【Objective】 The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of different training stages on the performance and heart rate variability(HRV) of Yili horses and to provide data for reference in the conditioning training of 1 600 m distance Yili horses.【Method】 Eight 3-year-old Yili horses (stallions) were selected as test subjects.A 3-month speed specific performance training program was conducted, and a speed test race was organized in the last week of each month of training, and HRV was collected before, immediately after, 0.5 h after, and 1 h after 1 600 m test race.Among them, the time-domain indexes included the mean of all R-R intervals (Mean RR), the standard deviation of all R-R intervals (SDNN), the mean heart rate (Mean HR), the root mean square of the difference between adjacent R-R intervals (RMSSD), the number of adjacent R-R intervals with a difference greater than 50 ms (NN50), and the percentage of adjacent R-R intervals with a difference greater than 50 ms to the total number of heartbeats (pNN50).Frequency domain metrics included very low frequency (VLF), low frequency power (LF), high frequency power (HF) and nonlinear metrics:standard deviation (Y) of all R-R-spacing (SD1), standard deviation (X) of all R-R-spacing (SD2).Consequently, the variability of HRV indexes in horses at different training stages was analyzed.【Result】 The race time in the post training period in 1 600 m speed test race of Yili horses was significantly lower than that in the early training period (P<0.05), and Mean RR, NN50 and pNN50 in the middle and post training periods were significantly lower than that in the early training period (P<0.05).Mean HR in the beginning of training was significantly lower than that in post training (P<0.05).VLF and LF in the end of training were significantly lower than that in the beginning of training (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Under the conditions of this test, the HRV indexes of 1 600 m test race of Yili horses in different conditioning training stages were analyzed.The outcomes demonstrated that the types of neural activity in Yili horses at the beginning, middle and end of training presented some differences, showing changes of increased sympathetic excitability and decreased parasympathetic excitability, and the horses' athletic performance improved.Therefore, HRV could be considered as an effective tool to evaluate the training load and intensity of Yili horses during training.  相似文献

为探讨不同妊娠阶段对荷斯坦奶牛心率变异性的影响,剖析不同妊娠阶段奶牛自主神经系统的特点,在奶牛群中选择健康、处于不同妊娠阶段的的4岁荷斯坦奶牛12头,其中妊娠前期、妊娠中期和妊娠后期各4头。每日7:00、13:00和18:00测定奶牛呼吸数和直肠温度,连续24h记录奶牛心率变异性数据,并采集尿液样品以检测尿液皮质醇及胰岛素含量。结果表明:1)妊娠后期活动量(ACT)、皮质醇、胰岛素显著高于妊娠前期和中期(P<0.05);妊娠中期R-R时序标准差(SD)、高频成分(HF)显著低于妊娠前期及后期(P<0.05);不同妊娠阶段相邻RR间期差值的均方根(RMSSD)、低频成分(LF)均表现显著差异(P<0.05);妊娠前期心率(BPM)、心跳间隔(IBI)分别显著低于和高于妊娠中期、后期(P<0.05);2)奶牛下午BPM、IBI分别显著高于和低于上午、中午(P<0.05),下午LF/HF水平显著高于上午、中午。不同妊娠阶段荷斯坦奶牛直肠温度、呼吸数不存在显著差异。说明:妊娠中后期迷走神经活性减弱,自主神经活性受到抑制,心脏植物神经调节功能减弱,奶牛生产关注妊娠后期的同时也要关注妊娠中期奶牛的健康问题。  相似文献

试验通过分析伊犁母马妊娠时间、年龄和尿量对伊犁马孕马尿中结合雌激素浓度的影响,以期为企业生产动物结合雌激素提供参考。选取相同饲养条件下妊娠期为28~38周伊犁孕马35匹并按年龄分为3组,每周采尿样1次并记录24 h尿量。高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定结合雌激素的浓度。采用SAS 8.1最小二乘法分析妊娠时间、年龄因素对结合雌激素浓度的影响;相关分析法分析尿量与结合雌激素浓度的相关性。结果显示,妊娠时间对结合雌激素浓度有极显著影响(P<0.01)。年龄对17α-双氢马烯雌酮硫酸钠浓度影响不显著(P>0.05);年龄对雌酮硫酸钠浓度和马烯雌酮硫酸钠浓度影响极显著(P<0.01)。尿量与17α-双氢马烯雌酮硫酸钠和马烯雌酮硫酸钠浓度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);尿量与雌酮硫酸钠浓度呈不显著负相关(P>0.05)。结果表明,伊犁孕马妊娠时间是影响结合雌激素浓度的关键因素;采集尿液的伊犁孕马年龄不宜超过13岁;伊犁孕马尿液中结合雌激素浓度与孕马尿量呈极显著负相关。  相似文献

试验采用自身配对方法,用ACTI Heart对日龄相同、体况相近的4头受试断乳仔猪在对照期(常温)和试验期(短期高温)条件下心率变异性进行测定,并以时域、频域的方法进行分析,研究高温环境对断乳仔猪心率状况的影响。结果表明,高温条件下,试验个体的窦性心律NN间期的标准差、窦性心律相邻N-N间期差的均方根、高频成分、低频成分显著降低(P0.01),一定程度上反映了高温使动物产生热应激,影响断乳仔猪植物性神经系统与心率变异性。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲喂不同钙、磷水平饲粮对伊犁马妊娠后期营养物质消化代谢和血浆生理生化指标的影响,为明确伊犁马在妊娠后期对钙、磷的适宜需要量提供参考。试验选取年龄、胎次、体重相近且无亲缘关系、处于妊娠后期的伊犁母马25匹,按照体重随机分为5组,每组5匹。饲粮钙和磷饲喂量分别为36.00和26.30 g/d(饲粮Ⅰ组)、39.00和28.30 g/d(饲粮Ⅱ组)、42.00和30.30 g/d(饲粮Ⅲ组)、45.00和32.30 g/d(饲粮Ⅳ组)以及48.00和34.30 g/d(饲粮Ⅴ组)。饲养试验为期30 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期20 d。试验期间采集各组饲粮、剩料、粪便和尿液样本用于测定常规营养成分含量,试验结束后采集空腹血样以测定血浆生理生化指标。结果表明:饲粮钙、磷水平对各营养物质的表观消化率均无显著影响(P0.05),对总能、氮、钙、磷的保留率及可消化能、可消化氮、可消化磷的利用率均无显著影响(P0.05),对血浆中离子钙、甲状旁腺素、骨钙素、胎盘催乳素、垂体泌乳素、孕酮、甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺氨酸和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平亦无显著影响(P0.05)。此外,饲粮钙、磷水平对血浆中肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸的水平也无显著影响(P0.05)。饲粮Ⅰ、饲粮Ⅱ和饲粮Ⅲ组可消化钙利用率显著高于饲粮Ⅴ组(P0.05),当饲粮钙、磷水平分别超过42.00和30.30 g/d时,可消化钙的利用率逐渐下降。饲粮Ⅱ和饲粮Ⅴ组母马血浆中磷水平显著高于饲粮Ⅳ组(P0.05)。除饲粮Ⅴ组外,随着饲粮钙、磷水平的增加,血浆中降钙素水平有升高的趋势(P0.10)。饲粮Ⅱ和饲粮Ⅳ组血浆中雌二醇水平显著低于饲粮Ⅰ组(P0.05),饲粮Ⅲ组则显著低于饲粮Ⅰ和饲粮Ⅴ组(P0.05)。血浆中雌酮水平的变化规律与雌二醇一致。此外,提高饲粮钙、磷水平可增加血浆中生长激素的水平,除饲粮Ⅲ组外,其他各组血浆中生长激素水平均显著高于饲粮Ⅰ组(P0.05)。由此可见,当饲粮钙水平在36.00~48.00 g/d、磷水平在26.30~34.30 g/d之间时,增加饲粮钙、磷水平不影响妊娠后期伊犁马营养物质的消化代谢,但血浆中雌二醇和雌酮水平降低,而生长激素水平增加。  相似文献

[目的] 研究不同驱虫药对伊犁马血液生化指标的影响,为伊犁马科学驱虫及健康养殖提供参考。[方法] 将平均体重(265.5±35.6)kg、出生日期相近的40匹1岁伊犁马随机分为5组,每组8匹,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组。在相同的饲养管理和日粮营养水平条件下,对照组不驱虫,在试验开始第1天,试验Ⅰ组使用伊维菌素驱虫,试验Ⅱ组使用吡喹酮驱虫,试验Ⅲ组使用阿苯达唑驱虫,试验Ⅳ组使用伊维菌素和阿苯达唑的混合药剂驱虫;在试验第14天采集马匹血液样品,测定血浆氮代谢指标、葡萄糖及酶相关指标、脂代谢指标及金属离子指标。[结果] ①试验Ⅲ组总蛋白(TP)浓度最低,与对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组及试验Ⅳ组相比,分别降低了8.16%、7.15%、4.98%及6.62%(P>0.05)。对照组及各试验组白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(UREA)浓度均无显著(P>0.05)差异。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组及试验Ⅳ组血浆中UREA浓度分别降低了33.15%及36.10%(P>0.05)。②与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力分别降低了26.51%、21.11%、47.14%及52.38%(P>0.05)。试验Ⅲ组血浆中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活力低于对照组,降低了0.19%(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅳ组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力显著(P<0.05)升高,分别提高了17.84%、13.51%;谷草转氨酶(AST)活力分别提高了5.40%和4.08%(P>0.05)。③对照组血浆中甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(CREA)及尿酸(UA)的含量与各试验组相比均无显著(P>0.05)差异。试验Ⅰ组及试验Ⅳ组血浆中CREA浓度较对照组分别提高13.38%和9.86%(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组血浆中胆碱酯酶(CHE)活力显著(P<0.05)高于试验Ⅲ组,提高了17.70%。④对照组血浆中Mg2+浓度与各试验组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组血浆中Ca2+浓度最低,与对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组及试验Ⅳ组相比,分别降低了23.44%、16.40%、25.89%及21.43%(P<0.05)。[结论] 综合来看,使用伊维菌素和阿苯达唑混合驱虫,对伊犁马血浆中的氮代谢、糖脂代谢指标及肝功能代谢酶活力改善效果更明显。  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同季节和不同年龄段伊犁马消化道主要寄生虫感染情况。在新疆昭苏县选取体重及健康状况相近的1岁(106匹)、2岁(116匹)及3岁(110匹)伊犁马,共计332匹,公母各半。分别于春季(4月)和秋季(10月)采集3个年龄的马匹粪便样品664份,每匹马2份(早、晚各1份),用于寄生虫卵的鉴定和计数。结果表明,在不同年龄段春、秋两季伊犁马粪便中共鉴别出6种虫卵,分别是马圆线虫、毛圆线虫、细颈三齿线虫、马副蛔虫、马尖尾线虫、球虫,其中马圆线虫、毛圆线虫、细颈三齿线虫、马副蛔虫感染率较高。春季1岁、2岁、3岁伊犁马,马圆线虫感染率分别为98.11%、90.52%、88.18%;毛圆线虫感染率分别为95.28%、89.66%、97.27%;细颈三齿线虫感染率分别为85.85%、78.45%、87.27%;马副蛔虫感染率分别为46.23%、35.34%、29.09%。秋季1岁、2岁、3岁伊犁马,马圆线虫感染率分别为87.74%、69.83%、78.18%;毛圆线虫感染率分别为74.53%、79.31%、86.36%;细颈三齿线虫感染率分别为65.09%、68.10%、76.36%;马副蛔虫感染率分别为46.23%、35.34%、24.55%。由该试验结果可以得出,新疆昭苏县伊犁马感染率较高的寄生虫有马圆线虫、毛圆线虫、细颈三齿线虫及马副蛔虫;1岁马驹寄生虫感染率及虫卵数量普遍高于2岁和3岁马;春季寄生虫感染率普遍高于秋季。  相似文献

通过孕酮监测奶牛的繁殖状态在国内外已有20多年的历史,美国、英国和加拿大等畜牧业发达国家已应用相当普遍,并作为奶牛生产常规服务手段,在国内孕酮方面的研究相关报道也比较多,主要集中在乳汁孕酮方面,但是在孕酮变化水平和判定妊娠标准上不太一致。因此,本试验通过对妊娠牛和空怀牛不同时期的血浆孕酮的测定,为早孕妊娠诊断提供依据。现将试验结果报道如下。  相似文献

为了探究不同周龄雄性文昌鸡雏鸡体重、内脏器官生长发育及心率变化规律,在1~6周对雏鸡体重及主要内脏脏器指数进行测量,同时应用BL-420S生物机能实验系统,记录不同周龄雏鸡Ⅱ导联心电图并计算心率。结果表明:雏鸡体重在0~2周龄时增长缓慢,3~5周龄呈线性增长;而各器官发育变化规律并不一致,消化器官发育最早,需能器官次之,生殖器官发育最晚;雏鸡心率随着周龄的增加而下降,且周龄越大心率越稳定。  相似文献

伊犁马1000m速步训练赛各阶段静脉血中血气指标变化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用i-STAT血气分析仪检测12匹伊犁马1000 m速步训练赛静息、热身后及赛后即刻、15 min、30 min、60 min时静脉血中的血气指标,并对各血气指标的差异性和相关性进行统计分析。结果表明,运动前后静脉血中PvCO2、PvO2、HCO3、TCO2、SvO2和Glu变化差异不显著(P>0.05)。血液pH、BE和Ca2+在赛后即刻均明显降低,但经15 min休息后都基本回升到静息水平;K+、Hct和Hb在赛后即刻均显著增加(P<0.05),但经15 min休息后都基本回降到静息水平。血液pH与BE、HCO3呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与TCO2浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),Hct、Hb与pH和HCO3呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与K+呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。因此,BE、HCO3、TCO2、Hct和Hb对酸碱平衡均有一定的调节作用;Na+、K+和Ca2+对机体运动具有一定的调节作用。  相似文献

The research was designed to analyze the rule of mRNA expression of IgG Fc receptor(FcR) in intestine from Yili horse aged at two-years-old by RT-PCR method, which aimed at providing data for researches on immunology mechanism and digestive physiology of equine, improving immunology function of horses, enhancing of nutrients absorbing, decreasing mortality.The results showed that the expression of IgG FcR gene in small gut was significantly higher than that of cecum (P< 0.05);it was also higher than that of large gut, its expression in large gut was higher than that of cecum(P> 0.05).The expression of IgG FcR had been identified in intestine of horses at two-year-old, it was different of immunology mechanism among horses, human and rat;Moreover, the expresson of IgG FcR in small gut was the highest among intestine, its expression rule was similar as other mammal animals (piggy and sheep).Above all, not only could be small gut thought as a digestive and absorption organ in nutrients, but also a important immunology organ in terms of its function, each plays special role in physiology of animal body.  相似文献

试验对伊犁马速步赛的体尺性状与比赛成绩之间的相关性进行了研究。测定速步赛中不同比赛项目伊犁马的体高(X1)、体长(X2)、胸围(X3)和管围(X4),计算体长率(X5)、胸围率(X6)和管围率(X7),并用SPSS 18.0软件分析其与比赛成绩之间的相关性。结果表明,在不同的比赛项目中,体尺性状与比赛用时有显著或极显著的相关性(P<0.05;P<0.01)。1000 m速步赛中比赛用时随体高、体长、胸围的增大而减少,随管围、胸围率和管围率的减小而减小;3000 m速步赛中比赛用时随体高、体长的增大而减小,随胸围率和管围率的减小而减小;5000 m速步赛中比赛用时随体高、胸围、体长的增大而减小,随管围率的减小而减小。  相似文献

This experiment was designed to analyze association of prolactin receptor (PRLR) gene polymorphism with milk yield of Yili horse.The number of 60 horse were selected as samples, detected genetic polymorphism of PRLR gene using PCR-SSCP technique and sequencing technology, and then analyzed the polymorphism with milk yield of Yili horse.The results showed that there were two polymorphism fragments of PRLR gene flanking region, there were three genotypes:AA, AB and BB.Two novel SNPs (g.29764513 G>A and g.30106804 C>A) were identified of PRLR gene flanking region by sequencing.The g.29764513 G>A SNP caused amino acid variations as p.33His>Arg, while the g.30106804 C>A SNP was synonymous mutation without causing amino acid changes.Statistical results indicated that the g.29764513 G>A and g.30106804 C>A SNPs were significantly associated with daily milk yield in Yili horse (P<0.05).These mutations might be as a crucial DNA genetic markersfor milk production traits selection in Yili horse.  相似文献

This experiment aimed to analyze the effects of different training stages on the limb angle of the Yili horse in 1 km trotter.8 Two-year-old Yili horses were selected as the test subjects.Through the 1 km trotter training for three months,the trotter test race was organized before and after the training.The video analysis was used to analyze the maximum limb opening angle,the minimum contraction angle and the extreme difference of limb angle of straight and curved horses in the process of exercise,and the difference of limb angle changes in different training stages were analyzed.The results showed that in the straight movement,the maximum opening angle and minimum contraction angle of shoulder angle before training were significantly less than those after three months training (P<0.05).The maximum opening angle and angle range of the elbow and the back fetlock angle before training were extremely significantly smaller than those after the three months training (P<0.01).The carpus and tarsus angle of the minimum contraction angle and angle range were extremely significantly different from those after the three months training (P<0.01).The maximum opening angle,minimum contraction angle and angular range of the front fetlock angle before the training were extremely significantly different from those after the three months training (P<0.01).In the curve movement,the maximum opening angle of the shoulder angle was significantly greater than those before the three months training (P<0.05).The minimum contraction angle and angle range of the elbow angle and the front fetlock angle were significantly different from those before the three months training (P<0.05).The minimum contraction angle of the carpus angle was extremely significantly greater than that of the three months after training (P<0.01),the angle range of the carpus angle before the training was significantly greater than three months after training (P<0.05).The maximum opening angle and angle range of the carpus angle were significantly greater than those before the three months training (P<0.01).The minimum contraction angle of the stifle angle before training was extremely significantly less than that after training for three months (P<0.01),the maximum opening angle and the angle range of the tarsus angle was significant greater than those before the three months training (P<0.05).In summary,the training affects the change of limb angles during the movement of the horse,and improves the stability of the horse movement and reduces the risk of injury.  相似文献

试验旨在研究伊犁马催乳素受体(prolactin receptor,PRLR)基因多态性及其与产奶量之间的关联性。以60匹伊犁马为研究对象,选取PRLR基因侧翼区的部分片段,采用PCR-SSCP技术检测其遗传多态性,并与伊犁马的日产奶量进行关联分析,研究PRLR基因的多态性与伊犁马产奶性能的关系。结果显示,PRLR基因侧翼区的2个片段均具有多态性,都存在3种基因型:AA、AB和BB,测序结果显示PRLR-P1的碱基突变位置为g.29764513 G>A,该突变为错义突变,导致其编码的氨基酸由组氨酸变成精氨酸,经关联分析发现,该突变对伊犁马日产奶量有显著影响(P<0.05);PRLR-P2的碱基突变位置为g.30106804 C>A,该突变为同义突变,未导致其编码的氨基酸发生改变,经关联分析发现,该突变对伊犁马日产奶量有显著影响(P<0.05)。伊犁马PRLR基因侧翼区的碱基突变与日产奶量之间存在关联性,且可能是影响伊犁马产奶性能的重要位点。  相似文献

In order to provide some reference on scientific training and determination of horse trot training race, experiment was conducted on analysis of speed characteristic of Yili horse trot training race. The grade of 7 Yili horses 1000 m trot training race and the speed per 50 m were measured, which was used as a research object and sample, by statistical analysis, correlation analysis, the difference of the linear regression method for quantitative analysis. It was resulted that between subsection speed (2 to 18) and average speed were significantly or extremely significantly correlated (P<0.05;P<0.01), the 9th subsection speed had the highest relevancy; 6 high correlation subsection speeds were choosed for regression analysis, equation:Y=4.039X9+2.256X8-2.653X16-1.361X5-3.739X13+2.529X19-0.728. The experiment preliminary proved the difference among every subsection speed of 1000 m speed training race and the correlation between subsection speed and average speed, establishing a regression equation of subsection speed and average speed.  相似文献

Measuring subsection body measurements of Thoroughbred×Yili horses,Orlov trotter×Yili horses,Russia trotter×Yili horses and Hanoverian horse,and calculated the proportion and index,analysing differences in each body measurement,index and proportion.The results showed that the body height,body length,chest circumference,cannon bone circumference,neck length,humerus length,back length,lumbar spine,rump length,rump high,thighbone length and tibiae length of Thoroughbred×Yili horses,Orlov trotter×Yili horses and Russia trotter×Yili horses were extremely significantly lower than Hanoverian horse (P<0.01),the trunk index of Thoroughbred×Yili horse was significantly higher than Orlov trotter×Yili horses (P<0.05),the humerus length/back length,thighbone length/back length and tibiae length/back length of Thoroughbred×Yili horses,Orlov trotter×Yili horses and Russia trotter×Yili horses were extremely significantly lower than Hanoverian horse (P<0.01),all body measurements of Orlov trotter×Yili horses had no significant difference with Russia trotter×Yili horses (P>0.05).The experiment results showed that the difference in body structure of horses for different uses could provide data reference for breeding these horses.  相似文献

本试验通过测定纯血马×伊犁马、奥尔洛夫马×伊犁马、俄罗斯速步马×伊犁马和汉诺威马4个类型马细分体尺,并计算各体尺比例及体尺指数等指标,分析各体尺、体尺指数及各比例差异性。结果表明,在体高、体长、胸围、管围、颈长、肱骨长、背长、腰椎长、尻长、尻高、股骨长和胫骨长等体尺方面,纯血马×伊犁马、奥尔洛夫马×伊犁马、俄罗斯速步马×伊犁马均极显著低于汉诺威马(P<0.01);体躯指数方面,纯血马×伊犁马显著高于奥尔洛夫马×伊犁马(P<0.05);肱骨长/背长、股骨长/背长和胫骨长/背长方面,纯血马×伊犁马、奥尔洛夫马×伊犁马、俄罗斯速步马×伊犁马均极显著低于汉诺威马(P<0.01);奥尔洛夫马×伊犁马和俄罗斯速步马×伊犁马之间所有指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。本试验结果表明不同用途马匹体型结构具有一定差异性,为不同用途马匹的培育提供数据参考。  相似文献
