Through lots of screening tests, two fume suppression agents, i.e. SBS and nanometer CaCO3, which can reduce the asphalt fume without affecting the properties of asphalt, are screened from seven additives. The best ratio of two agents for suppressing fume is presented by contrast tests of fume suppression effect, and the fume can be reduced about 30%. The properties of asphalt concrete with fume suppression agents and the mechanism of SBS and nanometer CaCO3 reducing the asphalt fume are investigated. The research findings are useful for reducing the asphalt fume in bad ventilation condition of channel pavement and urban road pavement construction.  相似文献

AH-70 road asphalt as the basis, Buton rock asphalt mixture pavement performance was studied by using six different Buton rock asphalt adding quality and six different AC20 aggregate gradation. The results show that Buton rock asphalt raw materials including the rock mineral significantly affects aggregate gradation and the pavement performance; reasonable choice OAC can significantly improve the road performance, and the road performance in the condition of 0.7%~1.3% optimum OAC is close to that of the SBS modified asphalt mixture, but Buton rock asphalt improving the water stability is limited; Buton rock asphalt optimum dosage is 23.7%, and Buton rock asphalt OAC and OAC of Buton rock asphalt raw material is almost the same.  相似文献

Phase change material modified asphalt is prepared by using PEG/activated carbon composite solid-solid phase change materials for asphalt modification. Phase change materials modified asphalt with different ratios are aged and treaded alterably at high or low temperature, and then its appearance is observed. The properties of the modified asphalt, such as ductility, softening point, etc., are tested by using electronic tensile testing machine and thermal mechanical analyzer. Experiments show that when the content of PEG/activated carbon phase change material is 20%, the ductility of modified asphalt is the best; when the content of phase change material is 15% to 20%, the softening point of modified asphalt is obviously improved.  相似文献

The burning rate of hydrogen air pre mixture on meso scale is mainly determined by its chemical reaction rate. So a Laminar Finite Rate Model, the gas phase reaction mechanism for the combustion of hydrogen air mixture which consists of 19 reversible elementary reactions and the dynamic mesh method are adopted to simulate the combustion of hydrogen air mixture in a meso scale IC engine which operates a quasi gas power cycle under ultrahigh combustion load. The combustion of hydrogen air mixture on meso scale in the micro combustion chamber with moving boundary can be stable. The complete thermodynamic process of heat addition, internal energy increasing, and a boundary work output producing during expansion can be perfectly achieved in the closed combustion system of the meso scaled IC engine igniting the hydrogen air mixture by wire surface of high temperature. However, running parameters such as cycle period, initial pressure and fuel/air ratio have complex effects on the hydrogen air combustion of micro closed container with moving boundary.  相似文献

微型内燃机微燃烧过程对当量比和转速变化非常敏感,采用层流有限速率模型和甲醇氧化反应机理对其预混层流微燃烧过程开展仿真研究,探讨当量比和转速对微燃烧特性的影响规律及临界运行参数。在此基础上,提出采用热着火理论和化学反应动力学理论探索当量比对微燃烧特性的影响机理。结果表明仿真与实验比较吻合。当量比从0.6增加到1.1时,燃烧速率增加,压力和温度增加,压力最高值增加约1.5E+6 Pa,温度最大值增加约1 300 K,此后随当量比增加,燃烧速率减小,压力和温度减小。研究还进一步揭示了当量比影响微燃烧特性的机理: 稀燃区当量比主要通过温度变化来影响微燃烧特性,随当量比增加,燃料浓度增加,燃烧释放的总热量增加,所以温度和压力增加,燃烧速率增加;浓燃区当量比主要通过氧气量变化来影响微燃烧特性,当量比越大,氧气量越不足,基元反应速率越小,所以燃烧速率越小,温度和压力越低。转速越高,燃烧时间越短,燃烧越不充分,所以温度、压力越低。受微燃烧相对热损大、驻留时间短的特征影响,微型发动机实现完全燃烧的运行区域较窄,其实现完全燃烧的稀燃极限约0.9,最高转速约6 000 r/min。这在设计微型内燃机时值得关注。  相似文献

There is a popular opinion that SBS can improve both high and low temperature performance of base bitumen. In this study, four kinds of SBS are used to modify three kinds of common domestic bitumen and one kind of foreign one; some final products of SBS modified bitumen are obtained. The rheological properties of SBS modified bitumen after RTFO/PAV are studied by using bending beam Rheometer (BBR), which is one of the test methods of SHRP. The results indicate that the low temperature grade of SBS modified bitumen made by physical method is at the same level as that of base bitumen. In other words, the SBS modification effect on low temperature anti-cracking performance of base bitumen still deserves to study from the meaning of rheology.  相似文献

以正常生长和高温干旱复合胁迫下甘蓝型油菜中双10号的茎和根为材料,采用组织化学、生物化学、气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析技术,研究了木质部结构和木质素成分的胁迫应答规律及其在茎和根中的差别。冰冻切片组织化学染色显示,与正常生长的网室植株(正常植株)相比,高温干旱下生长的温室植株(胁迫植株)的茎和根中木质部均显著加厚,染色更深;与此对应,溴乙酰法测定的茎木质素总量比对照增加31.64%。此外,胁迫茎中的导管孔径明显变小,但根中的导管孔径和导管数量均明显增加。硫代酸解法测定木质素单体表明,胁迫茎中被解离出的木质素单体总量比对照降低40.08%,说明有更高的缩合键比例;S/G值(1.82)比对照(1.29)大大增高,说明S型木质素比例增加而G型木质素比例下降。油菜茎与根木质化性状比较显示,根木质素比茎木质素含有更高比例的缩合键,茎中S型木质素占主体(S/G=1.29),而根中G型木质素占主体(S/G=0.49)且H型木质素含量(7.43%)比茎中(0.83%)高近10倍。H型和G型木质素单体的苯环甲基化程度比S型低,单体间更容易形成缩合键,根中高比例H型和G型木质素单体可能是导致其具有高比例缩合键的主要原因。  相似文献

The field models for smoke flow in atrium, takings into account strong buoyancy, turbulence, radiation exchange and wall heat losses are developed according to the characteristics of the atrium fire. Realistic combustion processes in the burning fuel have not been included. A six-flux radiation model is included in a general mathematical model for fires, which are taking as a volumetric heat source, It is applied to the predictions of fire smoke development in a small-scale atrium. In order to avoid complicated radiation exchange models, radiation heat loss effects are combined to the wall heat loss. A General-purpose compute program PHOENICS has been developed to meet this need. Results of numerical calculations based on the field model are compared with test data for a fire in the small-scale atrium test facility. The resullts indicate that radiation transfer has the minor effects, due to the relatively low temperatures encountered. The method that the effect of radiation is included in the calculation of wall heat transfer losses by using maximum heat transfer coefficient is feasible. The field model used in the present study is not good enough, which a turbulent combustion sub-model must be included.  相似文献

The effect of fiber in asphalt mixtures has attracted general concern. For study of this problem, four kinds of fibers are chosen in this test. Asphalt and modified asphalt are adopted in asphalt mixtures AC-16I. The road performance influenced by additional fiber was analyzed impersonally,i, e. the stability of asphalt concrete under high temperature condition, anti-crack ability under low temperature condition, the water resistance and fatigue performance. It was shown through the research that the optimum asphalt content, air void rate, clearance rate of the mineral powder, saturation degree, and the flow value were increased and the density was decreased after adding the fiber. The road performance, such as the stability of asphalt concrete under high temperature condition, anti-crack ability under low temperature condition, water resistance and fatigue performance, was obviously improved,and the high temperature stability and fatigue performance improved most evidently. The fiber asphalt mixture performance reached and even exceeded the modified asphalt mixture performance. The modified asphalt performance after adding fiber would be improved more greatly.  相似文献

研究了两步法制备新型固体醇燃料的工艺,详细讨论了各种影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度为70℃,固体醇燃料的化学组分分别为分散剂1.30%,硬脂酸4.76%,NaOH0.62%,工业乙醇90.73%,蒸馏水2.59%。制得的固体醇燃料的熔点为52℃,热值为-28.47kJ/g,火焰最高温度为718℃,其燃烧时不产生黑烟和有害气体,对环境友好。由燃烧实验得到固体醇燃料的燃烧速率方程,从而揭示了固体醇燃料的定量燃烧规律。  相似文献

Aiming at the influence of mastics to aggregate adhesion on the performances of asphalt mixtures, three modeling techniques were adopted to prepare composite asphalt mixtures specimens. The influences of silane coupling agent on their road performances were studied and coupling mechanism was analyzed with Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results indicated that the road performances at 7 day and 28 day curing age increased in the beginning and then decreased with the increase of silane coupling agent dosages. The road performances, such as freeze thaw splitting strength ratio, Marshall stability and compression modulus would be enhanced 10%~30% at 0.6% in asphalt emulsion mass. There was Si O Si chemical bond on interface between mastics and modified granite aggregate by Si O chemical bond of silane coupling agent. Surface of cement asphalt emulsion mastics was rough and its structure was dense. The cement asphalt emulsion mastics can be adhered to granite aggregate surface and mastics to aggregate interface structure is improved with silane coupling agent addition.  相似文献

NGV engine adopts the fuel supply method of premixing natural gas and air in the premixing chamber out of cylinder, which results in the engine dynamic performances decline. It is an obstacle to popularizing and applying NGV. Using air rich in oxygen to support combustion can decrease ignition point of the fuel, enhance combustion efficiency and make much more heat available. The dynamic perfonnances and fuel consumption rate of a NGV engine with different oxygen concentration are researched in detail. The results show that the increase of oxygen concentration has remarkable influence on the dynamic performances of NGV engine. Power and Torque performances increase and fuel consumption rate decreases when oxygen concentration of premixed gas increases. The results of theory analysis and experiment research indicate that combustion-supporting using oxygen-rich air can enhance the dynamic performances of NGV engine.  相似文献

To improve the performance of asphalt rubber mixture under high temperature, an optimal proposal was put forward which selected asphalt rubber mortar and aggregate gradation as the main objects. According to experimental tests, the anti rutting factors and phase angles of asphalt mortar was studied with different rations of filler bitumen. And then, with the characteristics of asphalt rubber, the optimal gradation was presented by means of the adjustment of aggregate gradation which chose dynamic stability and relative deformation as value indexes. The results shew that asphalt rubber mixtures would show an optimal high temperature performance if the following measures can be taken: (1) making an adjustment of ratio of filler bitumen to about 1.2; (2) replacing mineral powder with cement; (3) making an adjustment of aggregate gradation and lower the proportion of mineral powder based on SMA.  相似文献

为了研究室内观赏植物绿萝(Epipremnum aureum)对香烟烟雾的净化能力及其生长生理响应,从而为香烟烟雾污染防控提供依据,本研究模拟人的吸烟方式,在长、宽、高均为60 cm,密闭或间隔通风的玻璃装置中注入2支香烟,放置绿萝。监测72 h内CO和PM2.5浓度变化,观察植物的表型变化,测定植物叶片生理指标变化。结果表明,绿萝可有效吸收或吸附香烟烟雾产生的CO和PM2.5,净化空气;香烟烟雾处理对植物生长产生了一定的影响,叶片出现水渍状斑块,随时间延长,整叶发黄;植物叶片活性氧(超氧阴离子和过氧化氢)水平显著增加,造成膜脂过氧化加剧,其产物丙二醛含量显著增加;植物启动抗氧化酶系统及时清除活性氧;随胁迫时间延长,抗性减弱。通风可有效加速空气流动,减轻香烟烟雾对植物的伤害。因此,建议在吸烟区摆放绿萝并时常通风,可有效降低香烟烟雾污染带来的风险。  相似文献

随机选用16头中国荷斯坦泌乳牛,研究轻微至中度热应激对其生理指标及产奶性能影响。结果表明:(1)泌乳牛在轻微热应激期(THI 74.5±1.0)的生理常数指标与非热应激期(THI 65.2±4.1)差异均不显著(P>0.05);中度热应激期(THI 84.0±2.4)的各项生理常数指标均显著高于非热应激期(P<0.05)。从非热应激至中度热应激,THI每升高1,直肠温度上升0.04℃;从轻微至中度热应激,THI每升高1,泌乳牛的呼吸频率增加3.4次/min,脉搏增加2.6次/min。(2)在轻微和中度热应激期泌乳牛产奶量分别下降13.8%和26.9%(P<0.01),产奶量与THI呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)(R= -0.82),THI每上升1,产奶量下降1.9%。  相似文献

First of all, using the low-frequency vibration test on asphalt, rubber asphalt warehouse and their RTFOT Short-term aging products have been tested ;Secondly, application of graphic epitaxial method, Cross model and Carreau model fitting for various materials Zero shear viscosity were determined;finally, the creep of matrix asphalt recovery test, creep through phase and recovery phase of asphalt strain response calculation, obtained under the action of static Shi Zai matrix zero shear viscosity of asphalt.The study shows that: Matrix asphalt in low frequency vibration test, with the lower frequency will enter the viscosity stable stage, can use graphical extrapolation method to get the zero shear viscosity; however for RTFOT after aging of asphalt rubber, in a test condition did not enter the viscosity stability phase, not through a graphical extension method to calculate the zero shear viscosity; by Cross model fitting results greater than the same material Carreau model fitting results.  相似文献

An experimental study of heat transfer mechanism and characteristics of high velocity circulation combustion gas in a batch heat treatment furnace with high velocity burner was presented. The regular patterns of variation of total heat flux, heat convection and radiation heat fluxes given heating materials with heating time were obtained. The temperature rise rate in oxidation process of gangue and coal specimen from Jingang Coal Mine has been investigated and the sulphur configuration in various kinds of gangue has been quantitatively analyzed to explore their spontaneous combustion mechanism. It is proved that the content of FeS 2 is very high in gangue of Jingang coal mine. A great deal of heat is released with the oxidation of FeS 2 in pyrites, the accumulation of heat results in gangue spontaneous combustion when the temperature reaches a certain degree.  相似文献
