Seven reinforced concrete Beam-Column sandwich joint specimens were tested under cyclic load. The performances of these specimens consisting of loads resistance, deflection, ductility, displacement, energy dissipation could satisfy the requirement of structures for seismic design. The phenomena that concrete in joint region was crushed by axial load or eccentric load were never observed,and final failure for a multitude of specimens occurred by shear force. Though a few of performances such as beam bar anchorage capacity were not as well as those of traditional joints ,it is feasible for sandwich joints used while establishing structures.  相似文献

A 3-D finite element model is established by ABAQUS to simulate the behavior of the joints with concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) column to steel beam using external stiffening ring.The load versus deformation curves of this type of joints are compared between theoretical and experimental results,and in good agreement.Parametric analysis is performed to study the flexural load-carrying capacity of the joint.The width of external stiffening ring,the steel ratio of CFST column,the ultimate strength of steel beam,the strength of steel tube and beam,the concrete strength,the axial load ratio,and the beam to column linear stiffness ratio are considered as parameters.The simplified practical design approach is proposed based on parameter analysis of the flexural load-carrying capacity of these joints.The practical calculated values are in good agreement with the FEM results.  相似文献

Based on the reversed cyclic loading tests of 21 nearly full-size interior joints in completed reinforced concrete frames,the law of bond deterioration of beam bars crossing the joint is tested and analyzed,which is influenced by the axial load ratio,shear-compression ratio,reinforced bar strength,concrete strength and the relative length of beam bars crossing the joint. By the nonlinear fitting method, the formula of the bond stress r between steel crossing interior joints and concrete under different loading step is obtained. According to the loading approach, the propositional formula of the relative length of beam bars crossing the joint hc/d is presented, which is influenced by axial load ratio, shear-compression ratio ,reinforced bar strength and concrete strength.  相似文献

Due to the large stirrup ratio and reinforcement congest in beam-column joints, the ordinary reinforced concrete beam-column joints take inconvenience to construction. Cracked fiber renforced concrete (FRC) has strong bridge ability and better tensile performance so that it can replace part or all of the stirrups. Based on previous researches on resistance mechanism of reinforced concrete joints, a new model using FRC materials in the core zone of beam-column joints is presented. It is a kind of model in which horizontal shear supported by the diagonal strut mechanism and softening truss mechanism with a certain percentage. The calculation results of the model is compared with the existing test results. It is a bit conservative to specimens with low axial load ratio. However, the results are in line with the specimens with high axial load ratio. Therefore, the results totally demonstrate the rationality of the proposed model in this paper. Meanwhile, according to the proposed model, the shear capacity of beam-column joints can be not only calculated, it also check whether FRC compressive strength in core zone of joints and horizontal stirrup ratio meets design requirements, which has a higher practicability.  相似文献

Three specimens of sandwich joints with eccentricity being larger than a quarter of the column width in middle floor of frame are designed and loaded under cyclic loading. Their shear capacity, failure modes, and ductility, as well as energy dissipation are analyzed. The results show that the performance of sandwich joints with big eccentricity is good under cyclic loading. X-type reinforcements can be used to substitute for stirrups in the joint to bear shear forces. But the anchorage of longitudinal bars of beams in eccentric sandwich joints is relatively weak. Comparing to sandwich joints without eccentricity, the column longitudinal bars near the sandwich joints with big eccentricity are vulnerable to sudden change of strain.  相似文献

In this paper,through direct shear tests on 3 steel tube confined concrete column ring beam joints with shear ring,the ultimate capacity,the mechanical mechanism,the sliding of ring beam relative to steel tube and the ultimate failure mode of ring beam were analyzed.The results showed that the ultimate failure mode and the calculation of capacity of ring beam joint awaited further tests and analysis.  相似文献

On the basis of experimental results on four specimens of vertically loaded RC joints of local transfer from square column to straight wall, interaction between the transfer beam and the straight wall above it is analyzed. In the test, the effect of height of armpit on the transfer beam upon the behavior of the joint is specially studied. As a result, determination of the design shear force and shear capacity of the transfer beam and calculation of capacity of the straight wall are suggested, taking into account the effect of shear span ratio of the beam.  相似文献

In order to probe into the shear resistant behaviors ofsteel reinforced concrete(SRC)restrained beams,three test beams underconcentrated loads have been tested.A full range analysis of the testbeams is conducted by using nonlinear finite element(NLFE)techique,and a good agreement with the experimental results is achieved.Theshear resistant mechanism of SRC restrained beam and the main factorsaffecting its shear strength are analysed.It is found that when theavailable shear strength formula for simply supported SRC beams is usedto calculate the shear strength of SRC restrained beams,the result turnsout to be conservative,so it is suggested that the shear strength of SRCrestrained beam could be calculated by the corresponding formula ofsimply supported SRC beam,adopting calculation shear span ratio.Thepractical formula is proposed in the paper.  相似文献

According to test results of two different angle specimens of local transfer RC joint from inclined column to Beeline-shaped short shear wall under vertical static loads and results of corresponding finite element analysis(ANSYS), fundamental behaviors of the joint are achieved for the change of the angle.The result indicates that there is much difference in the stress distributions of the transfer beam and short shear wall for different angles of inclined column, which shows that the larger angle, the more great tensile force and the earlier crack in the transfer beam and the lower capacity. Otherwise, the angle is smaller, the evener stress distributions in short shear wall, the later crack, the worse degenerate in the transfer beam and the higher capacity.Furthermore, the mechanical behaviors of the joint obviously followed the characteristics of a truss model.  相似文献

In order to ensure that the T shaped steel reinforced concrete short-pier shear wall ductile shear failure occurs, the failure mechanism on the basis of experimental research, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the failure mode. In the process of analysis considered the influence factors of horizontal steel reinforcement ratio, concrete strength, axial compression ratio and the content of steel. The results show: the level of reinforced volume reinforcement ratio, concrete strength and the content of steel can obviously change the the bearing capacity and ductility of components.  相似文献

The finite element software ABAQUS is used to calculate the deformation of reinforced concrete walls under fire. The calculated results agree well with previous experimental results. Based on the finite element model, the influences of such parameters as axial load level, lateral load level, height-to-thickness ratio, wall thickness, concrete compressive strength, steel reinforcement yield strength, steel reinforcement ratio and concrete protection thickness on deformation and fire resistance of walls are analyzed systematically. It is found that, under the conditions of big axial load level or wall thickness without lateral load and small height-to-thickness ratio, the reverse deflection of reinforced concrete walls in fire is apt to occur. Within the work range of parameters in common use, the fire resistance of walls decreases with the increase of axial load level, lateral load level, height-to-thickness ratio, steel reinforcement yield strength or steel reinforcement ratio, and increases with the increase of wall thickness or concrete compressive strength.  相似文献

Making use of large finite element analysis software ANSYS, combine with the mine shaft tower actual frame tube structure project to model analysis, by means of concrete performance of mine shaft tower under the effect of horizontal load, come to a conclusion that beam column stiffness ratio has a great influence on shear lag effect. Then analyse the phenomenon of beam column stiffness ratio to shear lag effect, make a comparison on calculated results and simulation analysis results, to move an improved method. Based on the elastic finite element analysis of the RC beam-wider-than-wall joint, two large-scale specimens of the direct anchoring beam-wider-than-wall joint are designed to test the joint behavior. The stresses and slips of longitudinal bars in the beam, load-bearing capacity and destruction form are observed and analyzed. The analysis and test results show that: The wide beam should be extended through into the wall for some length to make the flexural stress uniform along beam section width, thus the beam's bearing capacity can be achieved. The anchorage condition of the upper longitudinal bar in the beam outside the wall's width is poor, thus the anchorage length prescribed in the current CODE is not enough to ensure the bearing capacity and ductility of joints. The beam stirrups are very important to the anchorage of the upper longitudinal bar in the beam outside the wall's width. If the quantity of the beam stirrups is not enough, the wide beam in the joint area would have more cracks which decrease the bearing capacity and ductility of joints. Finally, a novel spatial truss mechanism model for the beam-wider-than-wall joint is put forward.  相似文献

In order to analyze the seismic behavior of widened beam flange joints, 16 specimens were derived from finite element models base on experiments. The effects of some parameters, such as the increased width and length, on ultimate load and ductility performance of joints were further discussed with ANSYS finite element method. According to specimen failure phenomenon of both experiment and finite element method, the weak link of the joints was found and the cracking possibility was evaluated. A theoretical analysis of the fracture mechanism of widened beam flange connection was conducted. In addition, design method of widened beam flange parameters was introduced, which will offer valuable information and reference for seismic design in steel frame joints.  相似文献

在Y形偏心支撑高强钢框架结构抗震性振动台试验的基础上,建立了试验试件的有限元模型,并验证了分析的正确性。设计了一个9层的Y形偏心支撑高强钢框架结构,以耗能梁段长度、耗能梁段腹板高厚比、高跨比为参数,对9层结构进行了非线性动力时程分析,研究了以上参数对结构抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明,改变耗能梁段长度、高跨比对结构层间侧移、耗能梁段性能、框架柱弯矩、耗能能力均有不同程度的影响,对框架柱轴力、基底剪力无显著影响;改变耗能梁段腹板高厚比对结构耗能能力有影响,对结构层间侧移、耗能梁段性能、框架柱受力、基底剪力无显著影响,并给出了相关设计建议。  相似文献

为研究钢结构仿古建筑双梁柱中节点的抗震性能,对4个全焊双梁柱中节点进行了水平低周反复加载试验。通过观测试件在侧向力作用下的受力过程和破坏形态,分析双梁柱中节点的受力机理。根据梁截面形式的不同,将其分为箱型截面梁与工字型截面梁2类,依据仿古建筑独特的构造特点,将各试件节点核心区划分为上、中、下3个区域。通过量测各区域内的应变大小,分析该类结构节点核心区在侧向力作用下的受理机理及破坏模式,并建立双梁柱节点的斜压杆受力模型。试验结果表明:仿古建筑双梁柱节点的破坏形式主要为沿下核心区对角线的剪切破坏,并通过理论计算分析提出一种考虑轴压比与梁截面形式的双梁柱中节点抗剪承载力修正公式。  相似文献

The effects of the restraint stiffness ratio, the axial load ratio and the column slenderness on the buckling temperature and failure temperature of a restrained H section steel column under axial load in fire were studied with a calibrated finite element method (FEM) model. And the calculation methods of buckling temperature and failure temperature were proposed. The effect of the restraint stiffness ratio on the buckling temperature and failure temperatures could be expressed with an exponent curve while polynomial functions was appropriate for the effects of the axial load ratio and the column slenderness. The results of the proposed method were in good agreement with those by FEM method and on the safe side.  相似文献

在高层建筑结构设计中,由于上部荷载较大或梁的跨度较大,使得梁的截面高度较高,通常会影响建筑的有效层高和建筑的总体高度。为了减小各层梁板结构高度,有效增大各层净高,提出了一种钢箱梁嵌入现浇板的新型组合梁板连接方式。针对这种新型连接方式,对6个钢箱梁混凝土板组合连接区域进行了板承受支座负弯矩的单调加载试验,对比分析了采用钢箱梁嵌入混凝土板组合楼盖与传统栓钉连接组合楼盖中板抵抗支座负弯矩的性能差异;并利用ABAQUS对试件进行了有限元分析。试验与有限元分析结果表明:采用钢箱梁嵌入板连接组合方式,其混凝土板抵抗支座负弯矩的能力与传统连接方式板抵抗支座负弯矩能力没有明显差异。  相似文献

A new kind of steel-concrete composite beam with notched web is proposed, and the bend and shear behaviors of this composite beam are investigated. First of all, the constitution, bearing characteristics and merits of the steel-concrete composite beam with notched web are introduced; then, a group of formulas about the bending capacity, slip between the steel beam and the concrete flange, and the deflection are introduced; after that, the bending behavior, slip effect and bearing characteristic of the steel-concrete composite beam with notched web are studied on 4 specimens, which are tested by applying two concreted vertical loads on the top of concrete flange. And the finite element model is adopted to analyze the results of the 4 specimens; finally, the reliabilities of the formulas are verified by comparing the results of theoretical formulas, the results of tests and that of finite element analysis. Study shows that the bend behavior and shear behavior are fine, and the popularization of this new kind of composite beam which can be broadly used in building engineering will save the consumption of steel.  相似文献
