We performed a 4‐year survey (2006–2009, 1255 samples) of fungal secondary metabolites in feed material (cereal and corn grains) and feedstuffs (silages, mixed feeds). Five major mycotoxin groups were studied, including aflatoxins (AF), ochratoxin A (OTA), trichothecenes [deoxynivalenol (DON), nivalenol (NIV), T‐2 toxin, HT‐2 toxin], zearalenone (ZEA) and fumonisins (FUM). The metabolites were identified using HPLC methods with fluorescent, UV and MS/MS detection. Both immunoaffinity and SPE columns were used for sample preparation. In eleven samples, the concentration of several mycotoxins exceeded the recommended guidelines for feedstuffs. DON was detected at the highest concentration in the majority of analysed samples (cereal grains, silages and mixed feeds, maximum values ranged from 409 to 14 470 ng/g). Corn grains also contained other Fusarium toxins (FUM) at maximum levels ranging from 435 to 9409 ng/g. The highest averagepositive concentration of the other trichothecenes (NIV, T‐2 and HT‐2 toxins) was <5.0–139 ng/g. ZEA was found at the highest concentration in corn grains and silages (maximum values ranging from 292 to 603 ng/g and 116 to 1150 ng/g, respectively). The highest averagepositive concentration and the maximum level of OTA were detected in cereal grains (33.0 ng/g in 2009 and 760 ng/g in 2007, respectively). Less than 7% of the 557 samples were contaminated with AF at low levels (maximum of 0.61 ng/g). Our results support the need for further monitoring of mycotoxins in Polish feedstuffs and their components.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine the mycobiota and natural levels of mycotoxins such as zearalenone, fumonisin B1, aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A present in raw materials and finished fattening pig feed. Samples were examined for total fungi and genera distribution. Zearalenone, FB1, AFB1 and OTA contamination were determined using high pressure liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Milled maize and finished feed samples showed fungal contamination over than 1 × 104 CFU/g. All samples contained at least one of the main mycotoxigenic genera Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium. A. flavus and F. verticillioides were the most prevalent species. Only some Aspergillus section Nigri strains from suckling pig to growing pig samples were able to produce OTA. A. flavus strains from milled maize, wheat bran, suckling pig to growing pig samples were able to produce AFB1. All samples were positive for FB1. Sucking pig, piglet, growing and boar feed samples showed ZEA natural contamination. AFB1 and OTA contamination were not detected. There was a 100% correlation between FB1 and ZEA contamination in sucking pig, piglet, growing and boar feed samples; 50% piglet samples and 67% suckling pig samples showed ZEA levels over the recommended limits. The present study has shown the occurrence of two mycotoxins, FB1 and ZEA in feed intended for fattening pig consumption. In animal production, the simultaneous presence of toxicogenic fungi and low dietary levels of mycotoxins in field conditions can cause possible health impacts and lost performance in pigs from feeding spoiled feeds.  相似文献

本次霉菌毒素污染情况调查共检测2,423个样品,通过酶联试剂盒初筛和液质联用仪验证两种方法进行T-2毒素的检测。结果发现,T-2毒素污染较为普遍,玉米、玉米副产物、小麦、小麦副产物和饼粕类样品中检出率均高于20%,但污染程度较轻,所有样品中均无超标。从地区来看,T-2毒素污染较为严重是西南和华南地区。从抽样环节来看污染较为严重的是养殖场(户)。  相似文献

The occurrence of mycotoxin-producing moulds in animal feed is a hazard for animals. When these undesirable substances contaminate laboratory animal feed, convey an additional problem in experimental animal assays confidence levels. The aim of this study was to evaluate fungal contamination and to determine natural occurrence of Ochratoxin A (OTA) in 31 samples. OTA is a mycotoxin produced by fungi of two genera: Penicillium and Aspergillus. OTA has been shown to be nephrotoxic, hepatotoxic, teratogenic and immunotoxic to a number of animal species and to cause kidney and liver tumors in mice and rats. In this preliminary study, feed mould counts ranged from 3 to 4.2 log10 cfu/g (colonies forming units per gram). When these species are present, there is a significant risk of contamination with mycotoxins resulting in both acute diseases called mycotoxicoses and chronic conditions, often recognized as situations involving mycotoxins. The most frequent genus isolated was Cladosporium sp. (84%), followed by Aspergillus niger and Penicillium (81%) and Mucor sp. (77%). All rat feed samples were examined for OTA, using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The detection limit was 2.0 μg OTA kg−1 and all samples revealed to be negative for this mycotoxin. These mycotoxicological researches put in evidence the importance of the use contaminant-free experimental animal feed in order to prevent any interference on the health of experimental animals and emphasizes the need for systematic control of the feed as a key issue in animal experimentation.  相似文献

Ninety five samples of various Egyptian feedstuffs were investigated for the aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 means thin layer chromatography (TLC). Out of these samples 44.2% were positive (maize, rice crack, rice germ, rice germ cake, rice bran, wheat bran, cotton seed, cotton seed cake, peanut, and mixed feed for broilers, egg production, calf fattening and milk production). High percentage (90.5%) of the positive samples were contaminated with less than 100 ppb total aflatoxins. Peanut from "Ismailia" showed the highest contamination-mean of 400 ppb aflatoxin B1. The contamination relationship between kernels and shell of the same pods of the peanut was 1:7. The lowest contamination-mean was 5 ppb B1 in soya bean samples. All samples of horse bean and fish meal were negative. Aflatoxin B1 was present alone so frequently (in 76.2% of the positive samples). The relationship between the concentrations of aflatoxins B2:G1:B1 was 1:2.3:22.4. 51 different samples of foods and feeds from various Egyptian regions were collected and investigated for the nephrotoxic mycotoxin ochratoxin A means TLC. Twelve samples (23.5%) from them were designated as positive samples. The positive samples belonged to white maize, wheat, wheat bran, beans, rice germ, rice germ cake, broilers feed, egg production feed, and milk production feed; whereas the yellow maize (hybrid), soya beans, wheat soya meal, rice crack, cotton seed, cotton seed cake, and fish meal samples were negative. The contamination range was from 4 ppb to 577 ppb with an average of 58.2 +/- 22.9 ppb. Half of the positive samples was contaminated with 10-100 ppb whereas 41.7% from the positive samples had less than 10 ppb and 8.3% only had more than 100 ppb. Citrinin is existing in Egyptian food and feedstuffs. Out of 52 different samples--from various Egyptian regions-15.4% were positive. These were rice bran, rice germ, maize (white), wheat bran, cotton seed cake and fish meal. The highest contamination was in fish meal (40-70 ppb) whereas the lowest was in wheat bran (3 ppb). Mean of the contamination level was 25.9 +/- 3.4 ppb with a range of 3-70 ppb. For the first time in the Egyptian foods and feeds will be informed about the presence of the mycotoxin zearalenone with a high concentration. 【目的】 了解广西地区不同饲养模式下不同季节水牛奶霉菌毒素污染状况。【方法】 随机采集2020年10-11月(秋季)和2021年4月(春季)每季3种饲养模式(规模化、养殖合作社或养殖小区、散养)原料水牛奶样品各8个,共计48个样品,利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定水牛奶的霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)、赭曲霉毒素A (OTA)、HT-2毒素(HT-2)、T-2毒素(T-2)、α-玉米赤霉烯醇(α-ZEL)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON))污染状况。【结果】 在48个样品中,有16个样品(33.33%)检测出AFM1,养殖合作社或养殖小区模式检出率最高(43.75%),散养模式检出率最低(18.75%)。检出样品的AFM1含量均低于中国的国家限量标准0.5 μg/kg,其中2个样品(4.17%)超过欧盟限量标准(0.05 μg/kg)。原料水牛奶中HT-2、T-2、α-ZEL、ZEN和DON的成人每日最大容许摄入量(PMTDI)均远低于联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织下的食品添加剂联合专家委员(JECFA)设定值,原料水牛奶中OTA的成人每周耐受摄入量(PTWI)也低于JECFA设定值,且OTA含量均低于欧盟限量标准(<2 ng/mL)。与养殖合作社或养殖小区模式相比,散养和规模化模式生产的原料水牛奶中HT-2含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。规模化模式生产的原料水牛奶T-2含量显著低于散养模式(P<0.05)。原料水牛奶中秋季AFM1平均含量和超欧洲限量标准率高于春季,但春季AFM1的检出率高于秋季;3种饲养模式中,春秋两季散养模式样品中AFM1检出率均最低;秋季各养殖模式原料水牛奶中OTA和DON的平均含量均高于春季。【结论】 目前广西地区原料水牛奶质量在安全范围(AFM1含量低于0.5 μg/kg,HT-2、T-2、α-ZEL、ZEN和DON的成人PMTDI及OTA的成人PTWI均低于JECFA设定值),但多种霉菌毒素在水牛奶中均有检出,污染风险仍应引起人们的警惕。  相似文献

Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a widespread mycotoxin which is produced mainly by the mould fungi Aspergillus ochraceus and Penicillum verrucosum during the storage of cereals, cereal products and other plant-derived products such as herbs, spices, grapes, etc. By carry over from mouldy fodder, ochratoxin A is also found in pork meat, offal and sausages containing pork blood. When ingested as a food contaminant, OTA is very persistent in human beings with a blood half-life of 35 days after a single oral dosage due to unfavourable elimination toxicokinetics. This renders the toxin among the most frequent mycotoxin contaminants in human blood in the EU, the US, Canada, and elsewhere, where it has been investigated. OTA is neither stored nor deposited in the body, but heterogeneous body distribution may impose serious damage to the kidneys. The toxin was classified a 2B cancer compound, being possibly carcinogenic for humans. It was among the strongest carcinogenic compounds in rats and mice. As the toxicological profile also includes teratogenesis, nephrotoxicity, and immunotoxicity, legislation authorities are currently discussing maximal residue levels (MRL) for OTA in various foodstuffs. In the present article arguments are presented which suggest an acceptable daily intake (ADI) of 1.5 ng OTA/kg body weight and a much lower MRL than 5 microgram OTA/kg cereals and cereal products as has been postulated by the EU commission.  相似文献

Ochratoxin A (OTA) is an important mycotoxin with potential to reach the human food chain through carry-over of contaminated, mostly cereal-based, feed into animal-derived products. Certain population groups, such as infants and children, are intensive and relatively restricted consumers of some animal-derived products, particularly milk and other dairy products, which may become contaminated with OTA. This review examines the literature on the occurrence of OTA in animal-derived products and discusses the public health and food safety implications of consumption of these products. The risk of OTA contamination of meat, milk, blood and derived products is discussed.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to examine the effects of and possible interactions between dry matter (DM) intake and feeding Fusarium toxin-contaminated wheat on ruminal fermentation, serum chemical parameters and milk yield of dairy cows. Fourteen dairy cows equipped with ruminal and duodenal cannulas were analysed. All animals were fed the same ration, the daily feed amounts being adjusted to current performance. On DM basis, the ration consisted of 60% concentrate including 55% wheat [Fusarium-contaminated wheat (mycotoxin period) or control wheat (control period)] and was completed with 40% maize and grass silage. Each cow was fed the contaminated wheat [deoxynivalenol (DON), 8.21 mg/kg DM and zearalenone (ZON), 0.09 mg/kg DM] and the control wheat (0.25 mg DON/kg DM and 51 microg ZON/kg DM). As expected, a higher organic matter (OM) intake decreased the amounts of fermented crude nutrients related to the respective intakes. An increased amount of crude protein degraded (p < 0.05) and a lower molar percentage of propionate in the rumen fluid were observed when feeding the Fusarium toxin-contaminated wheat at increased OM intakes in comparison with the control wheat. The activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase (ASAT; p < 0.001), glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH; p < 0.01) and gamma glutamyl transferase (gamma-GT; p < 0.01) increased with increasing OM intake and were not related to the mycotoxin contamination of the wheat.  相似文献

本研究旨在采用免疫亲和柱高效液相色谱法测定北京地区猪场饲料及饲料原料中赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)的含量,以了解北京地区饲料中OTA污染情况。试验抽样采集北京市昌平区、大兴区、延庆区、平谷区、顺义区5个区县15个猪场131份饲料样[玉米14份、豆粕11份、麸皮13份、干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)17份、猪全价配合饲料76份]进行OTA含量的测定。结果表明:玉米、豆粕、麸皮和DDGS中OTA的检出率分别为92.86%、63.64%、76.92%和100.00%,平均含量分别为22.12、10.81、7.78和22.46μg/kg,仅发现玉米中OTA含量超标,超标率为7.14%。乳猪料、仔猪料、中猪料、大猪料、怀孕母猪料和哺乳母猪料中OTA的检出率分别为100.00%、85.70%、85.70%、94.44%、90.00%和100.00%,平均含量分别为4.39、15.74、11.66、13.07、47.75和15.40μg/kg,仅发现怀孕母猪料中OTA含量超标,超标率为20.00%,其他配合饲料中OTA含量均较低。综上所述,不同饲料或饲料原料中OTA含量存在差异,本调研结果发现玉米和怀孕母猪料中OTA含量部分超标,其他猪全价配合饲料及饲料原料中OTA含量均未超标。  相似文献

Background

The current study was carried out to provide a reference for the control of mycotoxin contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds for swine.

Methods

A total of 55 feed ingredients, including 14 corn, 13 wheat bran, 11 soybean meal and 17 dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) as well as 76 complete swine feeds including 7 creep feeds, 14 starter feeds, 14 grower feeds, 18 grower-finisher feeds, 10 gestating sow feeds, and 13 lactating sow feeds were randomly collected from 15 swine farms located in the Beijing region of China from July to August 2011. Immunoaffinity clean-up, using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) in combination with UV or Fluorescence Detection, was used for quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone (ZEA) and ochratoxin A (OTA) in the ingredients and complete feeds.

Results

DON and ZEA were the most prevalent mycotoxins found. DON was detected at percentages of 93, 92, 54, 100 and 97% with a mean level of 1.01, 0.44, 0.05, 1.36 and 0.65 ppm in the samples of corn, wheat bran, soybean meal, DDGS and complete feeds, respectively. The detected percentages of ZEA were 100, 100, 54, 100 and 100 with mean levels of 109.1, 14.9, 9.2, 882.7 and 58.9 ppb in the same samples. In the wheat bran and soybean meal samples, the content of all four mycotoxins were below the maximum limits set by Chinese regulations while the percentage of samples that exceeded regulatory limits were 7, 57 and 7% for corn, and 7, 14 and 3% for the complete feeds for AFB1, DON and OTA respectively. DDGS showed the most serious mycotoxin contamination and the percentage of samples that exceeded regulatory limits were 6, 88 and 41%, for AFB1, DON and ZEA, respectively.

Conclusions

This paper is the first to present data on the natural occurrence of AFB1, DON, ZEA and OTA in ingredients and complete feeds obtained from swine farms in China’s Beijing region. The data shows that feed ingredients and complete swine feeds obtained from these farms are most often contaminated with DON followed by contamination with AFB1 and ZEA.  相似文献

[目的]为掌握昆明市部分奶牛饲料霉菌毒素污染状况,采集了昆明市部分奶牛场(养殖小区)的饲用玉米面、全株玉米青贮,全混合日粮(TMR)共80 批次进行分析。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附试剂盒测定80 批饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、赭曲霉毒素A(OTA),玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、伏马毒素(FB1+FB2)、T-2毒素、呕吐毒素(DON)6 种霉菌毒素含量,超标情况按照《GB 13078—2017 饲料卫生标准》判定。[结果]玉米面中ZEN检出率88.2%,平均值为(1 047.2±935.5)μg/kg,超标率达到76.4%; DON检出率82.3%,平均值为(1 375.2±635.2)μg/kg,FB1+FB2+FB3检出率35.3%,平均值为(277.4±490.9)μg/kg,AFB1检出率为35.3%,平均值为(8.6±2.9)μg/kg;OTA、T-2毒素均未检出。TMR中DON检出率25%,平均值为(1 047.2±935.5)μg/kg,AFB1检出率为16.7%,平均值为(2.3±1.2)μg/kg,ZEN检出率16.7%,平均值(120.1±112.6)μg/kg,均未超标;OTA、T-2毒素、FB1+FB2+FB3均未检出。全株玉米青贮饲料中DON检出率47.1%,平均值为(1 375.2±635.2)μg/kg,ZEN检出率为29.4%,平均值为(142.5±191.1)μg/kg,均未超标;AFB1、OTA、T-2毒素、FB1+FB2+FB3均未检出。[结论]霉菌毒素检出率:DON>ZEN>AFB1>FB1+FB2+FB3 >T-2毒素和OTA;污染程度:玉米面>全株玉米青贮>TMR。三类饲料中霉菌毒素都有不同程度的污染,其中玉米面霉菌毒素污染风险最大,在运输、存储、使用时要予以高度关注,避免造成经济损失。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the contamination of finishing pigs with polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) after feeding either uncontaminated feed or feed contaminated with 0.75, 2 or 4 ng/kg toxic equivalents (TEQ; calculated by multiplying individual congener concentrations by congener-specific toxicity equivalency factors). The feed was mixed with pure substances of PCDD/Fs to get the intended contamination. Five groups of six piglets each were fed contaminated feed, one group of five piglets served as control. One group was fed contaminated feed (4 ng TEQ/kg) only for the rearing period (6 weeks), and another group for the first 8 weeks of the fattening period (4 ng TEQ/kg feed). The other groups received the contaminated feed during the 12-weeks fattening period. After slaughtering, the edible parts of the belly, loin and fore-end were collected and homogenized. The samples of group 2 and 4a were investigated uncooked as well as roasted. Fattening yield and feed conversion (kg feed/kg weight gain) of the animals of all groups were in the normal range (final weight 109.7 kg; feed conversion 2.55-2.69 kg). The PCDD/F-content in 1 kg fat of the belly, loin and fore-end in relation to the intake was between 0.016 (4 ng TEQ/kg feed for a 6-weeks rearing period) and 1.39% (fore-end; 2 ng TEQ/kg feed for 12-weeks fattening period). There was a decrease in dioxin residues after a 12-weeks period but not after a 4-weeks period of feeding an uncontaminated feed. When feed contaminated with 0.75, 2 and 4 ng TEQ/kg was given for a 12-weeks fattening period, the residue concentrations of PCDD/F-TEQ in 1 kg belly was 0.455, 1.07 and 1.55 ng, in 1 kg fore-end 0.04 ng, 0.32 ng and 0.34 ng and in 1 kg loin 0.015 ng, 0.07 ng and 0.30 ng respectively. Roasting had no influence on the dioxin-residues. The residues per g belly fat exceed the maximum limits for dioxin in food of 0.6 pg WHO-PCDD/F-TEQ/g fat (EC Recommendations 2002/201/EC), when feed containing 0.75 ng PCDD/F-TEQ/kg is given for 12 weeks. When feed containing 0.4 ng TEQ (maximum content; EC recommendations 2002/201/EC) is given for 12 weeks, approximately 0.55 pg TEQ/g fat can be expected in the food. This value is within the action level of 0.6 pg/g fat of porks. In conclusion, the results of the study allow prediction of dioxin residues in the edible tissue of pork, if the feed contamination is known and the amount of feed intake can be estimated.  相似文献

3970 feed samples were analysed for the fusariumtoxins deoxynivalenol and zearalenone. 979 (24.6%) of the submitted feed samples from farms with case history (swine herds: decreased feed intake and daily weight gain, vomiting, cannibalism, impaired fertility, small litter size, weakness of newborn piglets, prolonged oestrus of sows; cattle: persistence of follicular ovarian cysts, enteritis, decreased slaughter weight, feed refusal). 74% of the samples contained cereal and corn ingredients respectively or were complete diet samples from swine herds. Based on economic losses the fusariumtoxin deoxynivalenol is most important in Austrian husbandry and particularly found in maize, cornsilage, wheat and oat.  相似文献

The pharmacokinetic behavior of cyclopiazonic acid (CPA) was determined in market weight pigs using a competitive indirect ELISA developed for the determination of the mycotoxin in various biological matrices. Sample preparation for corn and skeletal muscle was achieved with a single extraction and recoveries of 53+/-6% over the effective range of the standard curve. The detection limit of CPA was 1 ppb in plasma, which required no extraction, and 20 ppb in corn and skeletal muscle with average intra- and interassay CV of 11 and 23%, respectively. Levels of CPA contamination in corn grown and stored in Michigan were unremarkable compared with published toxicity thresholds; the highest level of CPA found in any sample was 47 ppb. In pigs given a 20-mg i.v. bolus, CPA distributed rapidly among three compartments, with an overall volume of distribution (49 L) nearly equivalent to total body water. Cyclopiazonic acid was eliminated with a half-life of 24 h. Estimates of these pharmacokinetic parameters were supported by the achievement of steady-state plasma CPA levels within 6 d in pigs consuming a diet containing 10 ppm CPA, and by measured concentrations of CPA in plasma (410+/-44 ng/mL) and skeletal muscle (469+/-86 ng/ g). From these and other data, we concluded that the threat of CPA toxicity to livestock from consumption of cereal grains or to humans from consumption of animal products is minimal.  相似文献

The occurrence of zearalenone had not been tested n Czechoslovakia; out of a number of analytic procedures for the determination of this mycotoxin in grains and some feed mixtures, the method described by Mirocha et al. (1974) was chosen for this study. The tests were performed with 61 samples of grain and 22 samples of other feeds. In barley 58.3% of the samples were positive in the range from 0.19 to 0.82 micromol.kg-1 in wheat 46.4% of samples in the range from 0.19 to 0.57 micromol. kg-1, in maize 6.7% of samples, containing 0.33 mumol.kg-1. Oat samples contained no zearalenone. The positive findings in the samples of the commercial mixtures COS 1, COS 2, SOL and KPB ranged from 0.19 to 0.32 mumol. kg-1. Zearalenone concentrations above 0.32 mumol. kg-1 were found in seven samples of wheat, in four samples of barley, in one sample of maize and in one sample of complete feed mixture for early-weaned piglets. The described method is recommended for screening examination of grains for zearalenone in Czechoslovakia.  相似文献

The present study was planned to evaluate the possible transmission of ochratoxin A (OTA) in serum and targeted organs of broilers fed on two levels (500 and 1000 ppb) this toxin in the presence or absence of a toxin deactivator (containing a mycotoxin deactivating yeast Trichosporon mycotoxinivorans) at two inclusion levels (1 and 2 kg/ton of feed) to 270 day-old broiler chicks divided into nine groups (A-I) over a 42 days period. Serum samples were collected at 14, 28 and 42nd day of experiment, whereas, liver and kidney tissues were obtained from broilers slaughtered at 42nd day of experiment. The highest OTA levels were detected in serum, livers and kidneys of OTA treated groups without supplementation of toxin deactivator (groups D and G) at day 42 of experiment, while the residues were significantly (P<0.01) lower in treatment groups (F and I) supplemented with toxin deactivator at 2 kg/ton of feed. 霉菌毒素是真菌产生的有毒的二级代谢产物,经常在奶牛饲料及其原料中发现。最常见的霉菌毒素是黄曲霉毒素(AF)、伏马菌素(FB)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、T-2毒素和赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)。当饲料中霉菌毒素的浓度超过一定水平时,会导致奶牛发生免疫抑制、肝肾毒性、繁殖障碍等诸多健康问题。奶牛饲料原料在生长、收获、加工和储藏过程中不可避免受到霉菌毒素的污染,应用脱毒方法是预防霉菌毒素危害奶牛健康的关键控制点。物理、化学和生物脱毒是实现霉菌毒素脱毒的常见技术措施。其中,物理吸附和生物降解脱毒具有安全、绿色、去除率高、不破坏饲料营养物质等诸多优势,是国内外研究的重点和方向。本文主要介绍了奶牛饲料中常见霉菌毒素的生物特性、致病机理及其对奶牛的危害和物理、化学、生物脱毒方法,为防控霉菌毒素污染,实现健康养殖提供参考。  相似文献

1. Two experiments were conducted to study effects of oat hulls and their interaction with soluble fibre in broiler chickens. 2. In experiment 1, wheat or naked oats based diets with or without NSP-degrading enzymes were mixed with 0, 40 or 100 g/kg oat hulls which replaced a maize starch/soy isolate mixture, and the diets were fed to broiler chickens from 7-21 d of age. 3. Production results, AMEn determined between 14 and 16 d of age, and ileal digestibility indicated no negative effect of oat hulls on nutrient digestibility or weight gain. 4. Feed consumption increased significantly when oat hulls were included in the diet and relative gut weight increased correspondingly (P<0.05). 5. No interaction effects were found between soluble and insoluble fibres, except for a possible effect on starch digestibility in wheat diets. 6. In experiment 2, mash diets were fed unsupplemented, or were supplemented with coarsely or finely ground oat hulls which replaced a maize starch/soy isolate mixture. 7. Faecal titanium dioxide excreted between 1 and 48 h after feeding of a gelatin capsule containing titanium dioxide, was used to calculate feed passage time. 8. There was a tendency (P=0.08) for faster feed passage with inclusion of coarsely ground oat hulls, but no effect of finely ground oat hulls was found.  相似文献

A study was carried out to determine the microbial and nutritional characteristics of dry feed, liquid feed containing fermented liquid cereal grain, and fermented liquid compound feed, and their effect on gastrointestinal ecology and growth performance of piglets. Three dietary treatments were designed: dry feed (DRY); fermented liquid cereal grain feed (FLG); and fermented liquid feed (FLF). The FLF was prepared by removing three times daily 50% of the mixture (feed and water) stored in a tank at 20 °C and replacing it with an equal amount of fresh feed and water. The FLG was similarly prepared but fermenting only the cereals (barley and wheat) and adding the remaining ingredients immediately before feeding. One hundred and twenty weaners were fed the diets during 6 weeks from weaning. The dietary content of lysine (g/100 g protein) was 6.01 in the DRY diet, 6.21 in the FLG diet, and 5.46 in the FLF diet. Feeding piglets with the FLG diet resulted in a higher density of yeasts, a higher concentration of ethanol in the GIT, and a change of the bacterial population of the stomach compared to feeding FLF. The FLG group had a numerically higher daily feed intake and daily body weight gain compared to the FLF group, but the values were not significant. Feeding liquid feed containing fermented liquid cereal grains as a means of avoiding microbial degradation of free amino acids in the feed and increasing feed intake by improving palatability seems promising.  相似文献
