钾是茶树必需的大量营养元素之一,在茶树生长过程中起着重要作用。从钾在茶树体内的生理功能、茶树缺钾与营养诊断、钾对茶叶产量和品质的影响、茶园土壤中的钾概况及茶园钾肥的施用等方面详细介绍了茶树钾素营养研究进展,并建议今后应加强施用钾肥后土壤钾库的动态变化、钾与中微量元素配施效果以及如何合理施用钾肥以提高钾肥利用率,维持土壤钾素平衡等方面的研究。 相似文献

在水培条件下,研究了不同钾素水平对韭菜生长、营养品质和产量的影响.结果表明o~18mmol/L钾素范围内,各处理间韭菜叶长均表现为割后8 d为快速生长期,此后为缓慢生长期.在钾素水平为6~9 mmol/L时,韭菜产量、Vc、可溶性糖、蛋白质含量均处于较高水平.硝酸盐含量与硝酸还原酶活性随营养液中钾素水平的提高呈相反变化趋势.以植株产量和品质作为衡量指标,水培韭菜以6~9 mmol/L的钾素浓度为宜. 相似文献

[目的]对云南省景洪地区大茶树资源进行调查研究,以儿茶素类和咖啡碱含量为筛选指标,为筛选优异茶树种质资源提供依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法对云南省景洪地区49株大茶树的咖啡碱和儿茶素含量进行测定和比较。[结果]景洪地区大茶树儿茶素总含量的变化范围为9.500%~21.137%,酯型儿茶素含量的变化范围为0.085%~10.045%,其中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)含量的变化范围为3.717%~8.977%。非酯型儿茶素含量的变化范围为1.297%~4.346%;咖啡碱含量的变化范围为0.55%~4.76%;14株大茶树的EGCG含量均大于7.000%,其中10株为低咖啡碱茶树资源(咖啡碱含量≤1.50%)。[结论]该研究结果对云南地区选育优异茶树种质资源具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

Bitter tea is a special kind of tea germplasm in China.The major biochemical components of 24 bitter teas and other 8 Camellia sinensis var.sinensis and 8 C.sinensis var.assamica tea germplasms,which were stored in the China National Germplasm Hangzhou Tea Repository(CNGHTR),were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that no significant differences of major biochemical components affecting the tea quality were found between bitter tea and common tea.According to the processing suitability index,bitter tea was suitable for the manufacturing of black tea;while according to evolutionary indices such as the composition and content of catechin,bitter tea was similar to C.sinensis var.assamica belonging to the relatively primitive type in evolution.The results of cluster analysis indicated that bitter tea was clustered with C.sinensis var.assamica,so it could be considered to belong to C.sinensis var.assamica. 相似文献

为了解茶树对Pb、Cd、Cu的吸收累积规律,在具有不同土壤铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)背景值的5个茶园,分析了同一茶园5个茶树品种和5个不同生境茶园福鼎大白茶(Camellia sinensis cv.Fuding-dabaicha)种群的土壤和侧根Pb、Cd、Cu的含量,以及相应5个品种及5个种群的老嫩叶Pb、Cd、Cu的含量、富集系数和转移系数.结果表明:①同一生境下5个茶树品种体内Pb、Cd、Cu含量分布次序为侧根>老叶>嫩叶,品种间Pb、Cd、Cu含量存在一定差异.②同一生境下5个茶树品种老叶、嫩叶Pb、Cd、Cu富集系数和转移系数差异显著,Pb的富集系数分别为0.12 ~0.18和0.09~0.11;Cd富集系数分别为1.59~2.97和0.72 ~1.31;Cu转移系数分别为0.32 ~0.41和0.20 ~0.28.③不同生境下福鼎大白茶种群的Pb、Cd、Cu含量也存在差异,MT种群嫩叶Pb、Cd含量分别为3.46和0.37 mg/kg,高于有机生态茶园XRL种群嫩叶中Pb、Cd的含量(1.50、0.07 mg/kg);土壤理化性质与茶树Pb、Cd、Cu的含量具有一定相关性;洗涤前和洗涤后的茶叶重金属含量差异较大,福鼎大白茶老叶洗涤前Pb含量为8.59 mg/kg,洗涤后为5.13 mg/kg.同一生境下的不同茶树品种受遗传作用控制,对Pb、Cd、Cu的吸收累积能力有一定差异;不同生境下的福鼎大白茶种群由于受环境的影响,侧根及老嫩叶Pb、Cd、Cu的含量也存在明显差异. 相似文献

在山东两年生幼龄茶园中分别施用金正大茶树专用控释肥CRF1(N—P2O5-K2O=25—4-11)、CRF2(N—P2O5-K2O=20—6—14)和普通肥料CCF(尿素+复合肥+碳酸氢铵),其中CCF处理年施入纯氮量为100.8kg/hm2,CRF1处理设置3个水平CRF1—1、CRF1—2和CRF1—3,其肥料施用量按纯氮计算分别为CCF的100%、80%、50%;CRF2处理设置2个水平CRF2—1、CRF2—2,其肥料施用量按纯氮计算分别为CCF的100%、50%。大田试验结果表明:(1)、CRF1—1和CRF2—1在春、夏季显著提高土壤中有效氮、磷、钾含量;但在秋季,所有处理均表现出营养元素供应不足的现象;(2)、控释肥处理能显著增强茶树光合速率,增加百芽重,同时提高氨基酸含量,降低酚/氨比,进一步提高山东绿茶品质;(3)、山东幼龄茶园肥料施用量偏少.席在CR砣-1处坪的基础上继续试验来确定最佳浓肥量. 相似文献

本文研究冷驯化过程中茶苗叶片细胞膜相对透性和可溶性蛋白含量的变化,采用不同方法提取分离冷驯化茶苗叶片的低温诱导蛋白.结果表明:(①与高体叶片相比,冷驯化茶苗叶片更适宜用来分离茶树低温诱导蛋白,其表现为质膜相对透性变化不大,而且可溶性蛋白含量保持在较高水平.②与丙酮沉淀法、TCA/丙酮沉淀法、硫酸铵沉淀法和直接提取法相比,改良Tris-HCl法最适于冷驯化茶苗叶片低温诱导蛋白的分高提取,其特点是蛋白样品得率高、蛋白条带多且清晰、杂质干扰程度少、操作步骤简易.另外,在冷驯化蛋白提取样品中还发现了大小分别为25、35和90 KDa的蛋白差异条带. 相似文献
