A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid, phyllostachysin C (1), together with five known compounds, sculponeatins B and C, nodosin, ursolic acid and 2 alpha-hydroxyursolic acid, were isolated from the leaves of Isodon phyllostachys. The crude leaf extracts of Croton cajucara Benth. were studied for their antinociceptive property in chemical and thermal models of nociception in mice. All the tested extracts (hexanic, chloroformic and methanolic), at oral doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg demonstrated significant inhibition of acetic acid-induced writhing and the second phase response of formalin, but did not manifest a significant effect in hot-plate test.  相似文献

Seven new ent-kaurane diterpenoids, isowikstroemins A–G (17), were isolated from EtOAc extracts of the aerial parts of Isodon wikstroemioides. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. The isolates were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines, and compounds 1–4 exhibited significant activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.9 to 7.0 μM. In addition, compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 exhibited inhibitory activity against nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-activated RAW264.7 macrophages.  相似文献

A new bicoumarin (3) was isolated from the leaves and stems of Triphasia trifolia. Its structure was determined by spectral data, in particular two-dimensional NMR experiments. Phytochemical investigation of the ethanol extract of the leaves of Andrographis paniculata yielded one novel diterpene (13R, 14R) 3, 13, 14, 19-tetrahydroxy-ent-labda-8 (17), 11-dien-16, 15-olide 1 which has an uncommon cis-diol groups in the lactone moiety, and 3, 19-isopropylidene-14-deoxy-ent-labda-8 (17), 13-dien-16, 15-olide 2, probably an artifact diterpene, together with eight known diterpenoids 310. A new cyathane diterpene, named as cyathin I (1), as well as two known cyathane diterpenes (12R)-11a,14a-epoxy-13a,14b,15-trihydroxycyath-3-ene (2) and erinacine I (3), were isolated from the liquid culture of Cyathus hookeri Berk. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.
