Bees in the genus Colletes make their brood cells in the ground and coat them with a highly resistant, waterproof, transparent membrane. This membrane is a polyester constructed mainly from 18-hydroxyoctadecanoic acid and 20-hydroxy-eicosanoic acid, which are stored as their corresponding lactones in the Dufour's gland of the bee. When lining the cells, the bee secretes its glandular content, and the membrane is apparently a product of polycondensation reaction of its contents. This appears to be the first report of a naturally occurring linear polyester. The term laminester (lamina approximately layer + ester) for this class of compounds is proposed.  相似文献

During homing, the harvester ant Pogonomyrmex badius orients both to the sun and to chemical cues. Visual patterns are generally the less important. Trails laid from the secretion of Dufour's gland comprise the main chemical homing signal. This orientation mechanism assists foraging workers to return precisely to their own nests even when the nest populations are dense.  相似文献

【目的】对意蜂工蜂毒腺蜂毒和电取蜂毒蛋白质组成的特点和差异进行探究,为进一步了解蜂毒的化学组成和合理利用提供理论依据。【方法】采用凝胶电泳和非凝胶技术对直接从毒腺内获取蜂毒(毒腺蜂毒)和电取蜂毒的蛋白质组进行比较,对差异蛋白进行质谱分析、功能鉴定和生物信息学分析。【结果】在毒腺蜂毒中,一维凝胶电泳(1-DE)鉴定19种蛋白,双向凝胶电泳(2-DE)鉴定11种蛋白,非凝胶法鉴定14种蛋白,3种方法在毒腺蜂毒中共鉴定30种非冗余蛋白质,它们是蜂毒毒素成分(50%)和保护腺体细胞免受毒素损伤的抗氧化类蛋白和蛋白成熟加工相关的蛋白折叠、分子转运类等(50%)。在电取蜂毒中,1-DE鉴定12种蛋白,2-DE鉴定3种蛋白,非凝胶法鉴定7种蛋白,3种方法共鉴定14种非冗余蛋白质,它们主要是蜂毒毒素成分(93%)。其中类磷脂酶A2在2种蜂毒中首次鉴定,肽基辅氨酰顺反异构酶在毒腺蜂毒中首次发现。蜂毒明肽前蛋白原、镇静肽在毒腺蜂毒中的含量显著高于电取蜂毒。磷脂酶A-2、毒液二肽基肽酶Ⅳ前体、毒液过敏性酸性磷酸酶和肥大细胞脱粒肽在电取蜂毒中含量较高。【结论】毒腺蜂毒中蛋白种类丰富,但电取蜂毒中主要毒素成分含量不低于毒腺蜂毒。由于蜂毒中的主要药物成分在毒素中,因此,电击取毒可有效利用蜂毒的功能成分。新发现的蜂毒蛋白对进一步认识蜂毒组成成分具有一定意义,这为蜂毒合理利用提供理论依据和实践基础。  相似文献

本试验以Ogura晚抽薹不结球白菜薹ms等为材料,通过观察和比较熊蜂对不同白菜品种访花次数和访花滞留时间的差异,选择出能吸引熊蜂访花且访花滞留时间长的Ogura薹ms植株。对选择出植株的蜜腺大小和开花结实特性进行了进一步鉴定,结果表明选出的薹ms株蜜腺发达,开花结实正常,为选育优良晚抽薹胞质不结球白菜雄性不育系奠定了基础。  相似文献

【目的】通过对王浆高产蜜蜂(Apis mellifera L.)(浙江浆蜂)哺育蜂(6-12 d)咽下腺的磷酸化蛋白质组分析,以期探明蛋白质磷酸化修饰对王浆分泌的生物学意义。【方法】将哺育蜂咽下腺蛋白质液内酶切后,用固相金属离子亲和层析色谱法(IMAC)、强阳离子交换(SCX)及LC-MS/MS和生物信息学分析,对工蜂咽下腺磷酸化蛋白质组进行研究。【结果】在哺育蜂的咽下腺中,共鉴定117个蛋白质,其中6个蛋白质的6条磷酸肽段的8个位点发生磷酸化修饰。这些磷酸化蛋白质是王浆主蛋白1和7的前体、与蛋白翻译合成相关的60S酸性核糖体蛋白P0、P1、P2和60S核糖体蛋白L15。【结论】哺育蜂咽下腺核糖体蛋白发生的磷酸化修饰主要为促进王浆蛋白的高效合成,而磷酸化的王浆蛋白1和7可保证浆蜂在王浆高产的前提下仍保证其王浆具合理的钙磷比,提高营养价值,以满足蜂王产卵和幼虫发育的营养需求。研究结果在蛋白质磷酸化水平上为揭示浆蜂王浆的高产机理奠定了新的理论基础。  相似文献

传粉是生态系统的一项重要服务功能,而蜜蜂是传粉服务中最重要的传粉者。我国对野生蜜蜂传粉的研究文献较少。对丰度进行模拟可以更好地保护野生蜜蜂及其生境,节约其传粉成本,达到保护和利用野生蜜蜂资源的目的。通过运用InVEST模型传粉者丰度模块对崇明岛的野生蜜蜂丰度进行模拟,并利用Arc GIS技术对结果进行分析。结果表明:(1)农田周围有适当林地分布,且建设用地、水体和滩涂区域较少,野生蜜蜂的丰度会较高,得到较好的野生蜜蜂传粉服务;(2)崇明岛中西部地区农田野生蜜蜂丰度较高,应维持该区域的农田不受破坏,避免在该区域新建建筑和开发旅游区域,农田应种植需要昆虫授粉的作物;岛屿边缘和东部农田区域的野生蜜蜂丰度较低,应增加林地和花圃种植,同时控制人类活动区域以创造更适宜野生蜜蜂的生境;(3)应根据野生蜜蜂丰度格局对作物的播种方案制定长期的计划,将大面积种植的西瓜、柑橘等需要昆虫传粉服务的作物移至中西部野生蜜蜂丰度较高的区域,以充分利用和保护野生蜜蜂资源,而将传粉服务要求较低的短期作物移至野生蜜蜂丰度较低的区域。  相似文献

王浆蛋白是蜂王浆生物功能的物质基础,是由王浆蛋白基因家族(mrjps)编码合成的。但部分家族成员如MRJP7在王浆中的含量极少甚至检测不到。基因功能与其在生物体内的时空表达特性相关,为探究蜂王浆中含量较少的王浆主蛋白基因mrjp7在蜜蜂体内的表达和生物学功能,本研究利用荧光定量PCR技术对mrjp7在不同发育时期的工蜂和、成年工蜂、雄蜂和蜂王的不同发育时期和不同组织部位的表达进行定量分析检测。结果显示mrjp7在成年雄蜂体内的表达水平最低,成年蜂王次之,且在这两种蜜蜂类型它们的各不同发育时期和不同组织部位之间的表达量差异较小,其表达基本没有时空特异性。该基因在工蜂幼虫和蛹期的表达量同样较低且没有组织特异性,但在羽化后9日龄前后的哺育蜂王浆腺和头部脑组织内特异性高表达,其表达与工蜂的发育时期和组织密切相关。mrjp7在这与哺育蜂分泌蜂王浆王浆腺中的特异性高表达与哺育蜂所担负的哺育幼虫和蜂王的功能是相适应的,该结果在转录水平上证实了mrjp7该基因的的营养功能,为进一步的研究和应用打下了理论基础。。其在生殖和非生殖蜜蜂体内的差异表达可能与蜜蜂的生殖调控有关。  相似文献

This study is to compare the protein composition of the high royal jelly producing bee (A. m. ligustica) with that of Carniolian bee (A. m. carnica) during their worker larval developmental stage. The experiment was carried out by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The results showed that significant higher numbers of total proteins (283) were detected in larvae of high royal jelly producing bees (Jelly bee) than those of Camiolian bees (152) on 2-d-old larvae. Among them, 110 proteins were presented on both strains of bee larvae, whereas 173 proteins were specific to larvae of Jelly bees, and 42 proteins were exclusive to Carniolian larvae. However, on the 4th d, a significant higher number of total proteins (290) were detected in larvae of Jelly bees than those of Camiolian bees (240), 163 proteins resolved to both bee larvae, and 127 proteins were specific to Jelly bees and 77 proteins to Camiolian bees. Until the 6th d, also a significant higher number of total proteins (236) were detected in larvae of Jelly bees than those of Carniolian bees (180), 132 proteins were constantly expressed in two bee larvae, whereas 104 and 48 proteins are unique to Jelly bee and Camiolian bee larvae, respectively. We tentatively concluded that the metabolic rate and gene expression of Jelly bees larvae is higher than those of Carniolian bees based proteins detected as total proteins and proteins specific to each stage of two strains of bee larvae. Proteins constantly expressed on 3 stages of larval development with some significant differences between two bee strains, and proteins unique to each stage expressed differences in term of quality and quantity, indicating that larval development needed house keeping and specific proteins to regulate its growth at different development phage, but the expression mold is different between two strains of larval development.  相似文献

报道了熊蜂和苜蓿切叶蜂在网室内对大豆不育系授粉效果。结果表明,两种昆虫都是大豆不育系的有效传粉昆虫,用它们授粉后可使网室内大豆不育系的单株结荚数和单株粒数明显提高。释放熊蜂的不育系大豆平均单株结荚数和粒数分别为21.3个和43.1粒,释放苜蓿切叶蜂的不育系大豆平均单株结荚数和粒数分别为56.8个和128.2粒,苜蓿切叶蜂的授粉效果显著高于熊蜂。  相似文献

【目的】蜂粮是工蜂将采集的花粉团贮存在巢房中,然后将花粉团咬碎、吐蜜湿润,经过2—3周发酵酿制而成。蜂粮是蜂群中大幼虫和幼龄蜜蜂发育必需的全价营养。虽然传统观点认为天然蜂粮营养价值高于蜂花粉,但是没有科学依据。为了科学评价蜂粮营养功效,以蜂花粉为对照,系统研究天然蜂粮对大鼠血脂、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。【方法】采用江西农业大学蜜蜂研究所设计生产的天然蜂粮生产器,利用西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)在白莲花期生产天然蜂粮和蜂花粉。以大鼠为实验动物,参照人每日推荐食用蜂花粉剂量,天然蜂粮和蜂花粉均分别设置低剂量组(80 mg·kg -1)、中剂量组(400 mg·kg -1)和高剂量组(800 mg·kg -1),同时设置空白对照组和高脂模型对照组。按标准方法造大鼠高脂血症模型,再连续灌胃60 d天然蜂粮或蜂花粉后,测定血脂水平甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),取血检测抗氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及免疫因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。 【结果】与高脂模型组相比,蜂粮低剂量组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血液中TG、TC、LDL含量,蜂粮中剂量组能显著提高HDL-C含量,蜂花粉低剂量组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血液中TG与TC含量,说明蜂粮和蜂花粉均有良好的降低高脂血症的功效;与高脂模型组相比,低剂量组蜂粮、中剂量组蜂粮、高剂量组蜂粮以及低剂量组蜂花粉、中剂量组蜂花粉均能显著升高TNF-α含量,说明蜂粮和蜂花粉均具有增强免疫的效果;与高脂模型组相比,蜂花粉高剂量组大鼠血液中SOD含量显著增加,3个蜂粮剂量组以及蜂花粉低剂量组和中剂量组SOD含量均差异不显著,说明蜂花粉高剂量组具有增强抗氧化能力的功效;与高脂模型组相比,6个试验组的GSH-Px、T-AOC以及MDA含量均差异不显著。与蜂花粉低剂量组和蜂花粉中剂量组相比,蜂粮中剂量组能显著提升HDL-C含量;与3个蜂花粉剂量组相比,蜂粮中剂量组能显著提高TNF-α含量。【结论】综合TG、TC、LDL、HDL-C以及TNF-α等指标,天然蜂粮的降血脂和增强免疫的功效要优于蜂花粉,天然蜂粮值得进一步开发利用。  相似文献

为了解山西省设施农业蜂授粉发展现状,通过实地走访、现场座谈调查、电话访谈3种调查方式对山西省运城、忻州、吕梁等8个地区以及临猗、原平等13个县的设施农业蜂授粉应用情况、农药的使用情况、蜂授粉技术推广存在问题等进行调查。结果表明,设施农业授粉方式呈现多元化发展趋势,主要有蜂授粉、人工对花、人工喷施激素授粉、机械授粉等;从授粉需求方面看,瓜果类蜂授粉需求较高,使用蜂授粉较多,可能与适口性有关;经营规模和模式不同采用的授粉方式不同,有机农业生产、采摘观光、规模较大的园区和种植大户使用蜜蜂和熊蜂授粉较多,以实现绿色生产和节约劳动成本。设施农业防治病虫害多使用杀菌剂和杀虫剂,影响授粉蜂的使用和授粉效果。  相似文献

借界头烟蚜茧蜂养殖及扩繁点提供的条件,在不同的繁蜂方式下用不同的烟蚜茧蜂蜂源对烟蚜的寄生差异进行了研究,结果表明用传统单株繁蜂的方法接棚壁上的成蜂寄生效果和形成僵蚜明显高于其他处理,其次是接僵蚜,再次是CK,而接烟株上的成蜂寄生效果最次,但形成僵蚜量却明显大于CK。而用高密度繁蜂的方法接僵蚜的寄生效果和形成僵蚜量效果显著,其次是接烟株上成蜂,高密度繁蜂在不同蜂源下的防效高于单株繁蜂。  相似文献

蜂螨是一类危害严重的蜜蜂寄生虫。随着蜂螨抗药性的产生和危害的加重,现已引起各国养蜂业的高度重视。本文从4个方面综述了近年来与蜂螨相关的研究进展:①蜂螨的种类;②重要蜜蜂害螨武氏蜂盾螨(Acarapis woodi),狄氏瓦螨(Varroa destructo)和小蜂螨(Tropilaelaps spp.)的分布、生物学特性、危害和防治方法;③与蜂螨相关的蜜蜂信息素研究;④与蜂螨相关的蜜蜂病害研究;并对今后蜂螨的研究趋势和方向进行了讨论。  相似文献

报道如何在常温常压下提取蜂花粉内含物,并保持花粉产品不受污染。结果表明,应用仿生学原理,蜂花粉经生物加工技术处理之后,能够促使花粉的萌发孔萌发沟极度张开,其内含物可以在常温常压下,从萌发孔、萌发沟处释放出来,逐渐向提取溶剂中扩散。内含物释放后花粉粒成为空壳,提取液不需高温消毒灭菌,产品即能达到食品卫生标准要求。  相似文献
