日粮中添加女贞子粉对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选择150只49周龄、平均体重(1.99±0.17)kg的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、试验组Ⅰ(基础日粮+0.5%女贞子粉)、试验组Ⅱ(基础日粮+1%女贞子粉)。每组设5个重复,每个重复10只蛋鸡,试验期为8周,研究了女贞子粉对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ产蛋率分别提高了4.86%和11.75%(P0.05)。试验组Ⅰ蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组9.60%(P0.05)。日粮中添加女贞子粉可以提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善蛋黄颜色,进而提高蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质。  相似文献

为研究乳酸锌对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋壳质量的影响,试验采用单因子随机分组试验设计,选取1600只360日龄的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组8个重复,每个重复50只鸡。础饲日粮为玉米-豆粕型粉状饲粮,处理1组饲喂基础饲粮+60 mg/kg一水硫酸锌(以锌计),处理2组饲喂基础饲粮+60 mg/kg乳酸锌(以锌计),处理3组饲喂基础饲粮+40 mg/kg乳酸锌(以锌计),处理4组饲喂基础饲粮+60 mg/kg锌(一水硫酸锌和乳酸锌提供的锌各一半)。结果表明,蛋鸡日粮中添加60 mg/kg乳酸锌(以锌计)能显著降低平均破蛋率、提高平均蛋壳强度(P<0.05)和明显提高平均蛋壳厚度,并且平均死亡率最低,但对蛋鸡的平均产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量和平均料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05)。  相似文献

270只19周龄的ISABrow母鸡随机分3组处理,每个处理5个重复,研究酵母培养物对产蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。试验为期16周。酵母培养物在试验中的添加水平分别为0%、0.1%、0.2%。试验中采用的玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中粗蛋白质为16.0%,能量为2800kcal/kg。试验结果表明,饲喂添加0.1%酵母培养物组产蛋鸡的生产性能和每日产蛋量显著提高(P<0.05);各处理组之间的蛋重、饲料摄入和饲料转化率无显著差别;试验组与对照组的蛋壳质量、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色和蛋黄中脂肪酸含量也无显著差别。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

1. The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of cereal types (maize or wheat) and feed forms (pelleted or mash feed) on production performance, egg quality and egg sanitary indices in laying hens.

2. Three hundred and sixty hens (Jinghong No. 1) at 18 weeks of age were randomly assigned to four treatments with six replicates of 15 hens per replicate according to a 2 × 2 factorial design with two cereal types (maize or wheat) and two feed forms (pelleted or mash feed).

3. Compared with the wheat-based diet, the maize-based diet improved (P < 0.05) average egg weight of laying hens. Yolk colour of hens fed with the maize-based diet was higher (P < 0.05) in comparison to those fed the wheat-based diet, while Haugh units were lower (P < 0.05) for the maize-based treatment. Egg mass and average daily feed intake of hens fed the pelleted diet were higher (P < 0.05) than of those fed the mash diet. However, the mash diet improved (P < 0.05) yolk colour compared with the pelleted diet. The percentage of dirty eggs for the wheat-based diet was higher (P < 0.05) than for the maize-based diet. The percentage of dirty eggs was higher (P < 0.05) in birds fed the pelleted diet compared with those fed the mash diet. There were interactions (P < 0.05) between cereal type and feed form, with regard to average egg weight and shell thickness.

4. In conclusion, dietary cereal type affected average egg weight, yolk colour and Haugh units in eggs, while feed form influenced egg mass, average daily feed intake and yolk colour.  相似文献

为研究饲料中添加酯化牛膝多糖对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,选取134日龄海兰灰商品代蛋鸡240只,随机分为6组,每组设4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验Ⅰ组设为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ~Ⅵ组为酯化牛膝多糖处理组,分别在基础日粮中添加50、100、200、300、400 mg/kg的酯化牛膝多糖,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,50 mg/kg组、100 mg/kg组和200 mg/kg组蛋鸡的产蛋率、蛋重有显著提高(P <0.05),产蛋率151~167日龄分别提高1.51%、 3.25%、1.74%;168~184日龄分别提高4.47%、5.84%、4.47%;100 mg/kg组和200 mg/kg组185~202日龄分别提高2.81%、2.58%,均达到显著水平。185日龄100 mg/kg组以及202日龄100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg组的蛋重分别提高4.29%、5.41%、4.47%,显著高于对照组。50 mg/kg组、100 mg/kg组和200 mg/kg组的料蛋比分别降低2.00%、2.40%、2.40%,差异显著(P <0.05)。100 mg/kg酯化牛膝多糖组哈氏单位显著提高(P <0.05),151、168、185、202日龄分别比对照组提高了7.25%、6.4%、8.14%和10.34%;其对蛋黄相对重、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度及蛋壳相对重无显著影响(P> 0.05)。  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of diet supplementation of laying hens with antimicrobial peptides (AMP) on egg production, egg quality and caecal microbiota. A total of 360 Hy‐Line Brown laying hens (72 weeks old) were divided into three groups with four replicates of 30 birds each. The laying hens were fed with the basal diet (Control), the basal diet + 50 mg/kg AMP (group 1) and the basal diet + 100 mg/kg AMP (group 2). The experiment lasted for 45 d. Eggs were collected daily and caecal samples were collected at the end of the experiment. The results showed that AMP supplementation caused a significantly increased laying rate and decreased feed/egg ratio (< .05). Meanwhile, a distinctive difference in cecal microbiota was observed between AMP and control groups and the average values of microbial diversity and richness were lower in the AMP group than in the control group. At the phylum level, the relative abundance of Verrucomicrobia and Cyanobacteria were lower in the AMP group than in the control group. In conclusion, the results indicated that dietary supplementation with AMP can improve egg production and affect the cecal microbial community membership and structure of hens during late laying period.  相似文献

为研究桑枝叶提取物对蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选择47周龄体重相近、健康、采食正常的罗曼粉蛋鸡324只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复27只鸡。对照组(试验Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的桑枝叶提取物,预试期7d,试验期64d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的桑枝叶提取物均可显著降低蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期的次蛋率(P<0.05),降低比例分别为27.08%、54.87%和58.48%,显著提高蛋壳厚度(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.4%和0.8%桑枝叶提取物可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期的产蛋率、日采食量和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),其中蛋黄颜色指数分别增加12.95%和15.81%,同时可显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05),较对照组分别降低3.31%和4.55%;(3)随着桑枝叶提取物添加量的提高鸡蛋哈氏单位和蛋黄重均有逐渐增加的趋势,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加0.4%和0.8%的桑枝叶提取物可提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰后期的总体生产性能,并对鸡蛋品质有一定的改善作用。  相似文献

文章旨在研究不同水平的烘干桑树叶粉对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验选择产蛋性能一致的26周龄海兰粉壳蛋鸡900只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复45只鸡。试验采用单因素试验设计,共含4种日粮。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,3个处理组分别在基础日粮中添加10%、15%和20%的桑树叶粉,试验共开展12周。结果:日粮中桑树叶粉添加水平显著影响蛋鸡的生产性能(P<0.05);随着桑树叶添加水平的升高,蛋鸡产蛋率、采食量、蛋重和平均蛋重显著降低(P<0.05)。随着桑树叶粉添加水平的升高,鸡蛋哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05),蛋黄和蛋壳重量显著降低(P<0.05);32周龄鸡蛋蛋黄颜色L、a、b评分显著升高(P<0.05),20%桑树叶粉组蛋黄颜色L、a、b评分最高(P<0.05)。日粮添加10%~20%桑树叶粉较对照组均显著提高了38周龄鸡蛋蛋黄颜色L、a、b评分(P<0.05),其中蛋黄颜色L和a评分随桑树叶粉添加水平的升高显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:日粮桑树叶粉添加水平可以达到10%,其对蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质无负面影响。蛋鸡日粮添加桑树叶粉可以提高产蛋高峰期鸡蛋蛋黄的着色效果。  相似文献

Discovery of genes with large effects on economically important traits has for many years been of interest to breeders. The development of SNP panels which cover the whole genome with high density and, more importantly, that can be genotyped on large numbers of individuals at relatively low cost, has opened new opportunities for genome‐wide association studies (GWAS). The objective of this study was to find genomic regions associated with egg production and quality traits in layers using analysis methods developed for the purpose of whole genome prediction. Genotypes on over 4500 birds and phenotypes on over 13 000 hens from eight generations of a brown egg layer line were used. Birds were genotyped with a custom 42K Illumina SNP chip. Recorded traits included two egg production and 11 egg quality traits (puncture score, albumen height, yolk weight and shell colour) at early and late stages of production, as well as body weight and age at first egg. Egg weight was previously analysed by Wolc et al. ( 2012 ). The Bayesian whole genome prediction model – BayesB (Meuwissen et al. 2001 ) was used to locate 1 Mb regions that were most strongly associated with each trait. The posterior probability of a 1 Mb window contributing to genetic variation was used as the criterion for suggesting the presence of a quantitative trait locus (QTL) in that window. Depending upon the trait, from 1 to 7 significant (posterior probability >0.9) 1 Mb regions were found. The largest QTL, a region explaining 32% of genetic variance, was found on chr4 at 78 Mb for body weight but had pleiotropic effects on other traits. For the other traits, the largest effects were much smaller, explaining <7% of genetic variance, with regions on chromosomes 2, 12 and 17 explaining above 5% of genetic variance for albumen height, shell colour and egg production, respectively. In total, 45 of 1043 1 Mb windows were estimated to have a non‐zero effect with posterior probability > 0.9 for one or more traits.  相似文献

试验选用1 600只生产性能相同、体况良好的33周龄罗曼蛋种鸡,随机分为4组,在总蛋白质含量相同和满足必需氨基酸需要量的情况下,用价格较低的蛋白饲料取代蛋鸡日粮中豆粕,研究氨基酸平衡的低豆粕日粮对蛋种鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:氨基酸平衡的低豆粕日粮对蛋鸡产蛋率、种蛋合格率、健雏率、蛋形指数、蛋比重、蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位等指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但当日粮中的豆粕含量降低8~15个百分点时,蛋种鸡的日平均蛋重、日采食量、受精率、孵化率等显著低于正常豆粕日粮(P<0.05),而考虑综合因素日粮中的豆粕含量降低8个百分点的第1组,与正常豆粕日粮相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),而且能降低饲料成本,可以提高蛋鸡养殖效益,具有实际意义。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with montmorillonite (MMT) on performance, intestinal endotoxin concentration, gut mucosal oxidation status, intestinal morphology and permeability, and immunological barrier function of laying hens during late production. Four hundred and eighty 75‐week‐old laying hens (Lohmann Brown) were randomly assigned to five treatments with eight replicates per treatment and 12 hens in each replicate. The hens were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0 (control), 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, or 1.2 g MMT/kg for 70 days. Compared with the control, supplemented with 0.9 g MMT/kg increased egg mass significantly (p < 0.05) during weeks 1–5 of the experiment. Supplemented with 0.6 and 0.9 g MMT/kg also increased the endotoxin concentration in the ileal digesta (p < 0.05), but decreased the MDA concentration in the ileum significantly (p < 0.05). The T‐AOC in the jejunum of the group fed 0.3 g MMT/kg was significantly increased (p < 0.05). Compared with the control, the villus height:crypt depth of ileum from the groups fed 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2 g MMT/kg increased significantly (p < 0.05). The sIgA concentration of jejunum in the groups fed 0.6 and 0.9 g MMT/kg was higher (p < 0.05) than the control. The MMT supplementation linearly increased (p < 0.05) the mRNA expression of claudin‐1 and claudin‐5 in the jejunum. Dietary MMT supplementation down‐regulated the mRNA expression of NF‐κB P65 and TNF‐α in the jejunum in a linear and quadratic manner (p < 0.05). The IL‐1β mRNA expression of jejunum in the group fed 0.6 g MMT/kg was lower (p < 0.05) than the control. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with MMT may improve the gut barrier functions and suggests that 0.9 g/kg of MMT in diets may be the optimal supplemental level for laying hens in late production.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

1. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of phytase and xylanase and their interaction on laying hen performance, egg quality, phosphorus (P) digestibility, phytate breakdown, volatile fatty acid (VFA) production and peptide YY concentration.

2. Two hundred and forty hens were allocated to cages at 22 weeks of age based on a 3 × 2 arrangement with phytase (0, 300 or 1500 FTU/kg) and xylanase (0 or 12 000 BXU/kg) as factors.

3. Phytase increased hen-day production (P < 0.05), daily egg mass (P < 0.05) and P digestibility with increasing levels of phytase (P < 0.001). Phytase fed at 1500 FTU/kg reduced IP6 and IP5 and increased myo-inositol concentration in gizzard digesta (P < 0.05). Phytase fed at 300 FTU/kg reduced IP6 in ileal digesta (P < 0.05); however, IP6 and IP5 were further reduced and myo-inositol increased when phytase was added at 1500 FTU/kg (P < 0.05).

4. Xylanase improved feed efficiency when phytase was fed at 300 FTU/kg (P < 0.05). In the absence of phytase, xylanase reduced dry matter and Ca digestibilities (P < 0.05).

5. Neither phytase nor xylanase had an effect on peptide YY or caecal VFA concentrations.  相似文献

1. The purpose of this work was to support decision-making in poultry farms by performing automatic early detection of anomalies in egg production.

2. Unprocessed data were collected from a commercial egg farm on a daily basis over 7 years. Records from a total of 24 flocks, each with approximately 20 000 laying hens, were studied.

3. Other similar works have required a prior feature extraction by a poultry expert, and this method is dependent on time and expert knowledge.

4. The present approach reduces the dependency on time and expert knowledge because of the automatic selection of relevant features and the use of artificial neural networks capable of cost-sensitive learning.

5. The optimum configuration of features and parameters in the proposed model was evaluated on unseen test data obtained by a repeated cross-validation technique.

6. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value are presented and discussed at 5 forecasting intervals. The accuracy of the proposed model was 0.9896 for the day before a problem occurs.  相似文献

选取40只56周龄生产性能相近的新罗曼商品代蛋鸡,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,研究日粮中添加不同水平的枸杞对蛋鸡生产性能及脂类代谢的影响。结果表明,在基础日粮基础上添加2%、3%的枸杞粉后试验鸡的料蛋比显著降低20.36%和13.21%(P<0.05),平均日产蛋量显著提高18.20%和8.66%(P<0.05)。添加枸杞粉能显著降低血清中的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)含量(P<0.05),但对血清甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)含量影响不明显(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加枸杞能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,并能有效调节鸡的脂类代谢状况。  相似文献
