The sorption of three divalent metal ions — copper, nickel and lead — from aqueous solution onto peat in single component systems has been studied and the equilibrium isotherms determined. The experimental data have been analysed using the Langmuir, Freundlich, Redlich-Peterson, Toth, Temkin, Dubinin-Radushkevich and Sips isotherm models. In order to determine the best fit isotherm for each system, six error analysis methods were used to evaluate the data: the coefficient of determination, the sum of the errors squared, a hybrid error function, Marquardt's percent standard deviation, the average relative error and the sum of absolute errors. The error values demonstrated that the Sips equation provided the best model for the three sets of experimental data overall.  相似文献

To determine the effect on the environment of heavy metal emissions from power plants, the contents of Pb, Co and Ni in the soils around a medium sized, hard-coal-fired power plant were measured. In the fly ash from the last state of the electrostatic precipitator these elements were present in the following concentrations: Pb: 3680; Co: 122 and Ni: 325 mg/kg. The metal contents in the soil around the plant (0.4–5.2km) were in the same range as observed with other soils in Germany (Pb: 15–35; Co: 4–16; Ni: 5–40 mg/kg). Due to the fact that in this area the frequency of westerly winds is considerably higher than that of southerly winds, increased concentrations of these metals in samples east of the plant may be expected compared to those collected north of it. The distribution of the metal contens in the soil around the plant does not, however, suggest such an effect. The airborne emissions of Pb, Co and Ni near the plant are obviously too small to change significantly the local distribution pattern of these elements in the soil.  相似文献

This article presents the results of the analysis of the metals lead, cadmium, copper, zinc and aluminum, conducted on a total of 112 soil samples arising from 57 sampling points, distributedthroughout the Cartagena area in southeastern Spain. Both, totalmetal content and soluble fraction (1 M nitric acid medium, exchangeable fraction) were analyzed. Soil samples were taken on the surface of the terrain and at a depth of 35 cm from eachsampling point. For the purposes of this study, sampling points were classified in three groups based on the results of previous research on air pollution in the region: clean areas,contaminated areas and vacant industrial areas. The statisticalanalyses of the results show no significant differences betweenthe surface samples and the 35 cm deep samples from all three areas. Lead, zinc and copper (soluble and total fractions) aresignificantly higher, and pH significantly lower, in the samples coming from the contaminated and vacant industrial areasthan in samples coming from the clean area. Total lead and cadmium are significantly higher in the vacant industrial areas(150 g kg-1 Pb and 9.3 g kg-1 Cd) than in the contaminated areas (5.2 g kg-1 Pb and 2.1 g kg-1 Cd).Iso-concentration maps have been prepared in order to correlatethe presence of metals with the industrial and mining activities in the region under study. These maps show a clear relationship between human activities and metal concentrationgradients, with peaks corresponding to both active and abandoned industrial and mining facilities.  相似文献

生物质炭对重金属吸附性能的稳定性是评价生物质炭修复效果的重要指标。本文研究了不同pH、金属离子Cd和Al存在下,Pb在不同炭化温度(100℃、400℃、700℃)生物质炭上的脱附性能及脱附过程。结果表明,pH越低,Pb的脱附率越大。其主要是由于H~+的竞争效应,以及生物质炭表面官能团的质子化,促进了Pb的重新活化。在Cd和Al共存时,Pb的脱附率进一步增加。当pH=3.5时,Cd和Al的存在分别使Pb从CM100、CM400和ZKZ700上的脱附率提高了13.9%、1.0%、3.4%和26.8%、13.0%、11.3%。这主要归因于多金属的水解使得更多的H~+得以释放,进而促进了Pb的脱附。Pb在生物质炭上的脱附率随脱附时间的延长而不断增加,反应前4 h,脱附率迅速增加并均已达最大脱附率的70%,4 h后脱附速率减慢。Pb的脱附动力学符合伪一级动力学模型及颗粒内扩散模型(前4 h)。当Cd和Al存在时,解吸液对Cd、Al易解吸态的优先脱附降低了Pb的脱附速率并延长了其脱附所达平衡的时间。  相似文献

Small‐arms firing ranges are an important source of metal contaminants in the ecosystems located near these facilities, owing to the constant fall and alteration of the ammunition remnants on the soil, particularly in nearby berms. The objectives of this study were to analyse the pollution of chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) in rifle/pistol shooting range soils, to estimate their availability and to evaluate the influence of the ammunition used. The concentrations of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cr and Ni range from 55 to 6·309, 34 to 264, 19 to 98, 40 to 79 and 11 to 33 mg kg−1, respectively. The moderate acidity and organic matter content favour the availability of Pb, followed by Cu > Zn > Ni > Cr. The values of different contamination indexes (Igeo, pollution index and integrated pollution index) suggest that Pb soil contamination is moderate to heavy, especially in the berm area and moderate for Cu and Zn. Lead ammunition is the main source of pollution, but another one was identified owing to the concentrations of Fe, Cr and Ni detected. 污泥中的重金属元素是限制其大规模农田利用的重要因素。施污土壤和污泥中重金属的形态研究可以用来评价土壤中重金属的生物有效性以及它们在土壤中的移动性。用修正BCR三步连续提取法进行分步提取研究了污水污泥和施污后的西红柿地土壤中Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn的形态分布状况。施用污泥堆肥10t hm-2后的土壤中Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn的全量与各种形态含量无明显增加,Cu、Pb、Zn含量远低于国家土壤环境质量标准。土壤中Cu的各种形态分布关系是:残渣态>可还原态=可氧化态>可交换态和弱酸溶解态,Cu在土壤中的存在是以最稳定的残渣态为主。堆肥污泥与干化污泥相比,残渣态Cu的比例明显增加。土壤中Pb的各种形态分布关系是以残渣态和可还原态为主,但可氧化态的分布比例最小。土壤中Cd的可交换态、可还原态和残渣态各占据相等的含量,但可氧化态Cd的含量几乎为零。Zn在土壤中的各种形态分布关系是:可交换态和弱酸溶解态>可氧化态>可还原态>残渣态,Zn在土壤中的存在是以最易迁移的可交换态和弱酸溶解态为主。这些金属元素在土壤中的相对稳定性顺序为:Cu>Pb>Cd>Zn。Zn在土壤中的移动性要远高于Cu。  相似文献

The distribution of zinc, manganese, copper, cobalt, and nickel in Andosols was investigated. Sixty nine soil samples were collected from different horizons of an Andosols profile in Miyakonojo Basin in south Kyushu, Japan, The total contents of heavy metals were determined by digestion and four extraction solutions, 1 M NH4Ac (ammonium acetate) pH 4.5, 0.1 M HCl, 0.01 M EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) pH 6.5, and 0.005 M DTPA (diethylenetri-aminepentaacetic acid) pH 7.3 were used to determine the contents of available Zn, Mn, Cu, Co, and Ni in Andosols in relation to the organic carbon content. The results of the extraction analysis showed that by the use of 0.1 M H Cl high value of extracted heavy metals in the upper layers of the humus horizons were obtained while EDTA extraction yielded a large amount of the above mentioned metals in the high humus horizons. The extractable heavy metals contents were high and these metals closely related to the organic carbon content mostly in the humus horizons in the profile. Where, biocycling process may play an important role in the concentration of heavy metals. Based on the study, it was found that the total content of Zn increased towards the C horizons or pumice layers in the soil profile. Such a trend was also found in the case of the Mn content. While the Cu content in the humus horizons was much higher in the upper part of each humus horizon. According to this study the distribution of heavy metals, Cu (organic matter complexes) in the Andosols profile was more stable than that of Zn (organic matter complexes) in soils. It was shown that Zn in the surface humus horizon was enriched but that some amount was leached under buried conditions. The same phenomenon was also observed in the distribution of Mn in the profile. The movement of Co and Ni in the soil profile was limited, as evidenced by the sharp reduction in the concentrations of these two metals in buried soils.

Hence, it is concluded that the distribution of Zn, Mn, Cu, Co, and Ni was considerably higher in the humus horizons of the Andosols profiles.  相似文献

通过在重金属污染土壤中分别施加沸石、石灰石、硅藻土、羟基磷灰石、膨润土和海泡石6种固化剂,研究了这6种固化剂对土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn的固化效果,筛选出几种效果较好的固化剂。实验结果表明:沸石、石灰石和羟基磷灰石均能够有效地降低土壤中交换态Pb、Cd的含量,并且明显减少了土壤中Pb、Cd的毒性浸出量,其中沸石最多降低土壤中交换态Pb、Cd含量分别达到48.7%和56.2%,减少土壤中Pb、Cd的毒性浸出量达到37.1%和30.1%;沸石、石灰石均能够有效降低土壤中交换态Cu的含量,降低量分别高达68.1%和85.2%,膨润土能有效减少土壤中Cu的毒性浸出量,减少量最高达到66.51%;石灰石对土壤中Zn有着良好的固化效果。  相似文献

A greenhouse experiment was designed to determine the cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) distribution and accumulation in parsley plants grown on soil amended with Cd and Pb. The soil was amended with 0, 5, 10 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 mg Cd kg?1 in the form of cadmium nitrate [Cd(NO3)2] and 0, 5, 10, 50 and 100 mg Pb kg?1 in the form of lead nitrate [Pb(NO3)2]. The main soil properties; concentrations of the diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA)–extractable metals lead (Pb), Cd, copper (Cu), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), and manganese (Mn) in soil; plant growth; and total contents of metals in shoots and roots were measured. The DTPA-extractable Cd was increased significantly by the addition of Cd. Despite the fact that Pb was not applied, its availability was significantly greater in treatments 40–100 mg Cd kg?1 compared with the control. Fresh biomass was increased significantly in treatments of 5 and 10 mg Cd kg?1 as compared to the control. Further addition of Cd reduced fresh weight but not significantly, although Cd concentration in shoots reached 26.5 mg kg?1. Although Pb was not applied with Cd, its concentration in parsley increased significantly in treatments with 60, 80, and 100 mg Cd g?1 compared with the others. Available soil Pb was increased significantly with Pb levels; nevertheless, the increase was small compared to the additions of Pb to soil. There were no significant differences in shoot and root fresh weights between treatments, although metal contents reached 20.0 mg Pb kg?1 and 16.4 mg Pb kg?1 respectively. Lead accumulation was enhanced by Pb treatments, but the positive effect on its uptake was not relative to the increase of Pb rates. Cadmium was not applied, and yet considerable uptake of Cd by control plants was evident. The interactive effects of Pb and Cd on their availability in soil and plants and their relation to other metals are also discussed.  相似文献

选取典型苏打碱化土壤剖面,分析了0~200cm深度主要盐分离子(Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、CO32-、HCO3-、Cl-和SO42-)的垂直分布规律。对各离子之间的相关性进行了统计分析。结果表明,测试土样离子以Na+和HCO3-离子为主,其剖面分布规律是表层含量较低,在80cm左右逐渐增至最大值,其后离子含量随深度而降低,至160cm以下则又随深度而增加,即在整个土壤剖面上大致呈倒"S"曲线分布。CO32-、HCO3-、Cl-与Na+,CO32-、HCO3-与Cl-之间均是相关系数大于0.80的极显著相关;除K+离子外,其它7个离子间均具有显著相关性,这表明该苏打碱化土壤盐分离子组成具有复杂性的特点。  相似文献

生物质炭对单一与复合污染土壤中铜、铅、铬的钝化作用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
外源投加重金属硝酸盐制得铜、铅、铬单一和复合三级污染土壤(800 mg kg~(-1)、1000 mg kg~(-1)、800 mg kg~(-1)),以热解制备的生物炭为钝化剂,根据重金属钝化率对钝化剂投加量进行优化,并通过改进的BCR(European Communities Bureau of Referent)分级提取方法研究最佳钝化剂投加量下土壤中重金属形态变化。结果表明:施入生物质炭后,单一与复合污染土壤重金属有效浓度均显著降低,确定2%和10%为单一和复合最佳投加量。最佳投加量下,单一与复合过程Cu、Pb、Cr钝化率分别为26.2%、10.9%、36.5%与12.7%、6.0%、37.6%。生物质炭的施入能促进金属离子从可交换态向残渣态和可还原态转变,比较单一与复合污染,Cu、Pb、Cr可交换态减少量分别从18.4%、20.5%、37.5%变为10.5%、18.2%、46.5%,残渣态增加量分别从138.1%、64.2%、41.6%变为37.4%、58.5%、48.2%。生物炭对土壤中Cr的钝化效果最佳,在复合污染土壤中更为明显。  相似文献

以余杭青菜地潮土、红壤为例,选取未施加沼液、正常施加沼液以及加倍施加的土壤剖面各3条,研究沼液施加对土壤和植物磷(P)分布的影响,为畜禽废弃物资源化利用和瓜果合理施肥提供科学依据。结果表明:(1)沼液施加能够提高表层土壤的总P含量,而对深层土壤的总P含量影响不大;(2)沼液施加后,土壤中的Fe-P含量会有显著增加;(3)青菜茎和叶中的总P含量随沼液施加量的增加而增加,其中叶增加的趋势最明显。  相似文献

The genus Prosopis is a tree or shrub in the leguminosae family, subfamily fabaceae (mimosaceae). Many plants of the genus Prosopis are known to have medicinal properties. Only one species of Prosopis is found in Jordan, Prosopis farcta (Banks & Sol.) J.F. Macbr. The local name is Yanbout, and the English name is locust pods.

The aim of this study was to investigate some selected heavy metals including cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) in Prosopis farcta, an unexplored Jordanian species of the Prosopis genus, because no data are available about these levels in this medicinal plant. These metals were tested in different parts of Prosopis farcta including root, aerial, and fruit as ethanolic extract plant and dry plant. Moreover, these metals were investigated in soil samples collected from the same area in which Prosopis farcta was grown. Results revealed that there was a significant difference between root and fruit for all test elements (P < 0.05). Roots were found to contain high average concentrations of Pb (2.14 µg g?1), Cu (18.56 µg g?1), and Zn (13.74 µg g?1). Copper and Zn concentrations in Prosopis farcta were within the permissible limits, whereas Pb concentration exceeded the permissible limit. Moreover, soil samples were analyzed for the metals. Results revealed that there was a positive correlation between the levels of Cu and Zn in medicinal plants and soils, whereas there was a negative correlation for Pb.

Two certified reference materials (tea leaves, NCSDC 73351; soil, GBW 07406) were analyzed to authenticate the accuracy of the method, and the precision was expressed by relative standard deviation.  相似文献

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to recommend reference values (RVs) and tolerance limits (TLs) for representative Brazilian soils and 2) to propose a model to calculate natural contents of cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) in a soil from the silt, clay, manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), and cation exchange capacity (CEC) values. A set of 256 soil samples was classified by similarity in seven groups, and the concentrations corresponding to the upper quarter of data collected were then calculated. These concentrations are proposed as RVs for Brazilian soils. Additionally, TLs were obtained for each group from the antilog expression (m+2s), where m=mean value and s=standard deviation of data transformed in log10. The classification functions of discriminant analysis proved to be suitable to allocate new samples in the established groups. Thus, it is possible to evaluate soils under anthropic activity and, by comparison with reference values, to be aware of pollution risks in a given area.  相似文献

铅是环境中一种分布广泛且毒性较大的重金属,对儿童智能发育及其行为表现都有严重影响。通过收集全国35个城市11365个土壤样品重金属铅和50038调查儿童血铅含量数据,利用SPSS、Arc Gis和污染评价模型对数据进行了处理与分析。研究结果表明我国城市土壤Pb平均含量为50.82 mg kg-1,城市儿童血铅的平均含量为66.39μg L-1;城市土壤铅与儿童血铅污染空间分异较大,局部地区污染严重,呈现东部相对较高、中部地区较小;南方城市较大,北方城市较小;特大城市与老工业基地城市较大,中小城市较小的空间分布格局。城市土壤铅与儿童血铅空间分布特征与格局具有一定的相似性,通过城市土壤铅与儿童血铅相关性研究表明城市土壤铅仍然是我国城市儿童血铅污染一个不可忽视的重要暴露源与暴露途径。  相似文献

为筛选出高效安全的酸性植烟土壤改良剂,采用盆栽试验研究了不同改良剂(生石灰、白云石粉和熟石灰,用量为0.66 g/kg风干土)对酸性土壤p H、烟株生长和烟叶重金属吸收的影响。结果表明,施用石灰和白云石粉均能提高土壤p H,其中生石灰提高的幅度达到0.52单位;改良剂能够促进根系的生长,增加烟株干物质的积累,生石灰、白云石粉、熟石灰处理旺长期烟株总干重分别增加了13%、9%和17%;白云石粉处理增加了烟叶总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比,石灰处理则降低了总糖和还原糖含量;白云石粉处理显著增加了烟叶的Cd含量,而石灰处理则降低了烟叶的Cd含量,但各处理烟叶中重金属含量均较低。综合考虑改良剂的效果和烟叶的安全性,石灰是烟区酸性土壤改良、提高烟叶产量和安全性的有效技术措施。  相似文献

生物炭如何影响土壤磷素的有效性目前尚不清楚。本研究以稻草和白杨树枝为原料,采用室内培养方法,研究了300℃、450℃和600℃制备的生物炭在5、15和40g/kg施用量下对水稻土Olsen-P的影响。与树枝炭相比,稻草炭显著提高了水稻土Olsen-P含量;3种温度制备的稻草炭对水稻土Olsen-P的影响不存在显著差异;3种施用量稻草炭均显著提高了水稻土Olsen-P含量。生物炭制备原料和施用量均显著影响土壤磷素的有效性,不同温度制备的生物炭对土壤磷素的有效性影响不显著。  相似文献

土壤改良剂对燕麦土壤理化性状及微生物量碳的影响   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:11  
采用聚丙烯酸钾、聚丙烯酰胺、腐殖酸钾、聚丙烯酸钾+腐殖酸钾和聚丙烯酰胺+腐殖酸钾复配5种土壤改良剂,研究其对燕麦土壤理化性状及微生物量碳的影响。结果表明,不同土壤改良剂均能提高土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量,各指标分别比对照增加了8.24%~30.22%,7.60%~19.29%,5.15%~29.45%和27.86%~68.86%;各土壤改良剂处理0-60cm各土层土壤容重均有不同程度的降低,其中,聚丙烯酸钾+腐殖酸钾均降低幅度最大,各处理间差异不显著;各土壤改良剂均能显著提高0-10cm,10-20cm和20-40cm各土层>0.25mm团聚体含量,其中>2mm和2~1mm土壤团粒结构增幅较大,聚丙烯酸钾+腐殖酸钾和聚丙烯酰胺+腐殖酸钾复配处理显著高于单施处理;土壤改良剂能促使燕麦全生育期内0-10cm,10-20cm和20-40cm各土层的土壤微生物量碳含量显著提高,复配较单施效果显著,随着土壤深度增加土壤微生物量碳逐层递减;各土壤改良剂处理籽粒产量和生物产量均显著高于对照,其中聚丙烯酸钾+腐殖酸钾和聚丙烯酰胺+腐殖酸钾籽粒产量较其他处理高,分别为4 694.2kg/hm2和4 566.9kg/hm2,较对照增产21.66%和18.36%,两处理生物产量也表现较佳。  相似文献

This study evaluated the effect of competing copper, zinc, cadmium and nickel ions in 0.01 M Ca(NO3)2 on heavy metal sorption and desorption by soil clay fractions. Initial Cu addition levels varied from 99 mg kg-1 to 900 mg kg-1 and Zn, Cd and Ni levels were 94, 131 and 99 mg kg-1, respectively. Sorption of Cu conformed to a Freundlich equation. The amounts of metals not displaced by successive 48 h desorption cycles with 0.01 M Ca(NO3)2 were considered ‘specifically adsorbed’. Total sorption of Zn and Cd generally decreased in the order: Vertisol > Gleyic Acrisol > Planosol clay. More than 70% of the copper was specifically sorbed. Specific sorption of Zn was depressed by competition with Cu in the three clays investigated. At surface coverages higher than 200 mg Cu per kg of soil clay, zinc sorption in the Planosol and Gleyic Acrisol clays took place at low affinity sites. The exchangeable component of sorbed cadmium accounted for >:60% of the sorption in the Vertisol clay, >70% in the Gleyic Acrisol clay and was almost 100% in the Planosol clay. Nickel was not retained by the Planosol and Gleyic Acrisol clays and was ionexchangeably adsorbed by the Vertisol clay. At the conditions studied, Ni and Cd remain a ready source of pollution hazard.  相似文献
