铁胁迫致苹果黄叶时,对根系输铁液能在较短时间内提高叶片叶绿素和含量,从而达到复绿的效果,在Fe-Citrieacid、Fe-EDTA和Fe-N三种铁肥中,Fe-N是适宜根系输液的铁肥品种,主干高压注射铁肥复绿较慢,,叶面喷布效果不显著。 相似文献

通过对处于枯黄期沟叶结缕草的施肥试验,来确定沟叶结缕草在枯黄期施铁肥的最佳策略。结果表明:螯合铁肥的颜色分值和均一性好于无机铁肥,对草坪的转绿有显著效果,浓度为4kg/667m2的螯合铁肥使草坪复绿效果最好,但是综合价格因素,3kg/667m2的无机铁肥施肥效果虽不如螯合铁肥,但是价格实惠,效果也尚可;在无机铁肥施肥试验中,草坪MDA含量效果整体最好的是Fe3+;在螯合铁肥试验中,MDA含量效果整体最好的是3与4kg/667m2;在枯黄期,草坪CAT含量增幅会变小;各种肥料处理都不同程度地推迟了草坪枯黄时间的到来,具体天数从8~28d不等,螯合铁肥对草坪枯黄期要好于无机铁肥,且效果显著(P0.05);而从草坪观赏性的角度出发,浓度为4kg/667m2的螯合铁肥综合效果最佳,但是价格偏贵。 相似文献

【目的】为了探索苹果叶片缺铁失绿矫正新方法,【方法】通过田间试验和盆栽试验,分别研究了铁肥虹吸输液对矫正苹果缺铁失绿症的影响,铁肥虹吸输液和强力高压注射对叶片和根中铁含量的影响及铁在树体内的运输与分布。【结果】结果表明,铁肥虹吸输液能够在较短时间内使黄化的叶片复绿,显著增加叶片中叶绿素含量。虹吸输液增加叶片中铁含量显著多于强力高压注射,强力高压注射增加根中铁含量显著高于虹吸输液,虹吸输液铁肥靠叶片蒸腾拉力进入树体,强力高压注射的铁肥靠压力进入树体。【结论】铁肥虹吸输液是矫正苹果缺铁失绿症一种新的高效、简单易行方法。 相似文献

为了研究新型叶面铁肥对植物缺铁黄化的矫正效果,以10年生歪嘴李为试验材料,测定施铁处理对李叶片的叶绿素、营养状况、光合速率以及光能利用效率的影响。结果表明,新型叶面铁肥处理后,叶片叶绿素、铁含量显著提高,随着喷施次数增加,叶绿素呈递增趋势;喷施新型叶面铁肥后显著提高了叶片PSⅡ原初捕获激发能的效率(Fm/Fo)和光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),光合速率得到显著提升。综合比较,新型叶面铁肥比EDDHA-Fe的复绿效果好,且新型叶面铁肥400倍液处理在第一年获得最佳效果。 相似文献

叶面喷施麦根酸铁对矫正山定子缺铁黄叶病的效果 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过盆栽试验,以山定于(苹果实生苗)为供试材料,用水(CK). 乙二胺四乙酸铁(FeEDTA)、BASF多元微 肥(BASF)、柠檬酸复合铁(FCU)为对比,探讨了叶面喷施麦根酸铁(FePS)矫正山定子缺铁黄叶病的效果。结果表明, 叶面喷施 FePS后,山定子新叶叶绿素的变化虽明显好于 CK,但前期不如 FeEDTA、BASF、FCU喷施效果明显,后期 喷施FePSP和FeEDTA、FCU、BASF叶绿素含量相近。叶面喷施FePS后山定子新叶和老叶全铁含量分别比CK增加 225.62%和 202.33%,明显高于喷施 FeEDTA、BASF和 FCU。叶面喷施 FePS后山定子新叶和老叶活性铁含量分别比 CK增加126.11%和159.41%,略低于FeEDTA喷施,但明显高于BASF和 FCU喷施。叶面喷施FePS,山定子新叶过 氧化氢酶活性比CK增加115.44%,远高于FeEDTA、BASF、FCU喷施,但老叶仅比CK提高50.22%,好于BASF,略 低于 FeEDTA 和 FCU处理。初步证明双子叶植物可以吸收麦根酸铁。 相似文献

红色邻二氮杂菲铁示踪结果表明: 二价铁肥根系输液以二价态由根被动吸收, 由靠近形成层的木质部, 运输到根、茎、叶及其主脉内, 运输速度每小时可达数十厘米。室内营养液培养的八棱海棠苗用59Fe示踪, 结果表明, 断根中分配的59Fe为19.3% , 叶中70.9% , 断1、2、3条根59Fe在叶中分配的比例分别为57.9%、63.6%和68.0%。铁肥树干强力高压注射以二价铁沿中央木质部的导管运输, 大部分向下运往根系, 根中贮存大量的铁, 向上运输稍难。运输速度每小时达数百厘米, 矫正缺铁失绿症的速度比根系输液慢, 但由于根中贮存大量的铁, 持效期较长。铁可以通过枝条和叶片进入树体并且运输。 相似文献

In order to study the influence of variable iron on biomass, economic yield and role of iron in potato (Solanum tuberosum) cv. Chandramukhi metabolism, plants were grown in refined sand at variable iron ranging from 0.001 to 2.0 mM. Exposure of potato plants to Fe stress (i.e. a Fe concentration different from 0.1 mM) shows retarded growth, decreased chlorophyll concentration and Hill reaction activity, induced changes in enzyme activities and concentration of Fe and Mn. The visible symptoms of iron deficiency appeared on day 15 at 0.001 mM Fe as chlorosis of young leaves. The excess of iron (at >0.1 mM Fe) appeared later, after 25 days and the chlorosis was observed on older leaves. Both deficiency (0.001 mM) and excess (>0.1 mM) of iron reduced the tuber yield, deteriorating its quality by lowering the concentration of sugars, starch and protein nitrogen and increasing the accumulation of non-protein nitrogen and phenols in tubers. 相似文献

This study investigates the possible correlations between bark, floral, and leaf iron (Fe) concentrations and SPAD measures to be used as early methods for prognosis of iron chlorosis in peach trees. The results showed that there were significant correlations between bark, floral and leaf Fe concentrations and SPAD measurements. This study shows for the first time the possibility of using bark analysis as an early predictive method of iron chlorosis in peach trees.Differences in mineral composition of leaves of peach trees, in relation to rootstocks were also found.This study also investigated the distribution of mineral elements in different parts of peach leaves. Tissue analysis of different leaf parts showed that the peripheral and petiole of leaves had the highest P, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, B and Cu concentrations. In contrast, the highest K concentration was found in the internal parts of leaves. High Mn concentration was found in the laminar of leaves, but was lower in the petioles.In other experiments, the effect of different sources of Fe application on the leaf Fe concentrations and development of Brown Rot in the year of application and one and 2 years later was also examined. No application increased significantly the leaf Fe concentrations in the year of application and 1 year later. Leaf Fe concentrations were significant higher in trees treated with FeSO4·7H2O + S 2 years after application.The possible effect of flesh Fe concentration to susceptibility of peach (cv. Sun Crest) to Monilinia laxa was also evaluated. The results showed no correlation between flesh Fe concentration and susceptibility of peach to M. laxa. Besides, no statistical difference was found in the susceptibility of peach to M. laxa collected from the cultivar Sun Crest grafted on different rootstocks. 相似文献

以‘黄金梨’缺铁黄化植株与正常植株为试材,于生长期黄化植株叶面喷施50、100、200和400 mg·L-1 GA3溶液,测定叶片中Fe、GA3、GA4、IAA和JA含量,对叶绿体进行了电镜显微结构观察,并运用荧光定量PCR技术分析了Fe代谢与GA信号转导相关基因的表达量。结果表明,外源GA3处理后9 d,黄化叶均有不同程度复绿,叶脉复绿明显,叶身部分复绿,其中400 mg·L-1 GA3处理后12 d黄化叶复绿最明显。处理后9和12 d缺铁黄化叶片Fe含量显著高于清水处理对照。外源GA3能诱导黄化叶片内FER1、FER2、FER3、FRO2、IRT1和FD1的表达,其中12 d各处理FER2和IRT1基因的表达量分别是对照10倍和40倍以上,说明外源GA3促进了叶片内铁的贮藏、还原与转运相关基因的表达。外源GA3处理显著提高了叶片中内源GA3和G... 相似文献

以盆栽2年生富士苹果树(砧木为平邑甜茶) 为试材, 研究了盐胁迫下几种肥料(鸡粪、牛粪、复合肥) 对树体各器官矿质营养平衡的影响。结果表明: 与对照(不施肥) 相比, 盐胁迫下施用复合肥可以明显减少植株Na含量, 鸡粪次之, 牛粪无效应。盐胁迫与无盐胁迫相比苹果树各部位Na相对增长量的顺序是: 主干韧皮部、新梢>主干木质部>根, 说明Na主要积累在植株地上部。盐胁迫下复合肥提高植株各部位N、K、Fe和Zn含量; 鸡粪提高N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe和Zn含量; 牛粪没有明显作用。复合肥盐胁迫下维持N、P、K、Fe、Zn与Na平衡的作用明显, 鸡粪维持P、K、Ca、Fe与Na平衡的作用较为明显, 对维持N、Mg和Zn也有一定作用, 牛粪在维持元素平衡上没有明显作用, 说明施用复合肥和鸡粪有利于维持苹果盐胁迫下树体营养的平衡。盐胁迫影响元素/Na比值最明显的植物部位是新梢、其次为根和主干韧皮部,对主干木质部影响最小, 说明盐胁迫对生命活动旺盛部位的矿质营养平衡影响最大。 相似文献
