两者占总含量的85%以上,因此即使蜡熟期施药1次,采收间隔期21 d,2种农药也均未检出;而毒死蜱和三唑磷在收获后的籽粒中仍有检出,残留量范围分别为0.032~0.043 mg/kg和0.053~0.073 mg/kg。精米中三唑磷含量分配比随采收间隔期延长先降低后增加,其累积具有显著的滞后性,使得三唑磷残留量高于中国国家标准中规定的最大残留限量 (MRL) 0.05 mg/kg,应适当延长采收间隔期以降低其最终残留量。即使在乳熟期施药,所有剂量处理收获后的大米经淘洗2次结合高压蒸煮后,4种农药的残留水平均低于MRL值。因此,适当的食用加工方式能够有效降低稻米中农药的残留量,提高稻米食用的安全性。  相似文献

农药是保障粮食安全的重要农业投入品,施用后部分农药会沉积在土壤中,甚至会被作物根部吸收,进入作物体内并累积于可食部位,从而导致潜在农产品质量安全问题。研究表明,土壤中的有机质含量、农药的辛醇-水分配系数和作物脂质含量是影响作物吸收非离子型农药的关键因素,作物各部位的脂质含量是影响该类农药累积的关键因素,借助蒸腾作用向上传递是作物根部吸收传导农药的主要动力。本文重点综述了农药被作物的根部吸收、传递和累积及其主要影响因素,结合植物吸收模型的发展及运用,展望了该领域未来发展方向,为农药归趋及应用风险研究提供参考。  相似文献

为明确浙江省各地区芹菜中农药残留水平以及对人群的膳食摄入风险,采用蔬菜中农药残留的标准检测方法,对在浙江省各地区采集的210个芹菜样品进行了检测,并就其累积急性膳食摄入风险开展了初步评估。结果表明:210个芹菜样品中共检出35种农药,检出率为94.8%,其中杀虫剂23种,杀菌剂11种,除草剂1种;97.1%的样品中的农药残留量低于其在芹菜中的最大残留限量 (MRL),残留水平整体较低;检出4种及4种以上农药残留的样品占总样品量的54%,存在农药多残留现象。采用相对强度系数 (RPF) 法将具有相同作用机制的农药分组,依据各农药的毒理学数据计算了各组农药的累积当量浓度,并针对不同人群进行了累积急性膳食摄入风险评估。结果显示:拟除虫菊酯类、三唑类、有机磷类、烟碱类及氨基甲酸酯类农药对儿童的急性膳食摄入风险 (%ARfD) 分别为60.35%、46.96%、20.15%、20.76%和12.40%;对一般人群分别为51.70%、40.20%、17.25%、17.77%和10.65%;所检出5类农药对各群体的%ARfD值均小于100%,表明芹菜中农药残留量及膳食摄入风险总体处于可接受水平。  相似文献

Over 800 pesticides are currently approved for use in one or more EU countries. The maximum residue levels (MRL) for agricultural pesticides are derived from field trials conducted under good agricultural practice (GAP). The MRL is a legally enforceable limit related to GAP. The results from field trials would only be used to establish MRLs if the estimated intake of residues did not exceed the acceptable daily intake (ADI) or acute reference dose (ARfD). However, the MRL is not linked to the ADI or ARfD, and could result in intakes considerably below the ADI/ARfD. This disconnection between hazard characterisation (ADI/ARfD) and potential exposure assessment (MRL) means that risk characterisation of pesticide residues is less transparent than for other chemicals present in human food. Residue levels at or below the MRL would not give intakes that exceed the ADI/ARfD but, despite this, there is public concern over such residues. Residue levels above the MRL have to be analysed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the intake could exceed the health-based limits. Other causes of public concern, such as the presence of multiple residues, are currently under investigation.  相似文献

为全面了解小麦中农药残留量水平及代谢状况,合理评价小麦及其产品的质量安全和品质,综述了小麦中常用农药残留、代谢的研究现状及综合治理策略。有机磷类、有机氯类及其他一些常用农药在小麦及其产品中的残留水平较低,均未超过国家相关最大残留限量(MRL)标准;目前针对具有典型代谢产物的农药在小麦体内残留、代谢及转化规律的系统研究很少。提出了应进一步加强立法、建立高效的综合防治体系、继续实施小麦生产过程中农药残留监控、加强小麦流通领域的监督抽查力度等农药残留的综合治理策略,可为农药在小麦上的安全合理使用、提高小麦及其产品的质量安全及品质提供参考。  相似文献

利用仪器分析方法和田间试验法,研究了毒死蜱、吡虫啉、螺虫乙酯及其代谢物和苯醚甲环唑在梨中的残留消解动态。样品经乙腈提取,氯化钠盐析净化,毒死蜱采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,其他3种农药采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明:毒死蜱、吡虫啉、螺虫乙酯及其代谢物和苯醚甲环唑4种农药在梨中的消解动态均满足一级反应动力学方程,半衰期分别为4.4、12.2、13.1和10.3 d。施药后7 d至收获期,4种农药在梨中的最终残留量均未超出中国国家标准中规定的最大残留限量值,按照推荐剂量及其操作规范在梨上施用是安全的。  相似文献

比例推算是指农药使用剂量与收获后农产品中的农药残留量之间具有一定的比例关系。假定该施药剂量与残留量的比例推算关系独立于作物类型、农药种类和施药方式,则超过临界良好农业规范(cGAP)标签范围±25%的施药剂量所导致的农药残留量将可以按比例进行归一化调整,从而增加了可用于评估农药最大残留限量(MRL)的残留数据。对国际食品法典农药残留委员会(CCPR)将比例推算应用于评估农药MRL的历史背景、制定过程以及最终提交给国际食品法典委员会(CAC)审议的比例推算应用指导原则的具体内容进行了综述,总结了采用比例推算法评估MRL的10项指导原则。使用比例推算法有利于增加评估农药MRL时的残留数据,推进农药MRL标准的制定进程。  相似文献

为掌握西北春小麦和麦田土壤的农药残留污染状况,在调研和总结分析了西北春小麦的病、虫、草害发生和防治措施基础上,采集了我国西北地区甘肃、青海、宁夏的9个春小麦产区的小麦籽粒和麦田土壤样品。针对春小麦病虫草害防治中常用的农药,使用HPLC-MS/MS和GC-MS方法,测定了吡虫啉、高效氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷、毒死蜱等4种杀虫剂,三唑酮及其代谢物三唑醇、戊唑醇、多菌灵、三环唑、苯醚甲环唑等6种杀菌剂,精噁唑禾草灵、苯磺隆、2,4-滴丁酯、炔草酯及其代谢物炔草酸等5种除草剂,共15种农药及代谢物在小麦籽粒和麦田土壤中的残留量。通过与小麦中农药残留限量相比较,评价了西北春小麦的食品安全。结果显示,仅在采自甘肃金昌的小麦籽粒样品中检出了戊唑醇,且未超过最大残留限量,在其他样品中均未检出15种农药的残留,表明西北春小麦和麦田土壤的农药安全性均较高。本研究为掌握小麦籽粒的农药残留和麦田土壤的农药污染情况提供了研究数据,为进一步指导西北春小麦的绿色无公害病虫害防治提供了参考。  相似文献

依据GB 23200.113—2018《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱联用法》中的QuEChERS方法,建立了一种气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定茶叶、普通白菜和苹果3种基质中15种农药及其代谢物残留量的数学模型,通过分析测定过程的主要不确定度来源,对各个分量进行评估。结果表明:工作曲线拟合和回收率所引入的不确定度较大,其次为标准溶液配制和样品制备,而测量重复性和仪器引入的不确定度相对较小;不同基质对工作曲线拟合、回收率和测量重复性所引入的不确定度存在一定差异;不匹配基质校正曲线会对部分农药造成一定程度的基质增强或抑制效应。该方法适用于GC-MS/MS法测定植物源性食品中农药残留量的不确定度评估,可为农药残留测量结果的准确性提供科学可靠的依据。  相似文献

Risk assessment of pesticides can be a statistically difficult problem because pesticides occur only occasionally, but they may occur on multiple components in the diet. A Bayesian statistical model is presented which incorporates multivariate modelling of food consumption and modelling of pesticide measurements which are for a large part below a measurement threshold. It is shown that Bayesian modelling is feasible for a limited number of food components, and that in a data-rich situation the model compares well with an empirical Monte Carlo modelling.  相似文献

为明确吡虫啉、苯醚甲环唑和百菌清在露地甘蓝中的消解动态及残留分布规律,在田间施用农药后,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪和气相色谱仪,对不同时间甘蓝样品及甘蓝不同部位的农药残留量进行了分析。结果表明:3种农药在甘蓝中的消解动态均符合一级反应动力学模型,其中,吡虫啉消解最快,苯醚甲环唑次之,百菌清最慢,半衰期分别为1.35、2.28和2.47 d。最终残留试验结果显示:施药后7和14 d,吡虫啉、百菌清在甘蓝中的残留量均符合食品中农药残留限量要求,而苯醚甲环唑在施药后14 d的残留量仍高于最大残留限量值 (MRL)。3种农药在甘蓝不同部位中的残留量差异显著 (P<0.05),其中甘蓝内球叶中未检出或残留量较低,外球叶中初始残留量较低,1至5 d可降至MRL值以下,外叶中的残留量显著高于其他部位。该结果表明,采后处理甘蓝时若去除其外叶,可有效降低甘蓝中的农药残留量,提高质量安全水平。  相似文献

One of the key features of the new cultural systems is the control of harmful agents with environment-friendly methods. In this study, the residue levels of chlorothalonil, iprodione, bupirimate, pirimicarb, chlorpyrifos and fenoxycarb in different peach??nectarine cultivars were investigated. It was found that, with the exception of chlorpyrifos, the residue levels of all pesticides were lower than the Maximum Residues Limits (MRLs) in all peach??nectarine cultivars used. The detected levels of chlorpyrifos were higher than the MRLs in the cultivar ??Maria Bianca?? 7?days after application, but in cv. ??Legory Hkcb?? dropped to very low levels 27?days after application. The degradation over time of the above pesticides in fruits was investigated in the peach cv. ??Andross??. The detected residue levels of bupirimate, iprodione, fenoxycarb, chlorpyrifos and pirimicarb in this peach cultivar were much lower than those recommended by the European Union (MRLs) 33, 22, 22, 28, and 63?days, respectively, after application, whereas the residue levels of chlorothalonil were below the limit of detection by the analytical method used. All pesticides showed a reduction over time. When examining the levels of residues of pirimicarb and chlorpyrifos in peaches (cv. ??Andross??) sampled from different parts of the tree canopy, no significant difference was found between samples collected from the top and the middle parts of the canopy; however, residues of pirimicarb were significantly higher in samples collected at the bottom of the canopy. Overall, the pesticide regime gave residue levels much lower than those of MRLs, in all peach??nectarine cultivars. This use of chemicals is in accordance with features of the new cultural systems to produce fruits with no or minimal pesticide residues, in contrast to the conventional system in which pesticide residues are not considered. Attention should however be paid to chlorpyrifos which should be applied at least 27?days before harvest. Factors related to the cultivars and the position of fruits in the tree canopy should be considered when sampling fruits for pesticide residues analysis.  相似文献
