This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary ratios of 13 C to 12 C or 15 N to 14 N on their relative incorporation into tissues. Eighty male rats were used in two 21-day feeding trials in which they were fed diets with either high δ13C levels (δ13C = −13.89‰ and δ15N = 2.37‰ in experiment 1 and δ13C = −19.34‰ and δ15N = 4.73‰ in experiment 2) or low δ13C levels (δ13C = −17.90‰ and δ15N = 3.08‰ in experiment 1 and δ13C = −21.76‰ and δ15N = 0.53‰ in experiment 2), meanwhile, the dietary δ15N levels were designed to two ranks. Blood, liver, adipose and muscle tissues were collected on day 0, 3, 7, 14, and 21 for determination of 13 C, 12 C, 15 N and 14 N isotopes. Rat growth rate, antioxidant capacity and metabolic parameters were also assessed. The results indicate that adipose tissue tend to deplete 13 C before the stable isotopic ratios achieved final equilibrium. Therefore, feeds with different isotopic signatures had different incorporation rates into tissues. Low dietary 13 C levels decreased tissue δ13C values whereas high dietary 13 C levels did not alter tissue δ13C values during the 21-d experiment. Blood δ15N values were a reliable parameter in assessing the relative contribution of dietary nitrogen to tissues. This study revealed a relationship between dietary isotopic signatures and their incorporation rates into rat tissues. However, more studies are needed to illustrate the mechanism through which dietary isotopic ratios influence the extent of isotopic incorporation into the tissues.  相似文献

选用 16 8只 30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡 ,研究不同 n- 3/ n- 6多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)对产蛋鸡免疫功能的影响。 n- 3/ n- 6比值分别为 1∶ 1,1∶ 4 ,1∶ 8,1∶ 16 ,1∶ 32 ,维生素 E添加水平为 30 mg/ kg和 30 0 mg/ kg。在试验开始后的第 5周和第 7周给每个处理组中的 6只鸡注射牛血清白蛋白 (BSA) ,并分别于注射后第 10天翅静脉采血 ,测定 BSA抗体效价。测定第 5周及第 10周时外周全血淋巴细胞增殖速度和蛋黄 Ig Y水平。在第 9周给每个处理中 4只鸡注射脂多糖 (L PS) ,并于注射后 6 h,12 h,2 4 h后采血测定血浆中抗体 Ig G水平。试验结果表明 ,随着日粮中 n- 3/ n- 6比值的下降 ,BSA抗体效价显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,全血淋巴细胞增殖速度在第 5周时有上升的趋势 ,但差异不显著 ,而在第 10周时显著上升 (P<0 .0 5 )。蛋黄中抗体 Ig Y水平有随 n- 3/ n- 6比值下降而下降的趋势。注射 L PS后各时间点血浆 Ig G浓度随着 n- 3/ n- 6比值下降而下降。当日粮中 n- 3/ n- 6比值在 1∶ 1~ 1∶ 8之间时 ,产蛋鸡具有较好的免疫功能  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine if individual beef cows in a herd have an inherent ability to maintain their blood urea nitrogen (BUN) concentration when exposed to different levels of dietary nitrogen supplementation. Ten Hereford and 12 Nguni cows, aged between 2 and 16 years, were utilized in two crossover experiments. In the first experiment, cows were exposed to two diets: a balanced diet with a crude protein (CP) level of 7.9% and a modified diet with a CP level of 14%, formulated by adding 20 kg of feed grade urea per ton of the balanced diet. At the end of the first crossover experiment, cows received the balanced diet for 1 week. The second component utilized the same cows wherein they were fed the balanced diet in addition to another modified diet containing only 4.4% CP. Blood urea nitrogen concentration was measured 22 times (twice weekly) from each cow during both components of the study. A linear mixed-effects model was used to assess whether baseline BUN concentration (measured 1 week before onset of the study) was predictive of subsequent BUN concentration in individual cows. Breed, cow age, body condition score, and body mass were also evaluated for their effects on BUN concentrations. Albumin, beta hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA), glucose, and total serum protein (TSP) were compared between diets within each breed. Baseline BUN concentration was a significant predictor of subsequent BUN concentration in individual cows (P = 0.004) when evaluated over both components of the study. Breed (P = 0.033), the preceding diet (P < 0.001), current diet (P < 0.001), and the week during which sampling was performed (P < 0.001) were also associated with BUN concentration. Results suggest that beef cattle (within a herd) have an inherent ability to maintain their BUN concentration despite fluctuations in levels of available dietary nitrogen.

采用完全随机试验设计,将192只8日龄健康AA雄性肉鸡称重后随机分为4个处理组,每处理组6个重复,每个重复8只。在以玉米和豆粕为主要原料的基础日粮中分别添加VA1500,3000,15000和45000U/kg构成试验日粮,试验期5周。应用SYBR GreenI实时定量RT-PCR技术测定肉鸡胫骨、十二指肠组织中CaBP基因表达量,研究不同VA水平对肉鸡组织CaBP基因表达的影响。结果表明:随着日粮VA添加量的增加,十二指肠CaBP基因表达降低,当VA水平增加至15000,45000U/kg时,CaBP基因表达量有降低趋势(P>0.05),其中以45000U/kg添加组的CaBP基因表达量最低。虽然日粮VA水平对肉鸡胫骨组织中CaBP基因的表达影响较小,但当添加水平为45000U/kg时胫骨组织中CaBP基因表达量有降低的趋势。说明过量VA对骨骼代谢影响的机制之一是过量VA降低了与钙、磷代谢有关的CaBP的基因表达,进而影响钙、磷代谢和骨骼发育。  相似文献

The effects of various fats on nitrogen digestion and metabolism of lambs and their manure were investigated in six isoenergetic diets (n = 6) with similar contents of absorbable protein. Treatments were either a control diet or diets containing 25 g/kg of additional ether extract from rumen-protected fat, coconut oil, rapeseed, sunflower seed or linseed. Fat supplementation resulted in trends for higher apparent nitrogen digestibilities (significant with coconut oil; P < 0.05, post hoc test) and body nitrogen retention (P < 0.1). Urinary nitrogen losses and their proportion of manure nitrogen did not differ significantly among groups as was also true for C / N ratio, dry matter, nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen contents of the manure. In the first week of manure storage, most fat supplements tended to decrease gaseous nitrogen emission as assessed by respiration chamber and mass balance measurements. These differences tended to be mitigated after 7 weeks of manure storage. Only the coconut-oil treatment still resulted in numerically lower nitrogen emissions. In conclusion, addition of fat source in the diet, in addition to increasing dietary energy and suppressing methanogenesis, can under certain circumstances decrease gaseous nitrogen emission from the manure.  相似文献

The influence of concentration of nitrogenous matters (N-matters) and urea supplement in diet for broilers was studied, as exerted on the activities of the enzymes glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH) and glutamine synthetase (GS) in liver, kidney, tissue and contents of the cecum. If 2% urea had been substituted for a portion of N-matters, no significant differences in the activities of both enzymes in liver and cecum were found. Higher levels of GLDH were recorded in the kidney of broilers given diets with the urea supplement of 17 and 19% N-matters concentrations. The GLDH and GS activities were significantly high in the contents of the cecum, the GLDH activity being the highest with the diet of 19% N-matters concentration. No significant changes in the GLDH activity depending on the concentration of N-matters in the diet were observed in the liver. The GS activity increased moderately with the higher concentration of N-matters.  相似文献

As part of an experiment aiming to modify the meat fatty acid profile, this work studied the growth and carcass traits as affected by various dietary ratios of sunflower oil and linseed oil. A diet without added oil served as a control (C). Four other diets were equally 4% oil-enriched but they differed in the incorporation ratios of sunflower oil (S) to linseed oil (L), i.e. 4% S to 0% L (diet 4%S), 3% S to 1% L (diet 3:1%SL), 2% S to 2% L (diet 2:2%SL) and 0% S to 4% L (diet 4%L). The oil-rich diets had slightly higher digestible energy contents (11.4 vs 10.6 MJ/kg) than the C feed. In each group 10 litters of 7 to 9 Pannon White kits per litter were studied in the pre-weaning period from 21 to 35 days old. Growth and slaughter traits were assessed with 50 and 30 rabbits per group, respectively. No significant effects of diets were found on litter and doe performances. The only significant differences in growth performance of the C, 4%S, 3:1%SL, 2:2%SL and 4%L rabbits were for the 35–49 day feed intake (88, 86, 84, 84 and 83 g per day, respectively, = 0.046), the 35–84 day growth rate (36, 38, 37, 35 and 37 g/day, = 0.034) and the 84-day body weight (2608, 2703, 2664, 2565 and 2628 g, respectively, = 0.022). There were several significant differences in carcass traits including the weight of reference carcass (1357, 1391, 1388, 1380 and 1369 g, respectively, = 0.004) and left longisimus dorsi meat (78, 79, 81, 81 and 76 g, respectively, = 0.046) of rabbits. The diets had major effects on the L*, a* and b* colour values (lightness, redness and yellowness) of meat and fat. Carcass colour of the C and 4%S rabbits was closer and the 4%L rabbits was further from the European consumer's preference of light coloured, less red and slightly yellow rabbit meat. Our result reveals the importance of age and body weight at slaughter. Taking the growth and slaughter performances and, the recent belief of human health benefits from lower n− 6/n− 3 FAs dietary ratios into account, the 2:2%SL diet seems most appropriate if the interests of the raisers, meat processors and buyers are considered equally.  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) has previously been shown to be responsible for nitrogen mustard (NM)-induced tissue toxicity. Excessive amounts of NO are known to be able to produce peroxynitrite, an important reactive nitrogen compound, by reacting with superoxide. Previous studies reported that NO synthase inhibitors are able to prevent NM toxicity. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether peroxynitrite is also responsible for NM-induced lung tissue damage in rats. Wistar rats were divided into four groups. NM was injected intratracheally and was treated with the selective inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor aminoguanidine (AG) (intraperitoneal) or the peroxynitrite scavenger ebselen (intragastric). Control animals were exposed to saline only. NM injection caused both oxidative and nitrosative stress, reflected by dramatically increased levels of the lipid peroxidation end product malondialdehyde (MDA), iNOS activation and urine nitrite-nitrate (NOx) values. Histopathological evaluation demonstrated lung damage with NM exposure. AG blocked iNOS activation and decreased urine NOx levels, and resulted in less histopathological changes in the lung. Although the histopathological outcome was found to be similar to AG, ebselen did not change urinary NOx or lung iNOS levels. Furthermore, ebselen was more able than AG to protect against MDA accumulation. In conclusion, the ability of ebselen to prevent against lung damage without blocking NO synthesis suggests that peroxynitrites may have an important role in the pathogenesis of NM toxicity in addition to NO.  相似文献

In a feeding trial the effect of heavy metals as lead, cadmium and zinc originating from colour paints was investigated. The study included 30 early pregnant heifers subdivided in five groups with six animals each with an average body weight of 419 kgs. During the testing period the trial was carried out in a three factorial fashion with two time sections: section one--mineral supplementation and lead preexposure; section two--Exposure to heavy metal containing colour paint pigments. The investigation led to the following results: A short time uptake of daily 10 g lead containing colour paint (i.e. 22-24 mg Pb/per animal and day) did not cause any change of general health and normal behavior of the respective animals. A storage of lead in the body tissue could be observed by way of a hint. An additional prestress with lead (145-158 mg Pb/animal/day over a period of 84 days did not influence the general health of the animals significantly. Both the fodder uptake and the body weight gain was inconspecious. A storage of lead could be traced in the skeleton, kidney and liver and--on a reduced level--also in the muscle. Only the content of lead in the kidney exceeded the maxmium tolerated value (> 1.0 mg/kg) of the German Meat Hygiene regulation. A mineral deficient feeding regimen (especially lack of calcium) enhance an increased storage of lead in the tissues (skeleton).  相似文献

The inclusion of dietary fiber (DF) in diets has been suggested as a way to reduce NH(3) emission in pig barns because it contributes to a shift in N excretion from urine to feces owing to enhanced bacterial growth in the intestines. This study compared an in vitro method to measure bacterial protein synthesis during fermentation with an in vivo N excretion shift induced by diets differing in DF concentrations and solubility. The first experiment measured the effect of graded concentrations of sugar beet pulp (SBP; 0, 10, 20, and 30%) in corn- and soybean meal-based diets on in vivo N excretion partitioning between the urine and feces. A second experiment investigated the replacement of SBP, rich in soluble DF, with oat hulls (OH), rich in insoluble DF (20:0, 10.5:10.5, and 0:22%, respectively). In parallel, the fermentation characteristics of the dietary carbohydrates not digested in the small intestine were evaluated in an in vitro gas test, based on their incubation with colonic microbiota, using a mineral buffer solution enriched with (15)N. The N originating from the buffer solution incorporated into the bacterial proteins (BNI) was measured when half the final gas volume was produced (8.5 to 14.5 h of fermentation) and after 72 h of fermentation. Short-chain fatty acids were determined in the liquid phase. In the first experiment, the inclusion of SBP linearly decreased urinary N excretion from 0.285 to 0.215 g of N excreted in the urine per gram of N ingested and decreased the urinary-N:fecal-N excretion ratio from 2.171 to 1.177 (P < 0.01). In the second experiment, substituting SBP with OH linearly increased the urinary-N:fecal-N excretion ratio (P = 0.009). Unlike short-chain fatty acid production, BNI was greater at half-time to asymptotic gas production than at 72 h of fermentation. Sugar beet pulp enhanced BNI linearly (P < 0.001), 2.01, 2.06, and 2.35 mg g(-1) of diet with 10, 20, and 30% SBP, respectively, as compared with 1.51 mg for the control diet. The substitution of SBP with OH decreased BNI (P < 0.01). With the exception of final gas production, all in vitro kinetic characteristics and BNI were correlated with in vivo N excretion parameters, and regression equations for the prediction of N excretion pathways from in vitro data were identified. Even if the presence of resistant starch in the diet might alter the composition of the fibrous residue that is fermented, the in vitro method is a possible useful tool for the formulation of diets, reducing the effects of pig production on the environment.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of increasing concentrations of supplemental purified soybean agglutinin on performance, apparent nitrogen digestibility, plasma insulin and cholecystokinine (CCK) levels in rats as well as on the growth of the small intestine and pancreas. In Experiment 1, a 10-day nitrogen balance trial was conducted with 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats (mean BW 85 g) that were randomly allotted to one of four dietary treatments. Rats in each group were provided daily with 7 g of a casein-cornstarch based diet (control) or a diet supplemented with purified soybean agglutinin at 0.4, 0.6 or 0.8 mg/g. Urine and faeces were collected daily and stored at -20 degrees C until analysis. In Experiment 2, 30 male Sprague-Dawley rats (mean BW 75 g) were divided into five groups for a 20-day growth experiment. Each rat was fed daily 7 g of a casein-cornstarch based diet (control) or a diet supplemented with purified soybean agglutinin at 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 or 2.0 mg/g. All experimental diets were adjusted to contain a similar level of nutrients. Results from the two experiments showed that supplementation of soybean agglutinin below 2.0 mg/g diet had no significant effect on rat performance. However, rats receiving 2.0 mg soybean agglutinin per gram of diet showed a significant reduction in weight gain compared to the control group. Incorporation of soybean agglutinin in the diet reduced apparent nitrogen digestibility and the retention of dietary nitrogen by increasing nitrogen loss from the faeces and urine. In addition, plasma CCK level increased with increasing inclusion of soybean agglutinin in the diet. On the contrary, the plasma insulin level declined as soybean agglutinin level increased. Soybean agglutinin induced a polyamine-dependent hyperplastic and hypertrophic growth of the small intestine and pancreas by increasing the contents of protein, RNA and DNA, though the increase in weight of small intestine was not significant. Furthermore, 1.2 and 2.0 mg soybean agglutinin per gram of diet promoted proliferation of the jejunum mucosa, while the structure of the brush border epithelium of small intestinal had no damaging change and no diarrhoea was observed in any treatment group. Based on these results, supplementation of low doses of soybean agglutinin or soy protein to parenterally-fed animals affected by atrophic small intestine may promote small intestinal growth.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effects of chronic exposure to excess dietary copper (Cu) on liver specimens from rats and the effects of dietary selenium (Se) supplementation in experimental Cu toxicosis. ANIMALS: 60 weanling male Fischer 344 rats. PROCEDURE: Rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups of 15 rats each and fed 1 of the following 4 diets: high Cu (500 microg/g)/adequate Se (0.2 microg/g); high Cu (500 microg/g)/supplemented Se (2 microg/g); adequate Cu (18 microg/g)/adequate Se (0.2 microg/g); or, adequate Cu (18 microg/g)/supplemented Se (2 microg/g). Five rats per group were euthanatized after 3, 6, and 12 months, and liver specimens were obtained for histologic examination, histochemistry, metal analysis by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, measurement of glutathione peroxidase activity, and assessment of lipid peroxidation, using quantification of malondialdehyde (MDA) by the thiobarbituric acid reaction. RESULTS: Hepatic Cu concentration was significantly higher in rats fed high Cu diets (range, 9 to 18 microg/g of tissue [wet weight]), compared with rats receiving adequate Cu diets (4.0 to 5.7 microg/g of tissue). Rats fed high-Cu diets for 3, 6, and 12 months had mild multifocal hepatitis often surrounding necrotic foci. However, an increase in hepatic MDA content, indicative of lipid peroxidation, was not detected in these rats. Development of morphologic changes was not prevented by use of dietary Se supplementation. CONCLUSION AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Long-term exposure to excess dietary Cu caused mild hepatic lesions in Fischer 344 rats. Dietary Se supplementation did not prevent hepatic damage in rats with Cu toxicosis.  相似文献

Modern pig production contributes to many environmental problems that relate to manure, especially in areas with highly intensive production systems and in regions like Asia where the regulative control is not effective. Therefore, the objective of this study was to use three different pig diets varying in dietary protein, fibre and fat as representative for Danish (DK), Thai (TH) and Vietnamese (VN) pig production to develop and evaluate different approaches to predict/calculate excretion from growing pigs in comparison with the experimentally determined values.Nine female growing pigs were used in a digestibility and balance experiment. Excretion of dry matter (DM), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and carbon (C) of the experimental diets were determined.Due to the highest dietary fibre content, VN had the lowest digestibility of N, P and C (73, 49, and 73%, respectively) compared with the DK and TH pig diets. From the known diet composition using standard table values on chemical and nutrient digestibly, high accuracy (bias) and low variation was found and the results could be used for prediction on chemical composition and excretion in faeces and urine in growing pigs. Calculation based on standard values regarding nutrient retention in the pig body as used in the Danish manure normative system (DMNS) showed likewise to be quite useful for quantifying the total excretion of N and P.Overall, the results demonstrate that simple models that require cheap and normally available information on dietary nutrients can give useful information on nutrient excretion in growing pigs.  相似文献

甘肃臭草(Melica przewalskyi)型退化草地是祁连山北坡常见的一种毒杂草草地退化类型。以臭草型退化草地和其周边未遭受臭草入侵的未退化草地为研究对象,分析了臭草入侵对草地植被群落结构和草地土壤碳、氮库的影响。结果表明,臭草入侵导致草地植被群落结构特征发生明显变化,甘肃臭草代替针茅成为草地群落优势物种。土壤含水量、容重、pH、电导率等土壤指标在两样地间也存在差异。臭草入侵并形成杂草群落后,增加了草地土壤有机碳、全氮的含量,但与未退化草地相比,无显著性差异(P0.05),臭草型退化草地土壤有机碳、氮储量(0~30 cm)显著高于未退化草地(P0.05)。说明甘肃臭草的侵入只改变了亚高山草地的植被群落结构,没有导致草地固碳、固氮能力的降低。  相似文献

1. The effect of the inhibition of urine back-flow into the colon and caeca by colostomy on the utilisation of dietary nitrogen by fowls fed on a low protein diet and receiving free or restricted water supply was investigated. 2. Colostomy caused an increase in water excretion and a resultant increase in water intake to maintain water balance. 3. Colostomy tended to decrease nitrogen balance and nitrogen utilisation (N balance/N intake) to negative values, and these decreases became significant when water was restricted (P less than 0.05). 4. Excretory uric acid, ammonia, urea and total nitrogen were significantly increased after colostomy in water-restricted fowls (P less than 0.05), but such significant effects were not observed, except for ammonia, in fowls given water ad libitum. 5. It is concluded that the back-flow of urine into the caeca plays a significantly useful role in the utilisation of nitrogen in the fowl fed on a low protein diet especially when water intake is restricted.  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同蛋白能量比的饲料对黄金鲫幼鱼生长和体组成的影响。以初始体重为(7.50±0.02)g的黄金鲫幼鱼为试验对象,随机分为9组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,分别投喂由3种不同的蛋白水平(30%、35%、40%)和3种不同的脂肪水平(6%、8%、10%)组成的9种不同蛋能比(从21.6~30.9 mg/kJ)的试验饲料,进行为期8周的生长试验。结果表明,饲料蛋白水平显著影响黄金鲫的生长、饲料效率和蛋白质效率(P<0.01),随着饲料蛋白含量的增加,黄金鲫的增重率和特定生长率显著提高,最高值均发生在蛋白/脂肪为40/10(29.2 mg/kJ)组,显著高于饲料蛋白含量为30%的各组(P<0.05),与蛋白含量为35%的各组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。同样的,饲料效率随着蛋白含量的增加也显著提高,蛋白/脂肪为35/8(26.5 mg/kJ)和40/10组的饲料效率最高。蛋白质效率最高值发生在蛋白/脂肪为35/8组,显著高于蛋白含量为40%的处理组,但与其它组没有显著差异。饲料不同蛋能比对鱼体水分没有显著影响,鱼体脂肪含量与饲料脂肪含量正相关。综合试验结果,黄金鲫适宜的蛋能比水平为25.5~26.5 mg/kJ,蛋白质为35%,脂肪为6%~8%。  相似文献

选择3~7胎长白×大白二元杂交母猪45头,随机分为3个组,每个组15头,泌乳期21 d。处理1组的日粮粗蛋白为18%、总磷为0.68%;处理2组的日粮粗蛋白为16.5%、总磷为0.58%;处理3组的日粮粗蛋白为15%、总磷为0.58%;处理2组和处理3组日粮中添加植酸酶。结果表明,日粮蛋白质降低1.5~3个百分点和总磷降低0.1%,对泌乳母猪的采食量和哺乳仔猪日增重无显著影响,母猪泌乳期体重损失显著减少,粪氮和磷的排放量显著减少。  相似文献

Rare earth elements (REE) have been shown to influence growth performance in animal production, especially in pigs. In the present study, the effect of oral administration of rare earth elements on growing rats was investigated. Pure LaCl3 or an REE mixture containing 38% of LaCl3, 52% of CeCl3, 3% of PrCl3 and 7% of chlorides of other REE were used at two different concentrations as supplements to the diets. Fifty male Wistar rats at 4 weeks of age were allotted to five experimental groups: a control group; a La-low group and a La-high group with 75 and 150 mg/kg LaCl3.6H2O, respectively; a REE-low and an REE-high group with 75 and 150 mg/kg REE mixture, respectively. The animals were housed in individual pens. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. After 18 days the oral supplementation of LaCl3.6H2O or of the REE mixture improved daily body weight gain (BWG) by up to 5 or 9% (p > 0.05), respectively. LaCl3.6H2O as well as the REE mixture had positive effects (p < 0.05) on feed conversion ratio (FCR) with a decreased ratio by up to 8 and 11%, respectively. Supplementation of REE also had clear effects on blood serum parameters. The activities of alkaline phosphatase (AP) and alanine amino transferase (ALT) increased significantly (p < 0.05). At the same time, blood glucose level decreased and blood creatine level increased significantly (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in cholesterol, total protein, albumin and urea nitrogen among the groups. There was no significant difference in triglyceride level between the control and those REE groups, however, a significantly lower (p < 0.01) triglyceride level was found in the 150 mg/kg REE mixture group compared with that in 75 mg/kg REE mixture group and the 150 mg/kg LaCl3.6H2O group. The results suggest that oral supplementation of REE improves growth performance in rats as in pigs. In this respect, concentration and type of REE supplemented to the diets are two important factors herein.  相似文献
