针对单电机插电式混合动力汽车在纯电动行进间电动机启动发动机时由于系统输出转矩变化进而引起整车冲击的问题,分析得到发动机点火时刻的不同及离合器接合状态的不同是造成转矩波动的原因。在此基础上,提出了基于离合器主、从动盘转速差和电机角加速度为输入量的离合器压力模糊控制的混合动力汽车模式切换动态协调控制策略,并对比了发动机目标转速点火和怠速转速点火的控制效果。最后通过台架试验以及实车道路试验对提出的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,基于目标转速点火的协调控制策略能减小整车的冲击度。  相似文献

An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing parameters is developed according to the structural characteristics of small-medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, a cycle simulation model of VVT mechanism for motorcycle engine is created. The control strategy of variable valve timing and lifting running-model are carried out at idle speed low negative load, middle negative load, low speed high negative load and high speed high negative load. It has been proved that the performance of JH125 motorcycle engine can be effectively improved by loading the new type VVT system.  相似文献

By inputting road load spectrum, the ride comfort of motorcycle is analyzed and the simulating results are evaluated. Based on the analysis of experimental model, the vibrating experiment was made for the frame and engine of motorcycle in order to find the resonance frequency of the frame. Then the effect of engine exciting on the body vibration was analyzed, so that the mode frequency avoids the range of engine rotation speed. The experiment results show that the vibration of the saddle in vertical direction and the handlebar are caused by the resonance, while the vibrations of the other two directions of saddle and the pedal are the result of the transmission of engine energy. In order to decrease the transmission of the engine energy to pedals, we can change the stiff welding between the pedals and the frame of the motorcycle into the elastic link. Furthermore, to avoid the resonance of the frame in vertical direction, besides increase the stiffness of the frame, we can reduce the stiffness of the frame under the condition of having sufficient intensity, so that the nature frequency of the frame is reduced below the operating speed of the motorcycle engine.  相似文献

Based on cycle simulation, the effects of the VVT mechanism structural parameters, control parameters and operational parameters on the engine performance were analyzed by embedding the VVT mechanism operational mode and control strategies in the engine cycle simulation. Optimum design for the late intake valve closing, the valve lift, as well as the switching speed of the VVT system was carried out. AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission) comprehensive performance test is one of the main means to develop and evaluate AMT. An overall scheme of the data acquisition and communication system for AMT comprehensive performance test bench is proposed according to the requirement of the test bench, and a communication network of data acquisition and communication system is built. The hardware and software of data acquisition system are designed. With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

Based on the modal assurance criterion, using simulated annealing algorithm, the dynamic characteristic data of cable-stayed bridge are extracted, optimal acceleration sensor layout scheme of main beam is obtained. According to this optimization scheme, we carry out a dynamic characteristics test on one cable-stayed bridge. The results between test data and finite element modal calculation are very closely. Theory technique research and field modal test demonstrated that the simulated annealing algorithm based on modal assurance criterion is effective and viable for optimal acceleration sensors placement of cable-stayed bridge.  相似文献

During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. The vibration is a great obstacle of motorcycle enterprise development. To solve this problem, matching performance technology of the motorcycle is presented in the researches on the general design of the motorcycle. Based on finite element method and vibration theory, matching performance of the motorcycle has been studied, and the international general software MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN has been used to analyze the best match between the engine and the frame of a type of motorcycle. An effective method has been formed, which can solve the problem of the vibration of the motorcycle essentially, and shorten the development period of motorcycle, reduce the development cost. 采用热水浸提、醇沉法提取红枣多糖,对红枣多糖提取工艺与一般理化性质进行了研究.选择浸提固液比、温度、时间和浸提次数作为单因素进行梯度实验,确定其条件范围,再通过正交实验L9(33)进一步确定红枣水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:固液比1:7,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h,反复浸提2次.理化性质研究结果表明,提取的红枣多糖中含有多肽和AA,为蛋白质复合多糖.  相似文献

The gearshift of an automated mechanical transmission is performed by cutting off the power.The key to the gearshift of AMT is shift quality.Theinfluence of the control stategy during shifting processon shift quality is analysed.While resuming the power,the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc time instant is in direct proportion tothe discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration at the lock-up time instant.The large discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration will result in the jerk and the oscillation of vehicle that make passengers uncomfortable.A control stategy is proposed,that make small the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc by the integrated control of engine and clutch.The road test shows that the control stategy improves the shift quality.  相似文献

The body is a key part of all terrain vehicles (ATV). Its dynamic characteristics greatly effect the vibration of the ATV assembly. Simulation and experimental methods are combined to analyze ATV body vibration characteristics. A computer aided design(CAD) model is built using UG4.0. A finite element method(FEM) model of an ATV body and a body with an engine are created using Hypermesh. The FEM model is imported to Msc.Nastran to calculate the free mode. The simulation model is verified by the experimental modal result. The results indicate that after the frame with engine, the first bending mode increases due to the engine increasing the body stiffness, while the first torsion mode decreases due to the engine mass. The effects on the dynamic response of the road and engine excitation are analyzed respectively. Vibration characteristic improvement methods and suggestions regarding the body are provided.  相似文献

The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.  相似文献

Noise samples of motorcycles at different engine speeds taken at the position of the ear of a motorcycle operator are selected as the evaluation stimuli to investigate sound preferences of motorcycle sound quality. Subjective testing is carried out via the paired comparison method. Precise calculation of the misjudging rate is adopted to ensure test result reliability. Formulae between subjective preference scores and psychoacoustic parameters are obtained through linear correlation and multi dimensional regression analysis. The results indicate that loudness and roughness are two predominant metrics influencing preference evaluation for motorcycle noise, and the nonlinear equation better describes the dependence of subjective preference scores on psychoacoustic parameters than the linear one.  相似文献

This research investigated problems influencing tracked vehicles steering dynamic characteristics, such as rolling resistance during straight driving, steering centrifugal resistance, acceleration resistance during straight driving, scratching soil resistance of steering. Based on research about the relationship between the hydraulic steering regulation speed system and its maximum stable work pressure when vehicles have central steering on good roads (such as cement and rural roads), a zero differential hydraulic steering system of power shift steering transmission can ensure that vehicles maintain straight ahead stability through reasonably matching a steering drive system. The test indicates that vehicles have good dynamic characteristics when the work pressure accounted for 60% to 80% of the security work pressure.  相似文献

The rut resistance properties of large stone flexible bases are studied, taking into consideration heavy loads and using computer simulation and numerous indoor tests. In computer simulations of large stone flexible bases, a calculation method was formulated for predicting asphalt pavement rut under dynamic loads. The method was based on the coupling of vehicle dynamic loads and pavement surface unevenness. The results of indoor testing and three dimensional numeric calculation under dynamic loads are confirmed by tracking observation results of a test road. We conclude that the rut resistance properties of large stone flexible base asphalt pavement built using low grade asphalt and low crush value high performance aggregate with reasonable gradation is no worse than that of the semirigid base asphalt pavement, and that ruts mainly are caused by the lateral shear.  相似文献

To research the mechanical and influence factors of noise of valve train of engine, noise-distinguishing test is taken with one certain 125 mL engine valve train. The result reveals that the valve train noise mainly results from impacting between rocker and valve stick, impacting of valve seating. With the way of model set up and simulating calculation of kinematics and dynamic of valve train, the influence factor of rocker impact force and valve seating acceleration of valve train is studied, which reveals that the acceleration of valve and impacting force between rocker and valve stick are mainly relied on cam buffer segment lift, cam buffer segment wrap angle and coefficient of accelerating segment of cam buffer segment. Choosing these parameters reasonably is helpful to decrease the acceleration of valve and impacting force between rocker and valve stick, and then reduce the noise of valve train.  相似文献

According to the high speed of aerostatic motorized spindle, the complex dynamic behavior and the unbalance incentive, dynamical model is built up on the basis of Lagrange equation. And it is includes the differential equatioan of free vibration and forced vibration.Then, the residual unbalanced inertial centrifugal force and the mechanism of unbalanced magnetic pull are analyzed. Finally, a motorized spindle rotor-gas bearings system with the highest working speed of 250 000 r/min is simulated in the way of the unbalance excitation harmonic analysis. The dynamic behavior of high-speed aerostatic motorized spindle is revealed in supercritical mode at unbalance excitation.A theoretical basis is provided for the optimization design, vibration control to the rotor system of high-speed aerostatic motorized spindle in engineering application.  相似文献
