A dynamic mathematical model of the steam-cooled cyclone separator in a 440 t/h CFB boiler has been established.Based on the mathematical model,simulation model of the cyclone separator is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.This model can provide a theoretical guidance for operation and optimal design of the cyclone separator.  相似文献

A mathematical model is presented to describe the fluiddynamics processes for the combustion system of 410t/h Pyroflow CFB boiler.A core annulus structure with solid dispersion from core to annulus is considered,and the influence of coal particles fragmentation,attrition and broad size distribution of feeding coal and bed inventory on hydrodynamics is specially taken into account.The simulation results show that the CFB boiler has good hydrodnamic characteristics and high hot cyclone efficiency.  相似文献

Boiler is an important facility in power plant , the safety and economy of unit is affected by it. Studying the dynamic of boiler can improve the knowledge about boiler , which is important for. Features of MMS are introduced based on MMS simulation setting, and the real time capable module and non real time capable module are compared from principle. Real time capable dynamic model of boiler and non real time capable dynamic model of boiler of 330 MW unit are established . The experimental results show that the dynamic process of two type model accords with the mechanism of the object , at the same time, the validity of real time capable module is discussed .  相似文献

In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. The simulation result under ste Pdisturbance can be used to analyze unit changes and provide some guide and it also can supply performance reference data to boiler design.  相似文献

With the development of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB),the study field of external heat exchanger(EHE) is greater in extent and degree.In order to research the working process of EHE,the model which deals with flow and heat transfer of EHE for 300MW CFB of Dong Fang Boiler Grou PCo.Ltd.is presented.Based on the cell modeling theory,the EHE is divided into several chamber by heating surfaces.The mass and energy conservation equations of each cell have been developed according to some reasonable assumption.The complete mathematical model has been compiled by Fortran and solved by classical Algorithm of Runge-Kutta.The static test and perturbation experiment of simulating model has been performed.The simulation results show that the model has been reached the steady state rapidly,the dynamic responses are reasonable and the modeling presented in the paper is reliable and appropriate.  相似文献

As the domestic technology of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has not been mature.A assembled-parameter dynamic mathematical model is established for the primary chemistry reaction process in SCR reactor.The mass balance equation of the NH3 adsorption-desorption on the catalyzer surface and six gas components,and total energy balance equation in SCR reactor are set up respectively.A dynamic simulation model has developed by using MATLAB simulation tool.The steady calculation for model is carried on.Based on the established dynamic simulation model,two dynamic simulation experiments have been done,which include the simulation experiment of step disturbance about NOx concentration and temperature.The simulation results current is correctl.The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for SCR reactor is credible,and prove that the simulation model is practical.  相似文献

The method of companion model is applied to the digital simulation of high voltage hybrid AC/DC systems for the first trme in this thesis.The mathematical model of the digital simulation of hybrid AC/DC systems is represented. This method can model the normal states, faults and games of faults of any hybrid AC/DC systems. The method has a series of advantages : saving the computation and the amounts of memory, high precision and fast calculation and it can be used with convenience. The simulation results of a hybrid AC/DC system arc in consistent with that of theoretical analysis. On the basis of a planetary transmission, a novel hydrodynamic speed controlled transmission system for wind turbines with large capacity is presented. The new drive train consists of wind rotors, planet accelerators, hydro-mechanical and synchronous generators. The dynamic mathematical model of the drive train is established. The digital simulation of speed regulation characteristics for hydrodynamic speed controlled system is studied by using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that continuously variable transmission and fixed speed control can be achieved, and the drive train works well in stability and dynamic performances. They can increase the power yield from the wind, smooth the electric power output, and alleviate the load peak in the new drive train .  相似文献

It is difficult to calculate the penetration rate (ROP) of percussion drilling. In the early research, the empirical or semiempirical formulae of the ROP are derived from the laboratory or field data collected by the researchers. However, the ROP value of the formulae is not as accurate as that in the field. Benefiting from the dynamic model, the geometric structure model and the theory of the roller cone bit, the mathematical model of the hammer bit, the mathematical model of the true bottom hole and the mathematical model between the tooth and the rock of the hammer bit are established. Hence the ROP of the air percussion drilling can be predicted by simulation. Field tests show the models are reliable and the results are coincident with that in the field. The research can help to redesign the hammer bit and optimize the drilling parameters.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the main problems in the operation control for ball mill pulverizing system, proposes the dynamic mathematical model for the steel ball mill pulverizing system , simulates and analyzes the dynamic character of the system. A more practical and economic optimization mathematical model of load distribution for industrial boilers is presented. The optimum load rates of boilers are advanced by the method of static boiler model. The target function is built up, and in particular the restrictions are established. The theory of load assignment is checked through a project case. Generality, easy to use, and suitable to run on microcomputers are the main features of the model and the computer program. Therefore the model is easy to be extended for application. Analysis of Competitive Interactions in Grassland Stands by a Population Dynamical Model
The potential yield of permanent grassland is highly influenced by dynamical interactions within its plant species. The possibility to recognize and to quantify these interactions opens a wide field of applications in grassland management. A mathematical simulation model was chosen to meet this aim. The base of the model is a simple population dynamic arrangement. The competition between the species or species groups is described by a linear function. A long time trial is used as a data base. The productivity and the floristic changes in this trial were recorded for 12 years. By reason of the limited data base the species were aggregated into 5 groups consisting of species with similar behaviour. The model proofed to be useful, to simulate the important interactions between the species groups and to quantify their significance with regard to the dynamic development of the grassland. Because of the small data set used in the sample, the model is limited in its validity. The model can be improved by incorporation of a larger data base.  相似文献

An adaptive inverse control method for feed water and superheated steam temperature of supercritical pressure boiler is investigated. Through the analysis of the boiler system ,s dynamic characteristics, the input vector structure of inverse dynamics model of feed water and superheated steam temperature is constructed. The adaptive inverse control system is realized through on-line identification of inverse dynamic model with recursive least squares support vector machine. In the control process, the demand for feed water and spray water flow to the outlet steam temperature and micro-superheated steam temperature is considered to realize the integrated control of feed water and superheated steam temperature. Simulation results show that this control system has good control performance and adaptability and can void the repeated oscillation phenomena of control variables which appear in present two section control system.  相似文献

Considering the difficulties of mathematical analysis and the complex computer programming of numerical methods in solving dynamical problems of the multi-body dynamic system for the hoisting mechanism of a crane, in this paper, a multi-mass-multi-freedom model is set up and the simulation system of the model is built up applying MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox. The differential equations of the model is solved with adaptive-step fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. In the study, the typical work conditions of the hoisting mechanism, such as start rise from ground, start rise/down in air, brake conditions, were simulated. The dynamic performance of the hoisting mechanism is studied and the results obtained are valuable to practice. This study improves the modeling accuracy of the hoisting mechanism and the results of precious theoretical analysis and numerical computation conclusions. The movement of every discrete body of the system can be modeled applying the methods suggested by this study and more consistent results between model and actual hoisting mechanism can be achieved.  相似文献
