Fungicidal activity of a series of 1-substituted-1-aryl-2-triazol-1-yl-ethanols

Twenty-four I-substituted-I-aryl-2-triazol-I-yl-ethanols were prepared by the reaction between acetylenic, propargylic or allylic organometallics and aryl triazolylmethyl ketones. These were tested for antifungal activity against ten phytopathogenic fungi of different taxonomic classes. EC₈₀ values were determined for the seven most active compounds and for two commercial compounds, hexaconazole and flusilazole. In these tests, the fungicidal activity of the new compounds was generally lower than that of the two reference triazoles except for two products which were more active than hexaconazole and flusilazole against powdery mildew on barley.     

Synthesis and biological evaluation of [1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alkyl]-1-silacyclopentanes

A series of 1-aryl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alkyl-1-silacyclopentanes has been synthesized by four-step reactions starting from 1-chloroalkyltrichlorosilane and tested for fungicidal activities in vitro for ten fungi and in vivo for four fungi occurring in rice, cucumber, tomato etc. Biological activities of the title compounds are strongly dependent upon the p-substituent on the phenyl group in the following order: F>Cl>Ph>OEt>H. Especially, 1-p-fluorophenyl-1-[1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alkyl]-1-silacyclopentanes (alkyl=methyl or ethyl) showed significant fungicidal activity with a broad spectrum comparable to flusilazole in in-vivo assay. © 1998 SCI.     

对氯苯丙酮肟衍生物的合成及其生物活性

为寻找新型结构的农药先导化合物,采用1-对氯苯基-3-氯-1-丙酮为原料,合成了14个结构新颖的对氯苯丙酮肟衍生物,其化学结构经1H核磁共振和元素分析确证。初步的生物活性试验结果表明,该类化合物具有一定的杀虫和除草活性,其中化合物 Ⅴi、Ⅴe和Ⅴh 在 50 mg/L浓度下对淡色库蚊Culex pipiens pallens的致死率达到100%。     

稻曲病菌Six1类效应蛋白UvSix1-1的功能研究

 稻曲病菌在侵染过程中会分泌大量的效应蛋白来帮助其侵染。本研究鉴定到一个稻曲病菌效应蛋白UvSix1-1,同源序列比对及系统发育分析发现其具有Six1蛋白保守的氨基酸位点,并与多个病原菌中的Six1蛋白具有同源性。进一步研究发现UvSix1-1可以抑制Bax、XEG1和INF1引起的烟草叶片细胞坏死,并且其预测的信号肽区域具有分泌功能,在烟草上瞬时表达UvSix1-1可以促进辣椒疫霉的定殖。对不同稻曲菌株中的序列进行分析,没有发现序列多态性,说明该基因非常保守。以上研究结果表明,UvSix1-1在病原菌侵染过程中发挥作用,研究结果为稻曲病菌效应蛋白的研究提供参考。
