不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

本试验旨在研究不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取体重[(7.14±0.30) kg]相近的30日龄断奶仔猪162头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复18头。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%磷酸型酸化剂和0.2%乳酸型酸化剂。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,磷酸型酸化剂组和乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪平均日采食量分别提高了6.75%和11.69%(P0.05),平均日增重分别提高了10.67%和13.07%(P0.05),料重比分别降低了3.40%和1.36%(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白A含量显著提高(P0.05),且血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于磷酸型酸化剂组(P0.05);乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪十二指肠白细胞介素-10和转化生长因子-βmRNA相对表达量显著提高(P0.05),空肠肿瘤坏死因子-α和转化生长因子-βmRNA相对表达量的表达量显著高于对照组和磷酸型酸化剂组(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加0.2%磷酸型酸化剂和0.2%乳酸型酸化剂均能一定程度上增强断奶仔猪抗氧化功能和免疫功能,且具有提高仔猪生长性能的趋势,其中乳酸型酸化剂效果优于磷酸型酸化剂。 相似文献

本试验选用28日龄断奶、平均体重(7.00±0.10)奴的长大二元杂种仔猪64头,按单因素试验设计原则,设4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各半),预试期3d,试验期35d,研究在玉米-豆粕-膨化大豆型基础饲粮中添加不同类型(包被与未包被)复合酸化剂对断奶仔猪胃肠道酸度和胃肠道发育的影响。结果表明,与无酸饲粮对照组相比,缓释复合酸化剂可以极显著降低断奶仔猪胃和小肠pH,试验1组还可以极显著提高仔猪胃和小肠相对重量;与未包被酸化荆组相比,缓释复合酸化剂可以极显著降低断奶仔猪空肠和回肠pH、提高仔猪胃相对重量,试验1组还可以极显著提高仔猪小肠相对重量。结果提示,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加缓释复合酸化剂,可以通过降低胃肠道pH,促进仔猪胃肠道生长。 相似文献

试验选取24头28日龄、体重8.4kg左右的杜长大三元杂交仔猪.随机分成2组,每组2个重复,每个重复6头猪。分别饲喂玉米——豆粕型基础饲粮和在此基础上添加0.2%复合酸化剂的饲粮。结果表明。添加酸化剂能使仔裤日增重提高9.2%(P〈0.05).料肉比降低8.7%,腹泻率降低42%(P〈0.05)。说明添加政化剂能显著增加仔猪生产的经济效益。 相似文献

试验旨在研究不同酸化剂类型对断奶仔猪生产性能及腹泻的影响。选用28日龄、平均体重[(7.73±0.61)kg]相近的断奶PIC仔猪60头,随机分配到4个处理组,公母各半,每个处理5个重复,每个重复3头猪。试验开始当天记为第0 d,分别饲喂各处理组饲粮:对照组为基础饲粮添加120 mg/kg硫酸抗敌素、处理1组为基础饲粮添加0.3%A型酸化剂、处理2组为基础饲粮添加0.3%B型酸化剂、处理3组为基础饲粮添加0.3%C型酸化剂,试验期为28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,各酸化剂处理组仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量和料肉比均无显著差异(P>0.05);仔猪腹泻率和腹泻指数均降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,与抗生素相比,本试验中三种类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻率的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05),可以替代抗生素。 相似文献

本试验选用28日龄断奶、平均体重7.00±0.10kg的长白猪(♂)×大白猪(♀)二元杂交仔猪64头,研究在玉米-豆粕-膨化大豆型基础日粮中单独添加或联合使用包被复合酸化剂与抗生素对断奶仔猪肠道微生物和肠黏膜抗体的影响。试验设4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各半),饲养试验时间为5周。结果表明,与对照组和抗生素处理组相比,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用可以极显著提高仔猪盲肠和结肠中乳酸杆菌数量、降低大肠杆菌数量(P〈0.01);与酸化剂处理组相比,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用可以显著提高仔猪盲肠中乳酸杆菌数量.降低大肠杆菌数量(P〈0.05);缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素联合使用还有增加仔猪肠黏膜抗体SIgA分泌量的趋势,但与其他处理组相比较,差异并不显著(P〉0.05)。结果提示,缓释复合酸化剂与抗生素在断奶仔猪饲粮中联合使用,可以优化仔猪肠道微生物区系、提高仔猪免疫力,并且作用效果优于单独使用酸化剂或抗生素。 相似文献

本试验研究固态发酵复合蛋白(SSF)替代鱼粉并减少高铜、高锌、阿散酸及酸化剂的使用对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率和皮毛、腹泻状况的影响。试验选择320头(29±2)日龄断奶PIC仔猪随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复20头猪,试验期24d。试验饲粮处理1:玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,其中含6%鱼粉、8%乳清粉、0.2%酸化剂、0.3%氧化锌、0.01%阿散酸、200mg/kg铜(以五水硫酸铜形式添加);处理2:8.35%SSF替代基础饲粮中3%鱼粉;处理3:在处理2基础上乳清粉用量减少为5%并去掉酸化剂;处理4:在处理3基础上去掉氧化锌和阿散酸,且铜的添加量减少为10mg/kg。所有饲粮消化能和回肠真可消化赖氨酸、(蛋+胱)氨酸、苏氨酸含量相同。结果表明:基础饲粮组试验期日增重和日采食量高于其余各组,各处理组料重比差异不显著;基础饲粮组能量、有机物、干物质、粗蛋白质和粗灰分消化率显著或极显著高于除SSF替代3%鱼粉组外的其它各处理组;各处理组的腹泻情况、皮毛状况差异不显著;SSF替代3%鱼粉组单位增重的饲料成本最低。结论:8.35%SSF替代3%鱼粉不影响断奶仔猪的日增重和营养物质消化率,且可降低单位增审的饲料成本. 相似文献

试验选择28日龄发育正常、健康良好的三元杂交杜大长断奶仔猪96头,根据胎次、性别、体重随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。四组分别为:Ⅰ组(对照组)为添加0.2%复合酸化剂日粮组;Ⅱ组为添加0.5%复合酸化剂日粮组;Ⅲ组为添加1.2%柠檬酸日粮组;Ⅳ组为添加0.2%微胶囊型包被复合酸化剂日粮组。试验期为30d,研究不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验结果表明:断奶仔猪日粮添加0.5%的复合酸化剂和添加1.2%的柠檬酸可显著提高仔猪的日增重和饲料效率,降低仔猪腹泻率,添加0.2%微胶囊型包被复合酸化剂的效果最佳,而添加0.2%的复合酸化剂对仔猪的生长性能和腹泻方面未起到相应效果。 相似文献

试验选取200头仔猪分为5组,每组4个重复。分别为饲喂常规日粮(对照组)、添加0.1%磷酸型酸化剂A、0.3%磷酸型酸化剂A、0.1%乳酸型酸化剂B和0.3%乳酸型酸化剂B日粮。于试验第28天早上每个处理选择3头健康仔猪进行屠宰,测定仔猪小肠黏膜形态、大肠微生物菌群及免疫指标。结果表明:添加所研制的磷酸型和乳酸型酸化剂可以显著增加小肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);添加磷酸型酸化剂A和乳酸型酸化剂B都可以显著降低仔猪盲肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P<0.05),增加乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),其中添加乳酸型酸化剂B的效果显著优于磷酸型酸化剂A(P<0.05);添加0.3%乳酸型酸化剂B可以显著降低仔猪血清中尿素氮的含量(P<0.05);添加2种酸化剂都可以显著提高仔猪血清中IgA、IgG的浓度(P<0.05)。 相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air. 相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。 相似文献

Effects of size of ingestively masticated fragments of plant tissues on kinetics of digestion of NDF
Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo. 相似文献
