茶因其明确的保健功能与健康益处备受人们青睐。随着对茶活性成分的深入研究,茶天然产物已被证实能够对多种疾病模型具有改善效果。痤疮是一种流行性高、复发率高的炎性皮肤病,除传统临床诊疗外,以敷贴、皮肤护理、膳食改善为代表的补充替代治疗也受到欢迎。目前市场上,越来越多的祛痘功效宣称产品在原料中添加茶源活性成分,以茶多酚、咖啡碱、茶氨酸、茶皂素为代表的茶叶天然产物在缓解痤疮上表现出极大的潜力。综述了茶叶不同功效成分在抑制皮脂分泌、减轻粉刺发生、改善皮肤微生物失调、减缓皮肤局灶性炎症的作用及分子机制,以期为含茶功效宣称产品的研发提供参考。  相似文献

Lithistid sponges are known to produce a diverse array of compounds ranging from polyketides, cyclic and linear peptides, alkaloids, pigments, lipids, and sterols. A majority of these structurally complex compounds have very potent and interesting biological activities. It has been a decade since a thorough review has been published that summarizes the literature on the natural products reported from this amazing sponge order. This review provides an update on the current taxonomic classification of the Lithistida, describes structures and biological activities of 131 new natural products, and discusses highlights from the total syntheses of 16 compounds from marine sponges of the Order Lithistida providing a compilation of the literature since the last review published in 2002.  相似文献

The inhibition of bovine trypsin by ordinary Western foods was estimated and the daily intake of trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA) from the average British diet was calculated and shown to be 330 mg per person per day. Examination of some traditional Oriental soya foods showed that most of the TIA had been removed or inactivated during processing and the remainder was further reduced during cooking. The Japanese food, miso, was an exception and showed heat-stable inhibition of unknown biological significance, associated with the presence of free fatty acids rather than the specific soya bean trypsin inhibitors which are proteins.  相似文献

Summary

In recent years, continuing environmental problems associated with the use of nematicides have resulted in a sense of urgency regarding the search for alternative methods of nematode control. Biological control of plant-parasitic nematodes with natural products from plants and animals, and soil organisms are alternative control tactics that are receiving increased interest among nematologists. Natural products include a number of plant parts, by-products, and residues when incorporating into soil, and plant-interculture with other crop plants, crop rotation with non-host or poor host of nematodes, green manuring and other organic manures. Nemato-toxic compounds of the different plants are released through volatilization, exudation, leaching and decomposition. Natural enemies as bio-control agents to nematodes include bacterial and fungal parasites, predatory nematodes and soil invertebrates. The beneficial effects of natural products have been generally considered to be due to direct or indirect stimulation of predators and parasites of nematodes. Very often, when there was a suppression in the nematode population, there was a consequent increase in crop production.  相似文献

Mycothiazole, a polyketide metabolite isolated from the marine sponge Cacospongia mycofijiensis, is a potent inhibitor of metabolic activity and mitochondrial electron transport chain complex I in sensitive cells, but other cells are relatively insensitive to the drug. Sensitive cell lines (IC(50) 0.36-13.8 nM) include HeLa, P815, RAW 264.7, MDCK, HeLa S3, 143B, 4T1, B16, and CD4/CD8 T cells. Insensitive cell lines (IC(50) 12.2-26.5 μM) include HL-60, LN18, and Jurkat. Thus, there is a 34,000-fold difference in sensitivity between HeLa and HL-60 cells. Some sensitive cell lines show a biphasic response, suggesting more than one mechanism of action. Mitochondrial genome-knockout ρ(0) cell lines are insensitive to mycothiazole, supporting a conditional mitochondrial site of action. Mycothiazole is cytostatic rather than cytotoxic in sensitive cells, has a long lag period of about 12 h, and unlike the complex I inhibitor, rotenone, does not cause G(2)/M cell cycle arrest. Mycothiazole decreases, rather than increases the levels of reactive oxygen species after 24 h. It is concluded that the cytostatic inhibitory effects of mycothiazole on mitochondrial electron transport function in sensitive cell lines may depend on a pre-activation step that is absent in insensitive cell lines with intact mitochondria, and that a second lower-affinity cytotoxic target may also be involved in the metabolic and growth inhibition of cells.  相似文献

The effect of light on carbon dioxide and oxygen exchange was described in apple fruits. A photosynthetic activity of the fruit could be demonstrated in this way.During the period of cell growth both fruit photosynthesis and respiration decreased and were found to be of the same order of magnitude. At the moment of ripening, while the climacteric rise of respiration took place, photosynthetic activity remained however constant. The photosynthetic apparatus was found to undergo different changes during ripening.Experiments with fruits, grown on the tree in continuous darkness, showed that light, shining on the fruit, had an effect on the photosynthetic activity as well as on the distribution of malic acid in the apple, but that it had no effect on fruit growth.
Zusammenfassung Bei Äpfeln wurde der Einfluss des Lichtes auf den Austausch von Kohlensäure und Sauerstoff beschrieben. Auf diesem Wege konnte die photosynthetische Aktivität der Früchte bewiesen werden.Während der Periode des Zellwachstums nehmen sowohl die Photosynthese als auch die Atmung in den Früchten ab; sie sind während dieser Zeit von derselben Grössenordnung. Zum Zeitpunkt der Reife, während der Anstieg des climacterischen Atmungsanstiegs bleibt die Photosyntheseaktivität konstant. Es zeigte sich, dass während er Reifung der Photosyntheseapparat verschiedenen Veränderungen unterliegt. Versuche mit Früchten, die bei ständiger Dunkelheit am Baum wuchsen, zeigten, dass Licht, das auf die Früchte schien, sowohl einen Einfluss auf die Photosyntheseaktivität als auch auf die Verteilung der Äpfelsäure in den Äpfeln, dass es aber keinen Einfluss auf das Wachstum der Früchte hatte.

Resume L'auteur décrit l'effet de la lumière sur les échanges d'anhydride carbonique et d'oxygène chez la pomme. Son activité photosynthétique peut être ainsi démontrée.Pendant la période de croissance cellulaire, la photosynthèse et la respiration du fruit diminuent; les deux processus présentent à ce moment des activités du même ordre de grandeur. Au moment de la maturation, l'activité photosynthétique reste constante, tandis que la respiration augmente (crise climactérique). Pendant cette période, l'appareil photosynthétique subit différents changements.Des expériences réalisées avec des fruits cultivés, sur l'arbre, en obscurité continue, montrent que la lumière tombant sur le fruit lui-même, a un effet sur l'activité photosynthétique ainsi que sur la distribution de l'acide malique dans la pomme. Par contre, on n'observe aucun effet de la lumière sur la croissance du fruit.

Changes in trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory activity of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) seeds on soaking in distilled water, different salt solutions and mixed salt solution were investigated. A greater reduction in proteinase inhibitory activity was observed on soaking in salt solution than on soaking in distilled water. Maximum loss of trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory activity was observed on soaking seeds in mixed salt solution.  相似文献

A cell-based high-throughput screen that assessed the cellular stability of a tumor suppressor protein PDCD4 (Programmed cell death 4) was used to identify a new guanidine-containing marine alkaloid mirabilin K (3), as well as the known compounds mirabilin G (1) and netamine M (2). The structures of these tricyclic guanidine alkaloids were established from extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 inhibited cellular degradation of PDCD4 with EC50 values of 1.8 μg/mL and 2.8 μg/mL, respectively. Mirabilin G (1) and netamine M (2) are the first marine natural products reported to stabilize PDCD4 under tumor promoting conditions.  相似文献

The marine plathyhelminth Macrostomum lignano was recently isolated from Adriatic shore sediments where it experiences a wide variety of environmental challenges, ranging from hypoxia and reoxygenation, feeding on toxic algae, to exposure to anthropogenic contaminants. As multidrug resistance transporters constitute the first line of defense against toxins and toxicants we have studied the presence of such transporters in M. lignano in living animals by applying optical methods and pharmacological inhibitors that had been developed for mammalian cells. Application of the MDR1 inhibitor Verapamil or of the MRP1 inhibitors MK571 or Probenecid increased the intracellular fluorescence of the reporter dyes Fura-2 am, Calcein am, Fluo-3 am in the worms, but did not affect their staining with the dyes Rhodamine B, CMFDA or Ageladine A. The marine sponge alkaloid Ageladine A remained intracellularly trapped for several days in the worms, suggesting that it does not serve as substrate of multidrug resistance exporters. In addition, Ageladine A did not affect multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP)-mediated dye export from M. lignano or the MRP1-mediated glutathione (GSH) export from cultured rat brain astrocytes. The data obtained demonstrate that life-imaging is a useful tool to address physiological drug export from intact marine transparent flatworms by using multiphoton scanning microscopy.  相似文献
