山西省野生苔草属植物资源调查及坪用性状比较   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过调查发现山西省野生苔草属(Carex)植物资源有27种。对引种的14个种类野生苔草属植物坪用观赏性状观测,结果表明其中白颖苔草(C. stenophylloides V. Krecz.),无脉苔草(C. enervis C.A.Mey.),尖嘴苔草(C. leiorhyncha C.A.Mey.),异穗苔草(C. heterostachya Bge.),寸草苔(C. duriuscula C. A.Mey.)和早春苔草(C. subpediformis Suto et Suzuki.)适合做草坪植物。  相似文献

[Objective] To detect chlorogenic acid,macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B in FLOS LONICERAE grown in Guizhou Province by UPLC-PDA-ELSD,and to investigate the quality of FLOS LONICERAE grown in Guizhou Province. [Methods] ACQUITYUPLC BEH C18 chromatographic column( 2. 1 mm × 100 mm,1. 7 μm) was adopted; mobile phase was acetonitrile( A)- 0. 4% acetic acid water( B); gradient elution was as follows: 0- 2 min,7% A; 2- 2. 3 min,7%- 28% A; 2. 3- 10 min,28% A; 10- 10. 5 min,28%- 7% A; gradient flow rate was as follows: 0- 2 min,0. 35 m L / min; 2- 2. 3 min,0. 35- 0. 25 m L / min; 2. 3- 2. 6 min,0. 25- 0. 15 m L / min; 2. 6- 2. 8min,0. 15- 0. 1 m L / min; 2. 8- 4 min,0. 1- 0. 2 m L / min; 4- 4. 3 min,0. 2- 0. 3 m L / min; 4. 3- 4. 5 min,0. 3- 0. 35 m L / min; 4. 5-10. 5 min,0. 35 m L / min; PDA( ultraviolet detector) was used to detect the chlorogenic acid( 330 nm wavelength); ELSD( evaporative light- scattering detector) was used to detected the macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B; temperature of the drift tube was 60 ℃; sprayer was48 ℃; gas pressure was 137. 9 k Pa; and column temperature was 50 ℃. [Results] Chlorogenic acid,macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B showed good linear relationship within the ranges of 0. 304 5- 1. 522 5 μg / m L( R2= 0. 999 4),0. 449- 1. 436 8 μg / m L( R2= 0. 999 3)and 0. 044 6- 0. 223 μg / m L( R2= 0. 999 4),respectively. [Conclusions] This method could accurately detect the contents of chlorogenic acid,macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B in FLOS LONICERAE grown in Guizhou Province,effectively shorten the measurement time and save reagents,so that it was suitable to detect the quality of FLOS LONICERAE grown in Guizhou Province.  相似文献

[Objective] To discuss the trace selenium contents in five Yi medicines,including Potentilla discolor Bunge,Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl, Rohdea japonica( Thunb.) Roth, Rumex hastatus D. Don and Rhododendron rubiginosum Franch. var. rubiginosum.[Methods]Sample was digested by microwave digestion method. Ni( NO3)2- Mg( NO3)2solution was used as mixed matrix modifier. Selenium contents in the five Yi medicines were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GFAAS). [Results] Selenium contents in five samples were between 0. 095 9 and 1. 411 μg / g. The standard curve equation was A = 0. 005 6C + 0. 001 73,R = 0. 998 9. The linear range was 0. 20- 2. 0 ng / mL. The recovery rate was 95. 1%- 101. 3%,and RSD was 3. 73%- 7. 56%( n = 8). [Conclusions] This method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and could be used for the content detection of selenium in Yi medicine.  相似文献

根据栽培花生鲁花14生物素羧基载体蛋白基因accB1和accB2 cDNA序列设计基因特异引物,克隆了花生野生近缘种Arachis duranensis、A.rigonii、A.batizocoi和A.hoehnei的accB1和accB2 cDNA 序列.序列分析表明,accB1和accB2在栽培花生和野生近缘种中高度保守,氨基酸序列一致性分别高于98.6%和97.5%. A基因组A.duranensis、A.rigonii和B 基因组A.batizocoi、A.hoehnei 的accB1和accB2的氨基酸序列存在差异,但与基因组来源无关.花生野生近缘种A.duranensis、A.rigonii、A.batizocoi和A.hoehnei accB2基因组序列分析表明,栽培花生和野生近缘种的accB2的基因结构相同. A基因组的A.duranensis与B 基因组的A.batizocoi和A.hoehnei的accB2 基因组DNA核苷酸序列一致性分别为98.9%,98.8%,而A 基因组的A.rigonii与A.duranensis、A.batizocoi和A.hoehnei 的序列一致性分别为93.5%,93.6%,93.4%.研究表明,生物素羧基载体蛋白基因在栽培花生及野生近缘种中非常保守.  相似文献
