Exploration of Constructions of Enterprise Knowledge Management Systems

knowledge management is an effective method to improve the enterprise's competitive ability. To construct knowledge system is the base for the performance of knowledge management. According to the theory and method of system engineering, information system and information management, this paper gives an architecture of enterprise knowledge management system basing on management information system. The architecture includes several main parts, such as knowledge base, knowledge base management system, people for knowledge management and users. A function structure of knowledge management system is given too.     

中国禽流感病毒毒株信息管理系统设计及实现

为满足国家禽流感参考实验室对中国禽流感毒株信息计算机化管理的需要,通过系统的需求分析,建立了毒株信息数据标准和数据结构模型,在此基础上设计出系统结构,开发出中国禽流感病毒毒株信息管理系统。系统的主要功能包括：信息录入、信息维护、信息查询及统计分析、报表系统以及系统安全等。该系统的开发和应用,实现了参考实验对信息计算机化管理的要求,为中国禽流感毒株信息的管理和利用提供了有效工具。     

水产养殖专家系统的设计与实现

为了提高水产养殖现代化管理水平,实现水产养殖自动化管理和控制,采用可视化软件开发工具Visual C++,动态连接库、神经网络模型等技术,设计并实现了水产养殖专家系统。该系统包括水质环境监控、养殖生产管理、专家知识查询、经济分析、系统设置和在线帮助等模块。系统能自动进行养殖环境水质数据采集和数据记录,并根据不同的养殖对象、环境、方式和状况实时进行专业化智能数据分析处理,最后将处理结果及时输出作报警人工处理或全自动控制。     

基于微信公众平台的枣树病虫害专家诊断系统开发

为快速传播并普及枣树病虫害知识,使用农业专家系统提高枣树病虫害诊断及管理效率,基于微信服务号公众平台,采用php脚本语言及mysql数据库开发出枣树病虫害专家诊断系统"JujubaExpert2020".该系统包括病虫诊断、栽培历史及枣树资讯3个功能模块,核心功能为枣树主要病虫害数据库和专家诊断论坛.用户可以通过关键字...     

Fault Diagnosis Expert System of Combustion Engine with Rough Set Theory

On the basis of fault diagnosis expert system, the rough set theory is introduced. Knowledge representation system table is taken as a major tool to reduce the rules of expert system in which unnecessary properties are eliminated. The redundancy of fault diagnosis information is revealed. The complexity of fault diagnosis expert system's structure is also reduced. The decision making rules are given finally.     

基于WebGIS的农业生产管理专家系统研究与设计

该文以WebGIS作为应用与开发平台，采用Client/Server分布式计算模式，运用MapXtreme控件技术开发了一套应用于农业生产管理的软件系统，该系统使用权限分为省级、市级、县级和普通用户四个等级，并将其有机的联系在一起，实现了农业生产的信息查询、信息发布、咨询决策、地图发布等功能,有效的解决了原有专家系统只有作物栽培的微观管理而没有中观和宏观有关农业资源高效利用前瞻管理不足问题。该文阐述了其设计思想和实现方法，最后以应用实例说明其可行性。     

Inteligent Agricultural Information Network and Service System

The scheme and practice for construct of intelligent agricultural information network are descibed . With Internet form, we set up the computer network of Intelligent Information Technology of Agriculture in Demonstration Section of Chongqing, discussed the design method of expert system in agriculture, and studied 5 expert systems based on vegetable growth, such as tomato and so on. Some software modules are studied, such as the soil information systems on the network, expert system in the vegetable plant diseases and insect pests diagnostician and network on line selling and so on. The structure,function and work flow of information service system based network are introduced.     

Design and Implementation of System Platform for Client/Server

The paper presents the systematical structure with client/server taking the information management system of Chongqing Science and Technology Commitee background.Discuss the design and implementation of the system platform wth client/server based on Novell Local Area Network (LAN) and Sybase Database Management System(DBMS).     

农业标准化生产及其管理系统开发平台研究

分析中国农业标准化生产现状，发现其中存在的问题，提出与农业信息技术结合是解决问题的途径之一。而专家系统开发工具（平台）是农业信息技术的关键技术之一，它作为一种开发专家系统的通用工具，使农业领域专家无需掌握过多的编程知识就能建造性能良好的专家系统，从而能有效克服目前农业标准化生产中存在的问题。基于此介绍了将农业标准化生产和专家系统开发平台结合起来建立农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的建立基础、设计思路、技术路线以及平台功能，并阐述了农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的应用前景。     

基于3G网络的果树病虫害可视化诊断系统研究

为提高农业专家系统的工作效率和使用效果,促进其普及应用,对无线通信网络应用于农业专家系统进行探讨,设计基于3G网络的可视化病虫害系统,用户可通过手机终端访问系统,传送病虫害特征信息,在线获取病虫害防治解决方案。结果表明该系统具有良好的普适性,为果树栽培管理提供了技术支撑工具。     

基于农户视角的涉农经营信息需求取向分析与思考

根据对农户进行问卷访谈调查得到的第一手资料,首先,分析了对农户涉农经营信息需求的影响因素,主要包括文化程度、发展水平、经营规模、信息成本、性别差异等方面;其次,还分析了农户在信息素养、信息搜寻能力、信息类型、服务满意度、获取渠道等方面对涉农信息需求的特点与取向;最后认为,涉农信息资源要与农业产业化经营水平相适应,通过建立适合农户需要的信息服务体系,加大涉农信息资源开发力度,加强农户信息技术培训等,全面推进新农村信息化建设,缩小乡村信息鸿沟,为改善农业产业结构提供可靠保障。     

兵团农场农业资源管理服务信息系统的设计研究——以农八师149团为例

为了提高兵团农场农业资源管理水平,实现农业资源数据的有效共享,为从农人员提供所需的农业信息服务,笔者根据新疆生产建设兵团新型农场的经营与管理体制,结合计算机数据库技术和GIS技术,以149团为调研单位,设计了兵团农场农业资源管理服务信息系统,分析了系统建立的必要性,阐述了系统初步设计方案,包括数据类型分析、系统概念设计、系统结构设计等,展示了部分系统应用实例图,建立了一个集管理功能和服务功能于一体的一站式农业资源管理服务信息系统,使兵团农场已有的农业资源信息能够统一存储、高效管理和便捷共享,同时动态地存入现时资源数据,提高了团场农业资源管理水平。     

AN EXPERT TYPE CONTROLLER FOR INDUSTRIAL PROCESS

In this paper an expert system concept in AI is introduced to the industrial process control. Specific structures and features of expert control system are discussed. An expert controller directly applicable to industrial process is designed. The simulation of control system indicates that the expert controller has strong information precssing capability and versatile control strategies with desirable control performance. Thus, expert control approach is an effective means towards the realization of intelligent Control.     

专家系统在果树中的应用及研究进展

专家系统是一种模拟人类专家解决领域问题的计算机系统,它主要分为知识库、综合数据库、推理机、解释器、接口等几部分。现今,国内果树专家系统的应用类型主要分为果树栽培生产专家系统和果树营养、病虫害诊断防治决策系统两类;在果树专家系统上的应用研究最多的计算机理论主要是：人工神经网络、模糊神经网络、多媒体技术、Web技术等;果树专家系统的开发手段主要是利用现成的农业专家系统平台直接进行二次开发,还有少数是直接利用程序语言进行原型系统开发。今后随着信息技术的不断发展,利用果树学的特点结合先进的计算机理论和技术,将开发出动态的、更具智能化的果树专家系统。

This paper proposes an expert control system for industrial processes on-line control and supervision by combining expert system techniques with computer process control techniques, introduces the fundamental design principles,basic structure and engineering implementation of this real time expert control system and gives the field operation results concerning the processing of a sodium chromate rotary kiln controlled by this expert control system as an application example.     

information Asymmetry Theory and Its Application in the Project Management

This paper introduces the basic content of information asymmetry theory and comments on the theory of information asymmetries.It establishes an information model in project management and analyzes the phenomenon of information asymmetries between owner and contractor in the phase of bidding and fulfilling.It presents some countermeasures of resolving information asymmetries in the project management such as building information network,devising reasonable contract,reinforcing government' s guidance,strengthening the good faith,breeding intermediate agency,building the system of early risk warning and so on.     

ECG Information Management System of Virtual ECG Instrument

The storing of lots of ECG and other corresponding materials in information management system has great value to medical researcher for their reference and research. The paper analyzed characteristics of product BOM, and put forward a product BOM management method based on single layer BOM, witch can well meet requirements of product BOM.

The management of information data for urban sewer systems and the development and characteristics of geography information system are introduced briefly. The recording contents and characteristics of information data and the whole framework of geography information system of urban sewer systems are analyzed in this paper. It is realistic and promising to apply geography information system to the management of urban sewer systems.     

Intelligent Diagnosis Method of Optical Cable Based on GIS and OTDR

Aiming at the difficulty optical cable-maintaining, this paper issues an intelligent diagnosis system based on GIS and expert system. To improve the optical cable-maintaining efficiency, the rules of the expert system are established according to the characteristic of the optical cable faults in the OTDR output. And the GIS is also established contained the information of the optical cable and the region the cable locates in.
