通过对鳃、肝脏、肾脏、心脏、背肌、腹肌和尾肌等器官与肌肉中6种重金属(Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As和Hg)的调查, 分析了百花湖野生鲢和鲤体内重金属含量水平、分布特征及其与水体重金属之间的相关性。在所测4种器官和3处肌肉组织中, 鲢和鲤体内重金属平均含量由高到低的顺序为 Cu > Pb > Cr > Cd > As > Hg; 在鲢和鲤各器官中, Cr和Cu表现出较强的相关性, 其相关系数分别为r=0.878(P<0.01)和 r=0.972(P<0.01), 而Cr和Hg只在鲤体内表现出负的相关性 r= -0.782(P<0.05); 以6 种重金属为依托的鱼体器官自身之间的相关性较强, 但各器官与沉积物和水质中重金属平均含量之间的相关性较弱。聚类分析表明, 在两种鱼体内, 这6 种重金属可以分为3类。研究结果表明, Pb主要蓄积在鲤的肝脏和心脏中, Cd主要存在于两种鱼的肾脏中, Cu 主要在肝脏及心脏中蓄积, Cr主要蓄积在两种鱼体的肝脏和心脏中, As在鲤心脏中含量较为突出, 但在鲢各器官中含量差异不大, Hg在整个鱼体器官及组织中的含量较为均匀, 鱼体可食用的肌肉组织中这6种重金属含量普遍较低。沉积物中重金属主要以硫化物形态存在, 生物可利用度低, 可能是鱼体重金属元素平均含量普遍较低的主要原因。  相似文献

The pejerrey Odontesthes bonariensis (Valenciennes, 1835) is an inland water fish from the Pampas region comprising part of Argentina, Uruguay and the South of Brazil. Pejerrey is a very popular fish in this region and has a long history of domestic and international introductions, which attests to the high quality and market value of its flesh, as well as its attractiveness as a game fish. The desirable characteristics of pejerrey also make it a good candidate for aquaculture, and the first trials on pejerrey cultivation (atheriniculture) were started more than a century ago in Argentina. In spite of the considerable interest in its development, little progress has been made and atheriniculture is still restricted to propagation and stocking for sport fishing purposes. In this review, we summarize the history of atheriniculture and the biological, technological, scientific, cultural and infrastructural constraints to pejerrey aquaculture development thus far. We also suggest possible scenarios of pejerrey aquaculture development compatible with the socio–economic conditions of South American countries. Our projections also take into consideration recent scientific findings on the biology of pejerrey and technological advances in seafood processing, storage and transportation, as well as the latest trends of seafood consumption and international markets. The best production strategy remains to be determined by trial and error but it is likely that, initially, production should focus on a differentiated, high‐quality fish for the premium or international markets rather than attempting to compete with the cheap fish from natural sources. An international cooperation project with Japan has successfully demonstrated the feasibility of breeding pejerrey in captivity and mass producing seeds efficiently in Argentina, and has provided the foundation for the development of intensive and extensive farming of this species.  相似文献

This study evaluated the effect of pejerrey Odontesthes bonariensis (Valenciennes, 1835) broodstock age on gamete and spawning quality and its relationship with sex steroid plasma levels. Sperm was analysed using a computer‐assisted sperm analysis (CASA) developed for pejerrey. Semen samples were taken from all fish from mid age groups (5‐ and 7‐year fish), but it was not possible to obtain stripped semen samples from all fish of younger (3‐year) or older (10‐year) groups. The highest relative sperm weight and sperm concentration were recorded in 5‐ and 7‐year groups respectively, while viability was not different between age groups. It was not possible to identify an effect of age on sperm quality by CASA. Non‐viable spawned eggs were obtained in the 3‐year group and, the relative fecundity and the relative number of fertilized eggs decreased with age in other groups. Fertilization and hatching rates showed the highest values in the 10‐year group. However, the estimated number of hatched larvae was similar in 5‐, 7‐ and 10‐year fish. A clear effect of age on 11 ketotestosterone (11‐KT) and estradiol (E2) levels was identified, with the highest values in the 5‐ and 7‐year groups. These results might be related to the onset of puberty in the 3‐year group and ageing in the 10‐year group. Considering that the estimated number of larvae obtained was similar among age groups, the results of this study suggest that broodstock maintenance cost could be reduced by using mid‐age fish rather than older fish in pejerrey hatcheries.  相似文献

赤水河主要经济鱼类重金属含量及风险评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解赤水河鱼体重金属富集现状及其潜在的生态风险和食品安全,测定了赤水河茅台江段和赤水江段的黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)、蛇鮈(Saurogobio dabryi)和大口鲇(Silurus meriordinalis)肌肉和肝脏中的重金属含量。分别使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Fe、Cr和Mn的含量,原子荧光光度法测定As和Hg的含量。结果表明:大口鲇肌肉中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Fe、Cr和Hg的含量高于黄颡鱼和蛇鮈,3种鱼类肝脏中的重金属含量均高于肌肉。所有鱼体肌肉中的重金属含量均低于国家标准,但大口鲇肌肉中Pb和Cd的含量高于欧盟委员会标准。危害指数分析表明:赤水河野生鱼类食用的人体健康风险较小。重金属单因子污染指数的结果表明赤水河鱼体Pb和Cd的污染程度较高,赤水河存在潜在的重金属污染风险。  相似文献

2014年至2015年,在陕西省的西安市、渭南市、宝鸡市、汉中市、安康市、榆林市和铜川市采集草鱼、鲤、鲫、鲢、鳙、罗非鱼、乌鳢、俄罗斯鲟、鲶、虹鳟和大鲵等11个水产品品种共计274份样品,分别检测Zn、Cu、Hg、As、Cd和Pb 6种重金属(含类金属As)含量。这6种重金属元素在不同水产品肌肉中残留量分别为2.49~25.15、0.1L~2.15、0.000 15L~0.364 3、0.01L~0.161 9、0.000 1L~0.031 5和0.002 5~0.4 mg/kg(鲜重)。6种重金属在11种水产品中的平均含量均低于我国限量标准,综合污染指数等级为Ⅳ级,污染程度属无污染,重金属含量总体状况良好。不同养殖品种间重金属的含量水平有一定差异,大鲵体内Zn的含量水平最高,其次为鲤、鲫、鲶及罗非鱼;鲫体内Cu的含量水平显著高于其它鱼类,其次为鲤;Hg在乌鳢体内含量水平明显较高,其次为大鲵、鲢、鳙和俄罗斯鲟;As在虹鳟体内含量水平最高,其次为俄罗斯鲟和鲢。Cd和Pb的含量在11种水产品间无明显差异。分析结果表明陕西省养殖水产品重金属含量目前虹鳟、俄罗斯鲟、鲢和鳙重金属综合污染指数相对较高,潜在污染风险相对较大,重金属指标中As和Hg的潜在污染风险相对较高。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted for 80 days at La Salada de Monasterio Lake (Buenos Aires, Argentina) to assess the effect of stocking density and natural food availability on the growth and production of zooplanktivorous juveniles of pejerrey (Odontesthes bonariensis) in extensive cage culture. Ten cages were installed and stocked with 33‐day‐old fish, at three density treatments: 25, 50 and 75 ind. m?3. Zooplankton was analysed in terms of abundance, biomass and diversity considering three size classes. Caged pejerrey diet was assessed regularly. The pejerrey gut contents composition was clearly different from cage zooplankton, showing a trend to contain bigger components. Reared fish exhibited a tendency to diversification of the diet and to change the mean prey size depending on fish length and stocking density. Regression models showed a positive and direct effect of the bigger zooplankton biomass on fish growth rates, which were also inversely affected by the availability of smaller zooplankton. The results demonstrate that stocking density and available zooplankton, in both quantity and quality, are key factors in regulating extensive cage culture of pejerrey. Handling stocking densities in a dynamic way it is possible to maximize fish growth, biomass harvest or fish number according to the goals of production.  相似文献

An experiment was performed to evaluate the performance of Patagonian pejerrey during net cage rearing in the oligomesotrophic reservoir Exequiel Ramos Mexía. Survival, growth, nutrition and reproduction were evaluated for two lots of pejerrey, initial weights 4.0 and 2.5 g, reared in net cages for 22 and 14 months respectively. Fish were stocked at 29 and 48 individuals m?3 densities and fed with an experimental pejerrey feed. During the experiment, temperature fluctuated between 6.6 and 19.6 °C. The two lots did not show substantial differences in survival (pooled survival at the end of the experiment >80%) and the thermal‐unit growth coefficient (TGC), daily feed intake and feeding efficiency were 0.43±0.19, 1.70±0.80 and 53.6±9.9 respectively. Digestive tract analysis showed that caged pejerrey can consume substantial quantities of natural food, taking advantage of its planktivorous condition. Pejerrey showed high percentage survival, slow growth and early sexual maturation in captivity. The use of the TGC is proposed as a model for describing the growth pattern of this species and other pejerrey under culture conditions.  相似文献

Collagen was extracted from several tissues (muscle, skin, bone, alimentary tract, gill, fin, hepatopancreas, and air bladder) of the tiger pufferfish Takifugu rubripes, and the content and solubility of the collagen extracted from each tissue were examined. Collagen content in ordinary muscle was 0.95 ± 0.07 % of wet tissue, which is lower than that reported for other fish species even though tiger pufferfish meat has a tough texture. The solubility of collagen extracted from the muscle and skin was relatively high, and collagen accounted for 47.2 ± 7.8 and 70.8 ± 8.1 % of wet tissue, respectively. In contrast, the solubility of the collagen extracted from bone was the lowest of all the tissues examined, being only 5.7 ± 0.8 % of total wet tissue. The extent of hydroxylation of proline and lysine residues was also examined. In most tissues, the extent of hydroxylation of the lysine residue in insoluble collagen was higher than that of acid-soluble collagen, indicating that hydroxylysine contributes to the stability of collagen. This is the first report of collagen contents, solubility, and extent of hydroxylation of proline and lysine residues in collagen extracted from different tissues of one organism. It is possible that hydroxylysine-derived collagen cross-links play a critical role in the stability of collagen in dilute acetic acid.  相似文献

Growth hormone (GH) can be orally administrated to fish in order to increase growth rates. Fish growth is characterized by the hyperplasia and hypertrophy of muscle fibre throughout adult life. In this respect, GH could affect directly and indirectly (by growth and metabolic factors) the development and growth of muscle fibres. Recombinant pejerrey GH (r‐pjGH) was expressed in Escherichia coli and refolded in a highly efficient batch dilution system, obtaining 0.1 g L?1 of hormone without protein precipitation during the refolding procedure. Orally administered hormone to pejerrey produced a 30% increase in mean weight and stimulated liver insulin‐like growth factor type I (IGF‐I) mRNA expression after 1 month of treatment. Histological analyses showed that muscle growth was generated mainly by hypertrophy of the fibres. A higher r‐pjGH dose increased muscle fibre hypertrophy but somatic growth was negatively affected probably due to a reduced capacity of generating new fibres.  相似文献

The study of the discharge of metallic pollutants into the marine environment through biological material such as sardines makes it possible to evaluate the quality of the biological resources and of the marine environment. The sardine (Sardina pilchardus) is the most popular species for fishing and the most consumed species by the Algiers population. Two toxic metals that can affect human health are studied in this fish. A year of sampling with fishermen was conducted. Sampling was done in the spring, in the autumn, and in April between April 2014 and April 2015. Sampled sardines were grouped by size classes. The gills and muscle were recovered by size classes. The results were explored using a principal components analysis and compared by a Mann-Whitney distribution test. An atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used in the laboratory for analysis. The most important results show that lead levels were higher than those of cadmium in the gills and muscle. For sardines, lead contamination appears to have both gill and food origins. Mann-Whitney comparison tests confirmed this homogeneous distribution of lead between the gills and muscle. The correlation between cadmium in the gills and height or weight is more substantial than that with muscle. The origin of cadmium in sardines is branchial. The food origin appears secondary. From our point of view, the effect of season, i.e., winter (December) and spring (April), favors an increase in metal levels in parallel to the production reserves planned for spawning. The effect of season was observed by use of a biplot. A significant reduction in cadmium and lead content was observed in September. The high temperature, an environmental factor, induced stress that reduced the metal concentrations and the decontamination induced by the issuance of genital products in early summer.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated the potential utility of fish skin, usually discarded during processing, as a cost‐effective protein source. We evaluated the effects on juvenile black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) of an 8‐week feeding trial in which 0%, 5%, 10% or 20% of the casein (purified protein) in their diets was replaced with flounder skin meal. The fish that received flounder skin meal, particularly the 20% group, showed significantly higher growth performance and feeding efficiency. They had lower levels of body lipids, elevated levels of high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increased body and muscle protein contents. They recovered more rapidly from stress induced by anaesthesia or exposure to air. Supplementation with flounder skin meal confirms the functionality of flounder skin meal as a high collagen component of fish diets.  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨不同蛋白质和脂肪水平对细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok)幼鱼生长、体成分以及肌肉氨基酸含量的影响。采用蛋白质水平为40%、45%、50%和55%,脂肪水平为8%和16%,共8组实验饲料。在水温为(16±0.2)℃的循环流水水族箱系统内进行为期10周的养殖试验。采用常规生化分析方法对该鱼肌肉营养学组成及含量进行测定分析。研究结果表明,不同蛋白和脂肪水平对细鳞鲑幼鱼增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体比等均有显著影响(P0.05)。随着蛋白水平增加,增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体比率先升高后降低,其肌肉粗蛋白含量也随之显著升高(P0.05),而对粗脂肪和粗灰分不存在显著影响;随着脂肪水平增加,其肌肉粗脂肪含量也随之显著提高(P0.05),而对水分、粗蛋白和灰分含量不存在显著影响。肌肉中共测定出17种氨基酸(除色氨酸),不同蛋白和脂肪水平对氨基酸总量(WTAA)和必需氨基酸的构成比例(WEAA/WTAA)不存在显著影响。综合生长性能与氨基酸模式的实验结果,本研究认为细鳞鲑幼鱼最适蛋白质和脂肪水平分别为50%和8%,适宜蛋能比为29.36 g/MJ。  相似文献

Samples for the analysis of stable isotopes, genetics and other tissue sampling methods of small fish are often taken via lethal techniques. The aim of this study was to determine the suitability of a non-lethal sampling method for removing muscle tissue from fish under 30 cm total length (TL). A 4-mm biopsy punch was used to remove muscle tissue from two different species, Lutjanus russelli (Lutjanidae) and Lethrinus laticaudis (Lethrinidae). Several scales were removed from the sampling location, and then the biopsy punch was inserted to remove the muscle tissue. Immediately following this, a mixture of Fish Bandage? and three drops of Betadine? antiseptic solution was applied to the wound to reduce the chance of infection. The biopsy punch removes an average of 8 mg of muscle tissue from the fish, more than is required for stable isotope and genetic analyses (1 mg). The condition of fish subjected to our three treatments, biopsied fish, a handling controls and a tank control, was compared via gill beat counts at the time of biopsy and 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 h after treatment. Overall, no instances of mortality were recorded across the study for all species and all treatments. This method has been found to be a suitable non-lethal method in the removal of muscle tissue from these two fish species, potentially also other species under 30 cm TL, by eliminating mortality and minimising stress responses in sampled fishes.  相似文献

We investigated factors that accelerate dimethylamine formation in gadoid dark muscle. The degradation rate of trimethylamine-N-oxide into dimethylamine and formaldehyde during frozen storage was compared between ordinary muscle and dark muscle from walleye pollock, southern blue whiting, and hoki. Dimethylamine was generated faster in dark muscle than in ordinary muscle in each species, and it was produced most abundantly in hoki dark muscle compared with the other two species. We investigated the mechanism that caused dimethylamine to be generated more abundantly in dark muscle during frozen storage, and found that the amount of dark muscle nonheme iron, which catalyzes trimethylamine-N-oxide degradation, was higher than that in ordinary muscle in each species, and hoki dark muscle in particular contained the highest levels of nonheme iron among these three species. Moreover, dark muscle in all three fish species had a higher taurine content (known to accelerate dimethylamine formation) than ordinary muscle. These data suggested two candidate factors, namely nonheme iron and taurine, that may accelerate dimethylamine generation during frozen storage. In addition, gel filtration results suggested that walleye pollock dark muscle contains as yet unidentified low-molecular-weight agents that stably accelerate dimethylamine generation.  相似文献

The innate immune system of fish is considered first line of defense against a broad spectrum of pathogens. Being a component of innate immunity and lying at the interface between fish and the aqueous environment, skin mucus plays a frontier role in protecting fish from infections. In the present study, skin mucus of Cirrhinus mrigala, Labeo rohita, Catla catla, Rita rita and Channa punctata, inhabiting different ecological niches, was analyzed to characterize potential innate immune factors such as lysozyme, proteases, phosphatases, esterase and sialic acid. The enzyme activities were high in bottom dweller species, C. punctata and C. mrigala, and low in clean water inhabiting species, L. rohita and C. catla. An inverse relationship was observed between the level of enzyme activity and the sialic acid content in these fish species. In R. rita, however, the levels of all factors were found to be low. Zymographic analysis with labeled Micrococcus lysodeikticus revealed three isoforms of lysozyme in C. punctata and two in each species, C. mrigala, L. rohita and C. catla. In R. rita, lysozyme could not be detected. Gelatin zymography revealed that serine and metalloproteases were the major mucus proteases in all fish species investigated. In addition, trypsin-like protease and Ca(++)-specific serine proteases were observed in skin mucus. Increased knowledge of these parameters could be useful in understanding the role of skin mucus in the innate immune system of fish species inhabiting different ecological niches.  相似文献

为探究额尔齐斯河水域中鱼类寄生三代虫的种类以及感染情况,给新疆水产业的发展及我国三代虫的研究提供基础资料,2009年8月至2014年8月选取额尔齐斯河的北屯镇、185团场、布尔津和哈巴河4个采样点,自捕或者从当地渔民处购买材料鱼,通过染色观察三代虫的形态特征,对其几丁质结构进行绘图、测量及比较,同时对不同种类三代虫的感染率、感染强度、感染丰度以及宿主专一性进行分析。结果表明,4个采样点共发现三代虫14种,其中丁 三代虫(Gyrodactylus tinca Malmberg,1957)、白斑狗鱼三代虫(Gyrodoctylus lucii Kulakowskaja,1951)、梭鲈三代虫(Gyrodoctylu luciopercae Gusev,1962)、马氏三代虫(Gyrodactylus markakulensis Gvosdev,1950)均是国内首次发现,为新纪录种;感染率最高的为鲤(Cyprinus carpio)(23.94%),最低的为河鲈(Perca fluviatilis)(0.74%),除东方欧鳊(Abramis brama orientalis)、散鳞镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio haematopterrus)和鲤外,其余的感染率均不超过10%;银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)、散鳞镜鲤和鲤为易感宿主,方均比(S2/X)都大于1,呈聚集分布;其余的小于1,呈均匀分布。三代虫宿主专一性较强,但有少数种类三代虫寄生2~4种宿主的情况,也存在同一宿主感染2~3种三代虫的现象,与单殖吸虫的宿主专一性基本一致。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to examine carotenoid depletion in the muscle of rainbow trout. After 4 weeks of ingestion of canthaxanthin, fish were divided into two groups: the first was fed the same diet but without the canthaxanthin, the second was starved. Lipid and canthaxanthin levels in epaxial muscle were followed for 38 days. The lipid content increased (× 1.84) in fed fish and remained stable in those which were starved. Fed fish lost more canthaxanthin than starved fish. The ratio of the relative weight gain of canthaxanthin to that of the lipids was higher in starved than in fed fish (0.91 and 0.69 respectively). It is concluded that an internal redistribution of canthaxanthin takes place in the absence of an intake of the pigment. These results also show that the muscle of rainbow trout has a high storage capacity.  相似文献

文章对发酵鳜鱼(Siniperca chuatsi)肌肉中的营养成分(蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、脂肪酸、矿物质元素等)和安全指标[挥发性盐基氮(T-VBN)、硫代巴比妥酸值(TBA)、亚硝酸盐、生物胺、重金属元素等]进行检测,以评价其营养成分和安全性。结果表明,经发酵后的两款鳜鱼中水分和粗蛋白含量均低于新鲜鳜鱼,灰分、粗脂肪、鲜味氨基酸(天冬氨酸、谷氨酸和丙氨酸)、必需氨基酸、总不饱和脂肪酸、钠(Na)和钙(Ca)等含量均高于新鲜鳜鱼;两款发酵鳜鱼中氨基酸组成较为接近,其中1号发酵鳜鱼中灰分、粗脂肪、Na和Ca含量高于2号,而多不饱和脂肪酸和粗蛋白含量低于2号。在安全性方面,两款发酵鳜鱼重金属含量均未超标,TBA、T-VBN、亚硝酸盐和生物胺含量均高于新鲜鳜鱼;其中1号发酵鳜鱼中T-VBN和组胺含量高于2号,而TBA、亚硝酸盐和总生物胺含量低于2号。研究表明,发酵鳜鱼属于营养较全面且营养价值较高的发酵鱼制品,同时也需要进行品质控制以提高产品质量。  相似文献
