By four-point bending test and fatigue test,the authors studied the flexural toughness and fatigue property of semi-rigid base course of cement-stabilized macadam with and without polypropylene(PP) fiber.Some significant data about these two kinds of material have been obtained,such as the load-deflection curves,toughness index according to the standard methods of JCI and ASTM C1018-97,the fatigue lifetime under different stress levels and the fatigue lifetime regression equation.The results show that the reinforcing effect of the PP fiber is remarkable;the bending strength,ultimate deformability,JCI toughness index,ASTM C1018-97 toughness index and fatigue life of cement-stabilized macadam with PP fiber are increased by about 10%,150%,67.7%,36.1%~79.8%,and 126%~352%,respectively,when the volume fraction of PP fiber is only 0.077%.At the same time,the authors revealed the toughness improving mechanism and the anti-fatigue mechanism of the fiber in such material based on the fracture mechanics theory.  相似文献

it is necessary to balance the failure risk and the maintenance expensive. A methodology for reliability based maintenance optimization of steel bridge welded joints subjected to fatigue is proposed considering linear elastic fracture mechanics (LEFM), the structure reliability, life cycle cost method and maintenance strategies. The maintenance cost is divided into inspection, repair and failure sections according to the whole life cycle cost methodology. And the maintenance strategy is transformed to the minimum expected lifetime costs with a constraint of the minimum acceptable reliability index. An case concerning to a transverse stiffener of bottom flange welded joint of Qingcaobei bridge is studied with a certain number of simplifications. Some sensitivity analysis is provided. In this paper, based on multi region boundary element method (BEM), a general procedure to calculate stress intensity factors(SIF) of a 3D mixed mode fatigue surface crack is detailed. A BEM model for a welded T joint is constructed referring to the test specimen. The crack corner points are indirectly estimated to circumvent the treatment of the different crack tip singularity at the corner regions. Numerical results from the welded T joint show that this procedure is reliable.  相似文献

根据吊索镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳破坏特点,把镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳纹形成和扩展过程分解成镀锌层腐蚀失效、蚀坑萌生、蚀坑形成、短裂纹扩展、长裂纹扩展和断裂破坏等阶段,建立各阶段时间表达式,得到镀锌钢丝疲劳寿命表达式,提出基于断裂力学的吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命评估研究结果方法。通过算例分析复杂运营条件下腐蚀环境和应力幅等因素对吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响,研究结果表明:吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命主要由钢丝镀锌层腐蚀、蚀坑发展和短裂纹扩展等3个阶段组成,为了准确地评估吊索腐蚀疲劳寿命,需要掌握大桥的运营环境和交通荷载。  相似文献

Wind induced responses of a single steel circular antenna with an asymmetric brace were computed considering wind speed and direction joint distribution function at location of the structure, and then wind induced fatigue life of the structure was estimated in frequency domain and time domain, respectively. Some parameters, including wind direction, surface roughness, vortex induced resonance and mean wind speed, which would have effects on the wind induced fatigue life of the structure,were discussed. It is found that 1) wind direction has great effects on wind induced fatigue damage, that is, significant fatigue can occur in wind direction of high probability; 2) the more roughness the surface of structure is, the shorter the wind induced fatigue life is; 3) the effects of vortex resonance on wind induced fatigue life should not be neglected; 4) the mean velocity has slight impact on the wind induced fatigue life of the structure.  相似文献

Based on a prestressed concrete girder with complex box-type section of 36m span, four models of 1/6 scale are made, and one of them is mixed with a kind of polymer latex. Experiments with monotonically and cyclically loading are carried out on the models to study bending fatigue behavior of the girder in service and under cyclic load exceeding the designed value, as well as the impact of polymer on fatigue performance of the girder. The results show that, under the cyclic load of value determined by the maximum and minimum stress at the key part of the girder in service, the fatigue performance is satisfactory and the fatigue behavior under a subsequent larger cyclic load is similar with that one under the same big cyclic load. Besides, the polymer has no negative effect on fatigue behavior of the model.  相似文献

To explore the characteristics of deformation of sandstone under cyclic pore water pressure, the experiments with different axial stresses (60%, 70% and 80% of peak intensity) of sandstone subjected to cyclic pore water loading are investigated by using MTS815 rock mechanics testing system, and irregular small deformation in deformation curve of sandstone are also processed by wavelet transformation of Matlab. The results show that with the increase of constant axial stress, fatigue deformation under cyclic pore water pressure will accelerate the failure of the sandstone. With the increase of the number of cyclic pore water pressure, the deformation evolution of the plastic-loop is illustrated as sparse-dense-sparse. The deformation curves of sandstone under cyclic pore water pressure affected by many factors are decomposed, reconfigurable processed and evaluated by using wavelet transformation, which indicates that the basic curve with optimal decomposition scale fits well with the experimental curves and reveals the deformation evolution of sandstone.  相似文献

Based on the probability conservation principle, a joint probability density evolution equation of random parameters and fatigue damage is derived. Probability density evolution surface and cumulative probability isoline of fatigue damage in term of the evolution equation can be used to predict the probability distribution of fatigue damage and fatigue reliability with a given damage threshold. The numerical solution of fatigue reliability for a constant-amplitude test has a good agreement with the experimental result. For a variable-amplitude fatigue test, the computation results, which are calculated according to probability parameters of two constant-amplitude fatigue life tests and Miner's rule, are also in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

利用相似材料模拟高速铁路隧道基底软岩,采用荷载控制和非对称正弦波循环加载方式对软岩试件进行动三轴疲劳与损伤检测综合试验。通过试验结果分析,建立了软岩3参数多项式疲劳寿命计算模型和4参数多项式累积损伤参量计算模型,获得了软岩疲劳损伤特性,即:软岩疲劳破坏表现为端部拉-剪复合破坏和中部压-剪复合破坏两种模式;疲劳破坏全过程表现为初始微孔隙压密、裂纹发生与稳定扩展以及损伤裂纹加速发展3个发展阶段;软岩疲劳寿命主要取决于本身强度和动应力水平,强度愈高、动力应力水平愈低,其疲劳寿命就越长;当动应力水平相同时,软岩疲劳寿命与其弹性模量呈线性增长关系。  相似文献

叶绿素荧光动力学技术在测定叶片光合作用中光系统对光能的吸收、传递、耗散、分配等方面具有独特的作用。本研究借助叶绿素荧光成像仪, 从拟南芥EMS诱变突变体库中筛选到一株低叶绿素荧光突变体lcf3-1 (lower chlorophyll fluorescence 3-1)。遗传分析表明lcf3-1突变体为单基因隐性突变。突变基因图位克隆结果显示LCF3是PsbW的等位基因。另外, LCF3基因的T-DNA插入突变体及功能回补转基因植物的叶绿素荧光分析结果, 均证明LCF3基因突变导致拟南芥叶绿素荧光Fv/Fm值降低。进一步实验证明LCF3蛋白定位于叶绿体, 且LCF3基因在植株中普遍表达。PsbW蛋白可能细微调整PSII-LHCII超复合体的组装及稳定。  相似文献

Based on the discussion of the phenomenon that the effect of fracture toughness is neglected in general hydraulic fracturing models, this paper gives the energy balance equation in-colding all parameters in hydraulic fracturing and proposes a method of determining the apparent fracture toughness of rock from hydraulic fracture experimental data. The discussion on the factors affecting apparent toughness indicates the inevitability that the apparent fracture toughness of rock measured by hydraulic fracture experimental data is significantly higher than that measured by the standard three-point bending method.  相似文献

Although rolling lubrication can decrease rolling forces and energy consumption, it also causes defects such as uneven flange lateral spread and web eccentricity during H-beam rolling process. To solve the problem caused by lubrication, finite element models of H-beam universal rolling were established. The different friction conditions of the contact surface between the rollers and work piece were simulated individually. The mechanism of rolling lubrication impacting on flange spread was studied, and the law of flange lateral spread was gained by analyzing the factors such as friction distribution and metal flow in different situations. Analytical results show that lubrication in rolling process can effectively decrease rolling forces and energy consumption. In the condition that technological parameters except friction are fixed, the flange lateral spread decreases in a linear way as the friction coefficient between flange and roller increases, and the flange lateral spread is more sensitive to the friction of flange's the inner side. Design of lubrication process should take full account of the sensitiveness differences of flange lateral spread to the lubrication conditions of different parts of roller surface.  相似文献

The fatigue resistance of Gussasphalt mixture was analyzed with energy method after four point flexural fatigue test under multiple strain levels. Through the fatigue test under multiple strain levels, the linear relationship was obtained between fatigue life and cumulative dissipated energy in log log plot. And the equation for fatigue life prediction under different strain levels was also regressed. Besides, the relation between fatigue damage and dissipated energy of Gussasphalt mixture was analyzed with Maxwell model. And with the conceptions of hysteresis loop and phase angle, it is found that the mixture with bigger phase angle has better fatigue resistance.  相似文献

Static experiment was carried out to study rotation behavior of timber beam-column connection. The influence of length of Gongmu and position of dowel on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint was analyzed. Rules of stiffness degradation under cyclic loading were studied as well. The results show that: the moment-rotation curve of typical timber beam-column connection can be simplified as bilinear model; the initial rotational stiffness of the joint is enhanced with the increase of the length of Gongmu, and it is decreased with the inward movement of dowel; under the same conditions, the influence of the inward movement of Gongmu-beam dowel on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint is smaller than that of Dianmu-Gongmu dowel; and stiffness degrades under cyclic loading and there exists obvious transition phenomenon.  相似文献

A great number of experiments show that pearlitic steel with Layer Meso-structure depend greatly on its struc- ture. Its fatigue life is marked influenced by the interlamellar spacing. Based on the finite element analysis of single pearlitic colony with different interlamellar spacings, the reason of the interlamellar spacing is investigated, which plays an important role in the mechanics behavior of single pearlitic colony. It is necessary to establish the relationship between the microstructure and the mechanics behavior of the pearlitic material, and the importance of the interlamellar spacing is introduced into the constitutive equation of Single Pearlitic Colony.  相似文献

High strain and low cycle fatigue(HSLCF)life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars was investigaoted. Reliable theoretical basis was provided for data analysis on high strain and low cycle fatigue life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars. The low cycle fatigue life of the HRB400 anti-seismic behaviors of rebars by quenching and self tempering (QST) process was tested. Because the low cycle fatigue life data was disperse, some kinds of mathematical statistics methods, such as Weibull double parameters probability function, normal distribution, lognormal distribution function and t-distribution function were used to statistically analyze the low cycle fatigue life data. The results indicate that in all of the probability functions, the low cycle fatigue life has the highest reliability by the t-distribution function method; the low cycle fatigue life has the lowest reliability by the normal distribution method; and the low cycle fatigue life has the highest safety by Weibull maximum likelihood method.  相似文献

The formation of indentation cracking has some relationship with the transformation stress induced by martensitic transformation, besides the relationship with the residual stress by volume change in the plastic zone in ZrO_2 laminated ceramics. Whereas surface residual compressive stress controls the expansion of surface cracks. Contributions of the transformation driving force and surface compressive stress are not considered in the traditional indentation theory. Therefore, fracture toughness value measured by the traditional method is usually lower than the practical one in ZrO_2 laminated ceramics. When indentation-fracture method is used, the value is more reliable.  相似文献

For the sake of setting up more rational damage criteria for RC structures based on the relationship between displacement amplitude after yielding and low-cyclic fatigue life, this paper Presents six RC columns test results focusing on development of cumulative damage and low-cyclic fatigue life varying with displacement amplitude and positive/ negative displacement ratio.
