为了筛选抗禾谷孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae)的小麦资源,以禾谷孢囊线虫保定群体为试虫,采用室内接种方法测试了41份来自CIMMYT的小麦品种(系)的抗病性;分别采用室内接种法和田间病圃法测试了27份国内冬小麦品种和1份饲用小麦品种的抗病性。结果表明,在41份CIMMYT小麦品种(系)中,2个属高抗,7个属中抗,其他均属感病。所有参试的国内小麦品种在室内和田间测定中均表现为高感。比较三种不同小麦品种抗孢囊线虫鉴定方法,室内接种鉴定比田间病圃鉴定发病严重,且简便易行,鉴定结果更可靠。  相似文献

部分国内外小麦种质资源对燕麦孢囊线虫的抗病性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
燕麦孢囊线虫是小麦生产上的重要病原线虫。为筛选抗燕麦孢囊线虫的小麦种质资源,采用室内接种方法测试了104个国外小麦品种(系)和37个国内小麦品种对燕麦孢囊线虫的抗病性,并利用不同抗性评价标准在自然病田对37个国内小麦品种的抗病性进行了评价。室内接种试验表明,104份国外小麦品种(系)中有高抗品种(系)14个,中抗品种(系)12个,中感品种(系)27个,其他均属高感,37个国内参试品种均属感病品种。自然病田鉴定结果表明,采用不同的评价标准对37个国内品种的评价结果具有较大差异。依据Andersen等的评价标准,37个小麦品种中有7个品种表现感病,30个品种表现抗病,与室内接种测试结果差异较大;依据Ireholm的标准,仅良星66表现抗病,其他品种均表现感病,与室内测试结果接近;依据Soriano等的标准,37个品种均表现感病,与室内测试结果相同。建议在筛选抗孢囊线虫小麦资源时首先采用Andersen等的标准进行初筛,然后利用Soriano等的标准进行田间评价。  相似文献

Crop resistance plays a role in preventing aphid damage, benefiting food production industries, but its effects are limited due to aphid adaptation and phenotypic plasticity. Therefore, furthering understanding of aphid–crop interactions will improve our ability to protect crops from aphids. To determine how aphids adapt to resistant varieties of wheat, Triticum aestivum L. over time, we performed a laboratory experiment to assess the multi-generational effects of three wheat varieties, Batis, Ww2730, and Xiaoyan22, with different resistance levels on the fitness of Sitobion avenae (Fab.) (Hemiptera: Aphididae). The results showed that Ww2730 and Xiaoyan22 were more resistant than Batis to S. avenae, regardless of whether the aphids were newly introduced or had been acclimated before being introduced to the three wheat varieties. However, the effect of resistance on aphid life-history traits was time dependent. Aphid weigh gain increased and they development faster of the acclimated generation compared to the newly introduced generation on all three varieties. And the fecundity on the three varieties and net reproduction rates on Batis and Xiaoyan22 significantly decreased. Aphid fitness in terms of individual life-history parameters improved, whereas aphid fitness in terms of reproductive decreased, and a convergence effect, the difference gaps and standard errors of all life-history traits among the three acclimated populations had narrowed and were less than those in the three first-generation populations, was observed during the 3-mo experimental period. We suggested that S. avenae could rapidly respond to wheat resistance through life-history plasticity.  相似文献

Forty-nine lines of wheat (F6 generation) containing minor additive genes conditioning resistance to stripe (yellow) rust (Puccinia striiformis Westend.) were evaluated to several virulence types (physiologic races) of the pathogen obtained from the USA and Europe. All wheat lines showed some level of resistance to all virulence types of P. striiformis but there were differences in level of resistance between crosses and between lines within a particular cross. Generally, all lines expressed the most resistance at the seedling stage when grown at higher temperatures (15°C during the dark period; 25°C during the light period) than at 2°C (dark period) and 20°C (light period). Lines with more resistance genes showed the most resistance, and this resistance was least sensitive to temperature change. Mature plants in the field had levels of resistance equal to, or greater than, those of their seedling counterparts. One parent of each cross evaluated was either a commercial cultivar or an advanced wheat selection, and was rated as susceptible. In many cases, these susceptible parents contributed to resistance in the progeny and thus the progeny showed transgressive segregation for resistance. Some parent cultivars, which were completely susceptible as seedlings and moderately resistant as mature plants, also contributed to seedling resistance in the progeny when combined with parents known to contain minor additive genes for resistance to P. striiformis. The advantages of using minor additive genes are discussed in relation to the control of stripe rust of wheat and to crop protection generally.  相似文献

在面临Ug99及其强毒力变异菌株可能侵入我国的高风险下,为筛选和储备新的小麦抗病品种或种质,并了解东北春麦区小麦生产、后备品种对秆锈病的抗性,于2015年用小麦秆锈菌生理小种21C3CTHTM、34C3RTGQM及混合小种对190份国外小麦材料和100份黑龙江省小麦材料进行田间成株期秆锈病抗性鉴定。结果表明,190份国外小麦材料中有169份对所有供试菌种表现出抗性,其中表现免疫的有119份,表现高抗的有50份;100份黑龙江小麦材料中有71份对所有供试菌种表现出抗性,其中表现免疫的有45份,表现高抗的有23份,表现高抗-中抗的有3份。国外小麦材料和黑龙江小麦材料对我国小麦秆锈菌的抗性较高,但仍有部分国外小麦材料和部分黑龙江小麦材料对我国小麦秆锈菌表现出高度感病,这种现象应得到重视。  相似文献

2008-2009年间对来自我国小麦主要生产种植区15个省份的182份小麦生产品种和后备品系进行了苗期与成株期抗秆锈病鉴定,研究结果表明:在供试的品种(系)中,114份对秆锈病表现抗性,占供试材料的62.64%,其中来自东北春麦区、北方冬麦区和黄淮海冬麦区的品种(系)对秆锈病抗性较强,部分地区材料对秆锈病的抗性较差,甚至江苏省的13份品种(系)对秆锈病全部感病,这表明虽然我国当前小麦生产品种和后备品系对秆锈病的抗性普遍较强,但仍然存在有相当数量的感病品种,秆锈病发生与流行的威胁依然存在。  相似文献

Sixty-four cultivars and strains of cereals were evaluated under field conditions for differential feeding by grasshoppers, (Orthoptera:: Acrididae) and for their resistance to foliar disease. Grasshoppers actively fed on all triticale and durum wheat lines, on 11 of 12 bread wheat lines, and on 11 of 24 barley lines. Both the incidence and severity of foliar disease were high in all cereals. There was no correlation between grasshopper damage and resistance to foliar disease (r+ −0·059) in the barley but a positive trend appeared in wheat lines (bread r= +0·487; durum r= +0·295). The data suggest that present trends in breeding disease-resistant cereal cultivars will not introduce increased susceptibility to grasshopper damage.  相似文献

Diuraphis noxia Kurdjumov is an aphid pest that hampers the global production of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Infestation of wheat by D. noxia reduces crop yield and sometimes leads to the death of susceptible cultivars. To date resistant cultivars have been used to control infestations. However, the development of resistance-breaking aphid biotypes is complicating this management strategy. This study aimed to ascertain the effect that 25 mM potassium phosphate (K3PO4) treatment has on inducing resistance in wheat against D. noxia. The effects of potassium phosphate on induced resistance against D. noxia were determined using gene regulation and enzymatic levels of lipoxygenase (EC 1.13.11) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (EC 4.3.1.24). The results indicated that the treatment of both susceptible (Scheepers) and resistant (Tugela DN) wheat cultivars with potassium phosphate induces genes differentially. A phenotypic study showed delayed development and less severity of symptoms with decreased numbers of aphids feeding on plants treated with potassium phosphate in comparison with untreated plants for both resistant and susceptible cultivars. The results from the gene expression and enzyme activity studies indicated that both of the induced systemic resistance-linked genes were similarly regulated after potassium phosphate treatment. The data strongly support treatment of wheat with potassium phosphate to induce tolerance against D. noxia.  相似文献

铁结合蛋白(Ferritin,Fer)参与干旱胁迫应答反应,开发Fer基因抗旱相关的分子标记可为抗旱小麦品种选育提供依据。本研究依据2个强抗旱性和2个弱抗旱性小麦品种1A染色体上铁结合蛋白基因(TaFer-A1)序列的差异,开发TaFer-A1基因抗旱相关的分子标记,用150份萌发期抗旱性不同的小麦品种(系)对标记的有效性进行验证。克隆序列比对发现,TaFer-A1基因在4份抗旱性极端品种间仅存在7个变异位点,包括6个SNP位点和1个3bp碱基Del/Ins位点,其中仅在基因第1个内含子区域的3个连续碱基TCT的Del/Ins位点变异与4份品种抗旱性的表型相对应,而其余6个SNP位点在强与弱抗旱性品种之间随机发生。根据两组抗旱性极端品种间TCT碱基的差异,设计1对引物开发出了分子标记FerA1i-ntr1。该分子标记在2个强抗旱性品种中扩增出了167bp特异性条带,定名为TaFer-A1a等位变异;在2个弱抗旱性品种中扩增出了170bp特异性条带,定名为TaFer-A1b等位变异,表明FerA1i-ntr1为共显性标记。在分子标记FerA1i-ntr1检测的150份小麦品种(系)中,有73份被检测为TaFer-A1a等位变异类型,平均相对发芽率为70.1%;77份被检测为TaFer-A1b等位变异类型,平均相对发芽率为55.1%。TaFer-A1a等位变异类型品种(系)的平均相对发芽率极显著高于TaFer-A1b等位变异类型的(P<0.01),说明该共显性标记FerA1-intr1可用于小麦抗旱性的鉴定和筛选,也表明TaFer-A1基因与小麦抗旱性有关。  相似文献

Stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst), is one of the most widespread and destructive diseases of wheat crop worldwide. Growing resistant cultivars is the preferred method of controlling diseases, but only a few effective genes are available. M8926-2, a translocation line developed from interspecific hybridization between Leymus mollis and a common wheat genotype 7182, is highly resistant to the prevalent Chinese Pst races. In order to identify gene(s) for stripe rust resistance, M8926-2 was crossed with susceptible genotype Mingxian 169, and seedlings of parents and F1, F2, and F2:3 progenies were tested with the most prevalent Pst race CYR32 under controlled greenhouse conditions. M8926-2 has a single dominant gene, designated as YrM8926, conferring all-stage resistance to CYR32. Genetic mapping was used to identify molecular markers linked to YrM8926. A linkage group of seven simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers was constructed for YrM8926 using 191 F2-2 population plants and the gene was located on wheat chromosome 2DS. The wheat-L. mollis translocation line background of M8926-2 and disease assessments indicated that YrM8926 is originally derived from L. mollis. The stripe rust resistance gene and closely linked molecular markers should be useful for pyramiding with other genes to develop wheat cultivars with high-level and long-term resistance to stripe rust.  相似文献

赤霉病是小麦的重要病害,严重影响小麦产量和品质。为发掘赤霉病的抗性种质资源和抗性基因,本研究分别以苏麦3号、扬麦158、扬麦15和安农8455为高抗、中抗、中感和高感赤霉病对照品种,于2016-2017和2017-2018连续2年对来自江苏的59份小麦品种(系)采用单花滴注接种法进行田间赤霉病抗性鉴定,同时利用与 Fhb1 Fhb2 Fhb4 Fhb5 QFhs.crc-2DL 连锁的分子标记对供试材料进行检测,并对赤霉病表现为稳定中抗及以上水平品种(系)的千粒重、株高、穗粒数等农艺性状进行调查。结果表明,59份供试小麦品种(系)中,19份在两个年度均表现为中抗。分子标记检测发现,9份小麦品种(系)仅携带 Fhb1 ,平均病小穗率为22.21%;10份小麦品种(系)仅携带 QFhs.crc-2DL ,平均病小穗率为27.82%;携带 Fhb2 Fhb4 Fhb5 基因的品种(系)较少。镇麦12号、宁麦1529、宁麦27、镇麦13322、宁麦17110、镇麦13、宁麦17108和宁麦17396的赤霉病抗性和综合农艺性状均较好,可以作为小麦抗赤霉病遗传改良的种质资源。  相似文献

Two PCR based markers tightly linked to Cre1 and Cre3 resistant genes against the Cereal Cyst Nematode (CCN, causal agent Heterodera avenae) were used to characterize a number of diploid, tetraploid and hexaploid wheat germplasm consisting of obsolete, advanced lines and new cultivars from the Turkish National Breeding Program and the joint TURKEY CIMMYT ICARDA International Winter Wheat Improvement Program. In addition a number of landraces and wild relatives of wheat collected from the Turkish side of the Fertile Crescent, the centre of origin of cereals, were included. None of the genetic material tested positive for either marker except the land race Sardari which originated from neighboring Iran was found positive for Cre1 gene. Combining both of these molecular markers in one assay for fast and cost-effective screening of the germplasm was not effective, so marker genotyping with germplasm was realized using each primer alone. Most work that has been reported is on the CCN species H. avenae, however the predominant species in Turkey is the closely related H. filipjevi. In vitro resistance assaying for this species indicates that Cre1 is a moderate source of resistance against the H. filipjevi population, however Cre3 gene appears ineffective. It is suggested that a larger pool of a range of germplasm should be screened for Cre1 in Turkey. Furthermore, the landrace Sardari could be used as a parent to deploy CCN resistance in to genetic background of Turkish bread wheat cultivars with a targeted Marker Assisted Selection Backcrossing approach.  相似文献

Many of 450 common wheat cultivars bred and registered during the twentieth century in 12 countries were proved, due to seed-by-seed analysis, to be composed of two or more biotypes differing in their alleles at the gliadin (Gli) loci. These multiple biotypes may be regarded as authentic progeny of the respective parent lines, as evidenced by the gliadin composition of the respective parents. Therefore, the official claim for each cultivar to be uniform is commonly not maintained in practice. The most frequent was a non-uniform cultivar composed of two biotypes differing at one Gli locus, but there were cultivars represented by a large set of related genotypes differing at several Gli loci. The proportion of the multi-biotype cultivars was never less than 15% for a country collection, exceeding 50% in other countries. This proportion differed significantly between neighbouring countries. In Australia, all multi-biotype cultivars were found in eastern states; in the state of Victoria, their frequency was statistically higher than in the rest of the country. The proportion of multi-biotype cultivars among newly-released cultivars decreased with time in Australia and the UK. Thus, the non-uniformity of registered cultivars represents a general and important phenomenon of common wheat as a crop.  相似文献

Development of ozone (O3)-resistant cultivars is a potentially important approach for maintaining crop productivity under future climate scenarios in which tropospheric O3 pollution is projected to rise. A first step in the breeding of resistant cultivars for a crop such as soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is identification of sources of O3 resistance genes. Thirty ancestral lines of soybean were screened for differences in O3 foliar injury under greenhouse conditions. The ancestors represented 92% of the genetic base of North American soybean as determined by pedigree analysis. Injury among ancestors ranged from 5 to 50% of leaf area, based on response of the five oldest main stem leaves, indicating both the presence of substantial genetic variation for O3 injury among the ancestors as well as resistance levels greater than that of the standard control cultivar, resistant Essex (15% injury). Ancestral types Fiskeby 840-7-3 and Fiskeby III exhibited the greatest foliar resistance and PI 88788 the least. A subsequent field study confirmed the foliar resistance of the Fiskeby types. Resistant ancestors identified here are proposed for inheritance and DNA mapping studies to determine the genetic basis of foliar resistance. Because the presence of O3-resistant ancestors suggested that resistant descendents may exist in addition to the resistant control Essex, a method was developed to facilitate their identification. A predicted O3-resistance score was calculated for 247 publicly-released cultivars, based on pedigree analysis and ancestral response to ozone. Using this approach, the 32 public cultivars most closely related to resistant ancestors and, thus, most likely to be resistant were identified as priority candidates for future screening efforts. Predicted scores from the analysis suggested that cultivars from the Midwest may be more sensitive to foliar injury, on average, than Southern cultivars.  相似文献

为明确甘肃省部分春小麦品种(系)苗期所含抗条锈基因,选用来自中国、印度等国家的24个具有不同毒性谱的条锈菌单孢菌系,分别接种于26个甘肃春小麦品种(系)及30个已知基因的载体品种上,进行苗期抗条锈病评价,并结合系谱分析推导苗期抗条锈基因.初步分析结果表明,银春8号等19个品种(系)含有Yr1及未知抗病基因,其余品种(系)含有未知抗病基因.成株期在甘肃陇南的田间抗条锈病评价结果显示,定西43可能具有成株抗病性,定E301、定9873、定鉴5、陇春26、陇春24、定西39、临麦30、宁9415具有慢条锈性.聚类分析与基因推导结果基本一致.  相似文献

小麦条锈病是四川小麦生产中的第一大病害。为了系统掌握四川小麦品种和后备品系的条锈病抗性水平,给四川乃至全国小麦抗条锈病育种及品种的合理布局提供参考信息,利用7个条锈菌流行小种对134份四川审定品种和后备品系的苗期和成株期条锈病抗性进行鉴定。结果表明,四川小麦品种(系)在苗期对7个条锈菌小种CYR31、Su11-7、CYR29、Su11-4、CYR32、CYR33和V26(新致病类型)的抗性频率分别为92.4%、92.5%、89.3%、89.4%、87.3%、85.0%和82.8%;其中,76份品种(系)抗所有小种,占56.0%;此外,条锈菌新致病类型V26对四川小麦品种(系)的毒性已经超过当前的优势小种CYR32和CYR33。根据抗谱分析结果,将所有品种(系)分为四大类。其中,66.4%的品种(系)为全生育期抗性,17.9%为成株期抗性,9.7%表现为苗期抗性,6.0%表现为感病。表明四川小麦品种(系)整体抗性水平较高,但抗病类型相对单一。因此,需要进一步拓宽抗源,提高抗病基因的多样性;同时应逐步开展全生育期抗病基因和成株期抗病基因聚合育种,以提高品种抗病的持久性。  相似文献

Increased nitrogen applications to crops influence plant-insect interactions and potentially increase herbivore population growth. The effect of nitrogen applications on the interactions between a wheat host plant, Triticum aestivum, and its herbivores, Sitobion avenae (Fabricius, 1775) and Rhopalosiphum padi (Linnaeus, 1758) was investigated. Adult body weight, fecundity, maturity rate and longevity of the aphids were measured under different nitrogen application on four wheat varieties, Solstice, Einstein, Deben and Alchemy. Adult body weight of R. padi on Alchemy and of S. avenae on Deben was lowest. Fecundity of R. padi was lesser on Deben and Alchemy while fecundity of S. avenae was least on Alchemy. Days to reach maturity were same on all varieties in S. avenae but in R. padi, Deben positively affected the days to reach maturity. Longevity of S. avenae and R. padi was the same on all varieties. N-fertilizer had a positive effect on the adult weight achieved by S. avenae and R. padi. Fecundity and longevity of both species were also positively correlated with N-fertilizer application. In R. padi, N-fertilizer reduced the time to reach maturity but not in S. avenae.  相似文献

Two seedbox screening techniques were compared to determine levels of resistance of rice cultivars to three brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens (Stål), biotypes. The commonly used standard seedbox screening test (SSST) where eight second-instar nymphs were infested on 7-day-old seedlings was compared with a modification (MSST) where four second-instar nymphs were infested on each of 20-day-old plants. In the SSST, the initial infestation killed the susceptible cultivars whereas in the MSST the F1 progeny killed the susceptible cultivars. The cultivars ASD 11, Wagwag, Utri Rajapan, IR46 and Kencana were susceptible in the SSST but moderately resistant or resistant in the MSST, indicating an increase in the level of resistance with plant age. Feeding rate and population growth of N. lugens were the factors involved in the resistance of 30-day-old plants. The MSST provides a rapid method for identifying field-resistant cultivars in the greenhouse and can be used to identify field-resistant lines in a rice-breeding programme for stable resistance to N. lugens.  相似文献

Germin-like protein (GLP) markers were associated with quantitative trait loci (QTL) for resistance to the rice blast pathogen, Magnaporthe oryzae in multiple rice (Oryza sativa) mapping populations. Twelve paralogous OsGLP gene family members are located within the physical QTL region on chromosome 8, and gene silencing studies suggest that they contribute collectively to the resistance phenotype. We compared sequence and expression profiles of OsGLP alleles in two resistant and two susceptible parental rice lines to find functional polymorphisms that correlated with the resistant phenotype. Based on coding and promoter sequences, the genes belong to two germin subfamily groups (GER3 and GER4). OsGLP members from both subfamilies were constitutively expressed and developmentally regulated in all cultivars. Transient induction above constitutive levels was observed for some OsGLPs, especially GER4 subfamily members, at early time points after M. oryzae infection and mechanical wounding. Varying 5′ regulatory regions and differential expression of some family members between resistant and susceptible cultivars corresponded with differential hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) accumulation after the same stimuli. OsGLP of both GER subfamilies localized to the plant cell wall. The protein location and early gene induction suggest that OsGLPs protect rice leaves at early stages of infection before fungal penetration and subsequent ingress. Our data suggest that regulation of OsGLP genes defines resistant versus susceptible phenotypes.  相似文献

为了解2016-2017年陕西省区试的137份小麦品种(系)对条锈病、白粉病和赤霉病的综合抗病水平,以当前我国小麦条锈病主要流行小种CYR32、CYR33和CYR34混合菌株、小麦白粉菌混合菌株和小麦赤霉病强致病力菌株为病原,对区试品种(系)进行成株期人工接种鉴定。结果表明,137份区试材料中,有2份材料对条锈病、白粉病和赤霉病兼具抗性,占供试材料的1.5%,分别为西农238和西农928;6份材料对条锈病和白粉病兼具抗性,占供试材料的4.4%;对条锈病、白粉病和赤霉病表现高抗的材料(含免疫/近免疫)分别占供试材料的34.3%、2.9%和0.7%,中抗品种分别占35.0%、4.4%、33.6%,中感品种分别占21.9% 、8.0% 、30.7%,高感品种分别占8.6%、84.7%、35.0%。陕西省区试小麦品种(系)对条锈病的抗性整体较高,对白粉病和赤霉病的抗性相对较差。  相似文献
