Aiming at the characteristics of batch arrivals production in multi varieties and small batch environment, the processing components are classified into key important and unkey importmant parts by their usage ratio. According to the principle of Knowledge Engineering, the key important parts production rolling plan is generated by process meta knowledge of key important parts. Unkey important parts production plan is generated by ‘ABC Classification Scheduling Method’. In this way, the rolling plan problem in multi varieties and small batch production can be effectively solved.  相似文献

Based on the network model of integrated service chains and evaluation index of candidate service resources, optimizing integrated service chain can be formally defined as a multi objective global optimization model with multiple constraints. We propose a multi objective global optimization algorithm based on improved multi objective genetic algorithms. The proposed algorithm uses a distance based nonparametric population diversity measurement operator, and diversity control is involved in the process of adaptive value assignment, elitist maintaining and selection operation. The proposed algorithm can optimize multiple objectives at the same time on the premise of meeting the constraints, and finally get a constrained Pareto optimum solution set which satisfy decision makers’ prefers. The simulation experiments indicate that the proposed algorithms can achieve global convergence and has better solution quality and distribution, which efficiently solve the problem of integrated service chain multi objective global optimization.  相似文献

Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

以渤海油田某稠油油藏为典型区块,根据海上油田特点建立基础方案,运用正交试验设计和数值模拟方法对该区块蒸汽吞吐过程中的注汽强度、注汽速度、井底蒸汽干度、蒸汽温度、焖井时间和产液速度进行研究,并采用直观分析法和方差分析法对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,该区块蒸汽吞吐的最优生产方案为注汽强度为20 t/m,注汽速度为250 m 3/d,井底蒸汽干度为0.5,蒸汽温度为340 ℃,焖井时间为5 d,产液速度为200 m 3/d,并得到了各注采参数对开发效果的影响程度大小依次为注汽强度>井底蒸汽干度>产液速度>注汽速度>蒸汽温度>焖井时间。该结果对于海上矿场蒸汽吞吐注采参数的优化具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Multi-roll stretch forming (MRSF) process is a new flexible process. Through extensive numerical simulations of the MRSF process, it is found that the smaller the distance between die and rollers is, the more easily the shape can be formed, and the better the quality of formed part can be. However, the distance between clamps and rollers has little effect on the formed parts. The corresponding stretch forming experiment has been done and the results show that the simulation trend is consistent with the experimental results.  相似文献

To realize efficient operation, the production organization constraints of ironmaking/steelmaking interface, desulphorization basic oxygen furnace and decarburization basic oxygen furnace, refining equipment and casting/rolling interface of typical steel production process A are analyzed. Order planning model of iron and steel enterprises considering production organization constraints is established. The scheduling compact and coordination and the optimization of commissioning date of different production lines are fully considered in the model. Then, the model is solved by tabu search. Finally, three different sizes of actual production contracts which are randomly selected from the steel plant A are simulated. The results prove the presented model and algorithm can harmonize and optimize the production effectively and also realize the process running efficiently.  相似文献

An integrated batch planning mathematical model based on multi-object optimization is proposed to solve the orderly and efficient flow of material between different working stations in iron and steel enterprises, where production technology constraints, material variations and coupling between steelmaking-continuous casting and hot rolling are analyzed first. According to the requirements of the hot rolling steel strip contracts, the integrated batch planning is divided into sub-plans of rolling plan, casting plan and furnace plan which are independent and coupling to each other, forming rolling plan and furnace plan simultaneously to influence casting plan. Heuristic method based on modified co-evolutionary algorithm is advanced to resolve this problem. The results of simulation and analysis in an iron and steel plant for strip steel production shows that it is feasible to provide effective guidance for integrated batch plan making.  相似文献

Bomsster is a key load-bearing part of railway lorry bogie.Because of its inherent defects casting-steel bomsster could not meet the demands of the heavy load,acceleration and security for lorry.So forging process is proposed to form it.The forming performance of forging-steel bomsster is analyzed.A forging technology is presented which realizes two forging-steel bomsster parts formed in one die.With the plastic forming simulation software DEFORM-3D,the simulation and optimization of the forming process of forging bomsster has been taken based on 3D rigid visco-plastic FEM theory.Optimized scheme has been used to direct the pilot product.The results of product's testing and application suggest that the new forging technology is feasible and the performance of the product is credibility and stabilization.The factory has realized large scale production of a series of forging-steel bomsster.Remarkable benefits of both economy and society have been achieved.  相似文献

Production of high strength steel bumper can greatly enhance the occupant safety.However,it is very hard to form high strength steel plate.There is rare domestic successful reference.The hot stamping technology aboard increases costs significantly,and the efficiency is low.Therefore,the only solution is combining advanced numerical simulation technology with current adjusting stamping process.The cold forming process of a sedan’s high strength steel bumper is simulated by FEM software Dynaform and the results show that springback and crack are the main defects.A law is summed up by researching the influence of different shapes of addendums on part forming and springback.Finally,the optimized shape of addendum is obtained by adjusting the addendum and adding convex roofs.It provides references for manufacturing similar high strength steel parts.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. A nitrogen expansion liquefaction process which is suitable for small-scale liquefaction plants is proposed for coalbed methane (CBM) with high nitrogen content. In order to investigate the effects of the nitrogen content on the liquefaction system performance, optimizations are done for CBM with nitrogen content among 0~70% via simulation and calculation with HYSYS when the liquefaction rate and the methane recovery rate are fixed respectively, and with the unit product liquefaction power consumption as the major index, the corresponding system performance is compared. The results show that, the system performance of CBM liquefaction process changes greatly along with nitrogen content. However, the changing is not monotonous.  相似文献

在2004-2005年对湖南省华容县、安乡县、大通湖区和澧县的杂交抗虫棉生长状况进行大田调查的基础上,系统分析了不同生长发育类型棉花果枝产量构成的特点和产量贡献率,构建了基于不同生长发育类型的棉花果枝产量贡献率分布的指数递减曲线、右偏态、左偏态和正态单峰曲线,以及双峰曲线和波动曲线6个模拟模型。2006-2009年在四县以及湖南农业大学进行了模型校验的小区试验,根据多年多点小区试验数据对不同果枝产量贡献率分布的模拟模型进行了校正和检验,使得模型与生长类型匹配较好,各模型的模拟值与观测值的符合度良好,RMSE值较小,在0.3419~0.7092之间,模型具有较好的精准性和适应性。  相似文献

By using laboratory high temperature experimental furnace, stage reduction test on vanadium and titanium iron concentrate with carbon-containing pellets under experimental conditions of 1 350 ℃ and in nitrogen atmosphere is introduced,and its tissue composition, microstructure is also studied by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM and other testing method. The experimental results show that reduction process on quick reduction of vanadium and titanium iron concentrate of carbon-containing pellets respectively is Fe2TiO4 and Fe3O4, 3(Fe3O4)·Fe2TiO4, Fe3O4·Fe2TiO4, Fe2TiO4 and FeO, Fe and FeTi2O5. In the stage of generating float by magnetite iron reduction, the new phase of Fe2TiO4 is generated, and finally vanadium and titanium iron concentrate is reduced into Fe and (Fe,Mg)Ti2O5.  相似文献

Based on the general thermodynamic theory,a mathematical model for thermodynamic parameters of hot-shot steam is derived,it includes the formula of specific enthalpy,specific volume,specific heat at constant pressure and specific entropy.The specific enthalpy formula of steam with a pressure range from 0 MPa to 90 MPa and the specific volume formula of steam with a pressure range from 0 MPa to 40 MPa within permission error of the International Steam Skeleton Tables in 1985,and that all the model with a temperature range from 273.15 K to 1 073.15 K.The model is applied to real-time simulation for supercritical fossil power unit and convenience in application of engineering.  相似文献

Based on the result of NiMH battery performance experiments, changing trend of maximal temperature and difference in temperature of HEV NiMH battery in different SOC and different charging current is analyzed. Considering the working situation of HEV NiMH battery and the theory of battery quick charging, a control strategy for NiMH battery quick charging is described which adapts to HEV regenerative braking system based on Mascc law. By Modeling and simulating the process of NiMH battery quick charging with this strategy, constant voltage charge method and constant current charge method, validates this control strategy.  相似文献

During continuous casting process, the composition of molten steel often varies with different heats, which leads to the big fluctuation of billet surface temperature when the traditional parameter water control model is applied to control the process. Additionally, it is difficult to keep the temperature at the straightening point of the billet within a reasonable range. Given above consideration, a new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting based on compensation temperature of the difference between liquidus and solidus has been presented. Meanwhile, the temperature field of the billet is simulated with both the parameter water control model and the new secondary cooling control model, and the results indicate that the new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting could perform better when it is used to control the surface temperature at straightening points of billet, thereby ensuring the quality of the billet.  相似文献
