In order to reliably monitor unexpected tool failure and prevent workpiece or machine tool from possible damages in batch machining, a tool breakage on-line monitoring method based on power information and cross-correlation algorithm is proposed. In this method, wavelet coefficients of spindle-power signal are used as the characteristic vector of machining information, and then the vector sequence extracted from a normal machining process via Mallat wavelet is defined as the reference template for monitoring cutting tool condition. In batch machining, real-time characteristic vector of the workpiece in machining process is extracted via an improved real-time wavelet algorithm. The correlation of two vector sub-sequences within a sampling time window, which is described by generalized cross-correlation coefficient, decreases apparently when the tool is broken. The generalized cross-correlation coefficient is defined as tool condition index (TCI), and tool breakage can be detected by monitoring the TCI with a threshold value. Experiments show that the method can accurately identify tool breakage failures in normal machining condition, and thus it is practical.  相似文献

The Event tree model for failure of city gas pipeline is established in this article according to the property of city gas,the fault tree analyses are incorporated into the event tree. The fault trees are used to analyze the causes and probabilities of the initial event and subsequent events, while the event tree is used to analyze the subsequent event of gas leaking and the probabilities of the consequential events. Thus, a comprehensive analysis method for failure of city gas pipeline and its hazard has been produced.  相似文献

Based on the thorough analysis of typical failure modes and influences of on-load tap-changers in power transformer, the fault-tree of tap-changers is set up using fault-tree analysis techniques and the assessment method for the reliability of tap-changers, combined with the index of the importance and the weight integration method based on the multi-objective decision-making theory and subjective and objective integrated weights, is put forward. The assessment examples show that the method can deduct and ratiocinate the failure modes of tap-changers clearly, find out the weaknesses in time during the operation, reflect the influence degree of each fault modes, obtain the reliability level of tap-changers in the operation and get better assessment results.  相似文献

以竖向荷载和水平地震作用组合下的钢筋混凝土柱和钢柱为对象,研究了失效方程中荷载相关特性对柱承载力抗震可靠性的影响。根据现行《混凝土结构设计规范》和《钢结构设计规范》分析了不同柱弯矩轴力相关曲线的特性。结合多个框架结构实例,对比了柱失效方程中荷载相关曲线与规范考虑情形的异同。实例分析表明:水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下,小偏压RC柱和工字型钢柱的荷载相关曲线与规范考虑的情形较为符合,均近似为负相关的直线;水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下,大偏压RC柱的荷载相关曲线则与规范考虑的情形有较大出入,存在明显的正相关段部分。在此基础上,考虑失效方程复杂特性,依据已有的荷载和抗力变量概率模型,采用Monte Carlo法分析了水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下柱的可靠性。结果表明:钢柱和小偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度随轴压力荷载效应比值的变化幅度较小,与规范模式计算结果较接近;大偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度随轴压力荷载效应比值的变化会有较大幅度波动,与规范模式计算结果差异较大;当轴压力荷载效应比值为负时,大偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度会低于规范计算值较多,现行柱可靠性设计方法会偏于不安全。  相似文献

Causality diagram methodology is a probabilistic reasoning, which can be applied to fault analysis. However, it lacks analysis on the importance of failure mode. The importance of failure mode is introduced to develop causality diagram methodology, which is successfully applied in fault analysis of gas explosion in colliery. The study shows that causality diagram based on importance of failure mode is an effective qualitative and quantitative method to analyse faulty, evaluate system safety and provide feasible countermeasures to prevent accidents.  相似文献

The best chance to extinguish the fire in commercial buildings is at the initial stage of a fire.For the problems during extinguishments at the initial stage of fire,a fire extinguishment system model at initial stage of fire in commercial buildings is designed.The fire data come from the fire cases in Chinese commercial buildings.The expected value and Variance of probability of basic events are calculated by using Bayesian statistical analysis method,which has overcome the difficulty from inefficient fire datum and obtaining repeated fire experience.Then the failure probability of extinguishments system at initial stage of fire is concluded from fault tree analysis and the error propagation analysis of fault tree is made.A systematic strategic decision has been made finally.  相似文献

The probabilistic model of resistance in the current unified standard for reliability design is imprecise for RC members subjected to eccentric compression. The reason is that it lacks full considerations of influences of varying eccentricities. An improved probabilistic model of resistance with different eccentricities and reinforcement ratios is obtained by using the Monte Carlo sampling method and the current probabilistic models of all resistant factors. The results indicate that it is accurate to fit the probabilistic distribution of resistance with normal distribution. Given that, the applicability of the improved model is analyzed for reliability analysis of RC members subjected to eccentric compression with random eccentricities. It shows that when the design value of eccentricity is close to or larger than the eccentricity producing balanced failure, there would be large errors in reliability analysis if the probabilistic model of resistance given in the current reliability unified standard is used. However, it is accurate when using the proposed probabilistic model. The results also show that the design of RC members subjected to large eccentric compression is unsafe based on the current reliability unified standard because it lacks full considerations of effects that the resistance decreases as eccentricity increases.  相似文献

Construction risk for water piers and foundations with double-wall steel cofferdam was analyzed by the fuzzy fault tree theory. An evaluation method of construction risk for water piers and foundations with double-wall steel cofferdam was proposed. Fuzzy fault tree of construction risk for water piers and foundations with double-wall steel cofferdam was established based on Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge. 31 bottom events were considered in fuzzy fault tree model according to 2 water pier and foundation with double-wall steel cofferdam. Key process of construction risk was obtained and risk prevention measures were proposed.Results showed that fuzzy number of construction risk probability for water piers and foundations with double-wall steel cofferdam was(0.05015,0.05278,0.05542). Construction risk of 2 water pier was highest. And weld leakage, pile broken and sand boiling were the key processes with higher construction risk. There fore appropriate prevention measures would be taken to reduce the construction risk for water piers and foundations with double-wall steel cofferdam.  相似文献

There exists muchinterference in machining internal spiral groove with big lift angle and small size, whichis a difficult problem. The design and calculation of tool section is analyzed in this paper while differentcutters are utilized to machine the groove when the tool axis is parallel or skew to that of the work piece. The approximating method of using circular-arc cutter is put forward, which is proved by the calculation and analysis to be a feasible method within range of the permissible error. The digital simulation of machining internal spiral groove which is finished by different methods, such as simulation of tool path, error analysis, verification of the cutter design and so on, has been done through typical software such as the Program files function of I-DEAS and the Manufacturing Module of UG.  相似文献

The peculiar non linear error in the 5 axis NC machining is studied. An improved tool step determination method for the 5 axis NC machining is proposed, in which the non linear error is compensated. Both the arc chord error and the non linear error are considered when computing the tool step, and the comprehensive error is taken as the function of the tool path parameter. Due to the difficulty of gaining the derivative of this function and the tool step according to the prescribed tolerance, the secant method is improved to guarantee the real solution locating in the converging range which is adopted to compute the tool step. The implementing example shows that the proposed method can compensate the non linear error effectively with meeting the prescribed tolerance. The exact tool step can be gotten efficiently with the improved secant method.  相似文献

针对高超声速飞行器中广泛应用的陶瓷瓦热防护系统,结合有限元法和蒙特卡洛模拟建立了其概率热分析系统,提出了刚性陶瓷瓦热防护系统尺寸概率设计方法。建立了刚性陶瓷瓦热防护系统的二维有限元模型,考虑了热传导系数、比热容和表面辐射率等材料属性参数以及热防护系统各层厚度的不确定性,得到系统温度场的概率分布特性和系统热防护性能对各参数的灵敏度,并对系统的热可靠性进行了评估。算例表明:文中提出的方法对热防护系统设计过程中合理确定陶瓷瓦厚度和在保证系统性能的前提下有效减轻重量具有指导价值。  相似文献

比较了成熟期27个梨品种的果胶含量、半乳糖醛酸含量、果肉硬度和可溶性固形物含量,并分析果胶含量与果实品质特性的相关性。结果表明,不同梨品种间的果肉硬度、可溶性固形物、果胶、半乳糖醛酸含量4个指标的差异性都达到极显著水平(P0.01),果肉硬度均值为2.76 kg·cm-2,F值为47.03;半乳糖醛酸含量为0.64%~1.73%,F值为89.24,品种间差异最大;可溶性固形物含量为9.41%~15.19%,F值为17.66,品种间差异最小;果胶含量为0.23%~1.02%,与可溶性固形物和半乳糖醛酸含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01),Pearson相关系数分别为0.618和0.680。  相似文献

为了探索逆断层附近易于发生煤岩动力灾害的力学机制,构建了由构造应力为主导的圆弧形断层面简化力学模型,得到了构造应力以及由其引起附加垂直应力的分布规律,进而建立了断层上盘逆冲滑动临界角度的数学模型。研究表明:水平构造应力与附加垂直应力随着断层倾角的增大而增大,当断层倾角接近90°时,附加垂直应力突然增大且其值数倍高于水平构造应力;基于逆断层滑动的力学分析,理论计算了煤层沿断层逆冲滑动的临界角度,这将对煤岩动力灾害的危险性预测有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

Electro-mechanical coupling facts about transmission system influence dynamic characteristic and response characteristic of servo system. The coupling factors of precision transmission system are put forward, and the modelling methods of electro-mechanical system are analyzed. Based on the large-scale precise horizontal machining center, the dynamic chart of servo feed system is gained through analyzing mathematical model of the taehes, and the influence on transmission stiffness and transmission error is simulated in precision transmission system. Through changing parameters in servo feed system, the influence on dynamic characteristic and response characteristic is analyzed, so it provides a mathematical model for parameter optimization.  相似文献

A mathematical model for accurate relief grinding of gear hob cutters along radial directions is presented based on the analysis of grinding geometry. Both the design and manufacturing models of gear hob cutters are carefully derived and presented. By employing the plane envelope theory, the reference contour of the grinding wheel is determined in order to attain the design tool profile precisely. The tooth profile error model after regrinding is also given to confirm the grinding parameters. The model provides accurate solutions for both the tool profile and the sectional contour of the grinding wheel. It is simple and straightforward and can be used to produce high precision hob cutters systematically. Two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The model computing results indicate that the proposed method is practical, precise and reliable. The method provides valuable reference for the design and machining of hob cutters.  相似文献

Aiming at the problem of machining quenched internal helical gears, a method and its equipment are discussed and designed, which is used for machining quenched internal helical gears by EDM. Its characteristic and principle are proposed. The modifying design of the electrode gear and the calculating method of its modification coefficients is presented. Analyzing for the error of the machining equipment is done. The results show that this problem can be solved by EDM, the electrode gear is the modification gear of machined gear and the machining accuracy can be improved by controlling errors.  相似文献

In order to improve the existing method of electric network reliability evaluation, the basic concepts, for example, the flow through the failure events, the sent ends and received ends of these failure events, the load curtailment region of the received ends and the degree of the load curtailment, are defined. With these concepts, the connotation of LCSN (Load Curtail Strategy by Near) is enriched and algorithms of the load curtailment region are conducted. The theory foundation for further exploring LCSN is created. The results show that the algorithm can quickly and effectively make reliability assessment of power systems.  相似文献
