IsCT最初是从蝎子中分离出的一种非细胞选择性线性抗菌肽,为了将其应用于动物饲料,需研究其对常见致病菌的抑制和杀灭作用。本试验采用微量稀释法和琼脂扩散法对ISCT衍生物[L6,K11]-IsCT的抗菌活性及其稳定性进行探索。结果显示,相对于金黄色葡萄球菌,[L6,K11]-IsCT对大肠杆菌具有更好的抑制作用,其对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为50 μg/mL。另外,该衍生物对高温表现出很好的稳定性,同时具有很好的酸碱耐受性和人工胃液耐受性。经121 ℃、0.12 MPa处理30 min,以及2.0≤pH≤11.0处理30 min或人工胃液2 h孵育处理后,依然能保持很好的抑菌活性。  相似文献

以产酸速度、pH2.5人工胃液耐受性、pH8.0人工肠液耐受性、0.3%胆盐耐受性,对传统发酵乳制品中分离的298株干酪乳杆菌进行筛选,并对其在褐色活性乳饮料中的应用进行评价.结果表明:共有1 1株干酪乳杆菌在脱脂乳中产酸速度显著快于其他菌株(P<0.05),其中IMAU60143、IMAU70020和IMAU10510具有优良的人工胃肠液和胆盐耐受能力(P<0.05),此3株干酪乳杆菌在褐色活性乳饮料中具有良好的贮藏稳定性,其中IMAU70020于4℃贮藏28d活菌数仍大于5.0×108CFU/g.  相似文献

In order to obtain Enterococcus faecalis from fur animals and evaluate its prebiotic properties,in this study,Enterococcus faecalis was isolated from the feces of healthy adult fur-bearing animals (mink,fox,raccoon dog),identified by morphological observation,biochemical test and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.The growth curve,acid production capacity and antibiotic sensitivity of the Enterococcus faecalis isolates were measured to evaluate their probiotic properties.Some strains were selected to determine their tolerance to temperature,artificial gastric juice and artificial bile salt.The results showed that five strains were Gram-positive,and their biochemical characteristics were basically consistent with the standard strains of Enterococcus faecalis,and they were identified as Enterococcus faecalis by 16S rRNA sequence analysis.The five strains all entered the logarithmic phase at 2 h after culture,and entered the stable phase at 8-10 h,and had weak acid production capacity.The resistance rate of the isolates to tetracycline and levofloxacin was 100%,followed by penicillin (80%),erythromycin (80%),gentamicin (80%) and chloramphenicol (40%).All the isolates were sensitive to ampicillin and vancomycin.Enterococcus faecalis from mink,fox and raccoon dog had strong tolerance to temperature below 60 ℃,artificial gastric juice with pH>3.0 and 0.3%-0.5% concentration of bile salt,but poor tolerance to temperature above 70 ℃,and artificial gastric juice with pH<3.0.In conclusion,five strains of Enterococcus faecalis from fur animals (mink,fox,raccoon dog) were obtained in this study.The isolated strains propagated rapidly,which were suitable for colonization and played a prebiotic role in fur animals' intestines,and had good prebiotic characteristics and stress resistance.They could be used as candidate strains for animal microbiological agents for further study.  相似文献

为获得毛皮动物源粪肠球菌,并评价其益生特性,本研究从健康成年毛皮动物(水貂、狐狸、貉)粪便中分离粪肠球菌,通过形态学观察、生化试验和16S rRNA序列分析等方法进行种属鉴定。测定分离菌株生长曲线、产酸能力、抗菌药敏感性,并挑取部分菌株测定其对于温度、人工胃液、人工胆盐的耐受能力。结果表明,分离菌株中共5株为革兰氏阳性菌,生化特性与粪肠球菌标准株基本相符,且经16S rRNA序列分析鉴定为粪肠球菌。5株菌均于培养后2 h进入对数期,8~10 h进入稳定期,且具有弱产酸能力。分离菌株对四环素、左氟沙星耐药性强,耐药率为100%,其次为青霉素(80%)、红霉素(80%)、庆大霉素(80%)、氯霉素(40%),对氨苄西林和万古霉素敏感。水貂、狐狸和貉源的粪肠球菌对于60 ℃以下温度处理、pH>3.0的人工胃液、0.3%~0.5%浓度的胆盐耐受能力较强,对70 ℃以上高温和pH<3.0的人工胃液耐受性差。综上所述,本研究共获得5株毛皮动物源(水貂、狐狸、貉)粪肠球菌,分离菌株繁殖较快,适合在毛皮动物肠道中定植并发挥益生作用,且具有较好的益生特性和抗逆性,可作为动物用微生态制剂的候选菌种进一步研究。  相似文献

In this study, a novel Lactococcus garvieae B301 was isolated from the intestinal tract of a healthy piglet. L. garvieae B301 was tolerant to acid pH, simulated gastric and small intestinal transit juices, indicating that it was capable of surviving in the gastrointestinal tract. L. garvieae B301 was safe and beneficial to broilers, as broiler chickens supplemented with L. garvieae B301 had lower diarrhoea incidence and mortality than the Control. Moreover, supplementation of broiler diets with L. garvieae B301 resulted in an increase in body weight and the number of caecum lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium spp., and decrease in feed‐to‐gain ratio and the number of caecum coliforms. It also had a positive effect on the thymus index and bursa of Fabricius index and enhanced serum levels of immune globulins. All these results showed that L. garvieae B301 could enhance the growth performance of broiler chickens and improve their health. Thus, L. garvieae B301 could be a promising feed additive for broiler chickens.  相似文献

Considering the importance of the poultry industry and the increasing interest in alternative growth promoters, probiotics are considered as a potential candidate for use in the poultry industry. In this study, Lactobacillus species were isolated from 21 rectal swabs of 11 healthy 6-day-old and 10 healthy 21-day-old chickens and their fecal and feed samples. The isolates were characterized and their probiotic characteristics, including resistance to gastric acid and bile salts, biofilm formation and adherence to epithelium or mucus, amylase and protease activity and production of inhibitory compounds, were assessed. From 31 acid and bile resistant lactobacilli, only 2 Lactobacillus brevis and 1 Lactobacillus reuteri strains showed significant probiotic properties. These isolates indicated detectable attachment to Caco-2 cells and significant antibacterial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens. Additionally, phenotypic and genotypic diversity of lactobacilli isolates were studied by Phene Plate (PhP) system (PhP-LB) and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR, respectively. PhP-LB results of 24 L. brevis isolates showed a high phenotypic variation among the isolates. In comparison, results of RAPD-PCR highlighted a low diversity. Therefore, it seems that combination of the 2 techniques (PhP and RAPD-PCR) could result in a significant discriminatory power than each of them used alone.  相似文献

A total of 310 bacterial strains isolated from the porcine gastrointestinal tract were tested for their activity against transmissible gastroenteritis (TGE) coronavirus and other enteric pathogens. Based on activity, the strains Probio-38 and Probio-37 were selected as potential probiotics and identified as Lactobacillus plantarum Probio-38 and Lactobacillus salivarius Probio-37 respectively by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Supernatants of these strains inhibited TGE coronavirus in vitro in ST cells, without any cytopathic effect even after 72 h of incubation. Both the strains exhibited high survival in synthetic gastric juice. The strains were resistant to 5% porcine bile and exhibited antimicrobial activity against all the 13 enteric bacterial pathogens tested. These strains also exhibited resistance to most of the antibiotics analyzed. The inhibition of transmissible gastroenteritis coronavirus and enteric bacterial pathogens as well as the bile tolerance, high survival in gastric juice, and the antibiotic resistance indicate that the two isolated bacterial strains are ideal probiotic candidates for animal application after proper in vivo experiments.  相似文献

Bacillus species are commonly used as probiotics in the poultry feed industry for preventing infectious diseases and improving productivity by altering gastrointestinal microbiota. The growth parameters of Bacillus subtilis for surfactin production in fermentation and the benefits of surfactin on broiler chickens remain unclear. In this study, we examined the growth parameters of B. subtilis in fermentation and evaluated the effects of surfactin from B. subtilis‐fermented products on Clostridium perfringens‐induced necrotic enteritis and growth performance in broilers. Results showed that the highest viable biomass of B. subtilis was observed at 10% molasses and 2% yeast supplementation during fermentation. The 4‐ and 6‐day fermented B. subtilis products were heat‐, acid‐ and bile‐resistant. Furthermore, the 4‐day fermented B. subtilis products with the highest surfactin concentration showed the maximal antimicrobial activity against pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium and C. perfringens. Dietary B. subtilis‐fermented product supplementation in broilers significantly improved intestinal morphology and necrotic lesions under C. perfringens challenge. Bacillus subtilis treatments could enhance broiler productivity, as well as promote bone quality and intestinal morphology. These results together indicate that B. subtilis‐fermented products containing surfactin have potential for the development as feed additives and use as possible substitutes for antibiotics to treat C. perfringens in the poultry industry.  相似文献

Campylobacter jejuni is one of the major causative pathogens of outbreaks or sporadic cases of diarrhoeal diseases worldwide. In this study, we compared the phenotypic and genetic characteristics of C. jejuni isolates of human and food‐producing animal origins in Korea and examined the genetic relatedness between these two groups of isolates. Regardless of isolation source, all C. jejuni isolates harboured four virulence genes, cadF, cdtB, ciaB and racR, whereas the wlaN and virB11 genes were more frequently observed in human isolates. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed that the majority of C. jejuni isolates displayed high‐level resistance to fluoroquinolone (95.2%) or tetracycline (76.2%) antibiotics, and 12.4% of isolates exhibited multidrug resistance (more than three classes of antibiotics tested). Pulsed‐field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) of all Campylobacter isolates revealed 51 different SmaI‐PFGE patterns and six major clusters containing both human and animal isolates. These results indicate that genetically diverse strains of C. jejuni with antimicrobial drug‐resistance and virulence properties have prevailed in Incheon. Nevertheless, some particular populations continue to circulate within the community, providing the evidence for an epidemiological link of C. jejuni infections between humans and food‐producing animals. Therefore, the continued monitoring and surveillance of C. jejuni isolates of human and food‐producing animal origins are required for public health and food safety.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究自筛解淀粉芽孢杆菌DHN04的生长曲线、人工胃肠液、pH及猪胆盐耐受性,并研究其抑菌特性及抗生素敏感性。试验采用生长速率法测定该菌生长曲线,活菌计数法测定人工胃肠液耐受性、耐酸性和耐胆盐等特性,牛津杯法测定抑菌活性,药敏试片测定抗生素敏感性。结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌DHN04在经过4~6 h的缓慢生长期后,进入对数生长期,12~24 h为该菌的稳定生长期;在人工胃液和人工肠液中保持3 h后存活率分别为55.55%和53.33%;pH 2.0时该菌存活率为14.14%,随着酸性的减弱,存活率逐渐上升,在pH 7.0时存活率可以达到93.85%;随着胆盐浓度增加,解淀粉芽孢杆菌的存活率逐渐下降,相同的胆盐浓度,24 h的存活率低于3 h。解淀粉芽孢杆菌对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及四联球菌均具有一定的抑制作用;对抗生素阿莫西林耐药。综上,解淀粉芽孢杆菌能够快速活化,对人工胃肠液、胆盐及pH的耐受性良好,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等具有一定的抑制作用,对阿莫西林耐药。因此,解淀粉芽孢杆菌DHN04可作为一种潜在的益生菌菌株应用于畜禽养殖生产。  相似文献

Four yearling goats (31.2 ± 2.5 kg), surgically fitted with common bile duct reentrant and duodenal catheter, were used in two 4 × 4 Latin square design experiments to investigate the effects of duodenal infusion of phenylalanine for different times on pancreatic exocrine secretion (PES). In experiment 1 (the long‐term experiment), goats were duodenally infused with 0, 2, 4 or 8 g/day phenylalanine for 14 day. Pancreatic juice and jugular blood samples were collected over 1‐h intervals for 6 h daily from day 11 to day 14 to encompass a 24‐h day. In experiment 2 (the short‐term experiment), goats were infused with phenylalanine for 10 h continuously at the same infusion rate as experiment 1 after feed deprivation for 24 h repeated every 10 day. Pancreatic juice and blood samples were collected at 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 h of infusion. The volume and pH of pancreatic juice were measured, and a 5% subsample was composited and frozen until analysis of enzyme activities. Plasma was frozen until analysis of insulin and cholecystokinin (CCK). In experiment 1, pancreatic juice, α‐amylase secretion and plasma CCK concentration responded quadratically (p < 0.05), with the top value observed at the 2 g/day phenylalanine. Trypsin secretion had a quadratic response (p < 0.05), with secretion increasing up to 4 g/day phenylalanine and decreasing thereafter. Phenylalanine linearly decreased pancreatic protein and lipase secretion (p < 0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed significant correlations (p < 0.05) between plasma CCK concentration and secretion of α‐amylase and trypsin. However, the short‐term phenylalanine infusion did not influence (p > 0.05) pancreatic juice, protein, α‐amylase, lipase, trypsin secretion and plasma CCK concentration. These results indicate PES of ruminants is stimulated by phenylalanine and is potentially mediated by CCK in the long‐term duodenal infusion treatment, but is not influenced by phenylalanine in the short‐term duodenal infusion treatment.  相似文献

为了探讨地衣芽孢杆菌的抗逆性与益生性,研究通过5个试验评定地衣芽孢杆菌的耐高温、耐酸性、耐胆盐、抑菌性和黏附性,于85℃水浴分别处理地衣芽孢杆菌2.5 min、5 min、7.5 min模拟制粒条件;利用pH值分别为2,3,4的人工胃液模拟胃液环境;用0.3%的胆盐模拟肠液环境;抑菌试验测定地衣芽孢杆菌发酵液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制能力;以蛋鸡肠道上皮细胞为模型测定地衣芽孢杆菌的黏附能力。结果表明:85℃处理地衣芽孢杆菌2.5 min后活菌数最高,与对照组相比提高了2.25%(P>0.05);用pH值为2,3,4的胃液分别处理,与对照组相比活菌数分别提高0.77%(P>0.05)、1.54%(P>0.05)、1.34%(P>0.05);地衣芽孢杆菌发酵液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径分别为0和16.16 mm;在黏附性试验中,每100个蛋鸡肠道黏膜上皮细胞上平均可以黏附27个地衣芽孢杆菌。说明制粒过程、人工胃液、人工肠液不影响地衣芽孢杆菌的活菌数,地衣芽孢杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著抑制作用,使金黄色葡萄球菌基本不能在蛋鸡消化道内定植。  相似文献

The aim was to conduct a weighted single‐step genome‐wide association study to detect genomic regions and putative candidate genes related to residual feed intake, dry matter intake, feed efficiency (FE), feed conversion ratio, residual body weight gain, residual intake and weight gain in Nellore cattle. Several protein‐coding genes were identified within the genomic regions that explain more than 0.5% of the additive genetic variance for these traits. These genes were associated with insulin, leptin, glucose, protein and lipid metabolisms; energy balance; heat and oxidative stress; bile secretion; satiety; feed behaviour; salivation; digestion; and nutrient absorption. Enrichment analysis revealed functional pathways (p‐value < .05) such as neuropeptide signalling (GO:0007218), negative regulation of canonical Wingless/Int‐1 (Wnt) signalling (GO:0090090), bitter taste receptor activity (GO:0033038), neuropeptide hormone activity (GO:0005184), bile secretion (bta04976), taste transduction (bta0742) and glucagon signalling pathway (bta04922). The identification of these genes, pathways and their respective functions should contribute to a better understanding of the genetic and physiological mechanisms regulating Nellore FE‐related traits.  相似文献

The aims of the present study were to identify the differences between two mouse lines (high (H)‐ and low (L)‐oxygen consumption) in terms of mitochondrial respiratory activity when GMP (glutamate, malate, and pyruvate) and succinic acid are used as substrates and to examine the relationship between mitochondrial respiration activity and feed efficiency in both lines. The average daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and residual feed intake (RFI) were significantly higher in the H than the L line. The correlation between FCR and RFI was significant (r = 0.60, p < 0.05). RFI was effective as an indicator of feed efficiency. When succinic acid was used as a substrate, mitochondrial respiration states 2–4, ACR, and proton leak were significantly higher in the H than the L line. When GMP was used as a substrate, respiration states 3 and 4 in the H line were significantly higher than those in the L line, and there were significant positive correlations between FCR and RFI and mitochondrial respiration states 2–4. The results indicated that selection for high or low OC changed the basal metabolic rates estimated from liver mitochondrial respiration activity and feed efficiency.  相似文献

ESBL/AmpC‐producing Escherichia coli is increasingly isolated from humans and animals worldwide. The occurrence of ESBL/AmpC‐producing E. coli was studied in food‐producing animals in Finland, a country with a low and controlled use of antimicrobials in meat production chain. A total of 648 cattle, 531 pig, 495 broiler and 35 turkey faecal samples were collected from four Finnish slaughterhouses to determine the presence of extended‐spectrum β‐lactamase (ESBL/AmpC)‐producing E. coli. In addition, 260 broiler and 15 turkey samples were screened for carbapenemase‐producing E. coli. Susceptibility to different class of cephalosporins and meropenem was determined with disc diffusion tests according to the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST). Determination of ESBL/AmpC production was performed with a combination disc diffusion test according to the recommendations of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Plasmidic blaESBL/AmpC genes were characterized by polymerase chain reaction and sequencing. A collection of isolates producing AmpC enzyme but not carrying plasmidic blaAmpC was analysed by PCR and sequencing for possible chromosomal ampC promoter area mutations. Altogether ESBL/AmpC‐producing E. coli was recovered from five cattle (0.8%), eight pig (1.5%) and 40 broiler samples (8.1%). No ESBL/AmpC‐producing E. coli was found in turkey samples. Carbapenem resistance was not detected. Altogether ESBL/AmpC‐producing E. coli was found on 4 (2.0%), 3 (4.5%) and 14 (25%) cattle, pig and broiler farms, respectively. From cattle samples 3 (27%) blaCTX‐M‐1 and from broiler samples 13 (33%) blaCTX‐M‐1 and 22 (55%) blaCMY‐2 gene‐carrying isolates were detected. In pigs, no plasmidic blaESBL/AmpC gene‐carrying isolates were found. In all analysed isolates, the same mutations in the promoter region of chromosomal ampC were detected. The results showed low occurrence of ESBL/AmpC‐producing E. coli in Finnish food‐producing animals. In pigs, plasmidic blaESBL/AmpC‐carrying E. coli was not detected at all.  相似文献

The seroprevalence of Salmonella spp., pathogenic Yersinia spp., Toxoplasma gondii and Trichinella spp. was studied in 1353 finishing pigs from 259 farms that were allocated according to farm types: large fattening farms (≥1000 pig places), small fattening farms (< 1000 pig places) and farrow‐to‐finish farms. The antibodies were analysed with commercial ELISA kits in meat juice samples that were collected at Finnish slaughterhouses. Salmonella antibodies were rare (3% of pigs, 14% of farms) when the cut‐off optical density (OD) value 0.2 was used. Antibodies to pathogenic Yersinia spp. and T. gondii were detected in 57% of pigs and 85% of farms (OD ≥0.3) and in 3% of pigs and 9% of farms (OD ≥0.15), respectively. No antibodies to Trichinella spp. were detected (OD ≥0.3). The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) considers Salmonella spp., Yersinia enterocolitica, T. gondii and Trichinella spp. as the most relevant biological hazards in the context of meat inspection of pigs. The seroprevalence of these important zoonotic pathogens was low in Finland, except that of Yersinia. The seroprevalence of Toxoplasma was significantly higher in pigs originating from small‐scale fattening farms (P < 0.05). Strong positive correlation was observed at the animal level between Salmonella and Yersinia seropositivity and between Salmonella and Toxoplasma seropositivity (P < 0.05). We suggest that these results reflect the level and importance of biosecurity measures applied on the farms. Meat juice serology at slaughter is a useful tool for targeting measures to control these pathogens. The information obtained from analyses should be used as part of the food chain information (FCI).  相似文献

Salmonella enterica (S. enterica) is the main cause of foodborne diseases in the Chilean population. With the aim of characterizing the presence of S. enterica in bodies of water, samples from 40 sources were obtained, including rivers and irrigation canals used by agricultural farms in the most populated regions of Chile. As result, 35 S. enterica isolates belonging to several serotypes were detected, with the highest frequency represented by Typhimurium and Enteritidis. All strains showed phenotypic antimicrobial resistance, and most of them were multiresistant to critically important antimicrobials. In addition, the pulse‐field gel electrophoresis analysis using XbaI and BlnI endonucleases showed that seven Salmonella isolates belonging to serotypes Typhimurium, Enteritidis and Infantis had identical pulsotypes to outbreak‐associated clinical isolates detected in the Chilean population, suggesting a public health risk of water pollution in this region. Among sampling sites, the higher detection rates were observed in rural than urban and peri‐urban areas, suggesting that the animal husbandry might contribute for environmental dispersion of this pathogen. Future efforts should address the characterization of cause‐and‐effect relationship between water contamination and foodborne disease, including the implementation of surveillance programmes to tackle potential risks for both human and animal populations.  相似文献

  1. Pediococcus spp. were isolated from poultry rectum, faeces and food as good probiotic candidates in order to select strains to be used as probiotic in poultry feed.

  2. A total of 168 lactic acid bacteria were isolated and 51 isolates including 31 Lactobacillus spp. and 20 Pediococcus spp. were able to survive in low pH and bile salt concentration. The Pediococcus spp. were identified and their ability to form biofilm, adhesion to Caco-2 cells and antimicrobial activities against enteric pathogenic bacteria were determined.

  3. The results showed the presence of two strains, Pediococcus acidilactici P17 and P19 in rectal swab samples from 21-d old chickens with significant antibacterial activities against Salmonella enteritidis and Escherichia coli.

  4. The results suggest that only a few isolates of Pediococcus with potential probiotic activities are present in the poultry industry.

From May through October 2016, we conducted a repeated cross‐sectional study examining the effects of temporal, spatial, flock and demographic factors (i.e. juvenile vs. adult) on the prevalence of Campylobacter and antimicrobial resistant Enterobacteriaceae among 344 fresh faecal samples collected from Canada geese (Branta canadensis) from four locations where birds nested in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The overall prevalence of Campylobacter among all fresh faecal samples was 9.3% and was greatest in the fall when these birds became more mobile following the nesting season. Based on 40 gene comparative genomic fingerprinting (CGF40), the increase in prevalence noted in the fall was matched by an increase in the number of unique CGF40 subtypes identified. Resistance to colistin was detected most commonly, in 6% of Escherichia coli isolates, and was highest in the late summer months. All colistin‐resistant isolates were negative for the mcr‐1 to mcr‐5 genes; a chromosomal resistance mechanism (PmrB) was identified in all of these isolates. The prevalence of samples with E. coli exhibiting multi‐class resistance or extended spectrum beta‐lactamase was low (i.e. <2% of samples). The intra‐class correlation coefficients, estimated from the variance components of multilevel logistic regression models, indicated that the shedding of Campylobacter and antimicrobial resistant E. coli among geese within a flock (i.e. birds collected from the same site on the same day) was moderately correlated. Spatial, temporal, and spatiotemporal clusters identified using the spatial scan statistic, largely supported the findings from our multi‐level models. Salmonella was not isolated from any of the fresh faecal samples collected suggesting that its prevalence in this population of birds was very low.  相似文献

【目的】试验旨在研究植物乳杆菌GX20200417-1菌株的生物学特性及体外抑菌活性,探讨其在生产中应用的可能性。【方法】将植物乳杆菌GX20200417-1菌株接种至不同pH和含不同浓度胆盐的PBS,以及人工胃肠液中,使用菌落计数分析其对酸、胆盐和人工胃肠液的耐受性。使用牛津杯法检测GX20200417-1菌株对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及沙门氏菌的抑菌能力;通过与霉菌毒素共培养后使用ELISA方法研究GX20200417-1菌株对霉菌毒素的降解能力,并饲喂小鼠进行安全性试验。【结果】植物乳杆菌GX20200417-1菌株能够耐受pH 2.0及0.3%胆盐,并在人工胃肠液中有至少1×104 CFU/mL的活菌数;GX20200417-1菌株发酵上清液对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑制作用,对玉米赤霉素及黄曲霉毒素均有降解作用,但对呕吐毒素无降解作用;灌服GX20200417-1菌株后小鼠安全、无毒副作用。【结论】植物乳杆菌GX20200417-1菌株具有优良的益生特性,在畜禽生产中有一定的开发潜力。  相似文献
