The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. At last, simulation and experiment results validate the proposed control method.  相似文献

An algorithm of incremental model predictive control is proposed to solve a class of industrial production process real-time tracking problems. The basic idea is to establish a predictive model by adopting speed response on the basis of tracking error, and realize the optimization of the second time performance by using the soft constraint of the increment of control quantity and the online rolling optimization method. The theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation results show that the control algorithm can obtain good tracking performance, smooth dynamic response of the controlled object and strong robustness of the closed-loop system.  相似文献

Optimal power control with game-theory has been a hot research topic in code division multiple access (CDMA) system. However, the convergence speed of the power control algorithm based on traditional static game-theory is not fast enough and the power fluctuation is large during the iterative process. In order to solve this problem, dynamic game-theory is introduced into CDMA system power control algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm, compared with the distributed power control algorithm based on the traditional static game theory, can improve the convergence speed obviously with the same power spending.  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

提出一种基于调频广播(FM)信号的外辐射源雷达组网系统多传感器快速启发式算法,目的是使系统能够动态地协调各部FM信号接收机的使用,进而在资源有限的条件下达到更好的目标参数估计性能。该算法采用相干克拉美罗界(CRLB)作为代价函数,并通过贪婪快速启发式算法对优化问题进行了求解。仿真结果表明,所提算法不仅可以在系统资源有限的情况下提升目标的参数估计性能,而且可以大大减小计算量,具有很强的实用性。  相似文献

An improved predictive control method is presented to compensate the random time delay in the networked control system. The feedback time delay is compensated by predictive controller based on softened increment input strategy. The forward time delay is unknown for controller, so an extra feedback loop is added to compensate the delay by estimating the error between the actual control signal effected on plant and the output of controller in historical moment. For the controlled system with unknown or slowly varying parameters, the networked feedback correction algorithm is discussed based on a modified recursive least-squares identi cation algorithm. The system stability is analyzed and the simulation results show that the time delay in the networked control system can be accurately compensated. The excellent network performance is ensured with this strategy.  相似文献

Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

A hybrid power supply is composed by both a linear and a switching source connected in parallel and it can improve the dynamic response. But the hybrid power supply cant not effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. A hybrid power supply based on one cycle control theory is proposed in order to improve the capability and the control precision. A switching source based on one cycle control is adopted in the hybrid power supply. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid power supply can effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. And the analysis results also show that not only the control precision is improved, but also the control circuit is simple. The simulation resuits given verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

为了减少汽车转弯自动照明控制系统数据滤波处理中的延时,在滑动中值滤波方法基础上,提出了一种带补偿的限幅滑动中值滤波算法,通过补偿的方式跟随信号的变化趋势。该算法通过2个步骤完成滤波,先对数据进行带补偿方式的限幅处理,再进行滑动中值滤波处理。该算法综合了滑动中值滤波法的实时性以及限幅滤波法对偶然性干扰滤除的有效性,实现更准确的滤波。仿真与实测结果表明,与滑动中值滤波方法相比较,改进后的算法滤波能够实时地滤除数据中的干扰,处理时间可减少62%,滤波效果较好,且速度信号的数据滞后时间较短,实时性较高,满足系统设计要求。  相似文献

By analyzing the inherent uncertainties, discrete uncertainties and external environmental uncertainties, a dual-feedback control strategy and the dynamic scheduling method are proposed to solve the dynamic scheduling problem of vehicle air-conditioning assembly shop under uncertainty. Considering the reentrant constraint, equipment capacity constraint, and time discrete constraint etc., the multi-objective scheduling model of vehicle air-conditioning assembly shop is set up,taken the earliness/tardiness, process time, production cost and quality loss as optimization objectives. According to the characteristic of the model, sectional chromosome encoding, crossover operator and mutation operator are designed to prevent the generation of illegal solutions and improve efficiency of the algorithm. The intense coupled and nonlinear behaviors were observed on the tall long span tower line systems which were under the icing and wind loads in heavy icing areas. A set of stiffness equations of insulator, conductor and boundary conditions was deduced. Taking the ±800 kV UHV DC transmission line from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai as an example, the simplified numerical model of transmission tower, conductor, insulator and constraint was developed. The long span transmission tower line system models under seven loads conditions were analyzed by static nonlinear methods. It was found that the P Δ effect of tower components was small when the covered ice was uniformly distributed. The unbalanced wire loads on the tower would lead to twist effect when the covered ice was uneven distributed. The axial forces, moments at restraint nodes and the longest cantilever member were greatly affected by the P Δ effect, under which the unfavorable effect on the structure should be considered.  相似文献

By using one-cycle control theory, a novel voltage source inverter is proposed. The conventional one-cycle control technique needs that the integrator is reset instantaneously. But it is very difficult to realize with hardware due to the finite time constant of the reset circuitry. Therefore, based on the one-cycle technique, the paper gives a new control scheme to resolve the problem with dual switched integrator, and the performance of the integrators is close to ideal. The paper also uses the dc offset to implement the voltage measurement. Furthermore, the amplitude and frequency of the output voltage are effectively adjustable. The one-cycle control technique not only provides fast dynamic response, but also can admirably suppress the perturbation yielded by dc source and abate the undesired harmonic contents. Simulation studies were performed to prove the proposed scheme. The results show that the one-cycle control based voltage source inverter makes good use of dc source that is 92.8% and THD is only O. 255 9%.  相似文献

针对模糊控制系统中切换时延较长和切换次数较多的问题,研究了一种基于模糊控制系统的垂直切换判决算法。在基于信号强度判决时将RSS作为门限值,提高系统判决能力;同时,将网络参数和服务类型作为判决因素,结合层次分析法引入并行的模糊控制系统,缩短了切换判决的时间、选择适合用户的最佳网络,做出垂直切换。仿真结果表明,该算法减少了切换次数,降低了切换时延,增强了系统的性能。与传统的切换算法相比较,该算法对切换的判决因素考虑的更全面,兼顾了用户终端的使用环境及成本问题,有效地保证了网络的服务质量。  相似文献

Asynchronized Generator can better solve the excessive reactive and stability problem in power system.In order to improve the dynamic and transient performances of an asynchronized turbogenerator(ASTG),excitation control equation of it in the dynamic synchronous reference frame is presented.Control results are simulated in the synchronous and dynamic synchronous reference frames for ASTG.It is shown that the dynamic and transient performances in the dynamic synchronous reference frame are better than those in the synchronous reference frame.Consequently,the control strategy of dynamic synchronous reference frame can shorten more time on the dynamic process of ASTG.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the main problems in the operation control for ball mill pulverizing system, proposes the dynamic mathematical model for the steel ball mill pulverizing system , simulates and analyzes the dynamic character of the system. A Fuzzy-PID controller with on-line self-tuning parameters based on fuzzy control technology is proposed .The simulation results show that the Fuzzy-PID control system can improve the controlling effect and the ability of suppressing disturbances.  相似文献

This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. The dynamic simulation model is established and integrated control strategy of standing start is proposed for dual mode CVT vehicle, aiming at automatic vehicle with torque converter as a starter and metal pushing belt as a higher transmission equipment (Dual mode CVT vehicle), on the base of engine and torque converter performance experiment. Simulation result shows that vehicle performance can be improved by using the control strategy proposed. The high cost of grid connected photovoltaic (PV) system is an important reason that hinders its market application. The control cost can be partly cut down by using sensorless Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). However, the sensorless MPPT control proposed by previous literatures has drawbacks of poor estimation accuracy, bad real time performance, and poor dynamic responses, which has great impact on the MPPT and the output performance of the whole system. Aiming at these problems, an Adaptive Sliding Mode Observer (ASMO) for estimation of photovoltaic array voltage is proposed. The external disturbance and modeling errors are suppressed while the real time performance and the estimation accuracy are improved greatly by the proposed method. The favorable performance of the output performance and MPPT performance of the PV system based on the ASMO are validated by simulation and experimental results.  相似文献

An adaptive iterative learning control scheme is proposed for a class of mismatched nonlinear systems with periodic uncertainties and unknown control directions. The control algorithm has the following three features;the control method does not need control direction information; the periodic uncertainties are learned online by a learning control method; and the algorithm can deal with mismatched uncertainties. The proposed method can achieve asymptotical convergence along a learning repetition horizon. A simulation example is provided can demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy.  相似文献
