大五星枇杷大树移栽试验表明,移栽前进行诱根处理,移植园地选择地下水位较低、土壤较肥沃的旱土,地下水位较高的水田移栽时,应用客土抽沟排水或非客土抽沟排水,适当的轻度疏删和回缩修剪,有利于提高枇杷大树移栽的成活率和树势的恢复,也有利于大五星枇杷的提前投产.引种试验结果表明,大五星枇杷在湖南株洲地区能正常生长、开花结果,丰产稳产,适应性强,成熟期比原产地早8~12 d.在栽培管理良好的条件下,大五星枇杷大树移栽2 a后株产可达5 kg,3 a生树株产10~15 kg,在控制产量、适度疏果的前提下,大五星枇杷可保持原产地大果质优的特性.  相似文献

针对龙陵县部分核桃树老化、中幼树低产及新植技术缺乏的难题,结合龙陵县规划改造和新植任务的实际,对核桃老树更新复状、低产园改造及新植技术分年度进行了丰产栽培实验示范研究,建设核桃新植示范点10个,总结出核桃新植"十个一"技术,使新植桃核的成活率及保存率明显提高,可提前3年挂果进入收益期;通过核桃示范点与传统种植对比分析以及核桃更新复壮前后和核桃低产园改造前后对比分析,结果表明,核桃衰老树更新复壮和低产中幼树改造技术,使树势明显恢复,病虫鼠害明显减少,能促进增产增收,达到高产稳产,经济效益明显,是核桃老区和低产区快速发展核桃产业的有效方法。  相似文献

对台江林业采育场现有竹木混交林进行施肥和土壤垦复两种试验,结果表明,不同施肥处理虽有一定增产效果,但经方差分析未达到显著水平;不同土壤垦复措施的增产效果,以深翻加施肥的新竹产量最高,锄草松土居第二,单纯深翻并不理想,效果不如劈山抚育。因而,新兴竹木混交林应以调整竹林结构和护笋养竹为主,每年锄草松土即可达到材用丰产林标准,不宜盲目深翻、施肥。  相似文献

大规格苗木移植时使大量根系受到伤害,导致树木根系吸收的水分与地上部蒸腾失水之间的平衡被打破。因此,大树迅速生长出新的吸收根,快速恢复树木体内水分平衡,对提高大树移植成活率起着重要的作用。对北京地区城市绿化中常用的36个树种移植后树木根系再生情况进行了调查,根据断根处能否生出新的根系和新生根系的数量来划分根系再生能力。调查结果表明,国槐、栾树、暴马丁香等树种的根系再生能力较强,雪松、玉兰等树种的根系再生能力一般,而银杏、小叶朴等树种根系再生能力较弱。  相似文献

Transgenic trees as a new source for biofuel have brought a great interest in tree biotechnology. Genetically modifying forest trees for ethanol production have advantages in technical challenges, costs, environmental concerns, and financial problems over some of crops. Genetic engineering of forest trees can be used to reduce the level of lignin, to produce the fast-growing trees, to develop trees with higher cellulose, and to allow the trees to be grown more widely. Trees can establish themselves in the field with less care of farmers, compared to most of crops. Transgenic crops as a new source for biofuel have been recently reviewed in several reviews. Here, we overview transgenic woody plants as a new source for biofuel including genetically modified woody plants and environment; main focus of woody plants genetic modifications; solar to chemical energy transfer; cellulose biosynthesis; lignin biosynthesis; and cellulosic ethanol as biofuel.  相似文献

梨叶枯病是在早酥梨上发现的一种新病害,病原菌为Mycovellosiella pyricola。通过调查早酥梨叶枯病在田间的消长动态,实测不同病情指数下1年生早酥梨苗的高、粗生长量、7-8年生结果树平均单果重、单株产量,建立了苗期生长量和结果树产量损失估计模型,推算出该病害防治指标病指苗期为12.74%,结果树为13.84%。  相似文献

Bench-grafted Fuji/M.26 apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) trees were fertilized with a nutrient solution (fertigation) containing 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 15 or 20 mM nitrogen (N) in a modified Hoagland's solution from June 30 to September 1. In mid-October, half of the trees in each N treatment were sprayed twice with 3% urea, 1 week apart. The remaining trees served as controls. All trees were harvested after leaf fall and stored at 2 degrees C over winter. One group of trees from each treatment was destructively sampled before bud break to determine amounts of reserve N and total nonstructural carbohydrates (TNC); the remaining trees were transplanted to N-free medium in the spring. These trees were supplied with Hoagland's solution with or without 10 mM N (from 15N-depleted NH4NO3) for 60 days, starting from bud break. With increasing N supply from fertigation, tree N concentration increased, whereas TNC concentration decreased. Foliar urea applications increased tree N concentration and decreased TNC concentration in each N fertigation treatment. There was a negative linear relationship between tree N concentration and TNC concentration. Irrespective of whether N was provided the following spring, trees with high N reserves but low carbohydrate reserves produced a larger total leaf area at the end of the regrowth period than trees with low N reserves but high carbohydrate reserves. The pooled data on reserve N used for new growth showed that, regardless of the spring N supply, there was a linear relationship between total N accumulated in the tree during the previous season and the amount of reserve N remobilized for new shoot and leaf growth. About 50% of tree N content was remobilized to support new shoot and leaf growth over the range of tree N status examined. We conclude that the initial growth of young apple trees in the spring is determined mainly by reserve N, not reserve carbohydrates. The amount of reserve N remobilized for new growth in spring was proportional to tree N status and was unaffected by current N supply.  相似文献

The growing condition of afforestation trees and damage to lower-story trees caused by felling and hauling of upper-story trees in a multi-storied forest in Peninsular Malaysia was surveyed. Seventy months have passed since the planting ofAcacia mangium upperstory trees, which have grown 233 m3/ha in volume. The growth ofShorea leprosula thirty-five months after planting of lower-story trees have reached 5.54 m in height. However, as the ratio of height to basal diameter exceeds 100:1, trees are tapering to a considerable degree. A backhoe was installed in order to fell the upper-story trees. From the results of logging, the damage ratio estimation of the lower-story trees was simulated by using the Monte Carlo method. The damage ratio differed considerably depending on planting patterns, height of upper-story trees and felling skills. The results of this survey proved that the felling and hauling of upper-story trees would be technically feasible in the future, except when one row upper-story trees and one row lower-story trees method were employed.  相似文献

During the last decade, a strong case has been made for viewing trees as model systems in plant biology. More recently, forest biologists have argued for the sequencing of the genome of a forest tree. Now, the United States Department of Energy has announced plans for sequencing the genome of the Populus trichocarpa clone, "Nisqually-1." Thus, forest biology is poised to enter an exciting period of scientific discovery. Embracing new technology and new research paradigms, however, is never easy. It is, therefore, timely to ask how tree physiologists will take advantage of the Populus genome data. We contend that the most attractive opportunities will arise through genome-wide research designed to: (1). examine the differences between trees and herbaceous annuals; (2). explore questions relating to the temporal and spatial scales that characterize the life histories and growth of trees; and (3). investigate cause-and-effect relationships that are intractable to conventional research methodologies. To highlight the potential applications of genomics in tree physiology, we briefly discuss each of these approaches.  相似文献
