为明确不同土壤质地对禾谷孢囊线虫Heterodera avenae发生危害的影响,分别测试了6种土壤质地中禾谷孢囊线虫的侵染、发育及其种群动态。结果显示:在整个小麦生长季,不同土质中禾谷孢囊线虫2龄幼虫(J2)的种群变化趋势一致。冬前土壤中少量线虫孵化,11月下旬各种土质中J2种群密度达到10.8~14.2条/100 mL土壤;4月初为J2发生高峰期,其种群密度为54.6~77.1条/100 mL土壤,且土壤中含壤土比例越高J2数量越大;J2在壤土与砂土比为6:1和1:0土壤中侵入根系的数量最多,单株根系J2数量为672.7~685.0条,且土壤中砂土比例越大J2侵入数量越少,相应地根系内3龄幼虫和形成的孢囊数量也越少;不同土质中不同时期孢囊内虫口减退率不同,但在生长季末不同土质中孢囊内虫口总减退率无显著差异。研究表明,土质对孢囊内虫口减退率无影响,土质沙性越大越不利于禾谷孢囊线虫的发生危害。  相似文献

 探究南方根结线虫Me3毒性与非毒性群体对抗感寄主趋向性和侵染能力,为揭示毒性群体致病机理及防治根结线虫策略提供理论依据。使用以水琼脂为介质的研究方法,通过对比分析辣椒抗病品种HDA149和感病品种茄门根尖附近聚集的2龄幼虫(J2)数量,来揭示南方根结线虫对抗感辣椒品种根尖的趋向性效应,并利用实时荧光定量 PCR 检测侵入到辣椒根系的毒性与非毒性线虫数量,对其侵染能力进行比较。J2 趋向性试验结果显示,在相同的时间点,HDA149 和茄门辣椒根尖处附近聚集的毒性群体 J2 数量总是显著多于非毒性群体的 J2数量;J2 对抗感辣椒的选择性结果表明,不论是毒性群体还是非毒性群体的 J2,在相同的时间点,茄门根尖附近聚集的线虫数量显著多于HDA149根尖附近的线虫数量;荧光定量 PCR 检测线虫侵染结果显示,毒性群体 J2侵入到辣椒根系的数量相对非毒性群体的 J2 更多。总之,相比南方根结线虫Me3非毒性群体,毒性群体的 J2 对寄主根系有较强的趋向性,并且侵染效率更高;相比于抗性寄主,Me3毒性群体和非毒性群体的 J2 对感病寄主有更强的选择性。  相似文献

为了解安徽皖北麦区及颍上县禾谷类孢囊线虫(cereal cyst nematode,CCN)发生和危害情况,用"zig-zag"法在皖北不同麦区采集小麦根际土样60份,利用Fenwick&Oostenbrink法分离CCN孢囊,统计卵密度发生频度。依据孢囊阴门锥等形态特征,鉴定颍上县CCN种类。利用扩散系数法判断CCN田间平面分布型,利用系统观察法,动态监测小麦生长季节0~300mm土层的2龄幼虫(J2)虫口变化。通过酸性品红染色方法监测早期侵染;选择CCN密度中等田块,以涕灭威作播前土壤处理,比较‘泛麦5’等品种的药剂处理间的株高和产量差异。结果表明,在皖北麦区,62%的田块CCN卵发生密度为1~10个/g土;经鉴定发生在颍上县的CCN为禾谷孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae),颍上黄桥镇双楼村禾谷孢囊线虫在田间为块状分布;在颍上监测到J2对小麦侵染的最早时间在3月18日,当感染田块卵密度在2.5~20.5个/g土时,产量损失为9.8%~14.9%,其中‘泛麦5’产量损失显著,达14.9%。  相似文献

本研究采用单小花滴注和喷雾接种方法对3个抗病品种(‘望水白’、‘苏麦3号’、‘扬麦16’)和3个感病品种(‘周麦18’、‘矮抗58’、‘豫保1号’)的赤霉病抗性进行分析,并用ELISA测定了籽粒、颖壳和穗轴中的DON毒素水平。结果表明:两种方法接种后第20天,除‘望水白’外,抗病品种的病级日扩展速率和病小穗率都显著低于感病品种(P0.05);单小花滴注接种条件下,除‘周麦18’的籽粒和‘矮抗58’的穗轴外,抗病品种的籽粒、颖壳、穗轴中的DON毒素含量显著低于感病品种的籽粒、颖壳、穗轴中的DON毒素含量(P0.05);而喷雾接种条件下,抗病品种与感病品种的籽粒、颖壳中的DON毒素含量差异不显著,而穗轴中的DON毒素含量差异显著(P0.05)。除个别情况外,6个品种中,籽粒中DON毒素水平颖壳中DON毒素水平穗轴中DON毒素水平(P0.05)。  相似文献

燕麦孢囊线虫在河北冬麦区的种群动态   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
为明确河北省燕麦孢囊线虫Heterodera avenae在自然环境下的侵染与发育特点,于2009-2012年分别采用漂浮法、浅盘法和酸性品红染色法在3个不同区域对土壤中孢囊和2龄幼虫(J2)以及根系内线虫进行了系统调查,并对孢囊内卵的发育动态进行检测.在土壤中除6月上中旬未检测到J2外,周年均分离到J2.冬前J2出现小高峰,种群密度为12.3 ~18.6条/100mL土样;在4月上中旬J2大量发生,种群密度为52 ~ 65条/100 mL土样.冬前J2侵入小麦后能够发育至3龄幼虫,3龄幼虫发生高峰在4月下旬至5月上旬,4龄幼虫的发生高峰在5月中下旬,白雌虫形成高峰期在5月下旬,且1年后孢囊内卵孵化率达到86.5%.研究表明,燕麦孢囊线虫在河北省小麦上1年发生1代,关键侵染期在3月下旬至4月中旬.  相似文献

小麦黄花叶病是由禾谷多黏菌传播的小麦黄花叶病毒引起的病害,近年在黄淮麦区呈蔓延加重趋势。为了给病害的防治和抗病育种工作提供依据,本研究利用分级评价方法对黄淮地区推广的小麦品种进行了田间抗病性鉴定。两年鉴定结果表明,在145个供试小麦品种中,‘濮优938’、‘新麦208’、‘豫麦416’、‘新原958’、‘豫麦70-36’、‘泛麦5号’等70个品种表现为免疫,占总数的48.28%;‘豫麦47’和‘邯6172’表现为抗病,占总数的1.38%;‘洪育2号’、‘花培2号’、‘偃展4110’、‘豫麦41’、‘郑麦9023’等48个品种表现为中抗,占总数的33.10%;‘兰天06129’、‘兰天0591’、‘徐麦9158’、‘徐麦0054’、‘徐麦1108’等25个品种表现为感病,占总数的17.24%。研究结果为指导小麦黄花叶病区合理选择小麦品种提供了科学依据。  相似文献

黄淮海大豆新品种(系)的抗病性评价   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
大豆花叶病毒(SMV)、大豆孢囊线虫(SCN)和大豆根腐病(SRR)是危害中国乃至世界大豆生产的3种主要病害。为了评价黄淮海选育的大豆新品种(系)对这3种病害的抗性水平, 采用温网室接种鉴定及田间调查自然发病的方法, 对72份大豆新品种(系)进行了抗病性鉴定。结果表明, ‘中作J8012’、‘蒙01-38’、‘汾豆86’、‘中作X96328’、‘阜08-190’等9个品系对SMV流行株系SC3和SC7表现高抗或抗病, 占参试品种总数的12.5%; ‘周01015-1’、‘远育8号’和‘冀豆17’ 3个品系对SCN 1号生理小种表现中抗; 自然条件下, 抗SRR病情指数在15以下的大豆材料有31份, 占鉴定总数的43.06%; 对SMV和SRR的抗性水平均在中抗及以上的有‘阜08-325’、‘HD0113’、‘太丰6号’等8个品系, 占参试品种数的11. 11%, 而对3种病害的抗性水平均在中抗以上的材料仅有‘冀豆17’1份。本研究的结果可为大豆抗病育种选择亲本和培育多抗性的大豆新品种提供参考。  相似文献

 大豆孢囊线虫(Heterodera glycines Ichinohe,SCN)是大豆(Glycine max (L.) Merrill)生产中的毁灭性害虫,种植抗性品种是控制其危害、减少产量损失的最佳途径。本研究通过温室盆栽实验评价了300份大豆种质对大豆孢囊线虫3号和4号生理小种的抗性。分别筛选到高抗和中抗3号生理小种的大豆种质27份和21份;高抗和中抗4号生理小种的大豆种质11份和9份。在所有供试材料中有10份材料同时对大豆孢囊线虫3号和4号生理小种表现高抗。线虫侵染实验表明,抗性材料对大豆孢囊线虫的发育有阻碍作用,并能显著降低最终形成的孢囊数。  相似文献

本研究采用试管苗菌饼接种法对108个小麦品种(系)进行抗全蚀病鉴定和评价,评价指标以病情指数为主,株高、根干重和茎叶干重为辅.结果表明,供试108个小麦品种(系)中达到中抗水平的只有‘新农19’一个品种,占供试品种(系)的0.9%;感病品种有‘郑麦3596’、‘曌氏2010-06’和‘郑麦9023-9'等82个,占供试品种(系)的75.9%;高感品种有‘豫农211’、‘众麦2号’和‘豫麦49’等25个,占供试品种(系)的23.2%.在3个辅助评价指标中,株高、根干重、茎叶干重都与抗性程度成显著正相关,其中以茎叶干重为最佳辅助指标.  相似文献

甜菜孢囊线虫Heterodera schachtii是严重危害甜菜生产的主要病原物,每年造成严重的经济损失,该线虫是我国对外重要的检疫性有害生物。本研究通过对十字花科、茄科、葫芦科、锦葵科、豆科、苋科和禾本科等16种作物29个品种进行人工接种,对其主要的寄主范围和生活史进行了测定。结果表明,甜菜孢囊线虫2龄幼虫能够侵染除小麦和玉米以外的其他14种作物25个品种,在苋科的甜菜和菠菜、茄科的番茄及十字花科等16个品种的根系能够完成生活史,形成白雌虫和孢囊。生活史调查发现,甜菜孢囊线虫接种到甜菜和油菜15 d和12 d后即可发育形成白雌虫,30 d后形成孢囊;而接种到西瓜根系后,不能正常发育,一直保持2龄幼虫虫态,无法完成生活史。上述结果表明甜菜孢囊线虫能够在甜菜、菠菜、番茄和十字花科作物上寄生,但是在不同寄主上的生活史存在一定的差异,其结果将为非寄主轮作防控甜菜孢囊线虫提供理论基础。  相似文献

作者以TSWV YN-1株系为研究材料,克隆了其G N/G C基因,测序后与GenBank中TSWV其他株系GN/GC基因进行比对,结果显示:YN-1 G N/G C基因全长3 408 bp,编码1 135个氨基酸,构建的系统发育树可分为4个群,YN-1属于群Ⅱ,与源自西班牙的SPAIN-2株系的G N/G C基因核苷酸相似性最高,达98.88%,氨基酸相似性达98.85%。YN-1株系N基因和G N/G C基因的起源不同,我们推断YN-1可能是一个发生重排(reassortment)的新株系,是不同地理起源的株系在共同传播过程中发生了重排的结果,具体原因有待进一步研究。  相似文献

锐声鸣螽俗称蝈蝈,为观赏昆虫,早为我国人民所利用,多饲以葫芦花、莴瓜花、白菜、大葱。误认为害虫。经研究其食性是以捕食各种昆虫为主。一生总食量达156~165g。是一种非常有利用前途的天敌昆虫.1年发生一代,以卵在表土层越冬。4月下旬至8月孵化,若虫经5龄。6月下旬至8月中旬羽化成虫,成虫7月上旬至9月下旬产卵,卵量264.5±44.58粒。成虫寿命87.44±7.63天.可以大规模进行人工饲养释放。  相似文献

Additive, Main-effects and Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) models are being widely used for analysing main-effects and genotypeby-environment (G E) interactions in multilocation variety trials. This paperpresents an AMMI analysis ofthe reaction to rice blast( Pyricularia oryzae ) by 25 rice genotypes grown in unreplicated trials in six locations. The object is to gain insight into G E in rice blast, and identify genotypes with high and stable resistance to the disease. Our results showed that contributions to treatment main-effects were: genotype (33%), environment (29%), and G E (38%). Analysis of the interaction revealed decreasing magnitude of contributions to the G E sum of squares in the order: interaction principal component axis 1 (IPCA1) = 39%, IPCA2 = 22%, IPCA3 = 20%, and IPCA4 = 12%. Correlation analysis related IPCA3 to total rainfall in the first month of experimentation. Considerable diversity was observed among the environments and in the reaction of the differential entries to blast disease. An overlap between two differentials suggest one could replace the other. Four improved upland varieties (IRAT13, LAC23, ITA257, and ITA235) and three improved lowland plant types (ITA116, ITA118, and ITA120) showed high and stable resistance to blast. Compared with their parents, this suggests progress in varietal improvement against blast in Africa. The paper discusses some applications of AMMI in the analysis and interpretation of multilocation blast screening data.  相似文献

Within season gradient of wheat take‐all was measured in field experiments according to line or random sowing host spatial distribution, and two Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici (Ggt) isolates (G1i and G2i), representative of the G1 and G2 genotype groups in terms of aggressiveness. Root disease incidence and severity were assessed at six dates from early March to late June on plants located at regular distances from the inoculum sources. Simple models relating disease intensity at different levels of hierarchy fitted observed data well, and indicated a strong disease aggregation both within and among plants. Disease severity on source plants placed nearby the inoculum source increased over time, ranging from 5 to 46% at the first assessment, and from 55 to 98% at the last assessment, being in general larger for G2i than G1i. In line‐sown plots, disease progressed steadily along the line but did not extend beyond 20 cm, seldom reaching the neighbour line. Disease rarely reached 25 cm in the direct‐seeded crop stands. These results indicate that Ggt intensifies but does not spread to a large extent during a cropping season. Distance from the source, pathogen genotype and assessment date had a significant effect on disease severity according to mixed model analyses, disease spread being larger for G2i than G1i. However, no significant effect of host spatial distribution could be detected. Yield loss within 20 cm of the source plant ranged between 20 and 40%, and was not significantly affected by pathogen genotype or host spatial distribution.  相似文献

The effect of 0.35, 0.5, 0.7, 1, 1.4 and 2 g aldicarb/m2, applied at planting time, on the multiplication of small densities ofGlobodera rostochiensis on potato was investigated in an experiment on sandy loam. The chemical was applied broadcast to the soil and rotavated into the top 15 cm on half the plots of each treatment. The plots were ridged three times, the first time immediately after the planting of the potatoes. Nematodes multiplied at the same rate in the top 20 cm of the soil on rotavated and non-rotavated plots treated with the same dosage of the chemical. The relation between log dosage and probit reduction of the multiplication rate in the top 20 cm after the plots had been levelled was linear between 0.35 g and 1.4 g aldicarb/m2. The dosage-increase efficiency was 0.3 probit units per doubling of the dosage and the reduction of the multiplication rate at 0.5 g aldicarb/m2 76%, whereas 2 g aldicarb/m2 was not more effective than 1.4 g. However, multiplication rates in the centre of the ridges of rotavated plots were reduced by 96.5% at 1 to 2 g aldicarb/m2 but only by about 60% below the furrows and by 60% to 80% below the ridges. The latter reduction was the greater the larger the dosage of the chemical.The observations were in accordance with the supposition that multiplication of nematodes was totally inhibited in the top 20 cm of plots treated with 1.4 g and 2 g aldicarb/m2 and that postharvest populations there consisted entirely of non-hatched eggs of the pre-plant population. The poor performance of the chemical in the deeper layers of the soil makes application less effective in reducing population build-up than in preventing yield losses.Samenvatting Het effect van 0,35, 0,5, 0,7, 1, 1,4 en 2 g aldicarb/m2, toegediend vlak voor het poten, op de vermenigvuldiging vanGlobodera rostochiensis op aardappel werd onderzocht in een veldproef op zavel. Het middel werd breedwerpig over de oppervlakte van de grond verdeeld. Daarna werd de helft van de met elke dosis behandelde en van de onbehandelde veldjes gefreesd tot 15 cm diepte. Er werd drie maal aangeaard. Er was geen verschil in de vermenigvuldiging van de aaltjes in de bovenste 20 cm van de grond tussen wel en van het middel van probit vermindering van het vermenigvuldigingsgetal van het aaltje ten opzichte van onbehandeld in de bovenste 20 cm van de grond was rechtlijnig tussen 0,35 g en 1,4 g aldicarb/m2. Het effect van dosisvergroting was 0,3 probit eenheid per verdubbeling van de dosis en de vermindering van het vermenigvuldigingsgetal bij 0,5 g aldicarb/m2 77%. Het effect van 1,4 g en 2 g aldicarb/m2 was gelijk. De resultaten zijn in overeenstemming met de veronderstelling, dat in de met 1,4 en 2 g aldicarb/m2 behandelde veldjes de vermenigvuldiging van de aaltjes in de bovenste 20 cm van de grond geheel was verhinderd. Met een voor praktische toepassing aanvaardbare dosis aldicarb kon een sterke vermeerdering van aardappelcystenaaltijes beneden 20 cm onder de oppervlakte van de grond niet worden voorkómen. Daardoor is de bruikbaarheid van dit systemische nematicide (en van overeenkomstige middelen) in een bestrijdingssysteem, dat streeft naar het (zeer) laag houden van dichtheden van aardappelcystenaaltjes, problematisch.  相似文献

利用G-P杀虫剂——灰绿拟青霉发酵液与两种植物提取物配制的复合生物杀虫剂防治麦蚜和菜蚜,室内毒力测定结果表明:G-P杀虫剂400倍液48小时对3种麦蚜的毒效为98.4%~98.9%,对3种菜蚜的毒效为92.7%~98.3%;G-P杀虫剂对6种供试蚜虫的致死中浓度为稀释1536~2075倍。田间小区试验和大田示范G-P200和400倍液对麦蚜与菜蚜2天防效均达95%。  相似文献

本文报道G-P复合生物杀虫剂大豆田蚜虫及其天然毒效的室内测定和田间试验的结果。G-P400倍液室内试验对大豆田蚜虫24小时时致死死率为77.3-80.5%,48小时达91.3-96.1%。田间试验防效达91.0%,与氧化乐果1000倍液的毒效相。G-P杀虫剂蚜虫天敌呈现低毒性。  相似文献
