Three new spirostane-type glycosides (13) were isolated from the whole plant of Allium flavum. Their structures were elucidated mainly by 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis and mass spectrometry as (20S,25R)-2α-hydroxyspirost-5-en-3β-yl O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)-[β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-galactopyranoside (1), (20S,25R)-2α-hydroxyspirost-5-en-3β-yl O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-galactopyranoside (2), and (20S,25R)-spirost-5-en-3β-yl O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  4)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-d-glucopyranoside (3). The three saponins were evaluated for cytotoxicity against a human cancer cell line (colorectal SW480).  相似文献

Three new glucosides, namely, (–)-7R8S-7′,8′-dihydroxy-dihydrodehydroconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (+)-7S8R-7′,8′-dihydroxy-dihydrodehydroconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2) and 4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl 1-O-[6-(hydrogen 3-hydroxy-3-methylpentanedioate)]-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), along with 6 known compounds were isolated from the fruit of Euterpe oleracea Mart. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analyses including NMR, HR-ESI-MS and CD. All the isolated compounds demonstrated significant antioxidant activity and 2 displayed moderate cytotoxicity against HL-60 cells.  相似文献

Two new cerebrosides, 1-O-(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy)-(2S,3S,4R,8Z)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytricosanoylamino]-8-nonadecene-3,4-diol (1) and 1-O-(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy)-(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxynonadecanoylamino]-4,13-nonadecene-3-diol (2), were isolated from the pollen of Typha angustifolia. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral means. This is the first report on the occurrence of cerebroside in Typha (Typhaceae). Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited effect on the proliferation of cultured vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMCs) induced by fatal bovine serum (FBS).  相似文献

A new isocoumarin, 7-hydroxyl-4-methyl isocoumarine (1), together with three known monoterpenes, (3R, 4R, 6S)-3, 6-dihydroxy-1-menthene (2), (+)-(1R, 3S, 4R, 6S)-6-hydroxymenthol (3) and 4-isopropyl-1-methylcyclohex-2-ene-1, 6-diol (4), was isolated from the methanol extract of Brickellia rosmarinifolia. The structures were determined by spectroscopic means. Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 showed antifungal activities against Colletotrichum musae and Peronophythora litchii in vitro.  相似文献

The stem bark of Euonymus japonicus Thunb. led to the isolation of three new glycosylsphingolipids (13), 1-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,9E)-2-N-[(2R)-hydroxystearoyl]-octadecasphinga-9-ene (euojaposphingoside A, 1), 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,4R,11E)-2-N-[(2R)-hydroxydocasanoyl]-octadecasphinga-11-ene (euojaposphingoside B, 2), 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-2′-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,4R,11E)-2-N-[(2R)-hydroxytetracosanoyl]-octadecasphinga-11-ene (euojaposphingoside C, 3) along with three known glycosylsphingolipids (46), 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,9E)-3-hydroxymethyl-2-N-[(2R)-hydroxynonacosanoyl)-tridecasphinga-9-ene (4), 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,9E,12E)-2-N-[(2R)-hydroxytetracosanoyl] octadecasphinga-9,12–diene (5), 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(2S,3R,5R,9E)-2-N-[tridecanoyl] nonacosasphinga-9-ene (6), lupeol (7), stigmasterol (8), sitosterol (β and α) (9,10) and β-carotene (11). The structure of all the compounds was achieved by spectroscopic and chemical data analysis. The antiplasmodial, antileismanial and cytotoxic activity of all compounds was tested.  相似文献

Eleven new acyl quinic acid derivatives, 4-O-caffeoyl-3-O-syringoylquinic acid methyl ester (1), 4-O-caffeoyl-3-O-vanilloylquinic acid (2), 4-O-caffeoyl-3-O-vanilloylquinic acid methyl ester (3), 5-O-caffeoyl-3-O-vanilloylquinic acid (4), 5-O-caffeoyl-3-O-vanilloylquinic acid methyl ester (5), 5-O-caffeoyl-3-O-sinapoylquinic acid (6), 5-O-caffeoyl-4-O-vanilloylquinic acid (7), 4-O-(7‴S, 8‴R)-glycosmisoyl-5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (8), 4-O-(7‴S, 8‴R)-glycosmisoyl-5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (9), 3-O-(7‴S, 8‴R)-glycosmisoyl-4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (10), and 3-O-(7‴S, 8‴R)-glycosmisoyl-4-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (11), have been isolated from the stems of Erycibe obtusifolia together with eight known compounds (1219). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis (UV, IR, HRESIMS, CD, and 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical evidence. In in vitro assay, compounds 7 and 1618 exhibited significant neuroprotective effects against rotenone induced PC12 cell damage at 10 μM.  相似文献

Three new phenolic compounds (13), together with 16 known compounds (419), were isolated from the roots of Glycyrrhiza yunnanensis Cheng f. et L. K. Dai. On the basis of 1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic analysis, structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 2-(2′-methoxy-4′-hydroxy)-aryl-3-methy-6-hydroxy-benzofuran (1), (2S)-6,7-(2,2-dimethyldihydropyrano)-8-prenyl-4′-hydroxyflavanone (2), and 6-prenyl-7,3′,4′-trihydroxyflavone (3). Compounds 1, 3, 5, 12, 14, 15 and 16 showed antioxidant activity by an ABTS-based assay.  相似文献

A 70% ethanol extract of the roots of Livistona chinensis has been investigated, led to the isolation of 13 compounds, including a new ceramide, (2S,3S,4R,9Z)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytricosanoylamino]-9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (2), a new glycosyl ceramide, 1-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,9Z)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxydocosanoylamino]-9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (3), three new monoacylglycerols, 1-(34-hydroxytetratriacontanoyl)-sn-glycerol (9), 1-[nonadeca-(9Z,12Z)-dienoyl]-sn-glycerol (10), and 1-[12-hydroxypentatriaconta-(13E,15Z)-dienoyl]-sn-glycerol (11), a new diacylglycerol, 1-(heptadeca-6Z,9Z-dienoyl)-3-(octadeca-6Z,9Z,12Z-trienoyl)-sn-glycerol (12), as well as a new diacylglycerol aminoglycoside, 1-octadecanoyl-2-nonadecanoyl-3-O-(6-amino-6-deoxy)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-sn-glycerol (13). The structures of new compounds were elucidated, based on spectroscopic, zymologic and chemical methods. Among the compounds tested, compounds 3, 4 and 13 showed significantly antiproliferative effects against the human tumor cell lines (K562, HL-60, HepG2, and CNE-1) with the IC50 of 10–65 μM. To our knowledge, this is first report of the occurrence of ceramides and acylglycerols in the genus Livistona.  相似文献

Monardic acids A (1) and B (2), which are (7R,8R) diastereomers of lithospermic acid (LA) and lithospermic acid B, respectively, were isolated from Monarda fistulosa. A (7S,8R) isomer (3) of LA was also isolated from this plant, and a (7R,8S) isomer (7) of LA was obtained from Lithospermum erythrorhizon. The absolute configuration of 1 was confirmed by analysis of its hydrolysates, 7-epiblechnic acid and 2R-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxypropanoic acid. The configuration in the dihydrobenzofuran moieties of 2, 3, and 7 was extrapolated by using the phenylglycine methyl ester method and a Cotton effect at approximately 250–260 nm in their electronic circular dichroism spectra. Diastereomers (13 and 7) displayed moderate hyaluronidase inhibitory and histamine release inhibitory activities.  相似文献

Two new flavane gallates were isolated from the leaves of Plicosepalus curviflorus. The structure of the new compounds was established as 2S,3R-3,3′,4′,5,7-pentahydroxyflavane-5-O-gallate (1) and 2S,3R-3,3′,4′,5,5′,7-hexahydroxyflavane-4′,5-di-O-gallate (2), respectively. In addition, seven known compounds (−)-catechin (3), quercetin (4), lupeol (5), β-sitosterol (6), pomolic acid (7), β-sitosterol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (8) and 4-methoxycinnamic acid (9) were reported for the first time from the genus Plicosepalus. Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were investigated for their hypoglycemic activity and showed significant hypoglycemic activity in Swiss Albino mice.  相似文献

A new oxysporidinone analogue (1) and a new 3-hydroxyl-2-piperidinone derivative (2), along with the known compounds (−)-4,6′-anhydrooxysporidinone (3), (+)-fusarinolic acid (4), gibepyrone D (5), beauvercin (6),cerevisterol (7), fusaruside (8), and (2S,2′R,3R,3′E,4E,8E)-1-O-D-glucopyranosyl-2-N-(2′-hydroxy-3′-octadecenoyl)-3-hydroxy-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine (9) were isolated from Fusarium oxysporum. Compounds 1-9 were evaluated for cytotoxicity using the MTT method against cancer cell lines, PC-3, PANC-1, and A549. Beauvericin showed cytotoxicity against PC-3, PANC-1, and A549 with IC50 value of 49.5 ± 3.8, 47.2 ± 2.9, and 10.4 ± 1.6 μM, respectively. Beauvericin also exhibited anti-bacterial activity towards methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MIC = 3.125 μg/mL) and Bacillus subtilis (MIC = 3.125 μg/mL).  相似文献

Three new flavanes and eight known flavonoids were isolated from the fruits of Livistona chinensis. The structure of the new flavanes were established as 2S,3S-3,5,7,3′,5′-pentahydroxyflavane (1), 2R,3R-3,5,6,7,8,4′-hexahydroxyflavane (2) and 2R,3R-3,5,6,7,8,3′,5′-heptahydroxyflavane (3), respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic data. The antiproliferative activity against four human tumor cell lines (HL-60, Mata, HepG2 and CNE-1) was evaluated. 1 had significantly antiproliferative effects against HL-60 and CNE-1 with the IC50 of 0.2 ± 0.01 and 1.0 ± 0.1 μM, respectively, overpowering the reference compound in the assay (cisplatin). Most compounds also exhibited potent antioxidant activity.  相似文献

From Astragalus peregrinus, four cycloartane-type saponins have been isolated and their structures elucidated by spectral means as 20(R),24(S)-epoxy-9β,19-cyclolanostane-3β,6α,16β,25-tetrol 3-O-β- -glucopyranoside (1), 20(R),24(S)-epoxy-9β,19-cyclolanostane-3β,6α,16β,25-tetrol 3-O-α- -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β- -glucopyranoside (2), 20(R),24(S)-epoxy-9β,19-cyclolanostane-3β,6α,16β,25-tetrol 3-O-α- -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β- -glucopyranoside (3) and 20(R),25-epoxy-9β,19-cyclolanostane-3β,6α,16β,24(S)-tetrol (24-O-acetyl)- 3-O-α- -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-(6′-O-acetyl)-β- -glucopyranoside (4). Compounds 2 and 3 showed to stimulate the proliferation of mouse splenocytes and were not significantly cytotoxic.  相似文献

The biotransformation of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol (1) by Aspergillus niger AS 3.1858 was conducted. Seven metabolites 26-hydroxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (2); 23, 24-en-25-hydroxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (3); 25, 26-en-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (4); (E)-20, 22-en-25-hydroxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (5); 25, 26-en-24(R)-hydroxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (6); 25, 26-en-24(S)-hydroxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (7); and 23, 24-en-25-ethoxyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (8) were afforded. Among them, 6, 7, and 8 are new compounds. The chemical structures of these metabolites were elucidated based on extensive spectral data including 2D NMR and HRMS. In addition, the cytotoxicity of substrate and all transformed products was evaluated by MTT assay using a panel of seven human tumor cell lines (Du-145, Hela, K562, K562/ADR, SH-SY5Y, HepG2, and MCF-7 cells) and one normal cell line Vero.  相似文献

Chemical investigations on the ethanolic extract of the dried fructus of Cnidium monnieri offered three chromones and eight coumarins. Among them, a new chromone and a new coumarin were identified and elucidated as 5,7-dihydroxy-6-[(2Z)-4-(β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy-3- methylbut-2-enyl]-2-hydroxymethyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one (1, hydroxycnidimoside A) and (rel 1′S,2′R)-8-(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-7-methoxycoumarin (8, hydroxyosthole epoxide), respectively, by extensive analyses of spectroscopic data including 1- and 2-D NMR, MS, UV, OR, IR, and HRMS data. The other known compounds were identified by analyses of spectroscopic data and by comparison with literature reported.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the constituents of Thai propolis led the isolation of a new phenylallylflavanone, (7″S)-8-[1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-yl]-(2S)-pinocembrin (1) and (E)-cinnamyl-(E)-cinnamylidenate (2) from methanolic extract of Thai propolis. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis. Fourteen pregnane-type steroidal alkaloids were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of whole Sarcococca hookeriana var. digyna plants. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Three of them were identified as new steroidal alkaloids: (S)-20-(N,N-dimethylamino)-16α,17α-epoxy-3β-methoxy-pregn-5-ene (1), (20S)-20-(N,N-dimethylamino)-3β-tigloylamino-5α-pregn-11β-ol (2), and (20S)-2α,4β-bis(acetoxy)-20-(N,N-dimethylamino)-3β-tigloylamino-5α-pregnane (3). Some of the isolated compounds showed estrogen biosynthesis-promoting effects in human ovarian granulosa-like KGN cells. The EC50 values for the most effective compounds, vagnine B (6) and funtumafrine C (12), were 71 μM and 67 μM, respectively.  相似文献

A new cembrane diterpene, named (−)-(1S)-15-hydroxy-18-carboxycembrene, was isolated from petroleum ether extract of the roots of the Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr. To our knowledge, this compound is the first cembrane-type diterpenoid to be found in the family Euphorbiaceae. The structure was elucidated as (−)-(1S)-15-hydroxy-cembra -2E, 4Z, 7E, 11E-tetraen-18-oic acid by a combination of IR, HR-ESIMS, 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques. (−)-(1S)-15-hydroxy-18-carboxycembrene showed cytotoxic activity against all five human cancer cell lines tested.  相似文献

The optimization of the selective preparation of 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 converting protopanaxadiol type saponins (PPD saponins) by the commercially available d, l-tartaric acid was carried out using response surface methodology (RSM) based on a three-factor and six-level central composite design. The optimal 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 de% was predicted to be 94.52% in the combination of the factors (d, l-tartaric acid concentration 1.19 mol/L, temperature 107.9 °C and time 2.79 h) through the canonical analysis with maximum responses. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the actual 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 de% was 96.49%. 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 (1) and 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3 (2) were separated and identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Therefore, the RSM was effective to optimize the preparation of 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg3 by converting PPD saponins using d, l-tartaric acid.  相似文献

以广西凭祥中国林业科学研究院热带林业实验中心第二代桉树人工纯林(PP2)及其与降香黄檀混交的混交林(MP2)为研究对象,采用壕沟法,利用LI-8100土壤呼吸测定系统,对两种林分土壤呼吸组分进行分离研究。结果表明:PP2和MP2土壤呼吸速率及其各呼吸组分季节变化与土壤5 cm处的温度季节变化相似,峰值出现在6—8月份,谷值出现在12月底至次年1月初,土壤呼吸速率与土壤含水量无关;PP2全年土壤总呼吸为1 147.41 g·m-2,比MP2(844.07 g·m-2)增加了26.44%,MP2的自养呼吸(RR)累积量(136.87 g·m-2)比PP2(506.72 g·m-2)降低72.99%,而其异养呼吸(RH)累积量(707.21 g·m-2)却比PP2(640.69 g·m-2)增加了10.38%。纯林和混交林的细根生物量差异以及土壤有机质含量、凋落物有机质含量、土壤C/N、凋落物量和凋落物C/N的不同是导致自养呼吸和异养呼吸产生差异的主要原因。  相似文献
