It is proposed to introduce approximate model method to crashworthiness optimization design of thin wall beam,and the approximate model can be optimized by using sequential response surface method.In order to solve the parameterization design problem of finite element model,a parameterization model about material,cross section size and spotweld of thin wall beam is established by developing corresponding procedures.The results show that optimization design can not only improve the performance of absorbing energy of thin wall beam,but also reduce the weight greatly;the approximate model method can greatly improve optimization efficiency.  相似文献

Skin electrode unit is a channel through which energy can be transferred to the implanted device by volume conduction. The unit can be equivalent to lumped circuit, but so far there are no appropriate calculation methods of these circuit parameters, so variable load method based on field-circuit coupled is proposed. A skin electrode unit field circuit coupled model is established to obtain the relationship of the network parameters between voltage and current at electrode port, and the amplitude and phase of the power signal is extracted by the use of all phase FFT spectrum analysis. On this basis, equivalent circuit impedance parameters of the skin electrode unit under various conditions are obtained by the application of variable load method and the validity of the method is verified. As a result, the equivalent circuit impedance parameters obtained in this way can be used for the circuit analysis and optimization of the volume conduction energy transfer system.  相似文献

There are obvious geometric nonlinear mechanical characteristics in new type arch bridge with diagonal web cables. Meanwhile, the convergence of the existing arch axis iterative optimization method is not good. In order to solve new type arch bridge axis iteration convergence problem considering geometric nonlinear mechanical analysis, an arch axis iteration optimization method was proposed based on the iteration basis finite element model with two hinge arch model in main arch ring. A 600m span arch bridge with diagonal web cables was selected as an example to test the convergence performance and applicability of proposed method. The results showed that the bending moment of proposed method had better distribution along arch span, and it is about 35% smaller in maximum bending moment, 17% smaller in minimum bending moment and 23% smaller in bending strain energy compared to the results of linear iteration optimization method. Convergence analysis results demonstrated that proposed method had better iteration performance than the existing method. Meanwhile, different initial arch axis can converge to stable results.  相似文献

Aiming at the characteristics of multi type and batch production with flexible process, the simulation logic is designed. Taking Witness as simulation platform, the simulation model combining input plan with scheduling for multi type and batch production is constructed. The design method of parameter optimization of nonlinear viscous dampers for dissipation structure was analyzed based on response surface methods. The method included experimental design, finite element analysis, fitting the response surface function and parameter optimization. Taking a reinforced concrete frame structure for an instance, the mathematical model of parameter optimization of viscous dampers for dissipation structure was established by taking the minimum all damping force as objective function and taking the interlayer maximum displacement less than limits as constraints, and then the damper parameters were optimized using the method of nonlinear programming optimization. The results show that the method of parameter optimization of viscous dampers based on response surface method can ensure the structural displacement is less than limit and the construction cost can be reduced.  相似文献

A multi-object optimization model is proposed with respect to the completed vehicle in ergonomics,which takes the root-mean-square value of body in multiple work condition and the decoupled energy of engine mounting system as a general object. The optimization values is given. This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

将改进的智能预测技术应用于储粮横向通风过程中的粮堆温度预测,为粮食通风智能预测与决策提供了一种新思路。选取河北清苑国家粮食储备库冬季横向通风的实时监测数据,在分析主要影响因素的基础上,应用三种智能优化算法——网格寻优算法、GA遗传算法寻优、PSO粒子群算法,结合回归支持向量机理论,对粮堆的通风过程进行建模。结果表明,优化过的回归预测模型能较好地拟合粮食温度与其他变量之间的非线性关系,尤其是当样本数量较为有限时,该方法具有更高的拟合精度,更适合对储粮通风这一强非线性过程的预测研究,对于人工干预操作具有一定的现实指导意义。  相似文献

The mountain hazards like snow avalanches, landslides, rock falls, debris flows and so on all have strong power of destruction which seriously threaten human’s lives and belongings. Therefore, it is necessary to study more the development of these disasters in order to prevent them. Setting up obstacles is the primary measure to control the movement and deposition process of mountain hazards. For the study of the influence of this measure on the development of disasters, the numerical simulation calculation aiming at the flow and deposition process of the granulars flowing past different built obstacles was made by the theory of SH granular flow and the method of finite volume discretization based on Roe's Scheme. Futhermore, the influence of different settings of obstacles on the granular flow is discussed. The numerical results show that the settings of obstacles have a great effect on the process of granular flow. That is, the effective precaution against the disasters is no other than setting up the obstacles correctly. As the numerical simulation calculation can optimize the setting of obstacle, it provides a reasonable and economic reference scheme of disaster prevention and planning of mountain area.  相似文献

微波加热是一种与被加热物直接相互作用的选择性加热方式,具有清洁、节能、减排等特点。针对工业物料作为微波加热负载时,其温度非线性变化的特点,以微波工业加热过程中的多维、海量参数为研究对象,基于泛函接神经网络模型提取样本数据的深度特征,提出了一种基于布谷鸟搜索算法,优化BP神经网络的网络参数,建立了以"数据驱动"为手段微波加热工业物料温度模型。仿真实验结果证明了所提出模型的准确性、实时性。  相似文献

槽式太阳能集热器一维和二维传热数学模型是一组非线性代数方程,为改进求解的稳定性和计算精度,将槽式太阳能集热器一维和二维传热模型的求解看作有约束优化问题,建立了集热器传热过程求解的有约束优化数学模型,应用MATLAB软件优化函数fmincon进行求解。分析了传热流体入口温度及太阳能辐射热流密度变化对集热器性能的影响。采用fmincon函数求解集热器传热过程,计算速度快,计算过程稳定。分析表明,传热流体温度变化对集热器效率的影响大于太阳能辐射热流密度对集热器效率的影响。  相似文献

智慧节能工业园区(SEEIP)的核心企业能源配置对产业集群的循环经济节能降耗具有重要作用。针对SEEIP建设与既有工业园区核心企业能源系统的智慧化改造,提出一种基于信息和通信技术(ICT)的局域智慧能源网络框架,并给出了能源生产模块、能源转换模块与能源蓄存模块中各种能源介质及品位的能量计算数学模型。以经济成本与环境影响为目标的函数,给出了SEEIP企业能源网络系统配置的优化模型,并采用改进的差异演化算法(DE)结合数据库查询技术求解该混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)优化问题,给出企业能源系统最佳配置方案,以满足用户冷、热、电需求。  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

为了研究切割片在工作过程中的振动及噪声问题,基于有限元方法,借助于ANSYS APDL有限元软件建立了切割片有限元模型;采用反转法施加载荷,简化模型及分析过程,在振动特性分析中,得出调整切割片结构参数可以降低切割片振动幅度的结论;基于振动能量与速度的平方关系,以测试点的速度平方和为目标函数,设计了优化程序对切割片模型进行调整优化,获得了一组最优调整数据,为实际生产提供了参考依据。  相似文献

The differential equation which governs the behavior of the gear transmission system of 1.5 MW wind turbine is established. The external excitation caused by wind speed fluctuation is discussed and the internal excitation due to time varying mesh stiffness and comprehensive error is also analyzed. The calculating formulations of the harmonic balance method of nonlinear dynamic equations are presented. Then, the multi objective dynamic optimization model is developed to minimize the value of vibration acceleration and the overall volume. The optimization of a practical example using mixed discrete combined programming is performed. The result shows that the proposed method of modeling and optimization design can effectively reduce the wind turbines gearbox vibration levels and weight.  相似文献

模型参数的快速、准确估算是产量形成模型应用的重要前提。在基于APSIM (agricultural production systems simulator)的旱地小麦产量形成模型参数本土化率定过程中, 存在体量大、耗时长、精度低、效率低的缺点, 本研究利用智能算法优化模型参数, 试图解决上述问题。依据甘肃省定西市安定区李家堡镇麻子川村2002—2005年、凤翔镇安家沟村2015—2016年大田试验数据以及定西市安定区1971—2016年气象和产量资料, 运用混合蛙跳算法分组轮换和全局信息交换的智能策略, 对基于APSIM的旱地小麦产量形成模型参数进行了优化, 并采用相关性分析方法检验。该优化方法利用青蛙智能的群体生物进化学习策略, 可实现对小麦产量形成模型参数的估算, 较APSIM平台参数本土化率定常用的穷举试错法, 参数优化后产量模拟精度显著提高, 均方根误差(RMSE)平均值由79.13 kg hm -2降低到35.36 kg hm -2, 归一化均方根误差(NRMSE)平均值由5.97%降低到2.63%, 模型有效性指数(ME)平均值由0.939提高到0.989。该方法全局优化能力强, 收敛速度快。  相似文献

In dynamic reactive power optimization problem(DRPO), action number constraints of discrete variables should be considered.By integrating immune genetic algorithm(IGA) and nonlinear interior point method(NIPM), a hybrid method for DRPO is proposed.First,the original DRPO problem is converted to a continuous optimization problem by relaxing the discrete variables,and the solution is obtained by NIPM.Then,according to the feature of control variables,the original DRPO problem is decomposed into a continuous optimization sub-problem and a discrete optimization sub-problem.The discrete optimization sub-problem is solved by IGA,and the continuous one is solved by NIPM.By solving the two sub-problems alternately,the optimal solution of the DRPO can be obtained.The proposed hybrid method combines advantages of IGA and NIPM,and finds the approximate optimal solution of DRPO.Numerical simulations on the IEEE 14 bus system illustrate that the proposed hybrid method is effective.  相似文献

Rock is a kind of physical nonlinear complicated medium, under deep buried condition the surrounding rock system deformation shows geometrical nonlinear characteristic, and the interaction between the two nonlinear mechanism makes the unloading of surrounding rock system evolving complexly. Based on the Lagrangian method and large deformation caculation method, both the double nonlinearity and nonlinear dynamics character of deep buried tunnel surrounding rock system under unloading are studied. The numerical model results show that the Kolmogorov entropy has been extracted from the evolution data in the unloading process of surrounding rock system. The analysis indicates that the typical chaos character has been demonstrated in the process of unloading for deep buried tunnel surrounding system and the rock mass energy dissipation is analyzed at the stage of unloading.  相似文献

The systematic error of resistance strain sensor is caused by strain transmission error that differs with different parameters of the sensitive gate structure in the measurement process. The paper establishes a measure model that is made up with a cantilever beam(the measured matrix),the binder and some strain wires, then studies the influence of different sensitive gate structure parameters on the measurement result using finite element method(FEM)and the effectiveness of FEM is validated by a comparison with experimental results at the end. The results of the FEM analysis show that in the matrix strain passing the gate length and the gate spacing have intermediate optimal values,and that the smaller the grid diameter is,the smaller the strain transmission error becomes. Besides,the relative errors corresponding to different structural parameters are also given based on the FEM analysis,which provide effective reference for the selection of structural parameters and the appropriate error compensation in the process of measurement.  相似文献
