The circulating cooling water systems of heat transfer equipment generates dirt easily in high temperatures. Dirt will not only reduce thermal efficiency of heat exchange equipment, but also affect the equipment safety. This paper sets up a platform of miniature water cycle based on the real structure of industrial circulating water, uses high-frequency pulse treatment method to act on calcium carbonate in circulating cooling water of manual configuration, observes the impaction of blank group and different frequencies of high frequency electromagnetic pulse groups on fouling in cooling water, and monitors the thermal resistance of cooling water by a designed thermal resistance monitoring system. The results show that the high-frequency electromagnetic pulse treatment plays a very good anti-scaling effect on circulating cooling water, because both the conductivity decline trend and pH rising trend of water becomes slow. According to the thermal resistance data of analog exchanger, thermal resistances of high frequency processing groups are less than that of blank group. Moreover, it further confirms the important role of anti-scaling for high-frequency electromagnetic pulse.  相似文献

在25℃±1℃的空调环境下,用含水率约10%的棉花秆为测量对象进行试验分析,对比物料堆放密度、料层厚度、测量距离与高频电磁波水分测量精度的关系。试验结果表明,测量距离对测量精度的影响最大,测量距离相差20mm,反射电磁波强度相差450%以上,而对堆放密度的影响约为16%。  相似文献

Vehicle ignition system is the main electromagnetic interference source. Electromagnetic radiation produced by ignition system will produce the interference to electromagnetic environment around. It is necessary to study the electromagnetic interference (EMI) principle, noise paths and suppression method. We analyze the electromagnetic interference principle of ignition system, and harness trouble-shooting related to electromagnetic interference is also tested. Results show that the spark discharge between spark plug electrodes is the main interference source in ignition system. Then, the paths of conducted interference and the reason of radiated emission are discussed in detail. Finally, two kinds of power supply cord EMI filters are designed and implemented on the basis of analysis results. Experimental results indicate that the filter can reduce the noise of power-wire in broadband range. Simultaneously, the radiation emission performance from power wire is also reduced observably. The proposed mixing filter has been demonstrated in this paper to perform satisfactorily with excellent effectiveness in suppression of conducted EMI from 10 MHz to 110 MHz, and the object car can also pass the EMC standard tests.  相似文献

A new type of watering device ,self exited oscillation vortex chamber watering device, is put forward.The jet is controlled by a circular vortex chamber,and self exited oscillation occurs due to a pressure difference between the left and right parts of vortex chamber. By the momentum balance of jet and the masses of air flowing into or out the chamber though air hole,the critical pressure and the time required for reaching the critical pressure can be calculated. The range of magnetostrictive displacement sensors (MDS) is directly determined by the electromagnetic properties of the magnetostrictive line (ML). The small measuring range of domestic MDS is caused by the ML of Fe-Ni. In accordance with the problem,applying the ML of Fe83Ga17to MDS is proposed and the possibility is demonstrated from the point of electromagnetic properties. A magnetic field model based on the fourier analysis and electromagnetic theory is firstly built,which lays a foundation for the research on electromagnetic properties. And then,the distribution of the magnetic field simulated by MATLAB helpful for wiedemann effect is obtained. The feasibility of our scheme is demonstrated by the good effect of echo signal finally.  相似文献

The energy regenerative characteristic of vehicle electromagnetic suspension is analyzed based on the power flow. In order to solve the key problem of energy quantification of electromagnetic suspension,a calculation and analysis method of energy conversion efficiency is proposed. A comparative work between the active system,passive system and the maximal output power system is made through computer simulation. It is demonstrated that in the aspect of vehicle dynamics,the active system is superior to the passive system. In the aspect of energy regenerative ability,the passive system is superior to the active system. And the energy regenerated by the active system is more than the consumed energy. In view of the different of the underground heat storage water tank of solar position arrangement, make use of the Fluent software program numerical simulation and calculation, it is concluded that under different conditions the heat storage water tank temperature field distribution of the soil around. At the same time, establishing physical model and mathematical model of underground heat storage water tank and combined with practical engineering, verify the underground storage tank for heat and energy storage, to obtain the relationship between the tank roof loss and total heat release. Calculation results show that under the same conditions, outdoor storage tank at the top of the heat dissipating capacity to reduce, so the method can be used to offset at the top of the energy required collector to reduce, so the method can be used to offset this part of the energy required collector area of the cut, improve thermal efficiency and reduce the user store hot water tank of the store.  相似文献

Aiming at the questions of raceway section two dimension temperature distribution from two dimensional image accumulated by three dimensional radiation space and three dimensional temperature reconstruction error caused by limited charge coupled device (CCD) sensors for a sudden spread combustion chamber, the two dimension rectangle interpolation virtual CCD sensor installation algorithm is provided as a new technology for solving the difficulties of installing more CCD sensors and filtered back projection reconstruction error caused by limited projection numbers. The radiation intensity projection data got from flame image collected from the installed CCD sensors and computed virtual CCD sensors is interpolated for filtered back projection to computer intensity distribution and calibrated bi color method is used to calculation temperature in raceway depth direction. The results of experiments on a mini type coal gas furnace and practice test showed that the algorithm is accurate and credible and realized the on line monitoring for sudden spread combustion chamber raceway depth direction. At the same time, the useful information is provided for further studying combustion working state for the sudden spread combustion chamber.  相似文献

Effect of Main Parameters on Cutting of the Pulsed Abrasive Water Jet   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The relationship between abrasive concentration, length of oscillating chamber, standoff distance and cutting depth, erosion rate as well as cutting specific energy was investigated by experiments in the submerge and surface conditions. The cutting and erosion capabilities of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet and the pulsed abrasive water jet were analyzed in contrast. It is shown that the maximum cutting depth and erosion rate of the pulsed abrasive water jet are respectively 1.67,1.72 and 1.39, 1.47 than the pre-mixed abrasive water jet in submerge and surface conditions. These results attained from the research are useful to increase the cutting efficiency, decrease the energy ratio and expand the application domains of the abrasive water jet.  相似文献

Radio administration department permits station's building and distributes frequency used by measurement in radio electromagnetic environment. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing, the automatic measuring system software based on virtual instrumentation technology(VISA and SCPI) has developed at the VB platform, which changes the phase of outputting data just by printing spectrum chart .The system realizes functions of data sampling, transffering and processing in HP E7405A EMC analyzer. Aiming at the cutter head thermal damage and other failure problems caused by shield cutter head mud formation in residue and clay soil,the problem of thermal-stress coupling of shield cutter head under the effect of mud in the tunnelling process is studied,and the cutter head temperature and thermal-stress distribution of coupling fields under mud effect are acquired. A shield cutter head three-dimensional finite element model is built by using software ANSYS and Solidworks. The results shows that when the mud is formed,the temperature rises sharply in a short time,which leads to a rapid increase of thermal stress to 168.2 MPa,at the same time,the maximum thermal deformation reaches 3.1 mm,then the center of cutter head is wrapped.  相似文献

This study characterizes dehydration and white blush processes, structural alterations and synthesis of phenolic compounds (lignin and suberin), in relation to development of white blush on baby carrot surfaces. Carrots were minimally processed as baby carrots and kept on polypropylene trays with or without polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film at 5 ± 2 °C, 90 ± 5% RH. During storage, baby carrots that were not wrapped with PVC film were rehydrated 1, 1.5, 15 and 17 h after minimal processing. Fresh-cut baby carrots were evaluated for white blush index, sensory analysis (visual scores), fresh matter loss, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activity and structural and histochemical changes. Increases in white blush index and subjective visual scores on the carrot surface occurred in the first hours, when the material was kept on trays without PVC film and after 3 and 6 d, when stored on trays covered with PVC film. Visual assessment of white blush resulted in a more accurate assessment than instrumental evaluation because it allowed the perception of minor differences between distinct white blush levels, especially at the tips. Hydrating baby carrot surfaces for 1 and 1.5 h after processing allowed partial absorption of water by tissues and the orange color was reestablished on the surface. Fifteen hours after processing, even after rehydration, the color did not return to the original orange standard. The rapid increase in PAL activity in the secondary phloem of baby carrots, compared to that of whole carrots, suggested a physiological response as a result of abrasion. Dehydration and structural alterations of the more superficial cell layers were the main causes of white blush in baby carrots that was not related to lignin accumulation, but rather to synthesis of non-structural phenolic compounds.  相似文献

以人工林杉木为试材,对分别用热油和热空气为介质,在温度为180、200和220 ℃分别热处理1、3和5 h后试件的抗吸水率、抗胀率和表面接触角进行了测定,并用化学法分析了处理材主要成分的变化。结果表明:热处理后试件的尺寸稳定性能均显著高于未处理对照材(p﹤0.05),且随温度的升高、处理时间的延长,木材的尺寸稳定性明显增加;在隔氧的油介质中进行热处理,试件的尺寸稳定性明显高于空气热处理材。对处理材主要化学成分的分析表明热处理使木材尺寸稳定的机理是处理过程中木材细胞壁组分尤其是半纤维素和少量的纤维素发生了化学降解。  相似文献

Soil temperature prediction model around the subway metro tunnels is constructed with the consideration of coupled heat transfer between range temperature and surrounding soil. Finite difference method is adopted for numerical solution of the model, and the solving results in certain conditions are compared to validate the analytical solution. The high-frequency thermal disturbance brought by train operation is simplified into three different forms, and the predictive model of soil temperature is used to calculate the corresponding soil temperature response. It is indicated that temperature fluctuations of range air and the wall are accompanied with high-frequency thermal disturbance, but the impact on soil temperature distribution inside is limited.  相似文献

Based on two-phase anaerobic mechanism, a processing reactor was designed;and the waste water with high concentration discharged in the process of production of Chinese traditional medicine is carefully analyzed by the use of GC-MS.The results obtained in the experiment show that the by-products of hydrolization and acidification increase instead of the reduction of organic matters' sort,and at the same time that the number and the amount of compounds in the eventual processed water are apparently reduced,the acid-producing reactor may decompose compounds with great molecule into those with small molecule and accordingly improve the biologically processing ability.  相似文献

Geometry of port-combustion chamber has an important effect on the performance of gasoline engines. Methods and approaches in reverse engineering are introduced into surface reconstruction and modification of a port-combustion chamber structure. Free-form surfaces of the port-combustion chamber structure for a gasoline engine with 4-valves and dual-ball type combustion chamber are successfully reconstructed in the reverse way through data processing, surface modeling, surface verifying, surface re-modeling and smooth evaluating etc., based on laser-scanned point cloud data of a sample work piece. It lays a foundation for imitation innovation of gasoline engine by changing the local structural characteristics and dimensions of a prototype model.  相似文献

 1膜2管6行是新疆机采棉的主要种植模式。为确定该模式适宜的灌溉制度,采用田间试验研究了灌溉频率(F5、F8)与灌水定额(I80、I60和I40)对棉花生长、产量、品质及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,高频高定额(F5I80)与高频中定额(F5I60)灌溉可有效降低棉花株高,增加叶面积指数,提高蕾铃生物量在地上部中的比例。灌溉频率相同时,灌水量过高与过低均不利于棉花增产;灌水定额相同时,高频(F5)较低频(F8)灌溉增产0.59%~1.56%。灌溉制度对棉花纤维品质无显著影响。灌水定额显著影响棉花耗水量及水分利用效率,而灌溉频率对二者影响不显著。研究认为高频(F5)和中灌溉定额(I60)是南疆地区机采棉种植模式适宜的灌溉制度,即在全生育期内灌水12次,灌溉定额300 mm左右。  相似文献

The coaxial configuration of gas-insulated substations is of great advantages transmitting the electromagnetic wave excitated by partial discharge and of great advantages of partial discharge detection. Based the characteristics of configuration of GIS and PD signals inside, the authors design a disc coupler and a loop coupler for continuous monitoring of partial discharge in GIS, and analyze the sensor's characteristics theoretically. The frequency response (FR) characteristics of the disc coupler and the loop coupler are analyzed by the simulation and measurement realistically of square wave response. In addition, the measured results of partial discharge by the sensors designed in GIS are given, and it is shown that the sensors designed are available for the measurement of partial discharge in GIS.  相似文献
