黄芪含有多糖类、皂苷类、黄酮类等多种生物活性物质,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、调节血压及防治糖尿病等作用,应用于畜禽生产中能够提升机体免疫功能和抗氧化功能,提高生长性能和产品质量。对黄芪的生物学活性及在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,以期为动物用黄芪产品的研究、开发与应用提供参考。 相似文献

皂苷是一类普遍存在于多种植物中的三萜糖苷类化合物,在中医药中具有重要地位。皂苷具有广泛的生物活性,尤其具有免疫调节和免疫刺激作用,可显著增强机体的免疫应答。皂苷作为佐剂不仅能延长疫苗的免疫周期,减少接种次数,也能调控免疫相关基因的表达,使干扰素调节因子、肿瘤坏死因子等的基因表达水平显著上调。皂苷佐剂虽然具有低毒性、高活性等显著优势,但同时也存在细胞毒性、肝肾毒性等缺点。未来可以通过结构修饰,使皂苷达到减毒增效的目的,也可开发新的剂型,解决其溶血性和细胞毒性等问题,使其在疫苗应用中更加广泛。本文对皂苷佐剂活性的机理、优缺点,以及在疫苗产品上的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为开发新型疫苗佐剂提供参考。 相似文献

A large number of soybean components have diverse biological activities. These include hormonal, immunological, bacteriological and digestive effects. The presently known allergens are listed. The divergence between chemical evaluation and biological value is highlighted. The following components are discussed: Kunitz inhibitor, Bowman-Birk inhibitor, saponins, soyacystatin, phytoestrogens (daidzein, glycitein, genistein), Maillard products, soybean hydrophobic protein, soy allergens, lecithin allergens, raffinose, stachyose, 2-pentyl pyridine. 本文综合了我国主要草地类型化感作用的现有研究成果,对已报道的化感植物、化感物质以及化感物质释放途径的研究进行了综述。目前,在菊科、豆科、瑞香科、玄参科等十多个科属中发现具有化感潜势的植物,鉴定出的化感物质有萜类、酚类、皂苷类以及非蛋白氨基酸等十几类化合物。化感物质释放的途径以自然挥发、雨雾淋溶等为主,主要是植物地上部分的化感作用。化感作用检测主要使用生物测定法,化感物质在不同浓度下对于受体植物种子的萌发、幼苗的生长等表现出不同的促进或者抑制效应。研究显示,草地部分科属植物的化感作用在草地治理、草原管理以及维护生态平衡上扮演重要的角色。本文综合已报道的化感作用研究,在当前草地植物化感作用研究的基础上,提出了草地生态系统中化感作用进一步研究的方向。 相似文献

为了优化紫花苜蓿中苜蓿皂甙的提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以苜蓿总皂甙提取量为评价指标,优选苜蓿皂甙的提取条件。结果表明,甲醇浓度、甲醇用量、提取时间、提取次数对苜蓿皂甙的提取量都有极显著影响,最佳提取工艺为50%的甲醇,苜蓿草粉15倍量,超声波提取2次,每次30min。 相似文献

We have identified saponins in the root of Polygala senega L., a plant indigenous to the Canadian prairies, which display immunopotentiation activity to protein and viral antigens. By two-step extraction and hemolytic activity-guided fractionation by silica flush chromatography six saponin fractions were generated and their HPLC profiles determined. Two dominant fractions, designated as PS-1 and PS-2, were tested for adjuvant activity in mice immunized with ovalbumin, and hens immunized with rotavirus. The resulting adjuvant activity was compared with that of Quil A saponin. The P. senega saponins increased specific antibody levels to the antigens, in both mice and hens. In mice, there was a preferential increase of the IgG2a subclass, and upon in vitro secondary antigen stimulation, high IL-2 and IFN-gamma levels were observed in spleen cell cultures from P. senega saponins-immunized animals. The saponins were tested for their toxicity by lethality in mice and were found to be less toxic at the same dose than their counterpart Quil A. The results of this study indicated the potential of P. senega saponins as vaccine adjuvants to increase specific immune responses. 相似文献
